Nice clean theater. Seats are comfortable and clean. Snacks are a little on the pricey side, but otherwise this us a great place.

Daughter fell on steps during middle of the show, coming back with a refill of popcorn & soda. I went picked up the spilt drink & popcorn out the isle, because it was pitch dark in the theatre, & then went straight back out to concession & told them of the accident, & that there was a bunch of ice & wet, potentially hazardous liquid spilt inside the theatre, and suggested someone go clean it up. No one ever showed up to clean it. I don't think one person working in the entire place was over 16. The entire staff looked as if they had just received their work permits. Smh.. My daughter's arm is badly hurt. Guess someone should of heeded my warning and did their job. Lawsuit so easily preventable, yet lack of supervision or training among very adolescent employees.

Everything was fine except the concession stand prices for items... the markup is unrealistic... i.e. 1 drink, 1 popcorn, 1 nacho was $25, even if items had been $5 each, that would still be over market value... the snacks were more than 2 movie tickets... everytime we come as a family (4-5 people) it's dreadful due to the prices of concessions... even the fact we can afford it doesn't matter, the cost doesn't equate fair value... other than that, the staff is nice, movies are good...

It smells in that theater. I couldn’t enjoy my overpriced food for the smell the theater holds. It smells like a wet funky mop, sweaty socks and cigarette buds. This sucks a lot. They need to get rid of the carpet and upholstered seats. I guess I’ll have to drive to Kenner to enjoy a movie.

This is the 2nd time in a row that I've visited this theater and had a movie start late because of technical difficulties. The last time, after 20 minutes, we were moved to another theater. You would think that for the fortune paid in tickets, drinks, popcorn and candy, they could at least maintain their equipment. Still waiting..........! Edit: the movie was to begin at 7pm. Here it is 7:30 and they are telling us to come back tomorrow. Nope! I don't think we'll be back!

What a great family visit to see Toy Story 4! Courteous staff greeted us. Nice games area and great selection of food and drinks. Very clean, spotless actually. A special Thanks to Rion who could see that our 5 year old son was having a hard time, as he gets scared of how loud movies can be and didn't want to go in. He noticed and offered us special headphones so that my son could control the volume. This changed our whole experience and we all loved the movie. This small gesture meant alot to us. Looking forward to returning for another visit soon. Great job team!

The volume on the Spider-Man: into the Spider-Verse movie was unhealthy. I tracked over 95 dB, which health limits state a 30 min minimum exposure. Popcorn was full of seeds cause a broken tooth. Staff were arrogant and rude and refused to provide trays for two three year olds. My older two ordered the large popcorn and two drinks but refused to provide a share-bag. The offered a paltry hotdog tray that ironically held less popcrown than the six dollar “kiddie meal.” We won’t be back to this theater. If I could post the phone screen capture showing 100dB average at dangerous level, I would.

What an awesome movie theater. This theater offers the Dbox seats (moving seats with speakers in them) and it's only an extra $5 from a normal ticket. I just watched Jurassic World 2 here and really enjoyed my experience. The theater is very clean overall and the seats feel better than some of the other ones in the area. Overall, it's quite a large theater and they have a ton of movies playing all the time. One of my favorite things about here is how they have the old movie showings every month. Recently I got to watch the Princess Bride on the big screen for the first time and loved it! Definitely a worthwhile experience

Clean, friendly, decently priced, and waaaaay quieter than any of the New Orleans AMC locations. The drinks are fill your own, and they've always given us regular popcorn buckets when there is a movie promotion with nicer bucket so the nicer bucket doesnt get dirty. The newer recliner chair seating is super nice, though the best spots disappear quick even during school days.

Travelled a good bit to see it in IMAX, and we ended up sitting in THE FRONT row. I legit couldn't tell what was happening in the action scenes, because it was so close, my eyes couldn't focus. No joke. If you go, just remember that seats are first come first serve

Love this place! Great theatres! They have an arcade inside that does accept debit/credit cards as well. During the summer they have movie specials for children at a deep discount which includes popcorn and a drink! Seats are comfortable and staff are friendly. The area is clean as well.

Though the location appeared to be a newer construction, the seats were relics (and the cushions had an awful musty urine smell). I was impressed with the staff, who were personable as well as professional, and were more than willing to accommodate us with a pair of headphones for hearing impaired (headphones were in good condition and clean).

The theater, once one got pass the pop corn smell of influence) smelled of something (resembling the odor of stale urine on the floor of the "men's" room, in an off beat truck stop, South of Jackson) unpleasant assaulted my senses... first. Sound was the second assault of my senses, my sense of hearing diminishing by the second, as the sound was extremely, and obnoxiously, too LOUD. The Movie itself, Captin Marvel, was an expectation exceeding bunch of great stuff. The price... considering the violations against their customer's olfactory's and hearing, it was more price than value... TOO HIGH.

