Enjoyed the new reclining chairs, however, when asked the attendent to speak to the sound engineer & adjust the ear crashing volume. Promises were made but nothing was done. Attendent also mention that there were other complaints. Next time, get a name when you speak to staff and always ask for the manager. Just 2 stars out of 5.

AVOID THEATER #2 ---Went to see Ad Astra (which has a very quiet, intense space soundtrack) and intermittently the air conditioning unit in theater #2 would come on and make this terrible loud buzzing noise, completely overpowering and ruining the movie's soundtrack. I complained but the response was "oh yeah the AC makes noise, someone else complained too." So the theater owners are aware of this, but apparently don't care. If I could get my money back, I would. Won't be going there again - at least not to theater 2.

Their facility is good not great. Their website needs work because we looked to see the movie times and if they were playing Annabelle it said they were yet they stopped playing it however they did not take it off their site and when we got there they had told us they stop playing it. Otherwise good.

They just did a TOTAL remodel with photo booth, new electronic signs, flooring, automated ticketing and seat selection, snack bar, and electronically controlled heated and cooled recliners!!! Best theater in Maine!!!

Their upgraded seating is excellent; the seats not only recline, they have heating controls! Along with the upgraded seating, they have also updated the online ticketing and in- facility ticket pickup. No more waiting in line and hoping to get our favorite seats. The theater was clean.The drinks and butter areas of the concessions area were messy. There was quite a bit of spilled sticky soda and greasy butter. This was the only area really in need of a good cleaning. Overall a great experience.

Tuesday's they have 7 dollar movies anytime. They have updated and the seats are so comfy. And the leg room.. Wow. You have enough room that when a person needs to get by you don't even move. Just sit with legs stretched out and still not touch them. It is fantastic

Always good snacks, always good movies. Very nice and comfortable seats which you can switch the temp of and adjust the way you want. I will say one time I went there and the seat I had reserved had been taken by an employee but they moved quickly but other than that there are no complaints.

Seats, when clean are nice and comfortable. Snack selection is okay, but you pay the high prices. Have to pick your seat when you get your ticket. If you don't know the theater layout, there's a 50% chance the end seat may be against a wall

Got nice new electric seats with heat. I can understand the price going up. However they're now doing online ticket purchases and we pick our own seats these days which is great but they don't tell you there's a dollar fifty surcharge on every seat you book online. :-( that will be the last time we do it that way. We will walk in to the kiosk as soon as we know the day and time we're going and pick and pay ahead of time that way. So much for technology and trying to keep up with the times we're doing all the work and paying more for it! And people are losing their jobs to computers :-(

The self serve machines didn't spit out a ticket or a receipt and the program did not allow the staff to reprint. The new recliners are awesome and so is the space between the rows are perfect.

A new LOVE for going to the movies!!! After the remodel, the seats are all BIG comfy automated recliners with electric buttons for heated and cool option seats. They still have the cup holders and are attached in rows but there is plenty of room to walk through the rows if you need to go to the bathroom or something; no more "oops, sorry, excuse me, sorry" while bumping others on your way out! The price for tickets is reasonable. Food is pricy but they have deals if you plan on going often throughout the year you can buy annual buckets of popcorn, etc. Reserve your seat online before you arrive and then you can get your ticket within seconds of arriving, otherwise you may need to wait in a somewhat lengthy line because all seats are chosen upon purchasing your ticket now. Thanks Flagship for drastically improving the movie going experience! (Also, I saw Spiderman multiverse, and it was AMAZING) I'm not totally big on superhero movies, they are ok and all, but this was different. One of the best movies I have ever seen speaking from a visual and mind analysis perspective.

They did have a sign up but they installed seats and did not run power to the recliner which made for a very uncomfortable experience. If the theater was not ready they either should not have opened it or offered a reduced rate. The inconvenience should be on the establishment and not the customer.

Recently renovated after a VERY long overdue need for that. Every theater now has power reclining heated lazy boy type seats. Sound and picture in the theaters are excellent as well. You can also reserve your seats which is nice.

Going to see a movie I've realized the theater building updated their seats, in certain auditions..big time! Last time I came to see a movie the seats were 90s style. They just rocked a bit back and forth. The new seats in certain auditoriums are finally in the present day. Having to reserved a seat is cool but they are actually leather seats that recline and have a built in heater option. I wish the cinema in Windham had reclining leather seats like this certain theater building but no. It's ok.

Now that they have remodels, I really like the new theater. I am a fan of the seats being right up in front of the screen but you may not be. If you don't like to be too close make sure you get a seat further back. The seats recline and are also heated. 2 buttons on the right hand side. To get the seat to go backup to the upright position, make sure you recline it all away and then push again to go backwards. Easy system to figure out if you have a child that can teach you haha. Yes my 10 year old taught me how to do it lol

Dont usually go to the theater, went and saw pet cemetary. The seats are heated and they recline all the way back, we sat closer to the front and it was very nice. Tickets are pretty reasonable. Of course food is pretty high but that's the price you pay for going to the movies.

Since the renovation it's only got better! The old seats were a pain, uncomfortable. These new heated recliners are to die for! So comfy, and spacious with not one but two! Cupholders! Hoorah! And now they have a flavor blast for your drink too! Strawberry, Cherry and Vanilla. Going to the movies is now amazing experience at Flagship cinemas, a leader in the cinema experience.

First time ever going to this brand of Theater, absolutely loved it. Fair prices for movies, extremely comfortable seating with heated and cooled recliners. Will absolutely make the 45min drive just to go to the movies here. They have typical pricing for snacks and drinks. They offer a popcorn bucket which after the first purchase each refill is only $4. They have a neat self serve butter station. The theater has a great atmosphere to it. Very modern with great art details. Amazing lighting throughout.

A really nice cinema. I've been to plenty, and was weary at first due to its outward appearance. But the interrior was cozy, the staff was very great. The movie room itself was quite nice, comfortable reclining seats, and a decent audio system. From the 12 or so Cinemas I've ever been to, this one would rank 2 in the list. The only reason for that is because 1 was a VERY expensive place. This was not expensive at all.

A great theater. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I knocked it down a star is because the bathrooms aren't that clean. A lot of the stalls don't have toilet paper and many dont lock. The seats in the theater are heated and cooled. Not only that, but they are also recliners that pretty much lay flat. They are very comfortable and roomy. The entire theater has improved.

Nice place to see a flick. Typical amenities with clean bathrooms and food at the usual movie theater prices. The seats are great though very roomy and comfortable with power recline and heat. Aisles are nice and wide. You do sometimes see lots of trash overflowing the bin and on the floor when it is busy, however I believe movie goers are mostly to blame when it comes to this. I think people in general are careless on this point and it just creates more of an issue than it should be.

The renovations are amazing. HEATED SEATS THAT RECLINE AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON. Order tickets online to save on waiting in line. Just scan your phone at one of the little kiosks. A huge improvement on the former accommodations. A++

Went to a 6:45 pm showing John Wick 3. Theater wasn't packed so it made for an easy relaxed viewing experience. The leather electric recliners they have installed now made it much better. Hell the seats even have seat and back warmers for that night after a hard day if work. Super comfortable.
