Purchased tickets to “A star is born”. My toddler had to go to the bathroom, so we went and when we where walking back to the theater an employee said that they do not let kids in a rated R movie after 6:00. The proceeded to escort us out. The manager refunded the cost of the ticket. But I was not concerned of the money. We just wanted to watch a movie! Our movie started at 6:50. Why could not have told me this when I purchased the tickets instead of when I was halfway into the movie? I understand the policy they have pertaining to kids and rated R movies. However they should have informed me when I bought the tickets, not have kicked us out halfway through the movie! I am VERY upset!

I had a horrible experience. The lady checking tickets acts like bringing outside food is a punishable crime. I'm making sure from now on I NEVER buy concessions here again. Also dropping my cinemark movie club membership. It's not worth it!

Extra wide seats and aisles make it easier for plus size and big & tall to enjoy the movies, too. ❤️ we have to get extra wide computer chairs, but these were large and comfy. The button placement isn't perfect, but it's manageable.

The loungers are awesome and have brought us back to the movies. Snack bar is good. self serve butter for popcorn is nice. Bathrooms seem cramped and sometimes slimy. Change the tile and wipe them down more often. Future good idea: self serve sodas...think about it Cinemark.

Had a blast watching Endgame with my son. Only downside was not putting prices on combo meals. Just telling someone that they're going to save a $1 or .75 cents really doesn't help patrons. Nice bar area too, but I feel like that's just a bit much. I understand that some people sneak things in but kids don't need to have such things to look forward to. Movies should be a family friendly atmosphere. It's not a 70's drive-in.

We went and saw Aqua Man on Christmas Day. The seats were awesome. Place was clean. I like that you can put your own butter on your popcorn. Best cinema in the Shreveport/Bossier City. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

It's a pretty cool theater. I love that they have electric recliners. For locals, this theater may just be another one of the many you can go to, but if you're visiting the city or family, it is definitely worth going to for the experience and comfort.

The most comfortable movie theater I have ever been too. Being able to recline and put your feet up, great experience. Only issue is you need to book your ticket early online to get a good seat, $1.50 extra charge for that unless you're a 9 dollar a month member... That's pretty lame.

Place is nice, seats are nice, I was a proud movie club member until today! The last 4 times I have been here the people behind the Box Office are horribly rude and so are the managers. The managers act like their offended because you want to make a complaint about their employees. I have come to this theater 4 times a month and been a movie club member for 2 1/2 years but because of how I was treated today I will NEVER go back!!! They need a serious attitude adjustment and to learn that their customers concerns should be acknowledged. Me and 3 other families left upset today for the same reason throughout the 30 minutes I stood in line. I do not recommend if you dont want to be viewed as an inconvenience to the employees. However the workers behind the consession stand are ALWAYS great!

It was a really nice establishment. They have a lot of convenient ways to get tickets. Including a ticket kiosk on the inside. They have many concessions and they sell merch. They had captain marvel t-shirts when I was there. It's a big establishment so if you have children keep a close eye on them. They also have a arcade, a small one, but a semi-nice one. Be careful who you sit by though. The last time I went I sat by 2 girls that couldn't shut up for the life of me. They were talking loud and everything. Also, don't sit in the front row, you can do that in small theaters and still see the screen, but not here. Overall it's a nice place to have a good time.

Cinemark Tinseltown is hands down the best theater in the area! The luxury loungers blow regular seating out of the water. I have been to other theaters in the area and Tinseltown is the only theater that focuses on the overall quality for their patrons. When purchasing your ticket, you also choose your seating, which gives you plenty of time to get your popcorn without worrying about losing the perfect upper-middle seat that you always fight for in regular theaters. The theaters are always clean and the staff has great customer service.

I like the way the theater has put in the recliners. They are more comfortable than the old chairs. I wish they could find a way to lower their concession prices. Small popcorn and med. coke, $12.00. that's just a little pricey for me. But in all, it's a really nice place to go see a movie.

Couldn't get the website to work in order to buy tickets, there's no way to get anyone on the phone that we could figure out (automated system), drove all the way over there just to find out they were completely sold out. My kids were incredibly disappointed, I wasted gas and time, the website should tell you if it's sold out that's ridiculous.

