I’m a 60 year old women with my 61 year old husband and my two Grandchildren. We come here often but tonight I was refused a glass of wine because I didn’t have my ID. The law is is you look under 35 they have to card you. I definitely look over 35! And my husband was buying and has his ID. My Granddaughters were calling me Grammy. But the bimbo working absolutely refused to sell my husband a glass of wine for me. That’s a lot overboard and not the law.

Regal is good but overpriced. Hot food takes FOREVER to make, so don't order if you're running behind. Seating is great and typically there isn't a bad seat in the house unless you get stuck in the first row or two. My main complaint is the cost- I have 3 kids and taking them to the movies is $$$$$ these days. For this reason I prefer Cinemagic out by Water Country- both their tickets and their food cost less, and they tend to have more availability in seating etc as well.

Tried the RPX cinema. It's fabulous. 60 foot screen, unbelievable sound system and great reclining seats that reverberate with base. Great for action movies!

I love the fully reclining seats. Even if you're sitting back a few rows it just makes the experience that much more enjoyable, and the ticket prices aren't really that much higher than normal non reclining seat theaters. Other than that the staff was pretty helpful and the place was clean, about as much as you can ask for in a theater.

This is an extremely nice theater. Very comfortable reclining stadium seating. It is a little more expensive but they offer a more enjoyable experience at the movies. You can reserve a particular seat online to ensure you get the seat you desire. Typical food and drink. Popcorn, nachos, candy, ect... The theater was clean and easy to find. I highly recommend this theater.

I went to Newington from Barnstead to see a movie with my sister and many, MANY, people were talking or scrolling through Facebook during the movie. It was extremely difficult to concentrate with bright lights shining from every other seat. No ushers were around, and I wasn’t willing to leave the movie to find one, I paid $18 and was super disappointed.

The seats were comfortable, but it was pretty dirty. We went to a matinee on a week day, so it was not especially crowded, yet there was dirt and popcorn everywhere... from the lobby where we get tickets, through the halls and all over the theatre floor. There was even a crumpled ticket receipt on the floor from about 5 days or a week before. The women's bathroom was also a mess, the seats nasty and paper all over the floors of several stalls.

We bought our tickets on line today. When we arrived the box office was closed and a dign said get tickets at the concession stand. Since it was rainy, the lines were long. We got into the first tline and waited a half hour to get to the front. Only to find that this line was for alcohol sales. The sign was up by the front of the line where we could not see it. The woman who waited on us told us we could have shown the ticket taker the eticket and gotten in. What a disorganized place.

Wicked cool reclining chairs and required huge aisles. I liked the ability to pick my own seat at the ticket counter. Sadly typical... the concession prices are so high I'm sure some families won't go. Who wants to deny their kid $8 popcorn? Crazy.

Theater had only one person selling tickets who was rude and totally unhelpful. Website not functioning in order to get tickets ahead of time. Could only sign up if we're willing to be a regal club member and I couldn't sign up for that. No place to enter credit card number. Went to competition Cinemagic obtained tickets easily and staff kind and thoughtful. I would not recommend Regal cinemas!

The seats are comfortable. They usually always have many different time options for when a big movie comes out. Sometimes they will run main new big movies ever 30 mins. They are able to do this because of all the rooms they have.

I'm not usually a theatre-goer as they tend to be too loud and I always get the kid kicking the back of my seat. But this one is really nice with a TON of space for each reclining seat. No worries of people blinding you with their cell phone during the movie and no one kicking the seat behind you. Volume was where it should be, not blasting me out of the place. Also, as a bonus, lots of food, wine, beer, and so on to choose from. Yes, that stuff is expensive as you'd expect, but nice that there are more options that popcorn and Jujube's.

I will go here every time I want to see a movie, even though it's a little more expensive. This is because of the assigned seats, and the quality of the seats. They are super comfortable and recline back. And if you need to get up to hit the bathroom, you don't have to make everyone else move, plenty of room.

