This movie theater is pretty cool it has a lot of modern features. I like the recliner chairs so you can lift your leg up and relax the whole time you're watching your movie. The concession stand is pretty reasonable and they also have a separate section for pizza and other hot foods available. Also while waiting on your movie there is an arcade where you can enjoy your time before or after your movie starts. The thing I like the best about this movie theater is that it is always clean and smelling fresh which is very important to a person like myself. I have never been disappointed and I will spend my money there any time.

The theater smelled very musty. The popcorn wasn't great. The bars in between the rows hinder view. The spacing between the rail and seats was tight. Each time a person passed by I had to lower my legs. It would have been nice to have a tray attach to chair for snacks. The restrooms smelled as well. The movie was good.

Prices are outrageous for the concession items $16 for a large drink and 2 small boxes of candy. Theater is nice and clean 4 stars 1 star for prices

Seats are very comfortable. However, the lack if attention to the condiment station was sorely lacking. There was peppers, salt, used napinks, straw packs everywhere, even on the floor. There should be one person on that station at all times with Clorox or Lysol wipes keeping the area clean. Anything that the customers touch should be wiped down immediately and kept clean at ALL times.

Movies have evolved into an experience. We went to see the Pokemon Movie with my grandchildren. It was clean, fun and enjoyable. The most important fact was that they remind us to get 3 d glasses. Sure one can watch the movie without them but its included in the ticket price. They accommodated us without problems. This is definitely one of the nicest theatres on the coast. The best thing I like about this theater is that they allowed us to purchase tickets in advance. Loving the MS Gulf coast!

We enjoy going especially now that we pay for the seat and not by the person. My kids are little and sit two to a seat or want to sit in my lap. Popcorn is always fresh and the sodas are never flat or watered down. We do however bring our own candy because I cant afford a $4 box of milk duds. The staff is always friendly.

Okay, so this place is absolutely phenomenal!! It’s SUPER clean, staff is SUPER friendly. I was first greeted by the box office clerk Hailey, she was an absolute doll, the usher taking the tickets Brian he was such a nice young man! And when I went to order my concession, the concessionist Christopher, he was an absolute godsend, he made sure I got everything I wanted, and while he was getting my order, he tried keeping a conversation with me so I wasn’t standing at the counter twirling my hair or twiddling my thumbs. Prices are a little high back there, but the service makes up for it! I will definitely watch a movie every time i come down! THANK YOU GRAND d’Iberville!

The design of the seating area was exceptionally thought out. So much room and freedom. Will be back again soon to see the Godzilla movie again.

I would give negatives starts but I really can’t so Imagine that i gave it 2 black stars. The movie theater was dirty and unclean, I felt like I sat in my grandma’s plastic covered couch, The sits were sticky.

Before I start .. I've been to several different movies theatres. This has been my favorite so far. We have actively gone to the movies for a little over 4 years now. We take our nephews or go by ourselves. My fiance and I bought 5 tickets for Toy Story 4 last night for today's showing at 11 am. Only to find out that we did not have any seats for us due to a school group. That's fine. I'm not going to be a jerk to little kids. Terribly sorry for disturbing them during the movie. We were just very confused. We were not told about the group. No one stopped us to say that there had been a mistake. We were not offered new tickets for a different showing or a different day. We were not offered a refund. All of this WE HAD TO ASK. The ticket bolth staff saidwere NOT enthused about helping us. I'm not saying that they were rude to us. They left us feeling as though we had no options. Our boys were very upset. They had been wanting to see this for a long time while sitting in our favorite spot (the 5 seats WE BOOKED AND PAID FOR) .. and now they are being told there is no room for them. one lady kindly offered the very bottom row. due to medical reasons we declined those seats. if we wanted those seats we would habe booked those seats. In mine and my family's opinion we were not treated as equal (and regular/returning) customers. we were left feeling like we had no options. forced to awkwardly ask for refunds. which my fiance is still desperately trying to receive. we were told online "sorry we cannot process your refund due to it being passed the time for the showing of the movie" as if we were no shows. we sre not. if security needs to review footage of 5 people being escorted to the ticket booth they should do so. We went to gulfpprt. this will probably be our new home theater for now on. their customer service is amazing. We really just need someone to reach out to about this. our hands seem to be tied and we have lost money which really isn't fair.

First class. Reserved seating in huuuge, plush recliners. You get to pick your seat when you buy the tickets. The theater area was exceptionally clean. Vending area was also very clean. They had a large variety of snacks. Overall, 5 stars.

I will never come back to this specific theatre due to the fact that the lady at the booth did not let me choose the seats that I wanted. She had ridiculous reasoning behind not letting me choose the 2 seats that I wanted. She said that we had to sit beside some one even though there were other seats empty and it was clear on the screen that other people had done it. I have never heard of this rule until I came to Diberville and honestly I think she was being racist . There wasn’t one single black person working in the sit down booth. The only black person working there was sweating in the kitchen. Ridiculous. So we did a refund for our tickets and won’t be coming back.

We went to see end game. The movie was awesome but the ticket prices were a bit high and, of course, the food and bev prices were too high. That's expected. The only reason that i gave it a 4 star is because there was trash left from the previous movie in our seats. I'm sure they cleaned up after, but we qerein the first row, so it's like they cleaned every row but the first row.

I was visiting family and we decided to to watch the new Spider-Man movie. The movie theater was great but the concession stand customer service was awful. I had the pleasure of receiving lackluster customer service from Ashley B. Her attitude was horrible, the eye rolling was unnecessary. I had ordered a few things, she placed my items on the counter, and left, when she came back I asked her “do you guy have jalapeños?” She said there at the other counter. There wasn’t any there had to ask someone else with a better a attitude for help. As she just stood there playing with her nails. I understand that it’s probably frustrating working the concession counter, but if your the type of person that has a attitude or no patience, maybe the counter isn’t a great fit.