Talk about top of the line theater! Luxury recliners are the best new thing. The popcorn sizes are a little off however. Small size is too small, medium is not that much bigger than small. Drink sizes were the same. One main thing that caused the 4 star instead was sitting on the theater we could hear the loud sounds from the movie next to us. They do have a day where the movies are $5.50 all day and I believe it is Tuesday.

My favorite movie theater in Shreveport/Bossier. The reclining seats are luxurious, you can pick up a beer on your way in to your movie, the staff is always nice (especially for a movie theater) and Tinseltown always makes for a memorable movie experience.

Every time I go to this theatre for some reason i bump into the wall while turning the corner to walk to the bathroom. One time this happened I hurt my knee, and it was hard to climb the stairs to get to my appartment. I like this theatre.

Visited twice recently. Only one ticket booth was open each time - during weekend hours! The line extended to the street this Sunday afternoon. Other than the ticket booth issue this is a perfectly good place to watch movies. The chairs are extremely comfortable and there is plenty of space around you. Plus they recline!

Was attacked in Theater with my son. Some person was snoring 4 seats away from me for 30 minutes. Another customer said something to the person with the snorer. Lady with snorer started to yell and cuss. I thought a fight was about to start, so I went to get the manager. Told manager what was going on. He made me go to where the yelling was. Woman with snorer started cussing me out. This happen on top row. So I walked back down and around to get back to my seat. The woman was still there. Now she is yelling and cussing me out.

This theater used to be a solid five stars. Until the last few months. Each time I have gone, there have been a consistent three things that need some serious attention from the staff. 1. Seats. The last two times, at least, a film I've walked into has had sticky candy or soda on the recliners. These are otherwise extremely comfortable, and could just use a little TLC during cleanup - rather than just sweeping. 2. Refills. When you purchase a large popcorn & drink, you get a one time day of refill on each. Tonight, I stepped out of my movie to get a refill and had to wait in the normal concession line for 15 minutes. Now, I know it was my choice to step out for a refill, but why not have an employee dedicated to refills or perhaps a sectioned off area purposefully for refilling products? 3. Phone patrol. Speaking of dedicating employees to specific jobs, one or two should patrol the films during play. Walk up and down the side stair cases listening for people talking during the film, or people playing on their phones (which happens nearly every movie.) Now, a highlight is definitely the movie club. The discounted snacks, no fees, CineMode rewards. Totally worth the 9 dollars a month. Not a bad theater, just could use some work. ☺

The movie theater as a whole is great, but the real problem is the upkeep. It looks as if the employees spend little to no time cleaning the floors. Popcorn is scattered amongst the carpet and seats and the carpet looks as if it has never been cleaned. Overall, it's just dirty which is disappointing saying how much money you'll have to spend to see the movie.

Went to see Endgame and of course it was super packed. We had to wait for about 20 minutes before we were able to get our popcorn but there were only a few people behind the counter and 20 million people waiting so I think it was handled well. The movie experience was great as well.

Okay a movie theater is a movie theater. It was fine in the actual movie theater. The problem I had was the bathrooms. I saw three movies today and each bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure if the employees are supposed to be cleaning these, but it was so gross. One smelt like stale pee. The others had barely any stalls you could go in. I truly feel like I need to see my doctor to see if I caught anything. PLEASE CLEAN THE BATHROOMS and by clean I mean DEEP DEEP CLEAN!!!!

This was our first time visiting this particular theater. We went on a Tuesday because it was cheaper, which is great when the kids want all the expensive snacks. We had reclining leather seats and we loved it! Our seats still had popcorn on them and some trash on floor, which was a little disappointing that it hasn't been cleaned. They have a nice little arcade as well. Overall it was a good experience and even though this theater is further than 3 other theaters, we will make the trio to this one again simply for the comfort. FYI if you are buying tickets for a newer movie i would recommend buying online to ensure you get good seats next to your family/friends.

This is my theater of choice. I have problems walking and this theater is easy to get into and exit. Plenty of good high quality seating, and large isles. I usually go in the morning and it is a relaxing stress free movie going environment. The employees I have encountered have been pleasant, helpful and presentable. Invest a morning and have a great time.
