My friends and I went to see the Downton Abbey movie. AMC was clean (even the bathrooms!), surprisingly not too busy on a Friday night, and though we made a mistake with our tickets the manager was very nice and worked everything out. I highly recommend this location over others.

It was great there were no glitches with the movie it was nice and clear the sound was good. The temperature was comfortable. The recliners were nice just wish the arm rest that does go up between seats went back with the seat because it makes it hard to cuddle with the person next to you.

Went to see the new Mary Poppins movie with 8 people. Bought tickets online and all went well. Easy to pick up tickets, snacks were standard movie fare. Seats were comfortable and the armrest folds up to let my wife and I sit in a loveseat for the flick.

They apparently have some very odd policy. They stock chili, but they will only sell it to you if you order a hotdog. Nacho lovers are just out of luck. Very strange. Popcorn was very very salty. Seats not very comfortable. My back was hurting by the end of the film.

The Dolby Surround sound theater is pretty great. We watched the 20th anniversary release of the Matrix. Worth the $14 tickets.

Very clean and well kept up place. Friendly staff and service and the food was great as well as the reclining seats and cup holders they have and not to mention You are not packed like sardines while watching the film you have Big enough space to breathe and to move without bumping into someone or blocking their view from viewing the movie. Love this place and I will revisit it again soon

I love the chairs they have here. Oh my gawg, they made a wonderful choice on upgrading their seating. The only negative thing is you have to select your seating before you enter. I selected the top row, and then after I realized that small people, aka my daughter, can't see the screen because the wall in front of the chairs are too high. Other than that it is terrific!

I personally hate the new seating. Yes it's comfortable, but to only fit 40 people in a room is ridiculous and there's no guarantee that your party will sit together. They tried splitting us up and it was only three of us. They should really go back to stadium seating. The projector kept going in and out of focus the entire time. I'm more than likely to wait for movies to hit disc like I normally do.

Great Dolby theater, amazing picture, sound and seats. Soft drinks are self serve with hundreds of combinations of brands and flavors. Full bar. Box office, Kiosk and online ticketing available. Very friendly staff. Safe environment, whereas AMC 15 is VERY dangerous with loitering everywhere, but police security don't do a thing to break it up. Constant fights. Stick with THIS AMC 16, MUCH superior to AMC 15 at Bluebonnet, Mall of Louisiana.

Went to see Captain Marvel in 3D. Service was outstanding...I tried using an ancient gift certificate that i found in a box. Ticket guy called manager, who said it was expired. I was given a number to call to get a fresh new one. The seats were crazy- comfortable. Still can't wrap my head around having a full bar at the movies, but that's just me.

This is the go-to theater for my kids and I. We like the Movie Tavern but often like to eat at nearby restaurants before the movie so we don't need to go to a theater that serves actual food. This AMC theater still has reserved seating and reclining seats just like the movie tavern, but no one coming around constantly delivering food. But if you insist on overpaying for food, you can still get snacks and popcorn and all the usual stuff that most theaters have right there at the concession stand at the entrance to the building.

Hard to enjoy a movie when the theater feels like a preheated oven. My family of 5 and I are/were regulars, going 3-5 times a month. Lately, probably for the last 2 months, EVERY! time we go the theater is incredibly hot. Air NEVER! kicks on. Each time we've had to leave our seat to tell an employee in the lobby to please have someone turn our air on. We're always told it takes 20-30 minutes for it to kick on. Why isn't it already on for the scheduled showing??? I'm tired of paying good money to sit in a hot leather seat, in a theater without a/c, suffocating while I try to enjoy a movie. I'm done. I'll take my hard earned $ elsewhere.

I wish I could rate this even lower. The workers were so rude. The theatre was disgusting. Food everywhere on the floor and in the seats. The seat was covered in grease. It was gross. We had to go get paper towels from the front and clean the seat ourselves. Complained and they acted like we were crazy. Tons of napkins and popcorn and other stuff on floor by our feet. We wanted a good night out at the movie and had a horrible experience all around. Will never come to this location ever again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The seats were so comfortable, The Man Behind Me passed out we could hear him snoring all through the theater lol. It was a very enjoyable experience, I went to see an action movie and typically movie theaters are a bit too loud but this one was perfect.

One of the staff members was rude, he snatched my ticket out of my hand without giving me the chance to hand it to him. I was lied to about the popcorn. I was told it was about 5 minutes old, when I get it, its as cold as can be. Get to the theatre room and all is going well until about the last 20 minutes it seemed as if the heat was turned all the way up and it just made the rest of it miserable. The movie itself was great but everything else was not worth the money that I paid.

The theatre itself is incredible. The screen is crystal clear and the recliners are like being at home. BUT....last Saturday, the lobby was not clean, the soda machine areas were filthy and the dispensers showed "NEEDS ATTENTION" on many of the drinks. The bathrooms were not clean either. Maybe it was just that night. We will try one more time this weekend, but only because the seating was nice.

Really good experience. The seats are amazing. It's very comfortable watching a movie here with the set up they have. My fiance and I felt as though we were in the comfort of our own home. They have regular concessions as well as a bar with beers and wines. The staff is a slow but the rest of the amenities make up for it.