My only complaint is that theres only one bathroom and it's really far from some of the theaters, so I literally had to run so I wouldn't miss too much movie! But seats are nice, and it's probably the nicest theater in the area, until you get to Methuen anyway. Also most of the theaters are really small so they sell out seats really fast.

Some of the most comfortable and spacious seating available on the NH coast. Tickets and concessions are still overpriced but then they are at all theatres these days. The one downfall is parking is not convenient (off to the side of the building).

Make sure to plan ahead when going to this theater. Not the best theater for impulsive movie going. While I really enjoy this theater and the upgrades it offers, the one down side, I feel is the reserved seats. While it is nice at times, it also can ruin the spontaneity of going to the movies. Knowing this my husband and I tried to buy tickets 6 hours ahead of the movie and there were hardly any seats left.

Did not realize they dont have people walk through theaters anymore! I guess I was supposed to get up and miss the movie I paid for to let you know people are being rude in the theater. Also it was uncomfortably hot, I was about to get up and leave because I felt like I was going to pass out. I walked around the building after my movie was done to let an employee know but there were no employees anywhere that I could see. Usually i have a great experience here so I'm obviously really upset my movie was ruined.

This movie theater would be my first choice if not for distance. Friends and family also like Regal. Only drawbacks are parking during their busier days. I usually park across from Staples. The other issue is that Regal needs to hire more people, though a lot of businesses are having that problem. There was one person selling tickets, so, the line backed up. My fellow patrons leave a big mess. May need more people to clean up. Theater was neat, thankfully, and the recliner worked. Bathrooms are in good shape. Ticket prices are reasonable. Using online ticket sites, Atom or Regal, helps a lot. I have not ordered or eaten anything from the concession stand so I have no opinion.

We had a great time at Regal Cinemas. The bathrooms were clean and the theatres were too. We were excited to have almost the entire theatre to ourselves. Customer service was good as well. My only complaint was that the popcorn was not hot. We did go to a late evening show so...but still think movie popcorn is a movie theatre highlight and i think it should be hot.

Today my boyfriend and I visited for the first time in a while, spontaneously after a long hard day, and tickets were being sold through the concession lines instead of out front. We figured it was a ploy to sell more food, which was fine—we even figured we’d try some items we didn’t know they had until we saw them on their video menu screens—but the line took long enough to get through that we were going to be late to our movie. We looked online and learned the average preview time was 20 minutes, and we still were going to miss the beginning.

Lost my sunglasses in the theater. I went back in from the parking lot and searched the theater using the flashlight on my phone. I Asked if lost and found had seen them. I was told, no! So I Went back for one more look and on the way out leaned over the trash disposal- sure enough- there they were - tossed right in the trash! Not broken- so there was no reason to just toss them out! They are Expensive glasses! whoever cleaned the theater was to lazy or simply didn’t have the decency to turn them into the front! I bet there are a lot of things they don’t turn in! I’m disgusted!

It's a very nice movie theater with excellent seating, great screens, and friendly staff. I have only two complaints about the place: 1) Premium seating means a premium price. Tickets are expensive. 2) Sometimes, they sell tickets from the concession stand. This means it takes like 5+ minutes in line to buy your ticket. This is a popular spot, so for marquee movies at primo times, get your tickets well in advance. Especially if you want good seats - the theater has assigned seating.

