The Grandview in Madison is the best movie theater in Metro Jackson. The ticket prices are a little pricier than other movie theaters but it's definitely worth the few dollars more that you pay for the great experience you get. The theater rooms are always clean and so are the restrooms too.

We will not be back. decided to come here to watch Avengers endgame definitely overpriced and understaffed. As are all theaters but I digress. The unfortunate truth is I believe they schedule movie showings way too close together giving their staff limited time to clean up. As we were attempting to stay till the end of the credits, as I always do for every movie, the manager decided he should come in tell us that there is no after credit and that we need to leave. If you ask me, very rude and unprofessional on his part and he lost a handful of customers by asking us to leave even though I did decide to stay to hear what I had paid to hear.

This theatre adds an upscale feel to the local theatre. The staff is very courteous. There is an "Internet Cafe" off to the left (upon walk-in). The ticket booth, located inside, adds to the feel atmosphere. The seats are comfortable and the picture/sound quality is great.

There's this overweight girl behind the concessions counter who was very rude to my grandmother, my mother, and I. Her name was either Hailey D. Or Haiden D. She made us feel like garbage. We will be contacting the Madison county chamber of commerce and making a formal complaint. We will not be returning to this theater. Can't wait for the new one in ridgeland to open!

Some people on the review needs to realize that the theater doesn’t earn money from tickets, cause they give it to whoever made the movie, they only thing that they earn money is from the concession that is why it’s so expensive. Remember it’s a Business.

These seats are so uncomfortable. I guess with the reclining chairs at so many other theatres you get spoiled. The ones here just slightly rock back so by the end of a movie I was extremely sore and just wanted it to be over. The theatre itself is also smaller than most so not as many people can view the movie so they sell out faster.

Showed up on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend for a movie that was suppose to begin at 10:15 AM according to website and marquee banner. They had not opened yet, and after finally standing outside, and peering through windows for 20 minutes, Manager came outside and stated they where having no 10:00 AM movies, because he forgot to schedule people to work!! Ordered tickets, but wasted. What a poor excuse for a Management employee, and Business.

I was standing in line to purchase some nacho and overhead one of them say there go your girlfriend like it was suppose to be funny but it was not. As if their was something with that person. Shady. There is a wishing well located here. The manager collects money and deposits into theater account. One kid got fired for eating a cheese stick that was going to be thrown out. Fresh popcorn is only popped 3 times a week. Treat employees bad.

Very racist staff!!!! I brought students on a field trip. 30 to be exact. They made the chaperones pay and were rude!!! The manager told me he would put me out and the people I came with. They really didn’t want us to be there. But because I represent more than myself, I kept it professional. But I will never spend money there again!!

This used to be my favorite place to see a movie. But over the past few years there have not been many improvements made. Would love to see some upgrades made and a little more friendliness from the staff.

This is in a nice area near a pretty big shopping center. It's always clean, and the staff is always friendly. It's a pretty modern facility with a good selection and good showtimes. It's our favorite theater in the area.

Just watched Avengers Endgame in Atmos, WOW!!! The movie was amazing and so was the sound in Atmos in that movie theater. Highly recommended!

We have been going to Malco since it was first opened in Madison. This place needs a deep, deep cleaning, not just the little once-overs. I can’t remember how many years now it has been open, but there’s just a film and stickiness everywhere. Also, I definitely would not recommend utilizing their online ticket sales. A $3 convenience/ booking fee is charged (in addition to the already most expensive in area ticket) and the process is anything but convenient. They should have updated software to scan a QR code, an app or equivalent so that you can purchase online and not have to wait in line... that would make the extra $3 worth it. But no they charge you $3 extra and you still have to wait in line to get a paper ticket.

This is the Movie theater to go to! AMAZINGLY aesthetic and you’re truly entering a different place once you get inside. It’s gorgeous outside, I’m giving it 4 stars though because being the incredible location and best looking movie theater within 100 miles and not having the new reclining chairs the high class movie theaters have just feels wrong.

I've been going to Malco since the grand opening years ago. It's the only theater I go to these days when I do go to the movies. It has a very regal, upscale feel to it and really makes it feel like a fancy outing when you go! Snacks and drinks are pricey of course, but that's all movie theaters nowadays.

It's a nice enough theatre. The employees show good customer service. However, for the area, the theatre isn't really updated and there is no frequent visiter program like every other theatre has. I go when I need it to be convenient, otherwise I go where I can earn free tickets, etc.

I used to enjoy this place but now not so much although I still visit regularly. They really should upgrade seating to leather seats and clean theater rooms in between showings. Security presence for overly crowded showings would be nice as well since the younger generation tends to feed off each other's silliness

Just went and saw an early viewing of the new How To Train Your Dragon movie. The first 5 minutes of the movie we could hear but couldn’t actually see the movie. Once they realized their mistake, instead of restarting the movie they just let it keep going. So essentially everyone missed the first 5 minutes of the movie. I understand that mistakes happen, but how they handled this particular mistake is why I’m posting this 1 star review. The movie itself is great! Go see it at another theater though.
