This Movie Theater corresponds to the category of Movie theater.
Great movies
Horribly overpriced and outdated theater. Regal should be ashamed.
The seats were very uncomfortable. Prices were normal and staff was friendly.
We had a great time.
Good movie theater not the best I seen but it's OK
Dated theatre. But is not bad.
Uhh the movie just stopped when it was getting good.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and they told us that we had not missed anything but commercials. Great recliner seats that rocked. They offered us free popcorn or drink for our Regal points. Watched Men in Black and laughed a lot.
Not the best theatre. But still gives the big screen experience
Loop
Enjoyed
I went to a matinee with my grandson and spent $50. VERY EXPENSIVE.
Only two womens restroom stalls and one was down. Other than that the atmosphere was nice for a small town theater.
Love this place...prices for concessions are outrageous though.
High prices for such small place. Bigger city's have much nicer and their movie and food prices aren't as high as this one
Worst movie experience I've ever had. People inside the theater were taking pictures with the flash on DURING the movie. Holding phones up and shopping or scrolling FB. I had to leave the theater to talk to a manager twice. The first time was with the deputy (regional?) Manager, who did absolutely nothing. The second time I went out I found a different manager and was way more irritated. He came in and had to tell two different people to pt their phones away. Seriously? Will not be going back.
Good movies most the times, some times they don't get some of the Big Movies. But a great theater anyway.
The only movies in town. Normally shows the most recent movies.
Early show popcorn could have been fresher
Clean.
Go place for a small town.
Not a lot of people there, that's why we like afternoon showings. Concessions are too pricey as usual, but movie and sound in theater 3 were great.
Took my son and wife to movie and enjoyed it
Just an average movie theater. Typical over priced popcorn and drinks. The seating area is pretty big which is good. Biggest complaint is how cold it is inside. I am grateful that the A/C works, but with the average temperature being 90+ degrees people are typically wearing shorts and a T-shirt. 65 degrees in shorts and a T-shirt is awfully cold when you are used to 90+.
Definitely need a baby changing table in restroom.
Amazing movie theater!! Pretty small but this is Leesville lol great staff and great movie selection!!! I especially like the ability to order tickets and popcorn and drinks ahead of time from the regal app and get points for everything towards a free ticket (even if I don’t use the app to buy) I loveee it!!
Terrible parking lot, kind of worn down building...but extremely comfortable seats
The sound was week could here other movie sounds threw wall
It is a little theater but good for a small town with up to date systems. The ticket taking needs to be changed because I had to go and ask where to get my 3D glasses for the movie I saw. But good theater overall
Great quaint movie theater.. only 6 screens, so sometimes we miss out on seeing some of the new movies because it's only playing for a short time or doesn't make the cut.. hopefully they decide to expand in the future, but until then, still a good theater.
Fantastic!
Small not a whole lot to choose from.
They do have a small area but it is clean well served and most of the time not that packed at all. The seats were really comfortable and the staff was excellent and some of them would laugh and joke with us. It was a great experience and I can't wait to do it again.
One of the screens(auditorium 1) had some damage to it, which made watching the movie very distracting. The concessions and employees are nice. The kid boosters arent padded which makes the kid uncomfortable and fidgety and they seem to fall into the back of the seat.
Enjoy a movie out on occasion today was one of them. Price was good...i am a senior..bathrooms were clean...food was pricey, but that is where they make their money...was bothered by light from projection booth reflecting on a wall and shadow of staff moving around...also could hear the movies playing in the adjacent screens...this was especially distracting during quiet moments during my movie...the seats were very comfortable as they rocked and i was able to lean back and find a comfortable position to enjoy my picture...overall no deal breakers and look forward to doing again soon.
Small
Went to watch Star wars. As usual, they're a little slow at the snack bar, but the snacks are decent. Fairly friendly, but can usually tell who just wants to ditch out. Movies are all fun though.
Run down, and very dim movie screens.
Reasonably priced, staff is awesome, clean theater and restrooms. Highly satisfied with my experience there.
It's one of the better ones in this area
Extremely over priced.
Medium sized theater with the usual selection of the latest movies.
we were in town visiting Hodges Garden for mothers day and wanted badly to conclude the day with Guardians of the galaxy vol. 2. so we Googled a local theatre. We drove the 30 min. deeper into Louisiana to this theatre. Right away we noticed the ticket prices were double what we are used to in the Huntsville tx theatre which was surprising considering the small size of this theatre. 10+$'s for an adult and 8+$'s for 3 and up kids. so for my wife and 4 youngins was over 50$'s. I clearly ordered the movie we wanted and paid the kings ransom for the tickets. we went inside to find the concession was way over priced. 6+ $'s for large drink and close to 5 $ for a candy. so 26 $'s later we went to the theatre # the ticket guy sent us too. after 20min. the movie started and lowe and behold it wasn't guardians of the galaxy. I ran up to find the ticket guy and he totally acted like he didn't care. and said "just go to the other movie". I told him I didn't spend 50 bucks to miss the first 20 min of the movie we came to see. he said " either go to the movie, stay in the wrong movie or just "go" with a refund. which is what we did. the guy was a jerk. and since he had on a different shirt than the other folks I'm guessing he was a manager. total bummer to what was a pretty good day. although the seats were nice, the employees could use more training and surely their price margins are a little steep. they aren't I MAX or dinner theatre.
