It's a bit odd to have dining service during your movie. They try hard but there's no away to avoid the disruption completely. I'd recommend trying it once on a movie that's not on top of your list, and see if the disruption and layout matters to you. Pricing is not too bad, considering what you'd normally pay for just popcorn.

I took my granddaughters to see Goosebumps 2, great movie, I think I enjoyed it more than the girls. Ordered 2 kids chicken fingers dinners and I had the Fantastic Four and everything was good. It is great to have a movie theater here in Biddeford.

One waitress in a mostly full matinee. Ordering, we waited 45 minutes after we sat down, 15 minutes before movie. Appetizer cold upon delivery. Good burgers delivered after movie started.

Went to the matinee showing of lion King with my daughter, we never spend a bunch of money to go to the movies but I splurged.t. movie was amazing but the first server we had was incredibly rude and then we got fries that were gross. I've been a cook for 14 years I can tell when you drop fries in cold oil then cook them in the oil as it heats up. It makes them super hard and overcooked and greasy as heck. I got a shake and it had soda all over the cup and she couldn't have cared less when I pointed out some was even in my espresso shake. Worst experience at the movies I've had in my life. Thank God she must have given our table to another server who was much nicer, unfortunately the movie was almost over and the experience already ruined

very disappointed on Friday night when me and my grandson want to see Dumbo the movie was being fast played and then slow played and then was so loud at her all over my ears it was a very lousy showing of the movie Dumbo but overall the movie Dumbo was very cute just the experience really was not good

This theater isn't the newest and fanciest, but it's never crowded, the food is decent, you can get milkshakes! And the chairs are quite comfortable and lean way back. My favorite movie theater to go to. They also serve alcohol!

Nothing beats a mug of beer at the cinema! And super comfortable chairs! I love this place! Be warned though, you will hear people eating and servers rounding to take orders during the movie. If you’re not planning on ordering food or drink you’d probably rather go elsewhere. Also the screens are pretty small by cinema standards. But for me this place is the best!

The tickets were cheap, the movie was good, but their biggest assest of also serving "dinner" fell short. The server was nice, but there was only twenty five minutes left in the movie and we got the food we ordered except it was the wrong food. Once we notified the server the food came out in ten more minutes and it was cold. Thank goodness for the fact that there was beer to drink or this would have gotten one star.

I love the atmosphere if this theater. Being able to sit at a table and enjoy a meal while watching a movie rather than snacking on overpriced popcorn is such a great option. My only complaint is not having more theaters. They do the best they can with the location they have.

They have improved their sound systems, so now I have no complaints. The food is great pub style and the seating is roomy, comfortable office chair style. They also show Patriots games for free on game days.

I love the captain's chairs broke my back in 3 places, I can actually sit comfortably for 3 hours! Kids love the food (better then candy) and great for large groups to sit around the table and enjoy a movie and food together.

I like the movie rooms, and the chairs, the food is good, and the drinks are good too. My mom ordered some lava cake once and they waited till the end of the movie to bring it and it was waaaaay overcooked. But that was the only bad experience we've had. Otherwise great time!

Pretty decent I suppose. The environment was nice, and movie prices were on par. The food was yummy and well cooked. It was a little pricey, but hey what do you expect from a movie pub?.. Only real complaint was the service was a little lack luster. I still tipped 20 percent cause I'm a server and that's what I do. But dude never checked back, and was worth about 10 percent.. hence 4 stars not 5, but overall decent.

They usually have fairly decent deals. The food prices are reasonable for a movie theater and the seats are amazingly comfortable. I love going in for some food and beer while sitting at a private table. You can also catch things like Patriots games for free on Sundays (with free popcorn.)

I love the concept of a dine-in theater. The food here is average but you don't go to have good food, you go for a fun experience. I like that they have menu specials when a big movie is playing, I think that's really fun.

I went to the movies this past Saturday with 2 friends to see Sisters. There was only about 10 people in the theater and everyone was laughing so hard, very funny movie. The manager came to us with only about 20 mins left of the movie and asked us to leave because we were laughing, no warning no offer to replace our tickets nothing. And we go to the movies all the time. I'm very upset at the way we were treated, the young manager has no people skills whatsoever. Rude is a nice word!

We waited almost an hour for our food, which was then brought to the table cold. They "remade" the order, only to again return with the food cold. Service was pretty subpar, though the server was very nice. Overall not a great experience. Usually go to the Windham Smittys and have much better service, food and experience. Won't be returning here in the near future.

Good fun movie theater restaurant. Movie ticket prices are decent and good prices are pretty much on par. Expect to pay about $20pp for a drink, shared appetizer and meal. So pretty standard. The meals all have corny movie themes and are pretty much generic dinner food. They do have a good veggie burger (though if you ask for bacon on it expect for your meal to get messed up every single time you go to any Smitty's) and a good spread of gluten free options. Beer on tap is meh, but there is a cider and a few mixed drinks. Chairs are good sized, comfy, and recline. The theater is usually hella loud, so be aware if you have sensory issues. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is usually good natured and easy going (even with the bacon thing) and pretty relaxed. Fun night out.

A place to watch a movie on a big screen and enjoy a meal with drink. Ticket prices are much cheaper than other local cinemas. Menu is pretty standard, serving mostly fried food and other pub-fare items (burgers, nachos). Seats are very comfortable when compared to your typical chair. Depending on the theater, the screen size can be small and not much seating (like movies that were out longer).

We had milkshakes and enjoyed a movie. The seats are comfy office style chairs on wheels with high backs and they lean back. The floors were in need of a good cleaning. There was a chicken wing bone on the floor from a previous showing. The service was friendly. One of the ushers spoke up at the end of the movie telling us to stay for a bonus scene after the credits.

My family has lived here since this theater started and the sound system sucksed then like it does today. If it wasnt for my sons b-day. I always pick Cinamagic every time. I am disappointed how much $$ Smittys make and doesnt update the surround system. Overpriced buffet never again. The food is always fine.

I'm a big fan of Smitty's, for a few reasons. There's nothing quite like going to enjoy a movie, while also grabbing some food and a drink or two. The food isn't fancy, but it's quite good considering they do full service throughout the movie. Lots of alcoholic options, as well as milkshakes and other fun choices. I'm also a fidgeter, so the fact that the seats are on wheels and aren't anchored down is a big plus.

I enjoy smitty's cinema. Service is usually good. Food is price accordingly and seating had a good arrangement. The mini arcade was also fun to play in. However, big buck hunter had half it's screen not working with the gun. So careful what you put your coin into. The only thing I didn't like is people were entering the cinema when the movie was already started and ordering food.

Great theater. And the real food is normally good too. Only real downside to speak of is the servers. They walk right in front of people, and then just stand there also they dont know how to be quiet, whenever anyone's food gets brought in, everyone in the theater knows what that table has ordered.
