This place is so great my boyfriend and I go here almost every week. The seats are comfortable and it's always very clean. The only thing that can be seen as somewhat bad is the prices at concession, but since I used to work at a movie theater I understand the reasoning behind this. This is a great place to go and I definitely recommend it.

Really nice movie theater with recliner seating, arcade, and 3D viewing options. The only problem is you can't really walk up and purchase tickets. It's best to purchase tickets online in advance to avoid being disappointed about the theater being sold out.

I love any movie theater that provides recliners as a basic! This is a great place to enjoy any movie at any age.My only con is the snack area... they're pretty slow. But your seat is reserved so you don't really need to be in a rush. I do recommend joining the movie club. It's $8 a month and you can reserve your seat, get a free movie per month(and it does roll over) and discounts on tickets as well as snacks!

Always a good time to go to the movies. Customer service isn’t the best at the window, but you get what you pay for. Video and audio quality is always nice. They do, on the other hand, need to implement a fire plan in case of a real fire. For some reason the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building while the movie was going on. None of the workers seemed to know what was going on. In fact they were not train for an event like this. There were customers still sitting as if there was nothing to worry about ( mind you there wasn’t) but what happens in an event if this was real. Another thing is that they did not stop the movie. So we missed a whole lot of it. I asked a worker what would happen and I was told that they will replay the part that we missed, which was about 15 mins or so. I went back to tell my family. I didn’t want to see what was going on and wanted to wait until they replayed it, so I went back out along with a few other people because we all didn’t want to spoil it. Only to find out about 10 mins that they were no longer replaying it. So yes, we lost about 30 mins of the movie. Such poor communication. This is still a good place to watch a movies.

Love this theater! The service is outstanding, seating, DBOX, XD, all wonderful! I especially loved that they did early showings of Endgame (around 9AM). I love the fact that when you drop alot of cash on their junk food, they actually help you to your seat instead of watching you clearly struggle and hope you make it after spending close to 50 dollars on junk food for you and your guests.

Didnt realize how much I loved this theater until I was forced to go to another one. How did I ever sit in regular seats lol. The lounge chairs are so comfortable.. My biggest complaint is that I keep falling asleep 30mins into every movie I see here . My only recommendation would be to have staff making sure people are in their correct seats. Went to see a movie last month and there were these teenagers taking seats when people went for a restroom break. Other than that, I love it

The theaters are great and the reserved tickets are nice. It is easy to get your tickets from the cinemark app. The only complaint I have is with the concessions. The lines are ridiculously long. The have 5 or 6 registers there but only ever use 2 of them 3 on rare occasions. I have been about 10 times in the last month and never seen them use more than 3 and usually its only two of them.

Beyond being forced to choose a reserved seat and others stealing your seat, it's a great theater. It's not worth fighting over your exact seat...enjoy your movie. Movies are fun and the actual seats that recline are great. Some seem to recline a bit too low...might fall asleep before movie ends. Lol. It's one of my favorite theaters, especially the XD one.

Whoever came up with the seating chart for the entire movie theater and thought it was a good idea, you were wrong. It's created a longer line by for tickets unless you order online. I just watched 3 people in front of me leave over it. Then I left without purchasing my two tickets. That was a total of 5 tickets not purchased, a $65 value...Talk about a poor and failing business model. On top of that, the past few times I have gone to the movies people just talk and play on their phone. Oh well, so long to the good ole days of having something fun to do and enjoy. Another dying form of entertainment. I won't be back.

Refreshment lines move too slow. Staff has no sense of urgency when serving customers before moviestart time. The sodas taste terrible, no carbonation, just flat. I have complained several times.

I love the theaters new chairs reminds me of the AMC theaters in Massachusetts. Went to see John Wick 3. There wasn't any talking or extra movement and when my husband lost his keys and the clean up crew let us back in. Very vibrant gentlemen even that late after working. Thank you!

I went to see the premier of Avengers End Game and in spite of all showings being sold out the theatre was not in any sort of chaos and it was an extremely pleasant experience. It's clean (including the bathrooms), and I love the reclining seats!!

So, if this is not your first choice then you must have never gone here. Even if their are no 5 star movies out, I would recommend you watch something in their dbox. It will surely amaze.

I went and saw a movie 2 weeks ago and the air conditioning wasn't working in the theater. We sat in a hot and sweaty theater through an entire movie. Women who had fans in their purses were using them and passing them around to others to share. When we got out of the movie, management was there to offer us a free movie pass for the inconvenience. We went back to see another movie last week and had the same hot theater situation. I'd rather stay home in the cool ac of my own house and rent a movie.

This is my go to movie place, but I'm sad to say that this time I was let down. My wife and I had to regretfully request a refund because the seating area was unbelievably hot! The access corridor was cool,but the seating area was south of the border HOT! I still love the movies,and particularly this location,so I shall return.

