No one was at the front counter, stood there a minute. There wasn't anything stating come inside to pay for tickets. The young kids do a lot of standing around when there's trash on the floor they could clean up. Also no frienfly

Small, older, theater, and the only one in town, but it was clean and the sound was great. We were in town for the holidays.

Tornado was coming through so we didn't get to finish the movie. I was disappointed that management didn't offer everyone replacement tickets, popcorn, cokes or whatever they bought. Waste no offer for anything.

It was okay. Clean and nice seats. Wish they would not have split the one big screen into two smaller screens but hey what can you do! Only place in a 45 mile radius to watch 3d movies. If not 3d though I usually go to Morris twin cinema in Dangerfield cheaper seats and concessions with the same movies and less crowds.

Although we love our hometown theater, they have a habit of keeping it VERY hot. Often we see the entire theater full of people fanning themselves. Not a comfortable experience!

I want to start with saying that they are really rude! They didn't give me a refund to a movie I couldn't go in to see! My older brother called and said that the person who had taken the call had said "Someone that is 21 years or older has to buy the tickets" I obviously had permission to go in if my mom had bought the tickets and like I said very very rude people never going there again. They also cursed my brother out.

Love this little movie theater located near Wal-Mart in Mount Pleasant. It's the only movie theater in the area. Best thing about it is the ticket prices. $6 per ticket after matinee ends. $4 for matinee. Movies generally don't play here for very long sinx it is a small theater and I haven't seen them play any independent films (Such as My Friend Dahmer) but definitely worth the price of admission. It's clean and quiet if you go on a non opening night. My girlfriend and I go here all the time.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I've been to theaters with better seats and where you get to pick your seats when you purchase your tickets (same ticket price) and the concession stand is a bit too pricey especially when you have three or more kids... but definitely a clean good quality theater.

First off I took my son to see the move It: The second chapter. We were unable to see the movie because he was not 10 and it was 8:00pm. But was told we could come back the next day to see it before dark??? Weirdest thing I have ever heard. I asked why and the "girl" behind the glass why and she answers with, "Adults can be adults" at the late show. Last time I checked you come to a movie to sit and watch it. I could understand if it was a theater where alcohol was sold. So I bring my son and his friend the next day, no problem getting in to see the movie . About a fourth into the movie they need a drink so i go get them a drink and there are two girls behind the counter braiding hair. She was almost done braiding her hair when I interrupted. She did not let go of her hair the whole time. Fixed my drinks holding hair. Never washed their hands. I was disgusted.

The management of this theater is 2nd to none; they know where that there are some shortcomings and are actively working to address them. On my most recent visit, there was a problem with audio calibration, but as you can see from the manager's reply below, they are working to get it resolved as fast as possible. I also had some questions about movie availability and he was more than happy to explain why it can be difficult for a independent theater to get all the movies that the public may want to see, but rest assured they do everything within their power. Hats off to Kevin and the team at Mt. Pleasant Cinema 6, looking forward to many more movies, keep up the good work!

Has come a long way over the years. Movie selection is good. Concession prices are a little high but all theaters are (thats how they make the money to pay the employees). Helpful staff if you need the help. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit difficult at times but thats not on the theater. Great overall experience and would highly recommend if you're in the area and want to catch a movie.

This place is cheap to get a movie ticket compared to other places I've been. You can go to the early shows and pay $4 I believe. When you add in all the snacks it can get expensive but still cheaper than the chain movie theaters.

The parking is insufficient (especially for the disabled), and the theater itself needs lots of "improvement", but the staff is kind, even if there are too many of them that they trip over each other. The price is okay, but no discounts for vets, seniors, or students like at other theaters. Not a bad movie experience, which is why i didn't want to post an outright negative review, but when you are handicap and have to park elsewhere, because the parking lot is packed to the brim, and trek a block to the theater in a wheelchair, something has to give.

Concessions are pricy, but not as high as neighboring towns. Restrooms could definitely use an upgrade.
