You will be able to see all the feddbacks of real people like you who bought the services of Regal Longview & RPX (Movie Theater) around Louisiana area.
Now the business gets a score of 4.3 over 5 and this score was based on 1317 reviews.
As you can see it reaches an reviews average is high, and it is founded on a high number of opinions, so we may say that the score is quite reliable. If people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to give scores when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Movie Theater is included in the category of Movie theater.
Seats aren’t all that great but overall I have seen better and worse theaters. Pretty average but not bad!
The movie was really good but i had a grown woman behind me and pushing my chair and putting her feet on the back of my seat really crazy wanted to move or curse her out but i kept my cool.Thank you a good place
No true Imax theatres, seats are uncomfortable AF!!
Besides people sitting in unassigned paid for seating ....the experience was great, security and management quickly resolved the matter and me and my kids were very pleased with our visit .
I always love going out to the movies! However, I HATE the price of soda at any theatre, this one is no exception.
Major improvements the ticket purchase/concession could be better and more organized but the theater is awesome.
I love that they have $1 kids movies on Tues/Wed this summer! My son loves them and it gives us something safe and fun to do!
Great movie theater! This will be the only theater that I will go to. The sound, picture quality and seats were all excellent
A Dog's Journey...awesome movie.
WTF is going on, what BS is this that Cpt. Marvel is only being shown on release day. Disney sucks.
Watched a funny movie the theater smelled like wet dog the only bad thing about it
Nice, clean and comfortable veiwing.
Quite expensive but quality picture and seats were comfortable
I liked it. Pretty big and comfty
Love this theater, I have been twice and it's the best Longview by a long shot!
A good theater in Longview and I recommend there is 3D and RPX and standard movies. I really like the RPX and the prices are pricey but worth it.
If I could give it a negative 5 star I would. Came here to watch DBZ Broly. Purchased tickets online. And apparently they double sold the same tickets. While the movie is going the manager comes and asks us to walk outside with her. She than makes up up that our tickets where canceled and that we had to leave. I asked for a refund and was told that they where not a loud to give refunds. Never again will I set foot on this cinema. Save your money go somewhere else.
I took my granddaughter to see Ralph Wrecks the Internet. We had a ball. Going to the movies is a family tradition.
I don't like having to have assigned seats
Some of the screens have annoying black lines at the top, but the majority seem fine. It’s never too hot, but if your uncomfortable the manger doesn’t seem upset to drop the temperature down to help. The RPX experience is worth the money, the screens are all perfect and the chairs are faux leather and have a high back, they also lean back. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the regular screens and the prices which at $10+ dollars a tickets for adults and popcorn and drinks are 6-8 dollars. There’s another theatre behind the mall with better prices but I recommend Regal if you’ve been dying for a movie, like Ocean’s Eight, and want a good experience with comfort.
Sike...I wish they had zero stars as a choice. The managers couldn’t make up their mind on what to do with a refund. After being told that we couldn’t get in even with our online tickets, one person was given a full refund, one was given a ticket for a free movie, and one was given nothing. But really glad i got to experience the SAME movie with the SAME people with a CHEAPER price and BETTER FOOD at the carmike theater.
Great service only problem is the lighting
Very nice theater. Seats were comfortable. Screens have nice, clear pictures. Typical admission prices and of course like most theater snack bars, it's insanely over priced so I'd recommend eating before going. Bottle of water is $5, for example. All in all it's much better than the theater over by the mall. We'll definitely go again.
Long wait time in line to get tickets, but all around great service.
Removed 4 stars because they never have regular RPX showings past 7pm for the big hits like Avengers Endgame. Because of my eye problems I can't watch 3D. There should be more 9pm-10pm regular RPX showings so people with actual jobs can get off work and see a quality movie with good seating without having to endure migraine inducing 3D.
Terrible. I haven't been to a theater in years and now I remember why. Concessions Way too expensive!! Popcorn, Junior mints and Soda $20. If ivhad gotten the med or small it would have only made a 1$ and $2 difference. My Popcorn was cold, and the butter from the pump was not hot either. Seat was cramped. I'm a bit over weight but not that much!! All around sucked. Maybe just me, but I won't go back.
Really nice theater, comfortable chairs.
This theater was good, but definitely do need more help. The ladies room as you go to the theaters needs some cleaning.
