The theater is good, clean, and very well managed. However my problem comes with the prices. The ticket prices weren't so bad, however the food prices were just terrible and way too high! I am giving this a 4 star rating because the service was great, theater was clean, food tasted good. But for 2 medium drinks, 1 regular popxorn, and 1 bacon mac and cheese bowl to be over $30 is absolutely outrageous. I was going to get something before the movie but we were running late. If the prices were more reasonable I would rate 5 stars. Overall, however, I had a wonderful experience and for anyone wanting to go to a well maintained movie theater, come here and all your needs will be met, as long as you eat before coming to this movie theater!

Haven't been here in a few months. We went on a Sunday morning at one of the first showtimes. Should've been at its cleanest. Place is filthy! Sticky floor, even in lobby. No one's even vacuumed in awhile. Popcorn and other food spilled all over the place. Won't be going back. Too many better options.

Went on a Saturday night to watch the last Avengers movie. We chose the 10:15 PM showing of it in 3D. Two tickets were a little over $26. The layout can be a bit confusing if you've never been there before and if you're a larger person, prepare to feel a bit pinched in by the seats. There is, however, plenty of leg room. But the seats aren't all that comfortable. The theater itself (not the viewing room we were in) was FILTHY. There was trash and food everywhere from concessions all down the hallways, and piled onto every flat surface. The restroom floor was a maze of trash and tp; not to mention a broken toilet in the ladies'restroom that wouldn't stop running and had water on the floor. The second snack bar by the viewing room we were in was already closed by the time we got there (we were thirty minutes early). I'd love to experience this place at its best.

Went to AMC ON A DAY DATE with my husband. We were greeted by the young lady at the door. Went to the concession stand where we greeted by John/Jon. He was such a pleaser! Very Kind, well mannered, and detailed on our selection. We've never received service like that their. I asked him if he was a manager. He replied no ma'am but thanks for noticing my great customer service! Usually it's filled with those high school kids, that work with no personality! John/Jon should do training classes for this other kids!

Nice people. Clean place. Lots of seats available in theatres. But they lack in quality seating ( no reclining seats ) but they are more affordable then theaters with nicer seats so I guess it balances out.

that place is so great. what i like the most is there rewards SO if your're a stubs member and you buy movies or snacks and get get a certain amount of points from your purchases, they will give you enough money, maybe 10 $, then you can use that to pay for movies. So i am trying to say that AMC is a great place to watch a movie.

I normally go to the location on O'Neal but this time I came to this location. VERY disappointed. 1. Charged me $6 for a cup of water when a bottle was only $4. 2. The theater we sat in was filthy...stuff all over the floor. Will never come back to this location.

Very dirty and low scale theater compared to all the other wonderful venues in the area. Not up to date and i always have a very hard time getting out of the parking lot. Would not reccomend this theater and would definitely choose celebrity over this one.

Lights didn't go off 7 minutes into the movies. I had to call on the phone to get them to come turn them off. Food is expensive compared to Cinemark and they need more popcorn. Like kettle corn. Let expensive food. They would really take over if the food was cheaper. They already winning with the AMC stubs and A list.

This was one of the nastiest movie theaters that we have ever been to. I completely understand and get busy weekends, popcorn on floors, and over flowing trash cans on occasion but last night was absurd. Walking into the theatre there were drink cups, and food boxes, and trash everywhere! I bought 5 tickets to take my family to see Endgame and had to clean our entire row just to feel somewhat human. Lastly... the bathrooms were horrible. They both (men and women’s side) smelled like urine, trash cans overflowing onto the floor, and all seats were completely covered in other people’s fluid waste. Between food, tickets, and drinks, I spent over $100 on a $5 experience. The porta-potty’s on a hot race weekend at Taladega Super Speedway in Alabama we’re cleaner than this place.

