I always have a great experience at this location. I do pre order my tickets ahead of time to guarantee seats together. The seats are always so comfortable and a nice touch of “home” while you are at the theater.

I would love it if i could call the actual theature instead of the automated line. I was looking to see what movies played tonight as my wife gets of work at 7. All movies seem to be over by then which is kind of odd. There is no local website to vite to tell operating hours and no phone number where i can speek to a human. Had issues getting ahold of them several times in past as well when someone from my family (children, wife or myself) have accidengly left items in theature. Again no way to get ahold of anyone unless i drive 20 minutes back to the

Even though I like Regal Cinemas, it's overrated in my opinion. Yes sure, you got the reclining seats and the tray but everything is so expensive the food is way over priced as well as the seats. But if you do want a comfortable experience while watching your movie, go to Regal.

The movie theatre seats are really comfortable, reclining and with arm rests and fold out tables for each seat. Priced is a bit higher due to the deluxe seating. A couple of the theatres didn't have heat last time we went. There was also an issue with the 3D feature for the first 10-15 minutes of the movie without explanation. Ticketing service can be slow so show up at least 10 minutes early. Concession service is quick!

Floors were slimy and dirty (don't they clean?), my feet slipped as I was trying to get into and out of my seat, at least I didn't fall...Yuck! Gone are the days of sitting where you want, you buy your movie ticket based on available seating...you never know where you'll be able to get a good seat. The movie however was good, the sound had some crackle to the speakers (need some work), might have been ok, had I not been seated right under one. $65 dollars later...I may wait for the DVD next time.

If you’re going at night expect very slow service. Only one person on staff serving popcorn and selling tickets at the same time. Overall the theater is clean. Movies are great. It looks like a graveyard though to walk into a theater with one person on staff.

I was assisted by a very informative pleasant young man. He also enjoys working there. Purchased gift card for a special l person in our lives. We had a wonderful conversation. As I was about to leave, I also purchased a small (which in itself is huge, by the way) soft drink. It is lasting a long time while I go about my charities. Thank you for selecting such personable young people to be your staff in such a beloved place to come for movies that all of us can hardly wait to see! Happiness is having the comfort of the ability to still go out to the movies. May you have a fantastically busy holiday season!

We recently went to see Dragon Ball Super: Broly and no one was stationed at the podium to direct traffic and collect tickets, as usual. So, there was a huge mixup with our seating, and with the two theaters the limited showings were being played in. In our theater, occupants were in the seats WE had purchased because they were in the wrong theater. We were NOT the only occupants having seating issues, either. There was a lot of general confusion regarding the movie and seating. It could have been avoided entirely if they had had someone at the podium. We missed the first 20 minutes of a film that was only showing in select theaters for one week. It was sorted out in the end and we got our seats, but there was no compensation for the part of the movie we had already missed. And, as is also common with this location, Concessions just take too damn long. If you want popcorn for your movie, you'll want to arrive 30-45 minutes early because that's how long you're likely to stand in the Concessions line.

Do you ever wonder what's at the end of the rainbow? Its Regal cinemas in Augusta! It's a movie theater that plays movies. What else can I say? Oh yeah every seat is a huge recliner with cup holders and a small table attached. It's like being in your own living room but your able to see all the newest movies. It is expensive here they certainly charge you for the comfort but....your at the movies so just enjoy.

Throughout the years of coming here I have never had any issues. Service is always great, theater is always clean. This time however, there was a technical difficulty with our movie. The staff worked to resolved it and kept us informed as to what was happening.

We brought our grown children and our 6 grandchildren to see The Grinch! Super cute movie!! However it was very cold inside the room where we watched the movie. We had to keep our winter coats on and the children were very cold. My husband went to speak to someone but it remained cold throughout the entire movie.

Now this place is ok. I went to see a movie and they were still cleaning the theatre 5 minutes before the movie was scheduled to start. We weren't allowed to enter the theatre and the movie started late. The thing is our showing was the first of the day. What could they have possibly been cleaning before the first showing of the day?

We always travel for Regal Cinemas Augusta 10 because the seats are so comfortable. But they are not taking care of the seats and some of them are not as comfortable as they were. The trays are missing on some seats. We like the theater but hate when I get bad seats.

Service was good. Seating is comfortable. Docking a star for watching 20 minutes of trailers when seeing Black Panther. Movie was marked to start at 3:00 and didn't actually start until 3:20. Considering the price of tickets and drinks, I shouldn't have to also sit through 20 minutes of advertising.

Expensive, and costs extra to order your tickets online, even though it is near impossible to purchase your tickets at the venue prior to them selling out unless you go several days in advance to purchase. They have assigned seating, which is okay to ensure ahead of time you have adjacent seating for your party. The place is typically pretty tidy. Overall, not my favorite theater, but in fact one I try to avoid.

Saw a 3D movie,nice theater,very clean with recliners and spacious seating,3D was beautiful, sound wonderful,didn't care for the pick your seat when you buy your ticket deal.I never know until I sit,if I'm in a good spot to see,due to my vision,and you aren't supposed to change your seat,due to this assigned seating deal.Wasn't an issue when we went, theater was almost empty, but had it been full, I wouldn't have been able to move to see.

