No heat had space heaters and installation between theaters is horrible. All we heard was the movie playing next to us and we couldn’t hear our movie at all. Spoke to management and their response “yeah we have no heat in the building and the insulation isn’t were we want it.” The staff was even wearing their sweatshirts and winter jackets.

Great idea for a movie theater. Kid and adult friendly. There's a kid's menu and an adult drinks menu, food is good, service is almost always amazing. The back part of the theaters were renovated so you can have both your food and movie in front of you. And there's always great specials

As always Smitty's is great for seeing new movies. The ability to sit with a table and eat lunch or dinner is enjoyable, and the menu is decent as well. The waitstaff moving around a few times per movie and the other people eating is done as minimally intrusive as possible and doesn't detract from the movie itself.

Prices are ASTRONOMICAL! The food is always terrible and overpriced, the screens are all broken and the ones that aren't are disgustingly dirty. The entire place always stinks like sweaty, nasty kid feet. This place was the place to be back in the early 2000s but it has gone significantly down hill.

I ordered ticketss on-line and paid an extra $6.80 "convenience fee" only to show up to the theater and stand in a long line. This was in no way 'convenient" and we ended up with less desirable seats. I was very disappointed as the whole reason we paid in advance was in order to skip the line. Smitty's should have someone ready to waive pre-purchases in. Very disappointed - but I did enjoy the movie!

Was really hoping my experience would be better, Pros : Prices are good Cons : Had to wipe my seat off. Screen is tiny, Food came cold. Person in front of us was playing a phone game the entire movie and their phone was bright and distracting. (even with a warning at the start of the movie, the staff didnt say anything to the person) Water tasted like plastic.

Nice place and clean, good food, but they do have father some courage and throw out disruptors sometimes. Twice I have walked out and got my money back. Once because there was a large group of teens literally talking over and laughing through the movie and second time someone shining their phone and flashlight all around. Seriously warn them then kick them out if it happens again.

Cute, small cinema with table service during your movie. Several tables throughout the theater instead of the usual stadium seating. At the back there were 2 rows of counters with seats along them for a front facing view of the screen. You can order from a menu and have it delivered to your seat, except popcorn. You have to go to the front of the cinema, where you buy your tickets to get popcorn.

Once we got into the theater it was fine, seating was comfortable, waitress was prompt, friendly and attentive and the theater was clean. The experience before we got into the movie was lacking. Waited at the ticket counter where numerous employees walked by and never said a word when one finally mentioned that the employee selling tickets wouldnt be back until closer to the starting time. Would have been nice if there was a sign stating so. Then he came and sold us our tickets and told us we had to wait to enter the theater until a certain time and went at the time he said we could enter only to tell us he still had to make sure the theater was ready, it wasn't so we had to wait longer.

Cheap tickets, cool atmosphere. I think the setup is neat, with tables and office chairs rather than auditorium seating. I like the idea of ordering actual food for a decent price compared to paying an arm and a leg for popcorn. The waitresses and waitors try their best to be quiet but it can get somewhat distracting when they come to take orders and take payments while the movie is going on. On top of that, I feel like moviegoers lose their sense of where they are sometimes and will talk a bit louder than normal.

Only cinema we go to. Can eat & have drinks there. Chairs are comfortable. Don't have to worry about anyone's head blocking your view because the screen is so high.

Outdated, poor sounds, nothing in the arcade works. The front house of a theater is the first impression and it is dirty as hell. Also very small screens with what appears to be a volume issue. But some redemption can be made with the food and great wait staff.

I was surprised and pleased by the quality of my food. A previous experience at a pub theatre was very disappointing. Friends gave good reviews of a burger and chicken fingers, and I enjoyed the Pesto Paradiso sandwich in a comfortable chair while watching Ant-Man and the Wasp. Good fun!

Small screens and OK food, I guess it is not bad if you really want to eat at a show. You could hold your cell phone at arms length and the screen and audio would be comparable to Smitty's. If not, eat before or after at a good restaurant and go to the Gilford Cinema for a far better movie experience.

