Favorite theater ever. Employees are very friendly. Unlimited popcorn refills is great! Its kept Clean. Nice to have the option to enjoy an adult beverage and relax in the most comfortable seating- with convenient swing tables to put all your concessions on. Rewards Card is good to have too.

We just returned from a movie at the Biloxi LUX theater and it was most likely one of the worst movie experiences I've had in a long time. The seats are great, super comfortable. The food is okay, we ordered wings and they were extremely greasy. I realize it isn't Wingstop, but if they say Garlic Parmesan, I'd at least like to see the Parmesan and the wings should be soaking in sauce. Once the movie began there was talking from the audience throughout the movie. It was the most unpleasant movie experience I have ever had. Self absorbed, ill-raised people who thought their movie comments were so important that we all had to hear them scene after scene ruined the movie for everyone else. The staff needs to get a grip on this, warnings before the movie (one time and you're out, that's our policy) which is what other theaters are doing or monitor their movies. I didn't pay to listen to Leroy and Tasha (they constantly were calling on each other with their important movie opinions) and others in the theater, I paid to watch a movie. Extremely disappointing because it's a nice facility.

Let me preface this review with this - I absolutely love the lay out, amenities, and workers at this theater. With that being said, they need to work on the logistics/operations. I've been a few times now, and it seems that the movie almost never starts on time. The movies usually begin about 15 - 20 minutes after the listed start time. I understand the reasons why they might do this (selling extra tickets, offset preview times that some of their movies seem to be missing, etc), but it's still a minor inconvenience. Now, something that does bother me a little bit more are movies playing with the house lights still on. I've had the lights stay on twice a good ways into the movies. The most frustrating was when I went to see Aquaman. The lights didn't turn off for over 15 minutes, and that was with multiple people complaining that they couldn't see the screen because of the light. Anyway, it's a solid operation. They just need to work out some of the kinks/growing pains. I'll edit my review at a later date if I start to see improvements.

OMG all seats are electric recliners with a tray that swivels over you & has a usb port to charge your phone. Very clean & even has a skittle machine so you can customize your own bag but for $6 I'm good. Lol Really nice place, relly enjoyed it.

The theater is amazing,the staff friendly and helpful, but the nachos chips tasted stale I told the attendant and she said that the boss said they had to sell them like that, also the cheese was not good doesnot have much flavor tastes cheap! went to get a margarita not only did she take for EVER to make it (it was not busy either) it was also not good the flavor was like crushed iced tequila and salt, and they were out of plastic cups so I had to drink it at the bar because I can’t take glass into the theater rm. on the other hand ... The seats are amazing they have this lil tray table attached which makes it supper comfy to watch your movie and have your food or snacks. I gaved it 4 starts because the place is nice and so is the employees but then again it needs work....

Very modern theater with a heavy focus on technology and self service. Bonus points for the full service BAR. I can finally drink a beer and watch a Tarantino movie! The seats are great but there's a large food/drink tray that gets in the way. Otherwise, great new cinema!

So From My Experience This Is The Best Movie Theatre In Biloxi (well the only one). Its connected to the mall so your not missing anything, Its super clean the staff is amazing & very luxury with recliner seat with a food tray attached very convenient for you. The best part is the refillable popcorn UNLIMITED popcorn (you have to buy it first) lol, they do have a bar and grill area for the freshest pizza, wings, nachos, and etc you can think of. Parents and young adults you do not have to sit at the bar to drink you can take it with you while you watch your movie (your choice of course) the kisok is at your fingertips when you dont want to wait in line for tickets (when you walk in its directly in the middle). Restrooms are super clean too, the red and black colour platte is very pristine and chic i love it. The price for the tickets is very reasonable.