Ridiculously expensive, always dirty and usually out of supplies at the counter. Do yourself a favor and drive to Lake Charles.
It's a regular theater. Not much else to say. It is clean and the staff are all nice.
Always clean and friendly
The place needs an upgrade it appearance seems to be in the 90s still. The consession area choices could be better as the menu for most regal supported theaters have changed. The benefits of the size is the staff is friendly but opening the building to accommodate 2 more movies reclining seats and a Coca- Cola Freestyle drink machine would make a world of difference. Maybe even a half size 4DX room for the newer blockbusters, look into upgrades the younger generation will want. It's not a horrible theater it just needs modernization.
Great movie theater!! Very small. Not too many people. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable!!
And least all the screens work. Nothing fancy about this place.
The price this sight is 3.00 less than buying at the window, very poor
Great and clean place!
Very clean
Just go to Alexandria or Lake Charles.
Great size small crowd prices for food was high
Old feeling, but nice enough.
Nice
Multiplex offering the latest releases at multiple convenient times. Concessions are overpriced, just like every other movie theater.
Not a large theater but for the area it works. Inside was clean and staff was friendly.
I found it lol
I really Love this theater. The staff is Amazing. Ofcourse the prices are steep.
Nice place. Nice people. But power outage seems to occur way to often
The staff is great, been here several times and every time very helpful and friendly. My only gig is the concession prices are a bit high compared to other places I’ve been too. Overall good small town theatre
Nice enough place. Clean. Friendly staff. Decent place to take in a movie. I prefer stadium seating though.
Its a bit dirty and can have slow service.
It's not a bad movie theater, but there's nothing particularly special about it. It'll likely have the new movie you want to see (including 3D), but you won't get any extra frills (reclining seats, IMAX, top-of-the-line sound quality, etc.). Concessions are just the movie essentials, and just as pricey as everywhere else. Customer service was very good, though. My main gripe is that the theaters are too close together, and you can hear sound booming from other theaters. That's distracting. All in all, UA Lee Hills 6 is the only movie theater around for 50 or so miles, so if you want to see a new flick in Leesville, you're going there to watch it.
Dated. Great staff though, one of my favorite places in Leesville
So this is the only theater in this area and they take full advantage of that fact. The tickets are pricey as are the concessions. The workers were more involved in their own conversations than taking our order. The bathrooms were just awful.
The staff is very professional
Nice theater with a very friendly staff and comfortable seating
Super!!!
For a smaller theater it is really nice! Staff is always super friendly. Bathrooms and seats are always super clean! Would reccomend!
Nice as hell!!
Small screens hinder the movie experience
Sound quality was poor and extremely loud for the movie. I like loud, but this was too much. Seriously doubt we will return.
Like goingvto the movies in the early 80’s.
It's a nice small town movie theater. Decent prices. Popcorn is delicious.
Overpriced under tech. Screens are dim, chairs are stiff and the cost of concessions are astronomical!!! But it's the only show within an Hours drive so what ya going to do.
Old, small, suffices
Very Very Nice
Still a good movie theater, but wear a jacket .
Comfortable and fun.
Nice but not great.
Small theatre decent prices. Food prices a little high but it's to be expected. It is a older theatre so does not have all the modern conveniences of a modern up to date one, but for a small town theatre can't complain. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Tickets and food are expensive but the staff are super nice and the place is always clean.
Great place!
Only place available in town
Staff was very polite and respectful! Great movie theater clean and no long wait.
Concessions extremely overpriced. No deals like at other theaters. Very small with outdated seating.
Concessions, a functioning albeit small theater, can get in see a movie and get out no problem. Nothing real fancy or impressive.
After a million years of this movie theater being in Leesville and as HIGH as the prices has gotten- you would think that just maybe they would've upgraded this place at some point! The inside is basic- super small. There is basically 4 little games (wanna be arcade) inside the lobby shoved on the sides in front of the concessions. No room for kids at all IF THEY DID WANT TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY ON GAMES. The movie areas havent been upgraded since I was a kid. The chairs are probably still the same chairs I sat on at 10yrs old and I'm 38 now. The reader board by the road and on the building is just as ancient. BUT THOSE PRICES FOR THE MOVIE AND CONCESSIONS HAS DEFINITELY UPGRADED. I can see paying these prices in a bigger city such as Lakecharles and Alexandria because the theater is in much better shape. Worth the price, although Leeville cinema 6 IS NOT. OH AND 1 MORE THING- I STOPPED BY THERE YESTERDAY TO VERIFY A TIME, WHICH THE ONLINE DATE AND TIMES DO NOT MATCH THIS THEATER DATE AND TIMES- AND THE SAME MAN WHO WAS RUNNING THE TICKET BOOTHE WAS ALSO IN CONCESSIONS, AND I'M MORE THAN SURE THERE WAS NO HANDWASHING AS HE WAS COMING/GOING
A clean place to see a movie.
