+ Maybe Nice recliners. Very comfortable seating, but computer showed all seats for two were taken except row B. We almost didn't buy but the very helpful young man at the desk said we should go in and see for ourselves just how close we'd be. Normally, that would have been MUCH too close to screen- but due to recliners and how much room they take up, we were able to sit that close and enjoy the movie. So. There in lies my only complaint.The computer screen showed no available seats back where I would have chosen to sit. Yet the theater never came close to filling up! Either a malfunction in the system, or so cold that people blew off their reservation? I will prebook seats and pay online the next time.

The renovations were well worth the wait. The stadium seating with recliners is so luxurious. The bar is gone, but I rarely saw it used. There parking lot is also in better shape. Service is usually great and quick. You can purchase tickets at any register now and get your snacks at three same time. I miss the football games.

One of our favorite theaters. It is located in a run down plaza but the theater is clean and modern. For us, the best part is that this is not a destination for kids so there is no need to face a wall of adolescents as you might at other locations.

I had a wonderful experience there, the chairs were very comfortable. When you walk in the doors so clean , notice they had a mini arcade and a photo booth. The movie and sound effects was awesome. If you go on a Wednesday the tickets are discounted. I haven't been out for a while and have to say it was worth it! great theater day!

Watched aquaman with some friends had fun but I was shocked at the prices $5.00 for just one bottled aquafina water 16.9 fl oz standard! And we were a group of four that would be $20 just for 4 waters I can't believe it and also we got reclining seats and m was broking so the entire time i had the chair fully reclined but the button didn't work so I couldn't adjust it for comfort. but overwise the movie was decent not my favorite experience there or movie but we had a good time.

I have been to this theater many times for the past 26 years with three different names: Hoyt's, Regal Cinemas, and now Cinemagic. I never had a problem with parking, because I don't drive and I never even had a license, but I never needed one. Just a bus ride to Hannaford and only takes a ten-minute walk from there. Great movie selections and wonderful staff. Whenever I go to Cinemagic, I always make sure to buy a medium popcorn, a large Coke, some nachos, fries, and two hot dogs. The only problem however is the tickets and the food being overpriced, like my personal menu selection would cost at least 35 bucks. Despite the price of tickets and concessions (they should reduce the price to help reduce the crime rate, LOL), it was well worth it. It was definitely worth it. The first time I ever went to that cinema (known at the time as Hoyt's) was my then-favorite movie, Terminator 2: Judgment Day. But I guarantee it won't be the last. Plenty to offer for movies.

$25 round trip ride share 100% wasted to see a movie that all seats but three against the screen were already reserved for. First come first serve isn't the norm here; don't bother if you're not a day or two ahead of time to reserve your spot for a big release like you're booking a flight.

The new reclining chairs are perfect! My only complaint is that the screen wasn't on for the "commercials" at the beginning. We heard about Curious George and the announcement about turning off your phone etc, but for 10 minutes we watched a blank screen.

This theatre was recently remodeled. The appearance is up to date, the concessions offer a very diverse selection, and the new reclining seats are very comfortable. I like being able to buy tickets and reserve seats ahead of time. Picture and sound quality are top notch. All of this made the movie going experience quite enjoyable.

They keep the place pretty clean and there new chairs are comfortable. It does make it harder to get tickets since there is less seating so arrive early or buy your tickets in advance. Their movie pass is a great deal for those that go at least once a month.

Clean comfortable seating. Though watch how you sit or you may regret it by end of movie. Minus one star for lack of... human interaction. You walk up to a counter and purchase your ticket from a machine. When I walk up to a counter I like to be helped by a person. If I wanted to help myself I would walk up to a free standing kiosk.

When you pick up your tickets, you get to pick where you would like to sit (reserved seating). The seats are amazing. You can recline just like you would if you where at home. The service was awesome. My overall experience was fabulous. Would recommend going.

Reopened after a remodel at the end of 2017. Reclining seats, stadium seating, and the chairs are broken into pairs, with an arm rest that can be folded up. Great place to see a movie.

This is my favorite movie theater in the area. Comfy reclining seats, always clean, tons of parking, lots of bathrooms. Whenever possible I go here and I buy my seats in advance and show up a few minutes before the movie starts. Highly recommended!

Bring your own food, bottle of bug spray, and some Clorox wipes in case you need to use the restroom. This place is way overpriced, the theaters are infested with bugs, and the bathrooms are nasty. Your small bag of stale popcorn is going to run you just as much as your ticket into the theater. The bugs are piled up in the lights on the walls, And flying in your face as your trying to watch the movie. Though, to top it all off... there is actually blood on the wall in the restroom, and feces on the outside of the toilet. For your own protection: just wait for the movie to come out on DVD.

Jumanji: Welcome to the jungle was a good movie. The seats were insanely comfortable. They are recliners. Plenty of leg and arm room. The seat allowed me to watch the movie without my sciatica driving me insane with pain. This is my new favorite seating style and theater.

Showed up 20 minutes early to see a movie. AFTER we had already gotten snacks and handed over our card, we were told about the assigned seating. Ended up with horrible seats. Yes, our fault for not buying tickets days in advance for a last minute movie decision. However, if we had been informed about the new policy, and told what seats were available beforehand, we would have gone somewhere else. Probably won't be coming back.

