The restrooms are disgusting all the hand dryers are broken and 3 sinks don’t work in the mens restroom. The bottom of the toilet stalls are swollen out from urine and have been like that for 5 years. Also concessions are over priced but its like that everywhere.

This place plays the absolute hits and if there's not something out that's gonna be a huge success, it seems as if they try to find the most boring movies they can. The seats are disgusting and need a good cleaning. They usually have the sound turned down so low that you can hear everyone chewing on their popcorn more than you can hear the movie. For this sole reason I would give the place one star, but if you go ask for your money back because the movie isn't loud enough they will turn it up somewhat louder. This Cinemark is a very lackluster experience.

They don't give you free refills, it's a waste of money. You pay $17 for two large drinks and a large popcorn, and you don't even get refills on drinks. That's kinda bogus. Maybe popcorn, I can understand, but drinks? I liked how chairs reclined, but sat and waited for the movie to start, it was mostly commercials rather than previews. Not very happy..

The movies that they have are absolutely amazing. I love their butter popcorn and their not the best on prices but at least you can get popcorn and drinks! I do not recommend buying anything else besides popcorn and drinks. Or it will be expensive! But I absolutely love this movie theater!

The staff was very good but thru the whole movie I had to watch the screen of cell phone thru most of the movie. They need an employee to come in once in a while to check on things like that. And after movie we went to restroom before leaving and it smelled of urine so heavy it took your breath away, it was filthy.

The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty took me over 20 minutes to get popcorn and a soda partly because I believe the cashier was new and untrained had absolutely no training the movie theater itself was great it's a good place to just catch a movie but the service end sucked the ticket checker seemed to hate her job didn't even say hello or enjoy your movie but hey it's all about perspective but being new to the area I figured I'd try it the only way I go back is if it's the only theater around

Went to see the labyrinth and it was great. I love the feel of this theater in all ways other than the seating, I wish I could have locked the seat in upright position.

6 Bucks for a popcorn is crazy. Even worse they changed the butter back about 5 or 6 years ago and it leaves a funny film on the tongue. In Murray, at the Cheri, I can get a movie and popcorn for 10 bucks. Way more in Paducah.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! !!!!! I went to a 8:30 show and got there at 8:20 and had to buy my ticket with a debit card because they already put the cash drawers away. Also the concession stand was CLOSED! !!! I asked the guy if I could buy a drink and he just pointed and said "there's a water fountain down that way". ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! !!!!

They recently (August 2019) changed to assigned seats, you can no longer look in the theater and decide where you want to sit. You have to decide in the (now much longer) line. I will miss the movie experience but will now use my Netfilx account more.

Service usually isn't bad and the new seats are nice but the insane amount of commercials before the movie is off putting and the concession prices are just ridiculous. They could charge 50% less and it would still be overpriced. Paducah needs a second theater and get some friendly competition going.

I am here with my parents & boyfriend to see Gemini Man. The overall theatre is nice, but we missed the showing for 3:25 by a few minutes. So the guy at the ticket counter recommended we do the 3:50 showing. But he instead sold us the Joker at 3:50 because it was the next movie to play. My dad didn't notice until we got inside, but by the time we got back to the front of the line a few minutes later, we were missing the first parts of the movie

Great sound quality and picture for a small town theater. Not a huge amount of variety of movies. Mostly blockbuster movies, animation and comedies. As with every theater, the concessions are ridiculously priced, but ticket prices are good.

They don't seem to try very hard since they are the only theater around. I went to see "House at the End of the Street" and the theater room had not been cleaned from the previous viewing. The projector started on time, but there were 33 minutes of previews and commercials before the movie started. I liked previews, but there were probably only about 5 - 10 minutes of previews with the rest being commercials....What a total waste of time and money to sit in a theater and watch commercials for Levi's and television shows.

Tuesdays are $5 movie days which is great. However, when I pay $7.60 for a box of popcorn, I do NOT expect them to close the concession stand by 8 pm where I can't get the refill. (At least let people know WHEN it will be closing!)

