Great recliner comfortable chairs! Concession stand was a joke! 2 people by the register to purchase tickets. 7, yes, SEVEN, employees working behind counter for drinks and snacks but only ONE employee actually working. Took 20 minutes to get a soda! Everyone just staring at the people in line. What's up with that? After movie noticed every trashcan overflowing and trash all over the floor! What have the employees doing all night? Probably watching movies!!

The newly renovated seats add a nice relaxing touch. Place seemed clean enough. The screen and audio were spot on. The concessions are overpriced, but that's the same at all movie theaters.

Theater was clean, the concessions jad a long line but it moved quickly so it was painless. We had issues with two younger(12 or 13 yrs old) kids unattended by parents being extremely disruptive during the movie - meaning climbing over and hanging off seats, climbing under the seats, facetiming people, screaming and yelling, running up and down the stairs - i could go on. That really ruined it for us but the Regal is our usual go to.

This is the best movie theater. This dude... I think his name was Jake, gave me amazing service. It was a 5 star experience for sure. I know traditional cinemas are dying, so to see this kid go above and beyond to make my experience more enjoyable. He had me do my best “Fortnite” dance, it was hilarious. If you get the chance, be sure to do the same!

They have made a lot of updates to this location in ther past few years. They now have reclining chairs. I have had a couple of visits where my chair was broken. Overall this is not a major issue except you now pick your seats when you buy your ticket. It is clean. On a busy night the bathrooms can become a little messy. Unlike the Levee, you don't have to pay for parking and you can get in and out easily.

Very comfortable seating and the customer service there was spot on, they definitely made sure that my date and I had good seats for the last time we went there and even though the snacks are expensive that's just how it is at the movies and I cant really complain all too much on the subject but yes I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that's craving the movies especially since they did the renovations the reclining seat are a very nice addition.

If you are in need of Handicap seating this is not the theater for you. My wife and I wanted to go see a movie on December 30 in the evening showing and I and a paraplegic and my wife had a broken ankle and we both e needed Handicap seating but everyone in the seats reserved for the wheelchair bound or Handicapped were taken by able bodied individuals and that alone is reason for my wife and I not to return to this very uncaring and unprofessional Theater.

Great theater. Really like the advanced seat selection feature. Today, team forgot to run movie, someone left theater and alerted mgmt. Also, the movie (Green Book) had red bars across the screen for about 20 minutes.

Best way to watch a movie, in a recliner. I do recommend having the lights all the way off. Sometimes they keep them dimmed and isn't as good of experience. Also, wish there was a chance to get fresh popcorn for the late shows. Other than that keep it up!

Nice, clean lobby and theaters with large, comfortable, recliner seats. They have a rewards card that is worth getting and Tuesdays are reduced price tickets all day with half-off popcorn prices. A word of warning: their Icee sizes are ridonkulous. A small will last longer than any food you buy, a medium will last the better part of a 2 hour movie, and I honestly don't think it's possible to finish a large before it melts without making yourself sick.

Great seats! No one taking tickets though. I've found I would like the movie theater experience better if other people weren't there. Multiple people using phones for texting throughout the film. You are not welcome. It's a couple of hours of being disconnected. If you can't handle it, maybe the movie theater experience is not for you.

Management here is awful. The projectors are either going bad or nobody is willing to fix them. I went to see a movie a few months ago, it was theatre 12 and the projector was casting ghost images on the screen. Super distracting. I complained, it took them a good 10 mins to find a manager. She basically just said sorry and gave me tickets to come back. We finally came back and saw a movie in theatre 8 this time. The projector had the same issue. The theatre itself is a mess, theatre 8 hadn’t been cleaned from the showing before and never was. The trash cans are all overflowing, no paper towels in the bathrooms. When we tried to use our comp passes from before the ticket person couldn’t figure out how to scan it. It took literally 15 minutes for a manager to show up and do it. She was rude and didn’t seem to care that the people behind me were about to miss their movie because of how long it took for her to get there. Honestly I’ve been going here since I was a child, I’m 23 now and it used to be my favorite theatre. It’s a shame what it turned into. Also, don’t bother calling the theater if you have a complaint because they won’t answer the phone, nor do they care to talk to you.

Almost two months ago I came here with my friends, a bunch of teenagers, including someone whose review is below mine. I was choking, and when one of the girls was sent to get help from an adult, she was completely ignored. So with no adult help my friends had to help me out of the theater so I could be taken to the hospital. It was pure negligence in a circumstance that caused so much fear to be instilled into a group of teenagers, because no one knew how to react. Tip: don't work somewhere that a bunch of teenagers hang out if you're unwilling to be the adult, and if you're unwilling to help. I can say without a doubt that it was beyond shocking to be neglected in a time in which help was needed. You do not have to like your job but at least have some human decency.

Yeah the seats are comfy and it’s nice, but my friend started choking and we had someone tell a worker and they did absolutely nothing about it and got ignored. my friends mom had to pick her up and take her straight to the hospital. so the customer service there kinda sucks.

Nice theatre with comfortable seats. The only downside was insufficient concession staffing, creating overly long lines. To their credit, management opened an additional register after a period of only 2 lengthy customer lines. Overall, a very positive experience.... I'll definitely visit this theatre again.

We got there about ten minutes before show time, there was no one in the outer area selling tickets but we had already brought our tickets online. We got in line at the concession stand to buy popcorn & drinks but it was the line to get to get the actual paper ticket & they didn't sell refreshments so we had to get in another line for food. We waited for at least 10 minutes while another line opened & people cut in line. All this could have been a lot easier if there was signs letting people know what line was for what or if all the lines could do everything. We got in the actual movie theater when the movie started. My point is it was very disorganized & frustrating. Popcorn was hot & good. Theater was clean & comfortable.