Very clean in the IMAX. Temperature variations were a little annoying due to a porly balanced AC system. Very average sound and picture quality. $13 for the 1pm showing of Lion King. My daughter had to go tell the staff to start the movie because noone was in the projector room and the system had crashed.

I am quite surprised about the 4 and 5 stars. I have has so many awful experiences there, with zero remorse from management. Either the movie is messed up, the lights don't go off, the AC is off, charging me the wrong amount... tonight was the worse. I was sold a rated R movie/wrong movie! I went, watched the wretched rated R previews (horror flicks!) and now my adrenals are shot! Thankful my children where not with me. The management didn't care. "The movie you wanted to see started 10 minutes ago in theatre..." NO, I don't want to see it if it already started!!! GEEZ! They barely gave me a refund... One hour of my life gone...

Below Average on appearance. Only 2 people working a counter with one manager standing around talking to the workers slowing them down causing longer wait times. The Daiquiris Shack has excellent drinks with acceptable prices. The staff was rude and not very helpful on knowing what the drinks are made of. Seating was terrible. Nothing updated or modern, just nasty smelly cloth seats from the 80s or 90s. I was there for the movie which I knew I would love but I was less than impressed with the environment. To pay top prices I expected more. Much improvement would make all the difference. Dont know if I'll go back to The Grand for my next movie fix

DISABILITY FRIENDLY! I cannot get around without a walker and from what I remembered about the seating in the Grand, I didn't think I would be able to join my friends in seeing a movie there. Was I wrong! They have a section that doesn't require stairs and areas for wheelchairs and scooters as well as as a loved one. The one con is the prices. Forget about buying popcorn and a drink, for the same $$ have a good dinner out. Still, all in all I give it a Five thumbs up.

The theater, once one got pass the pop corn smell of influence) smelled of something (resembling the odor of stale urine on the floor of the "men's" room, in an off beat truck stop, South of Jackson) unpleasant assaulted my senses... first. Sound was the second assault of my senses, my sense of hearing diminishing by the second, as the sound was extremely, and obnoxiously, too LOUD. The Movie itself, Captin Marvel, was an expectation exceeding bunch of great stuff. The price... considering the violations against their customer's olfactory's and hearing, it was more price than value... TOO HIGH.

Went to movies and the whole theater smelled like bo. The women's bathroom had maybe 3 or 4 stalls that locked properly out of 10 that were available. The theater was freezing but maybe this is done to cut the odor of the theater. Did not enjoy and felt dirty leaving

Very clean in the IMAX. Temperature variations were a little annoying due to a porly balanced AC system. Very average sound and picture quality. $13 for the 1pm showing of Lion King. My daughter had to go tell the staff to start the movie because noone was in the projector room and the system had crashed.

I am quite surprised about the 4 and 5 stars. I have has so many awful experiences there, with zero remorse from management. Either the movie is messed up, the lights don't go off, the AC is off, charging me the wrong amount... tonight was the worse. I was sold a rated R movie/wrong movie! I went, watched the wretched rated R previews (horror flicks!) and now my adrenals are shot! Thankful my children where not with me. The management didn't care. "The movie you wanted to see started 10 minutes ago in theatre..." NO, I don't want to see it if it already started!!! GEEZ! They barely gave me a refund... One hour of my life gone...

DISABILITY FRIENDLY! I cannot get around without a walker and from what I remembered about the seating in the Grand, I didn't think I would be able to join my friends in seeing a movie there. Was I wrong! They have a section that doesn't require stairs and areas for wheelchairs and scooters as well as as a loved one. The one con is the prices. Forget about buying popcorn and a drink, for the same $$ have a good dinner out. Still, all in all I give it a Five thumbs up.

Had to ask for treys after purchasing refreshments and had a hard time finding which theater to go into because name of the movie was not posted on the outside. Found out later that the location number was on the ticket even though a different movie was posted on the outside.

This is an excellent movie theater with a gaming section and clean floors/bathrooms. They are not to big on checking pockets for food and drinks so bring in what ever you want. The staff is friendly and there is appropriate lighting and exits in every theater. The theater is very large compared to other theaters but they maintain it really well and there is a cop always there for safety.

A tad run down, but friendly staff, huge parking lot, short wait times for tickets and concessions. Even has a family bathroom for parents with infants and young children. Bathroom always has amenities needed and clean.

I have been to this theatre literally 100's of times since it opened and have always been treated well. The Loyal reward card is probably the best customer appreciation program out available. I highly recommend this theatre. Now they even have a Daiquiri bar.....what? Also if you have a family ask for plastic cups and chip trays so when you order the large drink and popcorn they are refillable once. I have a family of 5 so $15 covers drink and popcorn.

Went to take my little sister to see a movie I'm 18 and shes 15 we checked the website before to see if she needed an ID as well , we got there and the woman at the front was rude , I gave her my ID and she said anyone under 17 with out an ID which was NEVER stated on the website, such a waste of time can from picayune just to get turned away at the door I get if it was 12 AM or something but it JUST turned 9 what a joke of a movie theater, VERY DISSATISFIED.
