Can not believe the prices at the concession counter. A small bottled water over $5.00 . The candy and pretzel bites over $6.00. They are ripping the consumer off, when all we want to do is go out for a night. BOYCOTT THE CONCESSION COUNTER! BE SMART AND SNEAK YOUR WATER AND SNACKS IN.

I really don’t enjoy piling on to bad reviews, especially because I’m new to the area and this location is super close to our house, but this place is really just a clunker. Just go a little bit farther to Manch or Hooksett. The theatre itself was dirty and poorly designed with bad seating. At risk of sounding like an old man, the prices were also just absolutely absurd, especially for a chain theatre. Obviously the price wouldn’t have bothered me if it was a pleasant experience but it just wasn’t great, man. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the staff was incredibly kind and were quick and attentive to the customers in line. Not their fault for the way things are maintained, I’m sure.

I was in theater 6 and they must have a leaky roof because they had a bucket to catch the deposit and several seats around it covered with trash bags. The screen and sound were good so I won't fault them for that but it's time Concord caught up with the times and put in stadium seating and larger screen and more comfortable seats

Bought tickets with my kids with me. Then they wouldn't let us in because of Kayla's age. Had to switch tickets to a movie that we did not want to see and had already started because all drinks and popcorn already purchased. She is clearly visibly not 21, so tickets should not have been sold to us in the first place.

Not knocking the theater as it has all you really need but there isn't anything particularly nice a out this theater. It really is in need of a renovation and upgrades to theater, food area, etc. No reason not to see a movie here but you are getting an older rundown theater. Staff are nice helpful and friendly.

I just moved to the area and went to the Concord Regal for the first time today. The screen was smaller than I expected and I haven't sat in such a little theatre seat with such poor leg room in a long time. All of this would have been ok since the matinee price was reasonable, but my large popcorn was horrible and good movie popcorn is one of the reasons I go out to the movies. I can't say I won't return, but I'll definitely try Hookesett next time.

They kept telling me the theater was being cleaned and I couldn't be seated even at fifteen minutes until the showing time, thus limited my seating options (because other people had been allowed back to the theater) when I showed up 45 minutes early to get a good seat

The manager was extremely rude and condescending and refused to share the rules of entering an R- rated film. We were refused entry because we had to be with someone over 21. This has never been a problem except with the manager that was working there. Natasha and Sarah are the worst movie theater employees I have ever met. Other than that the theater is a complete dump. Worth the gas money to go to the Imax in Hooksett instead of wasting your money on this atrocious place. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

OH HELL NO! I'm sorry but this theater is as bad as that mall next to it. How have they not renovated this place like the Hooksett location. What a shame this theater could make lots of money if they renovated it like Hooksett location because this theater is in Concord the capitol of NH. But instead it is a trashy old cheap theater. Even when the Hooksett theater was a cheap theater it still was fun to go to. Here the rooms are awful. Sticky floors like a theater back in the 70's in 2018. The seats are uncomfortable as well. It is also overpriced. Please for the love of god avoid this theater. There is a nice Regal in Hooksett my favorite theater of all time, There is the Red River here in Concord, There is Cinemagic in Hooksett and there is Chunky's in Manchester. Some thing has to change or this theater will be like the mall next to it soon.

Movie was good but I had to close cinema doors 30 minutes into movie myself so I wasn't distracted by voices in hallway. Now I remember why I don't waste so much money on movie tickets for family when I get better, actually affordable snacks cheaper at home and when rudely interrupted by loud people(at movie was employees) I can rewind. I mean after $50 for tickets and a ridiculous $10 for a large popcorn ... yeah, wont waste my money again.

This place is in a desperate need of a remodel. Seats are very uncomfortable, the screen quality is a little low, you can see how old they are. It's a fantastic place for a movie theater but I will go out of my way to hooksett for the reclining seats and better experience.

Took my wife and 4 yr old here today to see a 2:45 Matinee. I couldn't believe it cost us $30 for tickets. Got to the popcorn counter, ordered 3 drinks, 2 popcorns, and 2 small boxes of candy. The charge was $42. Now I expect to pay more at the theater, but This was outrageous. The staff didn't even see the need to make it a priority to serve us quickly. Got into the theater and it was probably the loudest theater I have ever been in. I like a loud movie. I like surround sound, but this was super loud. It's no wonder the theater was almost empty with prices and service like that, I think I will wait for it to come out on digital next time.

Wife and I have gone to this theater on Loudon Rd twice. Each time it was for the first showing of the day. They have an open time on the door(forget the exact time), but both times they didn't bother opening up until 15-20 mins after that note time. It's pretty run down and over priced as well. Def not my first choice for theater going.