If there was an option for no stars that is what they would get! The whole experience was awful from walking in the door. I ordered my ticket online so I didn’t have to wait in line to go in. Well turns out you still have to wait in line. Go to the restroom it looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months! There was NO SOAP! I preceded to go and tell someone that there is no soap in the bathroom to which he said there is another bathroom down the other hall way! Like NO refill your freaking soap so I don’t have to wake 20 minutes to wash my hands! My popcorn was cold along with the below zero temperatures in the theater itself my nose and hands were so cold when I left! As I’m leaving I go to the same bathroom thinking since I said something hours ago they would have soap WRONG nope did not refill them so stop no soap! This place either needs new management or it just needs to close!!!!

Love this place but Florence locations offers more variety of foods for my children rather than just popcorn and slushees. And they serve other adult drinks which is a plus. And a vip area is nice to be served while watching a movie is marvelous!

Smelled absolutely awful, it was like mold and toilet mixed together. inside the movie theater with a large popcorn and a large Coke the Coke must have been running out it tastes terrible. For the price of a movie they could do better, and get an air freshener system.

The automatic ticket dispenser (for when you buy your tickets online) doesn't work well. The touch calibration is off by at least an inch, and you have to reach up inside of the machine to retrieve your tickets. (-1 star.) Aside from that, you've got your typical Price Gouge Concessions. Over $20 for a large soda, small popcorn and 2 small bags of candy. (Neutral; every theater charges outrageous prices for concessions.) Screen quality and sound was exactly what you'd expect. Seats recline, but make a really funny noise when you do it. Not a bad experience. I used to come here as a kid over a decade ago and it's about the same, but with better seating.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Walked into the holding to find absolutely NOONE at the ticket booth. On into the building to find 4-5 LONG lines at the concession stand where folks were not only purchasing their food but their movie tix as well. I stood in line 25mins to get stale pretzel bites that you couldn’t bite into! Then get into the auditorium and sit in my purchased seat to watch mice playing on the stairs.... not just a couple between 8 -10 mice! Will NEVER be back here!

Went to see the new John Wick movie, sat in theater with no AC going had to go out to request to turn air on., ok not that bad of problem right? We sit for 20 minutes waiting for movie to start and nothing, had to go back out to staff to find out 3 other movie screens are not working. Still waiting for movie to start. Staff did not even come into theaters to apologize what is going on nor offer to give compliment drinks for the wait. I have a home theater and I go to real theater maybe twice a year to get this situation stinks.

Went here with my dad to see Captain marvel. Nice clean theater, and the seats recline! The only bad part was the people talking during the entire movie- not the theatre's fault. Didn't buy any snacks since we ate before we came, but we have in the past. Expensive,like every theatre ever, but their popcorn is really good if a bit salty. Restrooms, lobby, hallway, etc. were clean. Tons of parking, easy on easy on easy off 275 (Wilder exit). The ticket cashiers are normally pretty fast and they have a self service ticket machine, as well as being able to get tickets online. If you work for St. Elizabeth, you can get unrestricted passes (which will get you into new movies) at cove for 8.50$. This is cheaper than every ticket except the senior (60+) ticket.

Went to see Scary Stories last weekend and there was a problem with the movie being started, took about twenty minutes to rectify the issue and get the movie going. I'm going to assume this is a one off type occurrence and not the norm though so I won't ding them too bad for it. The theatre was clean, service at concessions was friendly,purchasing tickets through the app was convenient.

"Watched" It part 2 tonight in screen 9. The sound was great but the picture was way too dark to see what was going on in the movie. Wish they could adjust the settings a little better since it was already a dark film. You could also tell the brightness was poor during the previews, so it was not just how the movie was made. Going to watch the movie in another theater to see if its any better. Feel like I miss half the experience of the movie.

I have always loved this theater and my family comes here often. Today was the second terrible experience. The handles in the bathroom sink are broken off, the paper towel dispenser broken, cobwebs on three of the stall doors, my seat in theater 5 without buttons, and the concession stand created more hassle than need be. The theater was out of junior cups and instead of offering a small fee, filling up the small cup less, or just upgrading for free they wanted me to buy the zap pack for $6.xx and then pay another $5.xx for a small drink. There magically wasn’t a manager that could assist either.

The service and atmosphere were amazing!I went to the movie theater with my 8 year old cousin who (at the time) was throwing a major tantrum. This really nice and friendly employee came over and asked if they enjoyed fortnight and lo and behold my cousin loved fortnight. SO this employee did this REALLY epic fortnight dance and made my autistic cousin's day! Thank you Jake! really meant a lot to us!

Had a great visit. The temp was 91° outside. The inside was nice and cool. We went during the day. It was not very busy at all. But still nicely staffed. And very clean. Only complaint was the $5 dollars I had to spend for a bottle of water. But over all we had a great experiance. Thank you.

I love the Regal for a number of reasons. Right off the bat the seats are so very comfortable! They are as nice as most any recliner that you will find yourself sitting in. The quality of the movie projection equipment give you a picture quality that is nearly unparalleled. The concession stand will have all of favorite movie snacks ranging from buttery popcorn to snowcaps and fountain drinks. First rate movies and first rate staff! As Always, Enjoy!

Love that I can buy tickets online and have reserved seats. The theater and bathrooms were a mess though, they needed some serious cleaning up or at least the trash removed. Staff was friendly and even returned my dropped credit card. Annoyed that the trailer after Endgame didn't play, especially after I sat through all the credits to see it.