It’s great to be able to get free refills on popcorn and drinks and the idea of self-serve popcorn/drinks is good in terms of helping the concession lines move faster. However, the way the popcorn dispenser works, all of the small pieces and kernels go to the bottom and come out so the majority of your popcorn is made up of that. Kind of wish the large drink cup was bigger too so you don’t have to leave the theater during the movie as often if you want a refill. Also, not a fan of there being no box office option and concession stands having to handle R-rated movies or any other ticket issues. Love the seats though! The tray is a nice convenience for your food. Had to do 3 stars just because my husband and I LOVE movie popcorn and the way they do it is really disappointing. Not sure how you could still do self-serving popcorn and avoid this :-/

Some people will complain about anything and everything! Well, let me tell you this theater is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I believe they have worked out all the kinks cause both times I have been, it has been a great experience. Popcorn was hot and fresh, a little crushed, but for me its easier to eat, staff are always so nice and welcoming! Movie started on time and the quality of picture and sound is top notch! Don't be discouraged from these not so positive reviews. Give it a try we love it and its become our favorite theater!

Pizza was pretty good, seats were new and comfy. Popcorn was a bit on the stale side with a lot of breakage since it pours from the bottom of a hopper rather than being scooped from the top... But it's unlimited & self serve so I guess that's a fair trade off.

Self-serve popcorn machine is terrible. Because of how the machine works, the popcorn gets crushed into tiny pieces, which makes the popcorn almost impossible to eat, and incredibly messy. They need to fix this SOON, or I will drive the little bit of extra distance to the other theaters in the area. Good popcorn is a huge part of the movie theater experience for most people.

A game changer in cinema experience. A full bar, free refills on drinks and slurpees, free refills on popcorn, trays to eat what they serve while you watch. The chairs are incredibly comfortable. Definitely worth your time next time you go catch a flick.

My fiancé and I came to see the 10:45p showing of Aquaman on 12/26/18. We arrived shortly after 10:30p and were not able to get into the theather until 11p. We ordered pizza, which was cold and lack any flavor. It tasted like cardboard to see the least. After arrival into the theater we were than told there was technical difficulties and we’d have to wait even longer. The previews started playing and the colors were muted like you were watching them from an old tv. There was no management to be found, no accurate wait time was given, and the movie experience was completely ruined. Going to the movies for Christmas is a family tradition for us and we thought it would be a good idea to check out the new cinema. However, we will not be back. The service was miserable and I will not recommend this cinema to anyone in the future.

We enjoy coming to this theater! The seats/chairs are amazingly comfortable and I like having the tray. I really like the self refill options for the soda and popcorn. The ticketing kiosks don’t always work correctly. The bar service is very SLOW. I’ve been disappointed the first 2 times I used it so I just stopped going there. Other than that, this place is great!

Also the chairs are much more comfortable than the other theaters. There is also not a wall separating the seats, so its not hard to see the screen for us short people!

Clean, affordable, comfortable seats, and nice staff. Only negative is that the popcorn is always a little stale. They over produce popcorn to fill oversized glass containers that allow self fill. The concept is visually appealing, but in practice because of the size of the self fill stations the fresh popcorn takes too long to make it to the bottom. Which then turns into people just continuously dumping popcorn - bucket after bucket - until they reach a fresher batch.

Overall, I’d go back. The whole theater building is extremely new (like 6 months or something), so everything was really clean like the new reclining chairs and the bathrooms. The staff wasn’t all that great though. The lady working the beer bar was nice and helpful, but most everyone else seemed like they didn’t want to be there, and ultimately were pretty useless regarding question about, for example, the cheese machine being out of cheese and so on.

I'm addressing some issues brought up in other's feedback here. Took the family here this weekend to see Spiderman at 2:45 PM. Bought the tickets online through their website, and when I arrived the consession stand printed out our tickets for us. Mattinee price was pretty good for a weekend. We bought a large popcorn, three 32oz cups and a nacho tray for $25.00. I let some of the popcorn pass through the choote before putting it in my bag to make sure I got more whole popcorn. I had very little crushed popcorn doing this. The popcorn was very warm, and salted. It had a good taste to it. I opted for an icee which was pretty good. Everyone else just got Coke. My wife ate the nachos with cheese on it. She said they were warm and didn't taste stale at all. These seats feel a little bit smaller than the Grand. I don't care for the table being right there. They could of bought a different style that folds out of the way. These are built into the armrest. Our movie started on time, had no issues with it at all, and all of the house lights went out as the movie was starting. I don't discount that those issues didn't happen, but on my first experience here I didn't have any of those issues. I would return based on the fact that their prices are lower than Cinemark/Grand. I like the option of self-serve, with free refills too.