They charged $11.66 for the upgraded theatre and the seats and they didn't seem any different than any other theatre. I would've gone with the regular seating, but that movie time was all that we could fit into our schedule. This being upgraded theatre seating was not available through Google. And when arriving, the 315 showing for Aquaman wasn't even listed on the box office board. It wasn't until the box office personnel was about to sell us the tickets that we found out. We weren't the only people who were taken by surprise. All resources where the movie info and time are posted, should have all info about the movie posted accurately. Then consumers can make a choice and plan accordingly. The theatre was clean and the personnel were courteous.
Typical theater high concession prices
The Regal Cinema is always neat and clean. Every Cinema now has assigned seating which is a plus!
Mostly go to regal for the rewards every time you swipe your card you get chances for free stuff love so free stuff and its the nicest theatre iv been to so far great place for date night or bring the family
Best place to watch a movie in Longview, reserved RPX is definitely the way to go.
Very comfortable seats wonderful staff
We were visiting family near Longview and decided to go to the movies. The Regal cinema was really nice and clean. Prices are comparable to most major theaters. The concessions had lots to choose from and the theater was very clean with comfortable seating.
Great mixed drinks and fast service
Amazing RPX movies and mediocre price snacks and drinks but not a five star for some bad seats in the RPX auditorium but still worth it.
Really comfortable seating. Not a real big fan of the assigned seating protocol but if you get there early they will let you pick where you want to go.
Nice place comfy seats.. I would visit again
It's a really good movie experience, but the prices for concessions make professional sporting venues look affordable. Be ready to spend at least $15 for a medium Coke and medium popcorn.
It was good...the seats are okay
Admission price seemed a little high for an early matinee. No Senior prices either. Why did I need to chose a seat when there was only 2 other people in the theatre? AND I was told I couldn't sit anywhere else once I got in.
Nice movie pled overall.
Friendly staff, beautiful theater, lighting and volume are perfect
Great movie and service
My wife and I always come to this theater and have never had an issue.
Movie tickets are expensive at any theatre but I took my 2 year old to see a movie (early show and a kid movie-I’m not a monster) and I asked for a kids water and was charged $5 for a cup of water?! If I knew I was going to get charged $5 for tap water I would’ve just ordered him a Mountain Dew and called in a day (kidding)
Nice and clean theater. Employees were friendly
The service for food is unbelievablely slow for pop corn. Each time I've went it takes 20+ minutes for food when there's 2 or 3 people ahead of me.
Its a movie theatre. Nothing amazing, nothing horrible.
4 stars because I have noted that staff try to clean and be friendly as possible. Missing a star, because management of the lines for food and drink is not good. Many times Ive waited behind 10 people at one register while the other 5 or 6 are empty, as the 2 poor kids scramble to take orders. Then I see 6 people cleaning on the way to my theater. Maybe...pull the two in the hallway to assist during high traffic times, then reassign? I'm back to reassign stars. Staff ignoring me, rudeness, taking forever still with orders, ignoring or not following through on noise issues--straight up walking right by the guy yelling the whole movie during security check. Plus, last 3 times it was gross. I blame people some, but spilled food and drink swathed about is ridiculous for an almost 15 dollar ticket.
Clean and we'll kept. Easy access nucecstaff
We seen SHAFT it was nice. But the concession stand is way to expensive
Great place but took forever to get drinks and popcorn would like to see them work on that.
We paid 15 per person to watch a 3d movie which is outrageous in the first place. When we started into the theater there were no glasses available. The young man just shrugged his shoulders and said of well. The he was not competent enough to ask for more glasses. The group of us had to instruct him to pick up the radio in front of him and call for more glasses. Instead of telling the manager what he needed he just asked him to come there. Then we had for wait for the manager to come out to see what he needed AND then go get the glasses. Really?
amazing place to munch on popcorn and watch a nice movie
Enjoyed the movie MIB sat high up
Nice movie theather with ample parking. I will be back
Reserved seating is fantastic. Place is clean, people are nice. Sound is really good.
They fixed my tickets after another customer kept kicking my seat
Love it so much
I don't like this new ticket deal it's a theater that you meet people not a concert !! A lot of people need to be able to meet friends that you want to sit with !!!!
It's so COLD during the movie, yet satisfied and the popcorn is off the chain!
Went and saw child's play. The theater was clean and well air conditioning. I got there early to watch the trailers. The lights dimmed precisely on time and the feature started immediately afterwards. It was all a good experience and enjoyed by me and my date.
Great theater. The seats are fabulous. And they have several theaters with the great soundsystem and extra great picture. I forgot what called.... be sure to sign up for your reagal rewards card.