Very comfy seats, plenty of space to recline and have people walk by you without bumping you. Tickets were $13 for a night time regular 2D. I’m not an avid movie-goer but i guess that seems like a fair price. $7 for a medium fountain drink is outrageous. Can get the same fountain drink for $1 anywhere. That’s price gouging. Fire alarm went off about an hour into our 8:00pm showing. My girl and I didn’t want to wait around for the FD so we left. That was last night. Now it’s 3:30pm on a Friday, google shows a live report (somehow: i don’t know how google knows everything but whatever) and it says they are are less busy than usual right now, but somehow they’ve been too busy to answer a phone for the last 30 minutes. I’m just trying to find out about a voucher or something to come back and see the flick. Also there’s no listed phone number for the location, so I call the listed number which brings me to a corporate machine that i have to press 6, then press my zip code, then press 1, then press 1 again, which all takes several minutes. That connects me to the local theater that rings for 5 minutes which nobody answers so i get another machine with options, and i press 0 to speak with an associate, that rings for 10 minutes, and nobody picks up and it says “sorry, goodbye” (i’m paraphrasing). I repeated this lengthy process a few times until I came here to try to find a number that would at least connect me to the local theater to skip the first half of this ridiculous process, but found nothing of that sort. This is terrible customer service. The service at the location was very friendly. Yet the off site customer receives no semblance of service. Disappointing.

This was my first time going to this theater. I also went to a 3D movie with reclining chairs. I had a blast. Very nice cinema but the snacks and soda are pricey. It costs 15.00 for 2 very large sodas. Overall I would definately recommend this theater.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this theater! I lived in the area for years and we always went to " the theater by the mall" and now having moved 2+ hours away, and not having anything like this theater in our area, if a movie is playing and I want to have a great experience we drive to Newington!! Always have had great management and staff. Have no problem paying the prices for the food as I know all the ticket sales go to the movie companies, Regal only earns what they sell in concessions...I am willing to support them!!! Recently saw Mission Impossible there and felt like I was part of the movie!!

Great theater I love that you can get your tickets online and pick your seats ahead of time! Eliminates the worry. Another nice feature is that you can ask for glasses that will add subtitles to your movie! So if you're like me and have a hard time differentiating sounds and voices this is a great option.

This theater is beautiful and has very nice employees that seem like they really care. I remember this one long haired and kind of chubby boy who was very kind and respectful to me and my wife's kids. I ate at the chipotle nearby and shot some wet ground beef into the toilets before I left and I felt really bad for the poor kid that cleaned it up. I also got my profile picture from outside this very theatre because I got in a fight with these two girls that thought they had power over me(they didn't). I asked the same chubby kid to come outside and take a picture of me putting them in their place. It made me feel powerful.

Be careful where you sit!!!! I took my wife here on Sunday night 3/18/18. We bought our tickets at 12:15 in the afternoon for the 7:20 showing, arrived with plenty of time to spare.We picked our seats,D 3&4 next to a wheel chair accessible spot. We were about 35 minutes into the show when 2 able bodied people approached me stating they needed our seats. The show was sold out, so they had just bought the last 2 tickets, the worst seats. I told them I wasn't giving up my seats, they didn't look handicapped to me. The manager, Jessica, approached me and stated I had to give up my seat. She informed us that she couldn't ask them what their disability was. So if you want the best seats in the house, just walk in late, and claim that you are disabled. So that the people that take the time to buy their tickets early, and try to have a nice night out, have to give up their seats to a strung out person and their daughter who claims to have a disability. Shame on Regal for not doing the right thing.

Wonderful experience,. Lots of space and very comfortable chairs.... sound and quality great.....Setback is 1- expensive, not a cheap night out and 2- for any popular movie must buy ticket ahead online. Most do. If you don't, you may arrive 1 hour early to find your movie already sold out.... But this theatre is way above others in area related to quality....

Been here before had a great time it's always been good until today. we couldn't buy tickets at the ticket booth so they were being sold at the concession stand in which there were SIX employees and ONE lane open with a line of maybe 2 parties. took 15 minutes to get through the line...too much time had passed to actually watch the full movie that we had made time to see. Maybe regal is pushing to sell tickets at the concession lane to make more money but they lost ours today. Completely unprofessional, all while what looked to be the General Manager hanging out.

Auditorium 5 was very clean with very comfortable reclining seats. Great sounds system and there didn't appear to be a bad seat in the house. Concession stand prices were obscene. I highly recommend smuggling your own.