I enjoyed this AMC it was really clean. The only thing I didnt like was how hight the wall was in front of the seat, so if you leaned your chair back you could barely see depending on high up your seats are

Not bad... I'm from Denham but, took my daughter here bec., Angry Birds was playing. I took her to the 7:20pm show. I paid for my tickets online ahead of time. I always do that. I enjoy avoiding crowds &, it's convenience. Decent people, I found it clean, no waiting in long lines for food. The prices were high though @ the concession stand for mere junk, that I could buy @ the Dollar Store for a dollar or 2. Anyways, can't do that &, my daughter wants it so, 9x's out of 10 what baby wants baby gets. We sat @ the very top section. My con is; everyone's recliner worked up there but mine &, the ladies next to me. I'd come back here if, a cartoon wasn't playing @ the Movie Tavern &, it was being played here. I also appreciate, that there were 2 State Troopers right out side the front doors. Gotta love the Men & Woman in Blue. They put their own lives on the line every day to protect people they don't even know &, their families lives they leave behind to do so. Respect!

Me and my wife go here every week, and while it is fairly nice, there is one issue that we have every single week. Many (and I mean many) of the seats are either broken or so close to the wall behind them that they do not recline properly. There aren't really any other complaints though, and the people are really nice.

Nice looking place for the most part, although I drove way from laplace la. I purchased tickets online to see Madea and once i arrived the guy at the podium told us to proceed to studio 2 On the ticket it cleary states studio 10, so i asked was he sure its studio 2 and he said "yes". Being that theres no movie labels on each studio we went into studio 2 and waited for the movie to start, after 25 minutes of previews the movie starts and its the movie US, which i seen on opening day. I was so frustrated we went to guest services and no one ever showed, I actually had to call the number I found online , and we missed almost 20 minutes of the movie I paid to see... once we got to the correct studio, our assigned seats had never been cleaned, fresh nacho cheese on the seats, maybe from the last showing idk , drinks in the cup holders, and used napkins on the floor. So we just found some empty seats unfortunately. I wont judge whether I'll return or not just off the first visit.

Whilst I highly recommend the Dolby theatre room, the other rooms are clean and very comfortable. Food is pricey, and outside food is contraband, but you can discreetly bring food . Sign up for AMC stubs also, it's free and comes with great discounts. Weekday, pre-noon movies are usually about $5. Highly recommend this place!

This place sucks. The seats are uncomfortable and small. Seats do not lean back at all and the walkway is very tight, you can not straighten legs without hitting the seat in front of you. The staff is incompetent and during the first part of the movie they forget to turn the lights off and multiple people had to tell the multiple times to dim the lights. It wasn't clean and would not recommend this place. Take and spend the few extra dollars and go to Cinemark where the seats not only recline but you have a foot rest and ample room plus the staff is very curtious and just a better experience over all.

This place has come a long way. It looks great! There was great customer service at the concessions and at the bar, but it is very sad to see that the person behind the ticket counter seem to have no interest in her job. Seems like her phone was more interesting and when she noticed that we were there she's the one who gave us the word look??? So I guess some of the staff could either use a little bit more training or just find another job maybe and for the biggest reason I had to dock one more star was for these Dern prices. Give us a break and some of these prices please LOL

This used to be my favorite theater and I have had a Stub Membership for over 6 years now. I will be canceling soon and switching to Cinemark theatre. Had an EMPLOYEE curse me out in AMC parking lot because she doubled park and couldn’t get into her vehicle. Then when we went into our theatre to find that no one ever came to clean it. There were wet seats, napkins, and popcorn everywhere. For a place that sells food you should really make sure you clean up.

Would have had a good time, if it hadn't been for the fact the a/c wasn't on during my movie. I went with my family to see the new Lion King, my girlfriend got up and complained to a worker who did nothing, I felt like it was 90 degrees in there. There were children watching this movie, who had to be taken out of the movie just to cool down.

My husband's favorite movie theater. The service was fast and friendly. The only thing I dont like, and it's a minor issue, is that after they renovated a few years ago, the movie name is no longer posted over the door. Otherwise, all else is fine and we go there frequently.

For the most part this theater is good. I only gave it a 2 star because AMC 16 oneal drive Baton rouge,la is a HOT BOX, which is extremely uncomfortable to watch a movie in. I thought the problem would be corrected but sadly it hasn't, even after complaining to the management, which seems to be indifferent about the situation. I usually bring a jacket to movie theaters because they are on the cool side but when I visit this theater I dont need a jacket at all, its actually very uncomfortable to feel as though someone has turned the heater on. Hopefully this issue will be corrected because a growing number of patrons in the community are starting to complain and attend the cinemark theater across town.

The movie pass kinda makes movie going affordable again. I take the kids atleast once a week. It is super clean, and i have never had a long wait. I did just realize there is a bar in there, not sure what thats about. The restrooms are always upkept, which is a major plus. And the staff is not only friendly, but helpful as well. This is my favorite movie theater. Plus i can vouch from experience, if they mess up they fix it. For instance, we once went to see a 3D movie, only once it started we realized it wasnt in 3D on the screen, the manager abruptly upon the ending credits apologized and gave everyone in the audience a free movie pass to return and watch another film, or opted a refund. What more can you ask... well maybe shorter previews.. just joking.