The ticket price is fair for the area, but the concessions are just too much. I understand that the theater makes most of its money from concessions, but they take it a bit far. But whatever, that's a corporate decision. What can be fixed locally is the actual experience. I've seen way too many films here that don't adjust the screen or curtains to fit the aspect ratio. That's just laziness. And the projector is not bright enough. Most movies look like they are almost set at night or early evening, even when they are in the middle of a desert with the sun blazing. And the ushers check the exit doors every thirty minutes or so. It seems overboard . In conclusion, it's the best theater we have in town, but it is still nothing to write home about.
Prices are a little high considering they do have some competition in the area, and they seriously need to increase their drink choices. Why do you have two different versions of diet coke and no other diet choices? Us sugarfree people would like to have other options. Also, often the pre-movie entertainment / advertisement doesn't actually show a picture, just the sound.
Had a great time
Unplanned is a movie everyone should go see. And the theatre isn't bad....
So much trouble had to not only pay but now we have to pick seats and a kid cried for 45 minutes so not the best experience.
This is easily the nicest theater in Longview. I went there the other day and my popcorn was burned along with all the rest of the popcorn in the machine. They refunded my money and I ultimately went back later and got fresh popcorn that was delicious. The theater is clean the seats are in good shape and I always have a good time when I go here.
Phenomenal Movie - Overcomer.... Highly recommend...
Had to leave with one of my kids and they let me right back in without question. Makes things easier
An ok theatre with ok prices. The movie ticket prices are average and matinee prices were a little discounted. The concession prices were high, like most theaters. The could definitely do with an update to their stained, loose chairs and gross floors. My biggest complaint: I took my 2yr old the see a kids animated movie and was still charged, under 3 is supposed to be free, because they told me they had to charge for his seat (That he sat in for about 15 minutes the whole time). I could understand if it was a big blockbuster movie at a busy time that expected a crowd, but it was not and there were maybe 15 watching the movie with us. I didn’t complain and just paid the ticket, but I won’t be going back to that theatre.
This was my first time going to Regal to see Toy Story 4, and I had a FANTASTIC time overall; the staff were very helpful and nice, the areas were clean, the food was reasonably priced, and of course I loved the seeing the movie too. I'm enjoying going to the movies again, I have built up a to-watch list, and can't wait to go back when I can.
Very nice and clean. A bit odd that i had an assigned seat. Recommended
Rooms are ok. Sometimes my feet stick to the floor and for the right movie I can deal with it
This is a good place to watch a movie. The staff is great and the environment is clean, you can feel good about taking the family here.
Love it... But man the concession needs some work!!!! It takes longer to get snacks than it does for the opening credits to play. There has got to be a more efficient way.
The Cinema was very nice, and has very clean facility. It was very big no crowding, We will be going back..
Nice and clean good for family tame
So if you’re bringing your little humans to see a kid movie, BE ADVISED, they do not have booster seats!
Well obviously it is dependent upon what movie you have decided to go see as far as the atmosphere
It would be a 5, but the air hockey machine was not working properly. We always play when we come there. I hope it's fixed by next time we visit. I informed the manager and he said he would pass it on to the people that take care of the games. I feel that even if they have people that generally take care of it, they could at the least get a cheap puck from Walmart until the maintenance people are able to get to it. I'm sure that would help a lot.
Bad experience ! Had assigned seats for Lion King and some kids toke them so I had to go get new seats from the Manager, then I overheard some women yelling at some other kids because they were in her seats ! It was a mess in that theatre, lots of young ones cussing and hollering, wish the movie theatre wouldn’t let kids in without parents !
Went on the first of many father daughter dates and watched Dora and the lost city. Excellent experience with a 4 year old. Altogether good family fun.
Favorite movie theater! Good popcorn and other snacks, clean restrooms...fun place.
Great, clean theater, but unless you are a wiz with coupons, the concessions are ridiculously priced.
Loved the movie.. Always clean and the staff was really friendly. Wasn't real busy during the time I went and like that
Clean theatre. I sat in the back row, volume was good and the popcorn and coke were tasty. Four stars because the food is so expensive; more than $5 for a very small coke. Large combos are in the $20+ range.
Seats r comfortable and the movie was great madea family funeral I cant believe it's the last 1
Nice theater.
Assigned seating is amazing. Just remember to get your ticket early for major movie events!
I paid $7.68 for a matinee. A medium drink was $6? Movie theatre was hot as heck and we had to tell them twice the sound wasn't on. They said wait until the lights go down and it'll connect to the main projector. Well, it didn't and the movie started????? Told them (management?) again. It finally came on and it was was the loudest it could have possibly been. And the movie, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, was awful! And this is why we hardly never go to the show. Lol!