The seats are VERY uncomfortable. I use the extra seat to hold my popcorn but the gap is to wide for a small. Thankfully I had a jacket to put in the seat. It was expensive but I guess not any worse than any other theater. Pay the extra and go to Hooksett.

We had an issue with the canvas. Towards the bottom right there's a "flimmer" in the canvas that in bright scenes absolutely ruins the experience. In darker scenes it's not particularly noticeable, but in a snow themed movie like the one we were watching it completely ruins the experience. We were able to get a refund before too long into the movie, but was not offered a on the house showing. The staff and manager did not seem particularly interested in helping us, or resolving the matter in such a way that would make us want to come back to this particular location. For anyone looking to watch a movie at the cinema in this general area, I would recommend going to the "Regal Cinema Hooksett 8". I don't understand how both theatres can charge the same for their tickets, while offering entirely different experiencies.

Update! Recently they removed their showings on their sign out front where you usually see the movies showing. They replaced it telling people to go to their website to view the showings. This change is pretty dangerous. An example of this is if someone is driving they are going to have to look up on their phone while driving to see the movies. It's also in a spot where service can be a bit touchy. Having the big text in the board makes it a lot easier and safer for those on the road wanting to know what movie is playing. ------- Original: Really nice place, went to see a movie with the boys, the service was excellent. No one know what they wanted besides me because they can't prepare themselves. Very epic 10/10

My thoughts on this cinema is that the screen is very small and chairs do not recline. The seating plan was very awkard in the sense that there was a runway or walkway dividing the seating in middle. So you're not directly in front of the screen. This cinema is not my number one pick but at least it gets the job done and show you the movie.

It was a hot and muggy Friday afternoon, I wanted to see the movie IT with my friends. We purchased tickets for Spider-Man and then planned to just go to the IT theater. Unfortunately, the staff had a bit of an issue with us doing this even though we had all bought tickets. They told us we were not allowed to watch the movie and escorted us out. This theater cares way to much about this as it really shouldn't even be an issue in the first place.

I live very close to the theater hence I prefer to go to this theater even though aesthetics are not good compared to other theaters such as Hookset Regal or Cinemagic. On multiple occasions what I noticed was Junior staff at the counter are not friendly. Not all of them and I don’t want to name the staff who was not friendly. I had an experience when I reached the theater past 7:20 PM for 7 PM for show (bought in advance) the gates were closed but the junior staff were not willing to open the gates. They pretend that they didn’t saw me but I doubt that. However the management was friendly and they compensate me with a Guest service ticket. It happened to me twice and both of them are last shows one at 10 PM on Saturday and one at 7 PM weekday. Regal usually run the ads for 20 mins and I always wants to skip the ads hence I usually go past 20 mins of the show time. I think I am going to pass on this theater and will try to watch movies in Hookset Cinemagic as it is cheaper and better.

I feel like the tickets and food are very overpriced here. I can usually go out for $20 at other theaters and get tickets for two with a drink and an extra coupple bucks for popcorn. It was $25 for just the tickets and the drinks cost more than the tickets!!! I only have complaints about the trip here, the only good thing about the trip was that the toilet was not clogged and there wad tp in the stall. Would not recomend this place to anyone.

However a family decided that they would take this an an opportunity to make themselves at home and talk throughout the ENTIRE 3 hr movie and walk back and forth because they split up on different sides of the theatre. We did get up and say something after shhhing them a few times but no one ever came in. And when I spoke to management after the movie nothing was done or offered. I’ll be driving down to Hooksett or Merrimack from now on.

In the middle of the movie, I needed to get a blanket for my child from my car in the parking lot due to freezing temperatures inside the theater. I left my phone, purse and family (grandmother, 9 and 6 year old) inside viewing the movie, for what I thought would be a quick moment. After exiting the theater, I tried to re- enter no more than 30 seconds later to discover all the front doors locked. There was one employee at the concession stand who I tried to politely get the attention of, who was obviously purposely avoiding me. I continued to knock louder through making eye contact with 2 additional employees, who also purposely ignored me. Finally, after knocking for actual minutes, a manager appeared at the door and rudely let me know that they lock the doors after the start of the last movie and it was policy not to open the door who people outside. I can mostly understand the security reasoning for such a policy, but I should not have had 3 employees ignore me before they called in a manager to assist me. What if I needed help or 911? Given my scared mannerisms and incessant knocking it should have been really clear that I needed help. My children were inside and scared and confused as to where I was. NO WHERE ON THE DOOR WAS THERE A SIGN STATING NO RE-ENTRY. I missed 15 minutes of the movie I payed for. I have never in my life felt the need to raise my voice to a service employee or contact corporate for such awful and literally dumbfounding customer service.