I have been going here for years. Large selection of movies and theaters, well maintained electronic reclining seats, on-line seat reservations, large RPX theater screen. Beer and wine are available for purchase. It can be hard to get in to see the newest movies as tickets sell fast. Most expensive movie tickets in the area.

Best cinema around for miles in this area. Some of the workers 2 hours before closed wouldn't alow me buy a soda. I was amazed and weirded out that right after I bought a ticket i couldn't get a soda.

I would absolutely LOVE to give this theatre a five star rating. It's convenient, seating is very comfortable, it's usually well maintained..... BUT.... The theatre and the staff absolutely DO NOT CARE about the theatre goers experience when impacted by others. For example, the last three films I've seen there have been constantly interrupted by loud, talking teenagers, out of school, waving their phones around, and talking at full volume w/o any care for others. I've politely asked them to quiet down and when the situation called for more, the staff pretty much gave me lip service and apologized but did NOTHING to deal w/ the situation. Once they have your ticket money, it appears that not one care is given to how others behave. It's truly disheartening when you consider how many other theaters are fighting against the home theatre market. Continual experiences like this will absolutely help make my decision on the choice of "Go out or stay in for a movie?"

Been here before had a great time it's always been good until today. we couldn't buy tickets at the ticket booth so they were being sold at the concession stand in which there were SIX employees and ONE lane open with a line of maybe 2 parties. took 15 minutes to get through the line...too much time had passed to actually watch the full movie that we had made time to see. Maybe regal is pushing to sell tickets at the concession lane to make more money but they lost ours today. Completely unprofessional, all while what looked to be the General Manager hanging out.

Absolutely love this place. we have tried other movie theaters and always come back here. everyone is nice and helpful, food is always hot and the seats are comfortable. never once have i had a problem with noisy and rude people while watching movies. wish i could afford to go more. I would have given ten Stars but you only had 5 showing

OMG great experience even though we were 4 rows from the screen. Chairs were so comfortable and so clean well at least until the lights came on after to see what everyone dumped during the movie. Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. Felt everything so exciting!

I've been to this theater close to 50 times, if not more (thanks, MoviePass and Sinemia). They did renovations a while back and the upgraded seats are among the most comfortable I've sat in at any theater! There are definitely fewer seats nowadays than there used to be with the new setup, meaning maybe fewer people to do annoying things at any given time (like being on their snapstagrams). The food selection is okay - I only really go for the popcorn and drinks. They do serve alcohol (I think up to a few drinks per person), which is awesome. And the beer is reasonably priced I guess, although still expensive for a large. Definitely get the Regal Rewards app/membership - you can earn free small popcorns (then upgrade for only a dollar or two for a med, lg respectively). You can also save up and get free movie tickets. Overall, if I didn't have a subscription movie ticket service like Sinemia, I wouldn't be able to afford to come here that often. That being said, if you're the type of person to go to movies once a month or less and don't mind splurging a bit, this place is great.

The location is convenient. Lot of parking in the mall. The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because the prices for food and drinks are exorbitant. Do not buy anything inside the cinema. Seriously.

That theater is over priced, unnecessary recliners take up too much space. The light on the recliner button distracts me out of the movie. If you have the cash to spare, I guess it's for you. Me, I'll go to Chunkys to see the movies I can't wait for home video release.

The chairs in this place are awesome, reclining and leather great for relaxing. The price is okay but you get more space and less people in some of the theaters. If you want to see a move opening night you should definitely order your tickets before hand because they will sell out before you get there. Over all great place to spend a hot afternoon.

Nice theater if you are a trust fund baby or take out a second mortgage. Toy Story 4 was nice, but I left broke and with my ears ringing from the 100 Db sound. I know you only make money on conessions, but when minimum wage is the same as a soda that's an interesting eliest strategy.

Auditorium 5 was very clean with very comfortable reclining seats. Great sounds system and there didn't appear to be a bad seat in the house. Concession stand prices were obscene. I highly recommend smuggling your own.