The staff consisted of young adults that acted as if they hated their jobs. The female manger had an attitude when asked a question about movie ticket polices. The facility itself is very nice, however how the staff acted, I doubt my family will be back.

Good seats, good quality, well kept and up to date facilities. I understand they have to keep concession prices high in order to keep ticket costs low but it is kinda excessive at times. I mean considering they are the only theater at all in the area they are probably charging a higher price since people don't have any where else to go that isn't too far. So the ticket thing is not a good excuse imo. Also I understand the staff not wanting to be there and wanting to go home after a long shift. Been there done that. But pretty much everyone besides the greeter who takes the tickets comes off as kinda rude. They should work on it of they can. Other than that it's good stuff, but not good enough to keep me loyal. I will be trying the new theater in Biloxi when it opens since it is close to me as well and see how the competition fares. Hopefully The Grand can keep up if the new theater is indeed superior.

To get 5, #1 get rid of the surly bartender (my husband ordered a slushie cocktail with an added shot & she must have added 3 and made rude comments about drunks - he had not been drinking and it was supposed to be a fun celebration - she ruined the drink & celebration) #2 please add some adult & healthy snacks... nuts & died fruit (like a 4 box selection 1/2 of ounce each), fruit (how bout semi frozen fruit pieces with chocolate dipping sauce?) small pieces of quality dark chocolate (gourmet 4-box)? Something I could eat without much guilt or a latter bellyache!

The lighting, on the floor nearest the screen is too bright. It makes the movie look washed out. I get better picture quality on my TV at home. And dear god, the concession prices. I know most people complain about them, but seriously. Two small popcorns and two small drinks - $28. Are you serious?

Pros: great movie selections, ticket prices and seating. Cons: had issues with our reserved seating and our group of 11 had to be moved around half way thru the movie. Women's bathroom wasn't wheelchair accessible. There wasn't enough room once you got thru the door to make the left turn due to narrowness and the trash can in the way. Not to mention the other ladies trying to leave the restroom.

The game room was small, but it was nice we were able to waste about 45 minutes there till the movie started only spending about $10. Pros: great movie selections, ticket prices and seating. Cons: had issues with our reserved seating and our group of 11 had to be moved around half way thru the movie. Women's bathroom wasn't wheelchair accessible. There wasn't enough room once you got thru the door to make the left turn due to narrowness and the trash can in the way. Not to mention the other ladies trying to leave the restroom.

Would have been 5 star, if it weren't for the fact of an incident with the guy a head of us at the ticket counter. Apparently, he didn't have enough money at the moment of purchase. He told the cashier he'll go get the money and walked off. Leaving $40 with the cashier. Instead of suspending his transaction, she told us she couldn't help or sell any tickets til he comes back because of money being left by customer! The line was to the parking lot. Everyone had to wait for the guy to come back, with only one cashier at the window of two. Mgr should have opened another window. We missed a few minutes of our movie! Reclining seats were awesome. Theatre clean. I didn't look under curtains or such. I do tend to look at how clean the theatres are from the front door onto the restroom.

If you like to watch movies like I do then The Grand Theatre is a great place. You can reserve your seat ahead if time or If you prefer you can make it a spur of the moment date also. They have very comfortable reclining seats that just swallow you up. The concession stand is pretty fast paced if you need refreshments before or during the show. They have a huge parking lot and wheelchair accessible accommodations. They have 18 theatres going all different hours for your convenience. All the best and newest movies comfortable and cozy. Before I start on my disappointed tirade let me preface: This is my regular theater and I've never had a problem before. However after today I'm unsure if I want this to be my regular spot. Ordered tickets for Toy Story 4 the day before, which should be plenty time given the fact you have reserved seating now. My fiance and I were delighted to have such good seats to see the movie with my two nephews. Upon arriving there were people in our seats, so we alerted the staff. Only to find out that the theater was reserved for a group. What is the point of having reserved seating if you cannot sit in said seats? All they had available to us was front row seats. No thank you. I specifically chose the seats we wanted because that's our favorite spot. The staff was kind enough to facilitate a refund for me. However this shouldn't have happened. Unless theres special accommodations that need to be made, no guest should never be favored over another. Very disappointed.

It's a descent theater. The theaters are varied in size, but all have reclining lounge chairs. They have a good selection of snacks. They have a small bar area that serves alcohol and coffee. They should spruce up the side hallways where the smaller theaters are. They are sort if dingy. They have a room for birthday parties and a arcade room. If you join their rewards program they have some very good deals. They keep things under control there pretty good to help alleviate problems with degenerates.

Been going to this place for years and never had a conplaint. Every once in a while you get an annoying person on their phone, but you will always have to deal with people like that at every theatre. But what me and my friends and family like to do is go watch a late night showing and then stop by iHop right across the street. And its a small street on the edge of town so there is very little traffic just passing through unless they are there for iHop or a movie. You can also see it from the interstate. I tend to get confused in the area after taking the exit, but knowing the general direction I need to go after seeing from the interstate helps a lot. I normally like to take the back roads into town which are enjoyable to drive

This theater has been retrofitted with the electric recliners. I don't think we will go back to Slidell Grand Theater again. Knocked the rating down to three because of the long concession line. There were at least 5 other employees walking around not helping in the concession area. Even if they cannnot run a register they could be a runner.
