For the price of everything, the atmosphere does not do it justice. It does need to be updated, especially restrooms! Not having a box office attendant takes away from the movie going experience. The concession attendant Brittany was the only positive new smiling face on this visit. The management's appearance (the suit) seems more fitted for a funeral home. Auditorium 4 had an audio problem throughout the entire movie. I know this theatre very well. I'm 27 years old but I was literally born here because my mom was the manager for 9 years at that time. Truly miss those fun upbeat time, it was a cool era.

This place could be so great if it wasn’t poorly run! Compared to other theaters, relatively few people go here, and it could quickly become a frequent spot for people in Laurel wanting to avoid the Hattiesburg crowds. However, the slow service, disgusting bathrooms, and generally depressing feel of the place pretty much nailed the lid on that coffin.

Convenient. The place needs to close down for a week and give each and every theater an overhaul particularly cleaning it. The soda machine needs to also get cleaned. I noticed I get sick every time I order a soda from there. Something about the ice. Surprised this place has not been sued for the coke/soda machine and I also tore my pants and cut my leg while trying to sit in a broken chair. Definitely this place needs an overhaul. Staff there is WONDERFUL.

A theatre with the lowest possible goals toward excellence. Rude employees, high prices, low quality and disgustingly filthy. An owner that couldn’t possibly care less about taking pride in what they own, so it was likely handed to them on a platter. One of the young professionals bringing back downtown could work wonders to turn this theatre around.

If you can’t afford the gas to get to a Hattiesburg theater then this will do. The seats do not recline. It smells old. Speaking of seats, be careful not to get a broke one. The bathrooms are usually clean though. The staff if friendly. But don’t expect much comfort.

This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stepped foot into. As soon as I walked in the staff was rude and standing around instead of helping us purchase tickets and popcorn. The theatre is disgusting. We saw a rat run across the theatre when we entered. There are roaches on the floor and seats. It looks like the floors haven’t been cleaned in years. Trash was everywhere. This is the grossest place and I will never step foot into this place ever again and advise you not to ever come here. This place has to be violating a lot of regulations.

This was the worst movie experience ever. I was sweating watching the movie IT was so hot in there. It stinks in the lobby and it smells like mildew and mold in the actual theatre. I was barely able to sit through the movie. Then on top of that charge over $10 to watch a movie during the week. I would have rather drove 40 minutes to the one in Hattiesburg. The manager there is not friendly at all either. I won't say not go there I say go experience filth for yourself. When you leave you will fill nasty and want to go take a shower and you will smell when you leave.

Worst movie theater I’ve ever been to in my life. Overpriced and a terribly rude manager. He was a short punk with blonde hair, a baby face, and looked like he was trying to grow facial hair but was failing at it. He approached me with such a menacing glare and a definite racist and sexist attitude. He nearly hit me with his twirling keys as he was kicking us out for no reason... other than “blocking the hallway” when there wasn’t a single other soul in the entire theater. The employees apart from the manager were polite and professional. This theater needs new management.

The place needs a renovation. It smelled God awful in there. I got nauseous from the smell and could not enjoy the movie. Nothing has change scenes I was a teenager in that place and I'm 46! It makes me a little sad. I will not go back there to see a movie until its revamped.