The new seats are incredibly comfortable. You can sit back and put your feet up, and you even get a little table over you. Certain seats have an arm rest that you can push out of the way, which is lovely when you want to be close to your partner. The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired. I can't speak much to the customer service because we buy tickets online and refuse to purchase the overpriced snacks, but this is certainly the best cinema around as far as the actual movie-watching experience!

loved it!! You pick out your seat before you buy the tickets. The spacing between the rows are huge. The chairs have foot rests, and recline!! There is a mini table attached that swings back and forth for your food or personal items! Love it! Can't wait to visit up there again! I bought 4 tickets and it was only $38.00! The speakers are incredibly loud. Highly Recommend!!!

The seats are amazing. I've been guilty of sleeping a few times. Also, the seats the huge, recline and if you sit in the right spot the seat divider pulls up so you can snuggle up or have a little child sit between you comfortably.

I love the Regal Cinemas Augusta 10! The staff is friendly, the theatres are clean, and the smaller cinema size & fabulous new seats are very appealing! The only things that need repair are the faucets, as only one works. The addition of hand sanitizer, & a hand towel dispenser, as a choice for those who hate the loud roar of the hand dryer would be nice changes to add! Overall great theatre choice!

I do appreciate the handicap spots in the theater, but other handicap features are sadly lacking. No auto door openers anywhere. Struggled to get into the bathroom door, then there was a garbage can blocking the narrow hallway. Soap dispensers could not be reached, and trying to open the door to into the movie, no help offered, and wheel chair banged against the door which couldn't be held open. Needless to say, this was less than satisfactory, and embarrassing.

This theater was very expensive for a week night outing. I spent well over $40 for two senior tickets, a tub of popcorn, a large fountain drink and a small fountain drink. The theater itself was spacious and was equipped with reclining chairs including foot rests. Each chair has a drink cup and a small table which was convenient. The theater was different from other theaters I have visited recently because the floor is flat of very nearly flat. I prefer stadium seating because I think it provides a better view.

Great place to kick back and watch a movie. Took my girls to see the My little pony movie. We were all so impressed with the recliner style seats and the little attached table that you could move into position for your popcorn or whatnot. Decent food prices. The small drinks are more like a medium and you get a free refill on the large popcorn. We didn't take advantage of that because we had candy too but good deal otherwise. Had to drive about an hour to get to this particular theater but would definitely do it again for the comfort alone!!

Seats are very comfortable so that's why I'm giving it a 3 star review. However, without the comfy seats it would get a 1 star review. The tickets are pricey along with the almost 6$ small and $10 large drink. The volume was so poorly balanced me and my son had to use our hands to diminish the sound.

The reclining seats are awesome. Arm rests can be raised if you want to get a little closer to someone special. Also has nice little trays that can swivel out in front of you. The only real things keeping this place from getting 5 stars are the fact that the overall screen image is too dark, so that in dark scenes you lose a lot of detail. I thought it might have been a fluke but it's been like that the last 3 times I was there.(I'm talking 2d movies here, I haven't seen anything 3d at this theater) I would recommend investing in some better projectors or at least make sure the ones you do have are calibrated correctly. The second issue is the sound, for one the overall sound is just too quiet, the bass is weak, and the surround sound is not very effective at all. Plus the sound proofing could be better as you can sometimes hear the movie on the other side of the wall.

Comfortable commander chairs, plenty of cup holders and elbow room, convenient order ahead tickets, and a good selection of movie treats. I was a bit disappointed after waiting 45 minutes for a $5.00 hotdog, complete with not 1 but 2 packets of relish. Lesson learned, eat ahead of time, it's no Smitty's. Otherwise it was a great way to spend the afternoon on a rainy Saturday.

If you get tickets online, MAKE SURE IT'S AUGUSTA, MAINE. Fandango defaults to Augusta, Georgia! The theaters all have the nice reclining seats.

This is pretty much a standard Regal Cinemas, which is by no means a bad thing. Ten screens is usually about all our town needs, there’s only ever sellouts for big blockbusters like the next MCU or Star Wars film. Best thing about this particular theater is the big reclining seats, which are very comfortable. A couple things keeping this from five stars are the staff can be slow at times on concessions, which often is simply because there are not enough of them to keep up with the line, and the fact that there isn’t even one large format screen. To get IMAX, we’re stuck driving almost an hour and a half to Saco, so it would be nice to see Regal find a way to include at least one large format screen to serve the greater Augusta area. Overall though, rarely any complaints here, and the odd technical issue that has arisen is always met with the utmost courtesy and compensation, even when we don’t ask for it. This is our go-to theater for movie night!

Nice movie theater. My sister took me here when I came to visit her. I like that you can get a snack or small meal here and eat it on a little table that is attached to your chair while you are watching the movie.

First time there and wow it was nice. A few people playing on there cell phones during the movie but the place over all was worth it. Cozy chairs pricy though 35 bucks to 2 adults and 1 kid. Plus 25 for popcorn and a couple drinks.