Love the electric reclining leather loveseats. Great sound quality, comfortable climate control, but the price gouging is a little much. I bought an astronomically priced large popcorn, and I just needed a small bag to put some popcorn in for my kids to share... they charged me $2.00 for 2 empty bags. This was after a five minute conversation between a manager and concessions worker on how to handle a large soda that was accidentally rung up as a medium. After much deliberation they reluctantly just gave me a large soda. The trip for four of us cost a little over $85.00.

This is my favorite theater in the area since they remodeled and put in recliner seating. It can be tough to get seats to a big movie on the weekends because of the limited seating, but it's worth it.

I love the recliners, but I am too tall so my feet hang off the end of the foot rest and it gets uncomfortable. At least the seats are big enough I can pull my feet up some by sitting at an angle. Everything thing else is great here, the sound and picture quality are great, and I love being able to reserve seats online, so you don't have to show up 30 minutes early to get a good seat.

We went here to see the Endgame premier and I wish I'd stopped an hour short and just went to the theater in hookset. It was a sponsored event and none of the staff knew what was going on. They told me extra popcorn salt can only go on the unpopped kernels, which has never been the case at any theater I've been to. We also had to get our tickets at the concession stand because of the promotion and the person that took our order didn't explain that to us so we had to walk back and wait in line again to get our tickets. The reclines in the room we were in weren't comfortable and the sound was just okay. The movie quality itself was solid but not worth the price of admission for all the other stuff.

Quite simply the best theatre in Maine, no one else is close. Luxurious leather seating that reclines, huge spacing between seats and between rows. Top of the line video and audio. Reserve seating online. And inexplicably NOT crowded during weekday & Sunday evenings, or the 9pm-ish showings on weekends!

This place has been a favorite for years. Tucked in a small shopping center near a local trail this place is a great small theatre. We often find it's not as over crowded and enjoy the upgrades they have made to seating and design over the years.

Love the new reclined seats. They are so comfortable and no one will ever be in your way. Reserve seating is very nice. The only problem is the parking lot. There are so many large holes, and the parking spaces are small. Just walking to my vehicle after the movie, I noticed 2 drivers couldn't get in their vehicles because someone had parked too closely to them. Try to get a spot away where you won't be boxed in.

Mixed reviews: The bathroom was clean (thank you), movie was clear, and sound was good. The lobby and theatre were not clean. The crew was leaning on the counter and there were no customers besides us. We were in the lobby 15 minutes and they never moved except to talk to another employee. Popcorn all over the lobby floor, straw wrappers on the dirty tables, etc. ("If there's time to lean, there's time to clean"). Our cupholders in the theatre had crud in them. We certainly did not use them. Who knows what's in there! I doubt we'll be returning.

The seats are friggin amazing, leather big easily fit 350 lb adult recline, cup holder big aisle no need to move to let people thru each seat has own aisle entrance, must see better then you can imagine. With the pre ordering and u actually have a seat number on ticket not gen admission, which is awesome can always get the exact seats you want. Just go online three days ahead right when the showing you want goes on sale, pick best seats you want and pay online and just scan phone at theater. I will not be going to another theater until they match this type of setup clarks pond and home only

Sunday afternoon with my son. I spent $36 on tickets, popcorn and a drink. I ask them for a cardboard container. They ask why and I say so my son can have own container. They said that WILL NOT give me a 5 cent piece of cardboard BUT they would sell me an empty small bag for $1. I will have a hard time returning to this theatre. Family friendly? $1 for an empty bag? Be a place where people want to go again because they feel appreciated or keep losing customers to people staying at home to watch movies.

Upgraded to the recliner type seats but I don't think they fully recline like some theaters. You will be asked to pick your seat when you buy a ticket but if it's not crowded, you can sit where you like. Lighting is better than most theaters so finding your seat is a little easier. Very nice upgrades to this location.

Great movie theater! I've been taking friends, and family here for years. I'm so happy with the recent upgrade of seats and lobby. Would have rated it 5 stars but the parking lot needs a lot of work. Very bumpy and tons of pot holes. All around great place, new and current movie selection, hardly any lines, and lots of diverse movie times.

I’ve currently been standing in line for 15-20 minutes waiting to be served. There is two people behind the counter and I just heard another person say they are NEVER coming here again. The staff is horrible/taking their time acting like they don’t know what they are doing. This is sad. I always buy dinner when we come to the movie and this is just ridiculous. I’ll definitely go to the one in Westbrook or Saco over this hell hole. I just heard another person waiting in line for the 6:30 Lion King movie day they could do tomorrow since they’ve been waiting in line so long. So bad. Shaking my head.

The theater had just had some pretty substantial renovations. There are now wide, comfortable recliners to sit in. Also tickets are sold through the automated kiosks which makes for a short wait buying tickets. Theater are clean and well maintained. There is also a nice little bar if you are early for your movie. Popcorn is really good. The staff has always been friendly and the loyalty program gets you some decent rewards over time.