We used to frequent Cinemark years ago until Malco Grandview opened. While Malco is still the more upscale theater, we have recently started going back to Cinemark thanks to the reserved seating and reclining leather chairs in the XD theater. Not having to wait in line for new releases saves us hours of time. Reserved seats mean buying your tickets online well in advance and showing up just in time for the movie to start. For us not wasting hours waiting in line for the summer blockbusters to get good seats has been the best part of the movie going experience at this theater.

So this was the first time I'd visited since it was tinseltown. I gotta say, I love it. The luxury recliners made it beyond relaxing. As a mom, I wanted to stay up and watch the movie. But also as a mom, the chairs made me wanna nap. So I have a somewhat love/hate relationship with the overall comfort.

Kid friendly very comfortable chairs love this movie theater but the staff has been rude since jan -end of March 2019 the seating arraignment is crazy they could make sure their was room for families in sector sections instead of having to pick another movie or get separated we have kids we ain't separating from them thru a whole movie specifically our young ones that could get lost and then on 3 occasions we had to choose a movie we didnt intend to come see so as a mother please use a different seating strategy and reserve spots for us families Love your theater want go to another one ....❤

I got to give Cinemark 5 stars. I hadn't been to a movie in about a month but was I in for a surprise. First if all, I have to have a reserved seat to watch the movie. I was told to select my seat from a chart when I purchased my ticket. Next, when I got in there reclining seats! YES! They were quite comfortable. In fact, they were so comfortable I believe I dozed off. When I woke up from that relaxation, I was waiting to hear that line, "My name is Mr. Glass!" I did not hear it. Boy, was I disappointed. I did enjoy the movie and the RELAXATION.

The best thing about this theater are the recliners. They are so comfortable you could fall asleep. Unfortunately, my husband's was broken and luckily there was no one else on our row so he was able to switch seats. However, it's not always that easy because the seating is reserved so I really hope yours works. The theater was dirty, especially the bathrooms--- but maybe it was a busy day. The food--we had the nachos--they were okay. The prepackaged cheese tasted like it came out of a can. It could've been warmer. We weren't able to add any jalapenos (our favorite part!) because the serving station was a mess and the containers were open. There was just something unappetizing about it. We've had better experiences here in the past. The seating really is wonderful. It makes you want to bring a blanket. The 3D showings are worth it. They also have a D box which moves with the movie. The service isn't bad. The concession prices--well they're typical for a movie theater. They do also have some extra snacks that you don't usually find at a movie theater pringles, beef jerky, nuts. I thought that was interesting.

Love the luxury lounger seating, so much better than the traditional seating/stadium seating. Most seats in the theater are reserved and most theaters seat a very small number of people. Its best to book ahead online. We use the cinemark app, very easy to use and you can see the seat layout to pick your seats. It really cuts down on wait time.

We used to frequent Cinemark years ago until Malco Grandview opened. While Malco is still the more upscale theater, we have recently started going back to Cinemark thanks to the reserved seating and reclining leather chairs in the XD theater. Not having to wait in line for new releases saves us hours of time. Reserved seats mean buying your tickets online well in advance and showing up just in time for the movie to start. For us not wasting hours waiting in line for the summer blockbusters to get good seats has been the best part of the movie going experience at this theater.

We’ve heard many good comments about this theatre, but were unfortunately let down when we tried it this past weekend. The seats are nice, reserved seating with reclining ability is definitely the way modern theaters are going. The issue we had was the concession lines were extremely lengthy and took 25 minutes to get our order taken. The main foyer was dirty and smelled musty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in many months. Once in the theatre we immediately noticed the trend of filth and stench continued. The issue was worsened due to the fact that the air was warm and humid, and with a theatre full of folks it smelled of body odor and halitosis. We dealt with the issue and suffered through the 2 hour movie, but I swear to everyone that will read this. The bathrooms were so bad that the ammonia from all the urine on the floor nearly made my eyes water. Pure filth. I’ve seen cleaner catch pens in a pasture. I watched for a brief moment and noticed there was zero leadership within the management. The few employees that were there couldn’t care less about their jobs, or at least their attitudes reflected that. Whomever is running things at this particular Cinemark doesn’t have a clue or doesn’t care, but one thing is certain. People will stop going if they don’t change their direction. Overall if you don’t mind waiting in a filthy location, to watch a movie in a sauna, and finally stop by a sewage lagoon afterwards....then Cinemark in Pearl is perfect for you.

It was something else!!!!!!. We had about 30 to 40 minutes left on our movie and a baby bat decided it wanted to come out from the ceiling and watch the video too!!!!. It was flying everywhere. So they had to make us leave and give refunds,but we were just at a aaaaaaaa we could believe this was really happening. We were laughing about it and everything. Great auditorium acoustics not to mention the recliners if you want a living room ambience. The audio volume a wee bit loud but the speakers could handle it. The lobby could do with better cleaning But certainly good competition to Malco Grandview if you are on this side of town.