I go to this theatre almost every week with my father, decent but the chairs are a bit awkward. If you leave your arms on the arm rests, they'll go numb. So it's a constant game of on/off throughout the movie

This is a very awesome theater. I have a question. I have a popcorn machine and can never make popcorn taste like it does here. I use flavocal also. I also use butter that doesn't taste the way it does here. The popcorn tastes so good at this theater and I can never make popcorn myself and have it taste anywhere close to how it tastes at this theater. It would be great for a response :)

My guess is that they're on their way out. No movies listed on the marquee, just info that makes it appear to be for sale. Ticket area is now closed, so you get to wait in the slow concession line to get tickets. I thought to buy my tickets online. We stopped at concession. Her scanner wouldn't accept my rewards until she logged out and went back in. So now our tickets say "present to ticket taker". Oh, she doesn't even have a scanner! Now we get to go back to the concession line, wait, wait, wait, then they have to log out and go back in again! Good thing we went in early, because this exercise in futility took 45 minutes! We walked in as the movie had started. I think it's going to be worth the time it takes to drive to Cinemagic in Hooksett!

Our theater was small, with a pretty small screen. Aisle down the center with the seats on either side, making it impossible to sit center screen. The sound was good, though. The ticket prices were three dollars more than advertised online. And six bucks for a soda? No wonder nobody goes to theaters any more.

This movie theater is okay. I have entered with my handgun openly before and had no issues but the last time I went I got told there was a no firearm policy and I needed to place my gun in my car which I have no problem with. The problem I have is that it is only posted on one window in small writing. I also don't want to be in a place where an establishment keeps good people with guns out of their faculties. It is what it is just be aware that this place is no gun friendly.

Absolutely outrageous concession prices. $7.00 for a SMALL popcorn. For the price of a few snacks you could take your family to a sit down restaurant prior to the movie

The price for popcorn and a drink for three of us could have bought a nice lunch in a local restaurant! The theater we were in did not smell clean or appear recently cleaned. Noise from the theater next to us was annoying. Not going back.

My family and I have so much fun here. Matinee is of course the way to go because treats are so expensive. Comfortable seats and plenty of screens so you can bet they are playing something you will want to see. I do recommend. Great place for a date night.

This movie theater is okay. I have entered with my handgun openly before and had no issues but the last time I went I got told there was a no firearm policy and I needed to place my gun in my car which I have no problem with. The problem I have is that it is only posted on one window in small writing. I also don't want to be in a place where an establishment keeps good people with guns out of their faculties. It is what it is just be aware that this place is no gun friendly.

I only gave 4 because I stood there struggling to find out how to redeem a code for a free movie witch had to be done once you knew what movie you were going to see and what time and live an hour away so it's not like I could just go home figure it out and come back. And no one there seemed to know what to do. It turned out I should have clicked on the show TIME to continue the ticket purchase process and thennn apply the code. I went to the car and then fi figured it out and went back in and just made it thanks to the previews, , To see the movie start. And I mean JUST. BARELY... Has wheel chair spaces etc.

I often come to this theater because it’s close to my home in Loudon. Theater is kept clean, popcorn is always great (sometimes I’ve received burnt popcorn at other theaters) and I love having my Regal rewards. Been coming to this theater since ‘97 when Titanic came out, 21 years and counting. Wish it got more business! Could maybe use an upgrade to IMAX? Much love Regal!

Very high priced tickets even with the children discount for my 5 year old grandson the price was higher that other theaters in the state. I didn’t even get the seniors discount. The theater looks outdated and decrepit and the seats are super uncomfortable.

Small Theatre and almost never busy. Doesn't have the bells and whistles of an IMAX but the employees are great and theres almost always seats to whatever the hot new thing is on opening day

Place was big and clean staff were great. But food was over price and cooked in a microwave! (Pop corn was good tho) Seats were uncomfortable and small with no places to put food other than on your lap. Just not a very comfortable place to be sitting for over an hour to be watching a movie.

I thought the theater was clean and service good. Prices however were too high. 12.50 for a four o'clock showing and 28 and change for two small popcorns and two medium drinks was a bit much. The seats need to be upgraded especially considering prices!

The theaters are tiny, seats are uncomfortable/smelly/sticky, the employees are lazy/rude, and the “manager” has a horrible attitude. I can’t believe they are still open for business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague! Go to one of the many other theaters within a 20 minute drive where you can actually have a good experience.

This theater manages to get the latest films pretty quickly, but the Concord Regal is a smaller movie theater that is lacking all modern upgrades. They need bigger seats that recline. The seats that I have experienced are not very comfortable. The whole atmosphere seems outdated, bare bones, and lacking. The tickets are even more expensive than other nearby theaters that have upgraded features. The snacks are overpriced and the atmosphere and service do not warrant the amount they charge for a movie ticket. The only positive I can state is that the parking lot seems large enough and adequately lit.