Very nice theatre and staff. Highly recommended
My baby and I go twice a mth.
This place was awful! When it was our turn to buy a ticket at the outside ticket booth, we were told we had to choose our seats first. We had others meeting us who weren't there yet & wanted to sit together. So we had to step out of line from the ticket booth and wait on the rest of our party in order that we can all choose seats together. It was very cold that day. When the rest of our party arrived the line was longer and it was colder. Next we went to the concession stand to get our popcorn and drink and since Regal bought them out they no longer have popcorn and drink meals deals except for kids. They did have a kids popcorn and drink meal. we definitely will not be going back there as we don't like the idea of having to pick out our seat from a chart ahead of time. If Regal would like some people to have the opportunity to reserve a particular seat then that should be an online option & Regal can put reserved signs on those seats for those people. But to have every wait in line while each person selects a particular seat on a chart before they can buy their ticket and go in is ridiculous. Takes much longer to get a ticket and get in where it's warm.
Sorry must've accidentally done a review. Changed it to 5 I love this theater lol
The movie price for matenee isn’t bad, but the consession stand is the most rediculously price thing I’ve ever seen.... 8 bucks for a large drink is over the top. 5 bucks for a standard bottle of water. Rediculous, I could take my family of 5 to a theme park for those prices and stay all day...
I enjoy movie's and I can see pictures of other movies and movies coming on in the future!!
Very good place to go see new movies. It was clean and everything at the concession stand was decently priced.
Fair. Seating needs help.
Very large and very clean. There are several theater rooms and plenty of movies showing at a time. The snack bar is full and they have several combo options. There is also a mini arcade in the lobby for the full movie going experience.
I have been coming here for very long and the experience is always a good one. The staff are very nice and always polite. The seats are comfy and the theaters are clean. I have never seen any technical issues while viewing a movie at this theater. The food selection is a little pricey, but is good and the price is what you would expect from any other movie theater. Overall a great experience.
Last movie was out of focus just a little bit. Always enjoy going there.
Fancy, but expensive, but it's good for big movies.
Best theater in the Longview area but pricey.. :( like they say.. you get what you pay for.. definitely worth the price
I am an employee of this place and I say its a great place to watch movies
Great popcorn.
Awesome everything was nice and clean...
I've always had good experiences at Regal Cinemas. Their RPX Movies are amazing! This cinema is always very clean, they have nice bathrooms, and my favorite thing about this place is that I get to butter and season my own popcorn. How cool is that?
Very very relaxing that's important to me when I.go to see a.movie....
Always enjoy watching movies at Regal. Super comfy seating
Always enjoy myself there
Great movie viewing experience and a little more expensive than others, but, it has been a pleasant experience with regards to the staff and overall cleanliness of the establishment... If it is a really late movie there tends to be some young, lower IQ people come to just sit in the back and cause problems... but I guess that's at any place that is open late...
The food & drinks were good. The theatre & auditorium were clean & there were no problems during the movie. Will always come back
Took the family to see Aladin, good movie and funny too.
This cinema is clean and current. There are plenty of restrooms, and they are also clean. The seats in the cinema are comfortable, and upkept. The employees are polite and helpful. If you are going to be watching a movie in a theater near Longview, this is where you need to go.
Great seats, popcorn was ok, a little pricey for a matinee, kids and adult pricing was the same.
Great place to see the latest movies
Friendly staff clean theater and yummy popcorn
I love the experience but the prices are too high
Went to see Secret Life of Pets 2 tonight with my daughter. The theater was clean and staff was nice, but I was overcharged. Looked at my receipts when I got home. I was charged for two adults tickets. My 7 year old does not look like an adult in anyway, so I’m not particularly happy about paying more than I should have. It’s already expensive enough as it is.
Great place to watch movies
My wife and I saw our once every 5 year movie here. Next time I will be 60 years old.
Clean theater and bathrooms great for families to attend. More expensive that Marshall but every time I go I notice a better picture and sound quality.
Movie theater is fine. Not the best I've been to but got to work with what you have.
Love RPX, decent selection of food. Won't complain about prices, it's about the experience. Usually fairly clean.
They made a change that I am NOT a fan of. They make you pick your seat outside of the theater before you come in the movie. It’s cold and rainy and people are taking forever to pick their seats and so you just have to wait and wait. I think you should be able to pick and or change your seat when you get inside the movie. What if the seat you picked is directly behind a tall person with a big head?? I guess you’ll just have to miss seeing part of the movie. I don’t think I’ll be back if they don’t change this!
