Great theater. The lounge seating is always comfortable. The only problem this time was the sound of the movie. It was extremely loud. I think the lighting was off somehow. Most of it took place at night. But it was physically dim.

Asked for layered popcorn didn't happen. During movie non stop phone use and talking. Told an employee they were not concerned. Was told they dont have enough employees to have ushers. Never again at this facility.

This theatre doesn't know that 12:00 am on Monday is sunday night a minute after 11:59pm. Selling tickets to movies on the wrong days. Told us the movie we wanted to watch was not playing until the following night, at 12:01am TUESDAY.

Although the movie was great to see my friend keep fighting off nats. The , after the movie I went to the women restroom then seeing more the nats. So, said all that it can stand more detailed cleaning.

Haven't been there since they remodeled. Love the theater seating, very comfortable. We went early so there weren't a lot of people and we really enjoyed the movie Hobbs and Shaw! The only issue is that if you get any snacks and drinks it cost more for that than it does for the movie itself. We will be back.

Almost a great place to see movies at. Only saying that because I heard someone reserve seats only to lose them because they were given to someone else. So, I don't exactly trust this one. Seats are nice and as well as having space for your feet. God, help the employees that have to deal with the drunk people because they have to sell alcohol.

I bought 5 tickets to watch toy story 4 and lion King. I went to use the restroom and the one I went in smelled really bad and there were gnats all over the wall. I would think that since they charge so much for tickets they can at least have a clean bathroom for their customers to use

I have gone to this theater many times. The seats are good, and great service at the concession stands. What I can't put up with is the manager I met at the ticket booth! The employees are kind, but the manager needs to be replaced, ASAP!!! My husband and I bought tickets a couple days early for a movie, and the day of the movie we had a family emergency, so we couldn't go. I went to the theater the next day and asked if I could just apply the cost of the tickets to another showing. The employee said that it shouldn't be a problem and went to ask his manager. They both walked back together and the manager told me that it was "cute that I thought I could get my money back"! He said he wouldn't do anything to help me, even after I explained the circumstances. If he were to kindly tell me that it's against policy, I would understand, but he was a jerk and laughed at me!!! So, my husband and I ended up paying double to just watch one movie because of a cold hearted manager.

Was in theater #2 for Stuber Sunday afternoon (07/21/19) and sat in Row F. The high wall separating E from F has been removed but needs to be replaced. The short wall could cause a patron to trip and fall into Row E.

Great movies, but some of the recliner seats are broken and ripped. The sound and visuals are GREAT!!! The customer service could use some touch ups, their workers are not the friendliest.