My fiancé and I came to see the 10:45p showing of Aquaman on 12/26/18. We arrived shortly after 10:30p and were not able to get into the theather until 11p. We ordered pizza, which was cold and lack any flavor. It tasted like cardboard to see the least. After arrival into the theater we were than told there was technical difficulties and we’d have to wait even longer. The previews started playing and the colors were muted like you were watching them from an old tv. There was no management to be found, no accurate wait time was given, and the movie experience was completely ruined. Going to the movies for Christmas is a family tradition for us and we thought it would be a good idea to check out the new cinema. However, we will not be back. The service was miserable and I will not recommend this cinema to anyone in the future.

Let's be real. This place was hyped up as a modern, free refills on popcorn and drinks. On arrival, there's no box office. Inside thet lobby computer screens take your card or if it's rated R, you have to wait in the concession line to get a ticket. When you order popcorn, they hand you and empty bag and same thing with a drink... Empty cup. Their popcorn dispensers get clogged up and the popcorn at the bottom is cold and chewy. The butter dispenser spurts out butter and there's no salt unless you buy some. Half of my bag was crumbs and I couldn't finish it. Coke products! Rock on... Plenty of ice and drink selection but again, self serve. The cashier was shy and soft spoken. It's too bad... Great concept, but for a 10 dollar ticket, 7 bucks for cold popcorn and 5 bucks for a coke, it's expensive. Yes, the chairs were comfortable and lean back, adjustable head rests, great picture and sound, but half the theater experience for me are the treats and for this, they are disappointing and I will not return.

Ok so this theater is giving the Grande in D'Iberville some competition. The Grande upped the ante last year with the reclining seats & a bar in the lobby serving alcohol. This place has that...and pizza, wings, potato skins, better wine (a step or two up from barefoot), self-serve popcorn (aka lines move a little faster), & a little table attached to your reclining seat for your food. The ticket counter is like checking in at the airport complete w/kiosks & there's someone to assist if you can't figure it out or you keep messing up your Fandango confirmation code. Overall, great experience & staff was very pleasant. The Grande is much closer to me so I may end up going there over LUX Cine (depends on if I ate dinner or not) but not gonna lie...this was nice!

I really like the new movie theatre, and I am also very impressed. I went for the first time, this past Sunday, and saw Bumblebee. The wait at the counter was not long at all, the popcorn was good and so were the refreshments. I love the unlimited soft drink and popcorn refills. The prices are better than the Grand 18 in d'Iberville. The seats are very comfortable and recline! I also liked having the tray to hold the concessions. I will be back! No more Grand 18 for me!

Went to see Glass...the movie kept pausing and skipping. When they finally got it to work, it took them forever to find the scene where we left off. And after all of the 45 minutes of them getting us to the point not the movie where we left off ( the last five damn minutes)...they offer free popcorn and a soda. Never going back

Purchaed ticket I. The lobby using self service machine, printer jammed and had to get staff to print a new ticket. When I got to the theater there were nice reclining seats and the theater was clean. There was a few minor issues, first sound and no picture, that was fixed and staff apologized for the delay. Then the wrong movie started, finally they got it right and the movie played.

What a wonderful addition to The Edgewater Mall!! This movie theater is the newest addition to the coast! Very clean and well kept! This theater has a bar and unlimited popcorn and drink station! The prices compare to the Grand Theater in Dville are a lot cheaper and the prices of the food is reasonable! Did I mention it’s refillable popcorn and drink station? They do have comfortable and adjustable lounge chairs. The chairs also has swinging side tables along charging stations for your phone! They offer Tuesday Movie deals for $5.50 I will be back! It was well worth the drive to come to this theater!