I liked the building and I went during the daytime, so it was pretty nice to have a mostly empty room. The chairs were soft and fit my back nice, but were designed for a short armed person or something. It was extremely annoying to grab my drink out of the cup holder. I had to reach across with my other arm to grab my drink. Imagine your arm on the arm rest and the cup being at a point up your arm you can't reach back and grab. I'm 6'2" though, so many people would be fine. I've never had problems like that at other theaters. The projector seemed a bit dimmer than most theater projectors too, but it didn't bother me much.
Very nice, clean, and friendly staff, we always have a good experience here
Very quality service, good seats, everyone can see the screen, and it is not blurry or fuzzy. Definitely reccomend.
I was super excited to see Hobbs and Shaw over the weekend. I've never been to this theater so I was excited to try it out. Upon entering the doors you see the concession stands directly in front of you and the movie entry to the. We walked up to the concession stand to place our order however the team member(Mason) at the counter was very rude to us. He literally just stared at us in what look like disgust as we stood there asking if he could assist us. After we pretty much got the hint, we moved over to another team member and he assisted us. Though the customer service wasn't great, we we're happy to finally be assisted. We grabbed popcorn and a slushy in made our way to our seats. Entering the actual theater, it wasn't what we thought it would be. Granted it was not an XD or 3D screen, I still expected the seats to be comfy and the space to be clean. Shortly after we we're seated, more people entered the theater. It was a group of what looked like younger teens and they said right next to us. They were being loud and obnoxious and to be quite honest, the disturbance was too uncomfortable to bear. We ended up leaving the movie theater after only 15 minutes of viewing the movie. This is not the kind of experience that we appreciate and will not be returning. Sometimes there are things that are unavoidable but customer service and cleanliness should not be one of them.
I've been to better theaters, and once been to worse much, much worse; this one is clean, generally, and has a good selection of candy if you're in to spending $5 for a $1 bag. Not that it's different anywhere else.
Lots of choices and great prices. Friendly and helpful staff.
18$ for two movie tickets and almost 30$ for two drinks and popcorn?!?! place is the biggest rip off in longview. will not be going back, can just wait till movie comes out on redbox for 1.95$
Always amazing!! Like the security ! They have everything very well organized
Prices are expensive as all theaters are. The snack bar is outrageous
It's what you'd expect for a movie theater. It's clean. The seats are comfortable. I've never had problems there. They have a few arcade games in an easy to spot corner. Regal has an app so you can get your tickets online and sometimes I end up qualifying for free popcorn. I don't get the popcorn or anything else, so I couldn't really tell you anything about the concession stand. Sometimes there are discounts on the tickets, though, and that's nice when that happens.
The people are really nice and friendly. The lobby and bathroom were a little messy but not too bad. I went to a late evening movie on a Saturday night.
Great place to go to the movies. Helpful employees. Nice and clean.
I do NOT like the fact that the seats for a regular show are now assigned. Our seats were taken. They assigned everyone there to seats right next to each other. The leg room was very cramped. When we purchased tickets it didn't show where other people were sitting. Will never go here again
Amazingly clean great customer service decently priced for a movie concessions great viewing as far as audio and visuals
Place changed so much for the better
Great place to get away for movies.
Went today for a matinee. The theater was clean and the price was average $15+ for two adults. I didn’t give it 5stars because the popcorn wasn’t very good. It wasn’t hot or fresh, neither was the butter. Not worth them price at all.
It would be nice to actually be able to SEE the previews. BLACK SCREEN
Theater is usually really clean. Prices are ok. The new pick your seat is good until someone doesn't use it right. But overall it's the better theater in town.
Always a nice clean theater, been there many times.
Nicest theater in the area. I come here often never had any complaints.
Good selection of movies and pretty affordable($10-15), but the seats aren't super comfortable as they're pretty much stuck in an upright position and hard to lean back. If the seeds ever got an upgrade this would be a five star movie theater!
Great for movies. Expensive for food
Enjoy Regal everytime we go.
It's good just the prices are extremely high! I wish that reconcider lowering the price on popcorn and fountain drinks for some family that would enjoyed but can't afford it!
Loved the movie. Seats are a little outdated
Real nice place but a little pricey
Nice staff. Paid $6 for a medium diet coke. Seems like video screens are lower definition than most modern theaters.
Pretty good movies. Cool staff. Nice snacks.
