They deaf. I asked for a nacho , a popcorn , and a small icy. The lady gave me a large drink popcorn and a small icy . When I tried to explain to her that I didn’t ask for a large drink she looked at me like I was crazy and kept saying I asked for a large drink as if drink and nacho sounds alike. Then she wouldn’t even give me a nacho so now I’m hungry.

One of the worst movie theaters I've ever been to. The people there cannot behave and it seems very unsafe at night. Stay away!

If you don't care about bad seating and only have a few dollars to spend this is not a bad place but I never enjoyed any movie there because of the atmosphere. the sitting is horrible but their prices cheap

I like the new improve seating at the theater & it allows u to put drink in the holder & not spill it. Also, you can walk to your seat & not worry about climbing stairs and falling.

This cinema has been updated and is nice. Its also great for the price. We go there all the time...Plus its closer to where we live....if you are in the area, its a great place to see a movie...bathrooms could be a little cleaner.

They locked us in and we're nowhere to be found after our show. The back exit is not wheelchair accessible but we had to roll down a flight of stairs. No one who worked at the theatre could be found to help. This is unacceptable service.

The movie theaters are terrible, unclean and the employees are ABSOLUTELY RUDE! It is worth the money to go to Tinsletown.

Went to a monday matinee. 3 employees on duty. Previews were already going and they had no other speed than slow. Get in the room and all the seats were pretty much on the same level. Very back row and it was still hard for my 8yr old, 6yr old nephew & 4 yr old to see. That being said, the seats felt great, screen was clear and the volume wasnt hurt your ears loud. Okay experience but would go to Tinseltown in west monroe next time. More staff and easier viewing for the littles.

It's no Tinsle Town theater, but it wasn't bad. I actually had a good time with my 8 year old son. Of course, one Coke cost almost $6, but it's the same as the other theaters.

We hadn't gone to this theatre in years, until recently and we go all the time now. This theatre is one of the rare ones which still has actual matinee prices so that's why we always go here. The snacks are overpriced, but we rarely buy them and eat elsewhere before or after. I like the ticketing kiosk. The ticketing staff is very nice and calm and pleasant too. The bathrooms are clean. The whole theatre is really. You get a nice bang for your book, plus shopping is right outside after your movie.

The ticket price was $7 which was good but the food was expensive the small size popcorn was $6 that's almost buying another ticket not only that I seen rats I'm scared of rats so I had my foot up the whole time

They no longer have available the machine booth. Get here early because you will be waiting. People in the line are bound to exhibit racism (experiencing it now). If I didn't have to stand in a line, the chances of this would be decreased. Also, it's hot here on a warm day. Getting overheated makes me whoozy. Thanks for the health risk! There's too many other options everyday for this nonsense.

It sucked ,, I'm 19.. and I had 2 friends with me who are younger teenagers and the theater claimed they both have to have a form of ID to get in after 9 pm. How does this work? No one in their right mind thinks every person coming to a movie will have an ID. I will not come back

Do not like this service, on every other Saturday, my 17 and a half year old son likes to go to the movies to see Pg-13 movies, and he would accidentally leave his Id at the house and they would let him go in, but other nights he would tell me that the workers says he needs one to watch a pg-13 movie. Dont like this!

Cheapest theater in the area by far! No stadium seating, but you can still easily see the movie without having to worry about the person in front of you. Highly recommend to see great movies while on a budget.