We went here on a bright, sunny Saturday afternoon in May, it was not too crowded, and most of the people there were high school or possibly college aged kids. I went with my 3 children, who are a bit younger, they enjoyed the reclining seats and the food was pretty good, too, albeit expensive for what it was. The children's menu offered more options for them than I was expecting. The theatre was clean and so were the bathrooms. The ticket price for a matinee was reasonable, 7.50, I think. We did not have a line at all while we were waiting for tickets. The food didn't take too long to come out and was perfect temperature for eating when it arrived at our table. Our server was friendly and personable and took the time to answer the few questions we had. Unlike other theatres that are similar to this one, our server didn't seem over taxed and in need of help with the tables he was working. We will definitely be going back to this place. We feel that this is a nice place for a family to visit.

I love the concept of this theatre! It is a great idea to be able to eat plated food and watch a movie...or maybe have a drink. They serve beer, wine, and soft drinks. Expect lots of fried appetizer-type foods, fries, onion rings, chicken fingers, etc. They usually have all the new movies, and a decent selection of movies. The chairs are spacious and cushy. I reduced my rating a bit for two reasons: 1. There are very few healthy food choices...I know I am at the movies, but I wouldn't mind having something a little easier on the stomach. 2. It is not a very quiet environment to watch movies in. Customers and employees tend to talk loud and use flashlights which can be distracting. Although I will admit I am personally particularly sensitive to distractions and noise.

Smitty's is a fine place. I wouldn't call it great, but it is a decent theater with comfortable seats. The food is about average, and the staff are nice. The worst part is that sometimes the fans are a bit loud, so it can be difficult to hear your movie.

Absolutely my favorite movie theater. They always have the best movies. It's such a good time to be able to go out see a movie and have dinner at the same time. Since they have remodeled it has made the theaters much more roomy and a better viewing experience. The wait staff there is amazing. When a theater is packed out there are at least 75 plus and the wait staff is so fast and friendly. I have never had a bad meal or a bad experience here. And the fact that they play the patriots games is a huge plus.

Good place to get dinner and a movie (the popcorn is great too). Bought 4 tickets online for Avengers End Game for 6 p.m. show. Was hoping to arrive early to get good seats (plus have enough time to eat before lights go down) but by the time we got there there were scattered empty seats (only 4 together were way up front all the way to one side). I decided to ask if we could swap our tickets for the 6:45 show and they said sure. Comfortable seats, the food was good and the prices are reasonable - only $5 on Tuesdays!

Absolute worst experience EVER! Took 48 minutes to get a server to the table all the while I have 2 kiddos hounding me that they are thirsty and hungry then she informs us the kitchen closes in 15 min luckily she was misinformed we actually had 45 min! We put in an order thinking we had plenty of time incase we wanted something else she was even nice enough to leave a menu and told us to stand it up when we were ready to order again; with 2 kids I hate to waste money ordering more than they will eat and with a 3 hour movie rounds of food works better. I put the menu up to get her attention like she said to at 4pm and at 4:15 I go out in the hall to find her to put in an order before the kitchen closes and shes nowhere to be found she finally shows up at the table at 4:35 with a how may I help you ohh sorry the kitchen is closed to which I say I had the menu up for half an hour and went looking for you she just apologized and scooted away so now I'm stuck with an hour and a half left in the movie and 2 kiddos who still want food....super uncool!!! Also did not see the waitress again till she gave us the bill...we couldn't even get her for more drinks kids were not happy! Absolutely horrible service hire people that actually work and not just watch the clock and hide outback so they dont have to do at least a little of the job they are paid to do!! Couldn't even give it zero starts the app wouldn't let me!!

I love seeing movies here, the chairs are very comfortable, just be careful to not put heavy things on the back of the seats or it'll definitely tip over and everyone will whip their head your direction :-) The food is okay, Don't expect it to be the best you've ever had, but it's good for watching a movie with! And pictures of beer if you so choose.

Gone are the days of affordable evenings out. But, this place is definitely a reasonable compromise. Great food during the movie. Awesome service. My first choice to see any movie I can't wait until it's available on cable or Blue Ray.

New seats are great food meah I think it comes out of a frozen box dunno for Shure but is what it is