Nice little upgrade on the seating
It was not all that great but I like how the staff keep u on a timely manner.
Great
The sound insulation here is lacking. You basically hear your movie and the one adjacent to you playing...
Good seat
Poor seating. It swallowed up my Grand Daughter who is 4 years old.
Clean theatres. Not packed. Fast service at the snack counter
Kinda small theater... Needs to be updated but great movie
Sound could be better.
Relatively clean and convienent location for Leesville and Fort Polk.
Love it
It's not all that great!
Only place, without driving an hour away, to see a movie at a theater. Screens are great and service is good. However, seats are very uncomfortable and concession is over priced.
We enjoyed the movie....friendly staff
The movie never played. They had technical problems.
Cost is outrageous
Friendly workers..
The place is cozy good place to watch a movie.
Good place
Going to dinner and a movie as a family is one of my favorite pass times
Love with my grandson Toys Story ❤️
As modern theaters go, this place sucks. No amenities, old and worn out, little effort to modernize. However, it was clean and employees were pleasant.
Meh. It's the only theater in town, so there isn't another local option. Racking up regal points helps.
Hard to rate the only place in town. I'd go again. However there is nothing special about the place.
It has the best movies
Good enough for the area.
Watched Avengers Endgame here. Movie sound became fuzzy and muted about 2 hours into the movie. They spent a half hour trying to fix it and randomly rewinding the movie. Ended up giving some free movie passes for our trouble, and invited us to come watch the movie again. They tried to fix it, but that is too large of a time sink to easily overlook.
The staff was very friendly and served us in a timely manner.
The movie theater is not very big, but the staff is very customer oriented, the snack bar is well stocked and the theaters themselves are very clean.
Ok! Came to see a movie and the movie messed up! Staff was very accommodating and even gave us passes to come back
Place is good. prices aren't too bad. the place could use an upgrade but for a small town theater its okay. needs more showings. they are spread out way to much.
It is a very small venue. It only show the most popular movies. Forget seeing an independent award winning movie. It does not have reclining seats.
Seating not very good and expensive.
Great staff, very clean, new games!
It blows. They charge the same price as regular theaters, but the room is so small everywhere you sit you are too close to the screen. For some reason they never turned the lights off either. I mean if I paid half of what I pay at a regular sized theater it would be ok, but not full price....
Nice clean family atmosphere
Nice size screens good service
They open exactly on time. Even if you stand outside. Its dirty and overpriced
This dingy little theater is way overpriced. Floor was still dirty from the last showing, rows are flat and people feel very close. Smallest is drink is 6 bucks. These asshats show regular commercials before the movie! REGULAR COMMERICIALS! Who wants to pay 12 a person to see a film once AND watch commercials. 10/10 Will not be back.
The staff is very nice, atmosphere is very chill - we will definitely be returning.
Saw Star Wars here and it was a great experience
Saw a good movie. Good times!
Food is outrageously high . Bout 3 icees a coke and milk duds . 25$
Old uncomfortable seats what you would expect in Leesville I guess
Great movies most of the time, unfortunately some times they don't bring in some of the Top Movies. But most of the time Great movies
Average movie theatre...expensive
Good
I visit this theater very often. Employees are nice. Building is kind of outdated but still a nice place to catch a film.
Small and uncomfortable seats. Be prepared to stand in line to use the bathroom as they only have 2 stalls. Makes the drive to Lake Charles worth it.
Great
Sky high prices for snacks and drinks. Auditoriums are chilly. Auditoriums are so damn dark it is hard to see, and that is even before the movie starts. It is as if they dont want to people to see where they are going. Sadly, the only reason we go here is that it takes at least an hour to get to another theater.
Very friendly and courteous people working today. Prices for food still a wee bit high....we love the movies tho@
Poor auditorium sound proofing. Could hear movie from the next auditorium
The theater has seen better days. Still, not a bad place to catch a movie.
Nice place to watch a movie but very expensive.
This theater is refusing to show "unplanned" which made over 6 million its opening day.... very dissapointing when the only theater in town blocks movies based on politics or cowardice.
The staff is great! They have been making changes and we really enjoy going to this theater. Also LOVE the Regal Crown Card!
Bad sound system
Quiet but expensive
Great time watching a good movie. No problems and the seats are comfortable.
Love this place. Great staff
Outdated seating, Inadequate Service due to lack of knowledge of the film industry, Huge Lack of movie selection, they didn't get Incarnate, and they didn't get Life which starred Oscar Nominees. And if you are a Military Veteran who has always wanted to work in a theater forget it, they'll tell you they'll call whether you get the job or not, then you hear nothing. The sound insulation is bad, the floor is sticky, and Lord help you if you have a question. Don't worry Leesville, 2018 a new Movie Theater is coming, and a real movie fan will be running it, not a corporation.