WILL NEVER GO TO THIS THEATER AGAIN! I tripped and fell awkwardly off the stairs last month. I was looking where I was going and thought I was touching the floor when I fell awkwardly on the floor. A crowd of people surrounded me asking if I was okay. I tried to get up and I couldn't. A nice lady was kind enough to help me to my feet. I was shaky and jittery as I limped away. I had sprained my ankle really bad to the point where I felt unstable to walk. I never sprained my ankle before so I thought it was something I could walk off. When I arrived home, my foot was swollen and I couldn't walk. I called the theater and filed an accident report with the theater which on the same day and I didn't even receive a question if I was okay or not while they questioned me about they incident. I went to the hospital where my little niece had to wheelchaired me in because I couldn't walk anymore. I ended up in a cast and crutches and missed a week of school. My foot is slowly recovering but it hurts to walk and is still swollen around the ankle. I recently received a letter from a legal representative of the theater stating they denied my claim because they were up to code. They refuse to pay for my medical bills or compensate me for my pain and suffering. I'm still recovering and my ankle still hurts me. So if choose to go to this theater, please be extra careful. Because if you get hurt, they will do everything in their power to mess over you.

The GD prices are absolutely ridiculous(in a shrill gay guys high pitched voice . ) . I understand the company has to make somehow, but jeez this just isn't it you guys. I mean come on, provide affordable decent quality food! The only thing like worth getting are the frozen drinks, but you want 8 dollars? what the hell man . Take your concessions, and you know right where you can put them AMC . I'm so sorry was it ten flipping dollars man?? You've gone, and lost it .man . You've bloody lost it, or i have.

I completely understand that on busy weekends its sometimes hard to keep up with the demands, especially this past weekend with Avengers playing box opening weekend, however the cleanliness of the theater was beyond icky. I couldn't throw away any of my trash as all (and I mean all) trash bins were overflowing, i had popcorn, sticky candy and wrappers stuck to the bottom of my shoes, and the litter on the floor was ridiculous even for a Saturday evening. The bathrooms looked more clean than the theater.

I really like this theater. It's a huge theater, so they're going to have your movie. The ticket lines always seem a little slow because there never seem to be more than one or two people there selling tickets--so I would get there a little earlier than you may usually for the movie. The concession always runs real fast, though. You'll usually get what you want pretty quickly. Of course, the concession prices are going to be exorbitant. Like the theater overall, though.

They had a promotion for a free movie screening of Smallfoot for their A list customers. We show up on time, and they had given out more passes than they had seats. We drove 45min, past 3 other theaters, to attend this event. Not only did we not get to see a movie, but they sent out some smug kid manager who told us it was out fault for not being there early, and that it said they were not responsible for giving out too many passes. I will never return. Worst customer service ever.

This is usually our second choice for a theater in town simply because of proximity to our house. It's a great cinema with stadium seating and we caught the Avengers Endgame movie in IMAX format. The seats recline a bit but there is no extending footrest like in some theaters. No complaints and the staff were friendly.

Consistently good if you view in IMAX; however, on this last trip, the focus seemed off a very slight bit on the projector in theater 9. I've never had that issue before here, but it did take away from the experience this trip. Hopefully a one off issue.

We decided to go to the last showing @ 10:45 of A Madea's Family Funeral. The employees were talking amongst themselves and not paying attention to customers. The front entrance, snack area and bathrooms were dirty. Top all that off with extremely HIGH food prices and low food quality. My popcorn was cold, they ran out of hot dogs and hot peppers for nachos. Let's just say I will not be back.

These facilities are clean and well maintained, air-conditioning is just right, and the sound and picture quality excellent. The candy bar features automatic mixing drink fountain machines which are wonderful. Staff are professional and courteous, so this cinema provides and excellent experience.

I hadn’t been to this theater in a while so I was absolutely shocked. This is the first online review I’ve ever done because it was just that bad. The place was DISGUSTING. It looked like no one had vacuumed, cleaned, or even noticed that the place was a wreck in days. Trash on the floors, popcorn everywhere, lids and straws scattered all over. It was just bad. Every other AMC in Baton Rouge is nice with the reclining chairs, I thought that was the point of reserving....and then we get to normal theater chairs it was just all very disappointing. But the kicker of it all were the bathrooms. There was urine COVERING the floor, my girlfriend used the women’s and said every toilet seat had urine on it. There was toilet paper dried and stuck in the stalls and overflowing trash cans. I get the popcorn and disorganization but a unclean and I’d argue unhygienic bathroom is just inexcusable. I will not be going back and I would suggest you make the trip to any other theater in BR because it will be worth it.

My order got messed up so at the end of the movie I was promised free movie tickets by a manager. She was tall, light skinned and heavy set. She apologized to my daughter and I for the inconveniences. She then got my name and address because she said she was going to send us movie passes and we never recieved them. Very disappointing!!