The movie and sound quality is great. We go several,times a month. They offer senior and military discounts as well as discounted matinees. My BIGGEST complaint is the cleanliness. The bathrooms always smell and you can tell they are not maintained or even checked upon throughout the day. Many times trash is overflwoing and paper towels, soap and toilet tissue dispensers are empty. Their staff needs more training in how to interact with customers. Most of them are teens and most likely the first place some have ever worked. They're employee turnover rate must be very high. It's rare that we see the same folks working there each month. Nonetheless, I,still enjoy going there. They have good cincesaions, expensive as expected but they offer a movie club membership that offers discounts. Love going here, Juatvwish they would clean up their act just a little.

They show movies from different genres that you may watch after purchasing a ticket. They also have a snack bar where you can purchase candy, popcorn, soft drinks, and bottled water. There are bathrooms at this establishment with running water and flushable toilets.

The seats were comfortable and the theater was not too hot or too cold. I gave 3 stars because for my two children and I, I paid $65 (tickets and snacks). I know theaters are not cheap, but feel like Cinemark could come down on their prices a LOT!!! Especially the concessions area. My children got a bag of candy and medium drink each and it was $35.91!!! We live in Henderson and go to the theater in Evansville (right across the river) and it is MUCH cheaper!! I don't know that we'll be coming back.

Disappointed in customer service today. Soda equipment not working. So they charged extra for the bottled replacement. Really disappointing. Then in the theater, nothing on the screen for a long time, just sound. Not until my granddaughter reported it did management know. I go early for previews and missed them... They for sure fixed it for the commercials.

Cinemark Paducah has a nice facility and carries a good selection of movies. However, we learned today that when you purchase your tickets you now have to select your seats. Sounds good in theory, but causes lines to back out the door. We had to wait a good 15-20 minutes in line and there were only 8 people in front of us. You should purchase your tickets in advance, or go to the theater in Murray, which is where my wife and I will be going from now on.

If you've ever been to a nicer theater, you will definitely notice the smaller screens, out of date decor, and generally old building. But, generally no lines, no overcrowding, and on Tuesday matinees it's only 5 dollar ticket prices.

Took my daughter tonight to see Despicable Me 3 at Cinemark Paducah. After paying a small fortune for 1 drink to share we got to theater #8 and got great seats. We found that it was full theater and no Air conditioning. Once the movie began the next let down was not any of the speakers were working on the theater walls. All movie sound squeezed out from the center speaker below screen. My Samsung phone speaker could have nearly topped it. Once the movie was over I stopped a fellow wearing a suit and tie that worked for Cinemark to just make him aware of the issues. Once I finished explaining the discomfort my family had during the movie that we paid 30.00 bucks to see the fellow responded with OKAY! Movie was very good but theater and customer service is junk!!! Save your money and drive to Murray or Clarksville!

My fiance and I went to see a 10pm movie and about half way into the movie we started to realize the theater was becoming cold. By the end of the movie the theater was absolutely freezing all because they want to save a few dollars by turning the heat off early. Do not go to a late movie during the winter, you will be frozen to your seat.

Always clean always friendly. I do not however like that you have to pick a specific seat to buy a ticket. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair. Often I go with my adult sons and they like to sit a bit further up than where my chair sits. Went to see Joker today (fabulous film btw) total of 7 people in the theater still had to specify seats to purchase tickets

A theater's only as good as the movies it shows, but this one keeps a pretty good selection rolling over. We usually have a pretty good time here. I have to say, though, the price of the food here is completely absurd--especially considering they recently got busted for having roaches in the concession area. I'd go to the movies twice as often if they'd cut the price of concessions by even 20%.

Pretty good Cinema. The cost per ticket is reasonable, where they get you though is the concessions... The atmosphere was nice and the employees were courteous, the temperature in the building was perfect. I know it's odd to bring up the temperature but I've been in some really hot ones. We were in room 11... I thought the seats were really comfortable, the picture quality was great and the audio was pretty darn good even though there was an obviously blown speaker. The bathrooms were pretty rough, unfortunately, there was urine everywhere. All in all it was an enjoyable experience.
