If you live on the west side it's worth the extra drive the experience the AMC on the east side. You will sit through over 25 minute's of ads after the movie is supposed to start. The IMAX thatre sound kept cutting out during the long ad section. The experience is overall extremely disappointing since the change of ownership. Will not be returning.

Let me say that when I pay $10 for a movie I expect comfortable seats and not to be trying 5 different seats because the other 4 are broken, the employees do not move with ergentcy, OH! And when the biggest movie of the year comes out (Avengers Endgame) and you want to buy the collectable cup and popcorn bowl and they are sold out within the first day!? Really!?? I am very disappointed in the Warren it is not even close to what it was when I was growing up they might have just lost a customer after this day AMC here I come!

Love it, food and stuff is a little expensive. Good movies and kind and helpful employees. Yummy popcorn, good candy selection. After movies the bathrooms do have long lines The seating it nice and fancy. Candy drinks and popcorn are about 3-7 dollars. Very good though and very recommended!

The theater is great. Wonderful 1930's art deco feel. The one and only complaint that I have is with the seats. B & B theaters in Hutchinson has plush, reclining seats with foot rests. So I was expecting something along those lines from an IMAX theater. Had the seats been better I would have given it 5 stars.

The movie theater is fine. Conseccions are typical. I would not recommend paying extra for the screen x option. It isnt on for the entire film and is mostly just landscaping images. A good concept but needs to be improved upon if it's going to cost $5 more per ticket.

Pretty decent theater, had discount matinee prices which was nice, lots of movies to choose from. Teach the newbies working concessions to clean the glass serving area off. They were polite and pleasant, just "close the deal"

Tornado warning shut the movie down, and they expect us all to wait to resume the movie instead of offering refunds. Will not waste money here again. Tried to wait outside because all the people shoved in the hallway is claustrophobic and hot, but the pig on duty doing security wants to try to tell me its a lawful order that I either re enter the theater or get in my car and leave. I repeat the pig wanted me in the building or IN MY CAR during this storm.

Grew up going to this theater. Wasn't a big fan of the switch to Regal at first, but it's growing on me. I like the rewards program. Concessions is always good, although a little pricey. Little changes here and there, but still the same theater with a large selection of the best movies out.

Had a great time. Met several friends and we shared popcorn. Had a mishap. I picked up cups of water for everyone (what's up w/the thimble size water cups, Regal can't splurge for a normal size small cup)? Anyway, the cashier gave me a carry tray, which the cups don't fit in. So I carry the tray in to the theatre, sit down and of course on cup dumps upside down in my lap. It was more than a bit cold. I felt soggy the entire movie. At least the original water cups fit in the tray plus had lids.

I am very disappointed that Regal Cinemas no longer puts butter on your popcorn for you. Instead they have joined the other mediocre movie theaters. However, I did not notice any reduction in the price of their popcorn. This is in addition to replacing the small and medium sized popcorn buckets with bags.

I am revising my review to add a new utter disappointment. When we went to an 11 am movie this morning we had to stand in line for 10 minutes with about 35-40 other people and only 2 people running registers. The theater now has assigned seating for all theaters. While I am sure this would be of benefit during big event movies or busy date nights, why on earth should I have to pick my seat when only 12 other people are even in the place? Most importantly, if you're going to require assigned seating, have the place appropriately staffed! Of course it's going to take longer for the elderly and infirm to make their decisions, and those are the folks I always see in the theater at that time. When a manager poked her head out from an office behind the counter and she saw the long lines, her eyes widened and she went back into the office. A few minutes later she reappeared and opened a register, thank heavens, but this new system still causes the ticket buying process to run at a snails pace. You need the ability to turn off/on assigned seating and you need to get all hands on deck! Of course, the conspiracy theorist in me thinks this is all a ploy to get us to buy our tickets online or in the app so you can get more money from us in convenience fees. What a sad situation! Since Regal has taken over the viewing experience has changed. Commercials before the movie, longer previews and just a generally less clean facility are all the things that have gone downhill. In addition, the box office often has less staff and longer lines. I like the rewards program that allows point accumulation and can be redeemed for popcorn, drinks and tickets. All in all, I frequent this theater because it's close but I'm interested to see what the new AMC brings when it finally opens.

Worse customer service ever. Imax projector broke and the apology and making it right was only sitting us in regular seating and sorry. I would go out of my way to make things right and accommodate for the inconvienience. Drove 2:30 hours to get screwed over by some a**holes.

This is such a nice theater. It is nicely built and very cozy. The IMAX addition is a great piece for the whole family and brings in more movie viewing options. It is run differently now that Regal bought it out, but they haven't changed the look or model of the overall theater. It is usually pretty clean and well organized. I like the option of the Regal Crown Club and earning points for each time you come in to see a movie. The seats are comfy and the screens are nice and large.

Went to watch a movie there for the first time since they switched to Regal Cinema and all I took away from it was how filthy the place was. Would it hurt someone to grab a broom or wipe down the counter where they serve food my god there was popcorn everywhere. Very disappointed with my experience.

Call me nostalgic, but I miss the real ticket stubs from The Warren, I miss the tubs of popcorn versus the bags etc. Since being taken over the uniforms have even downgraded to polo shirts. The elegance is gone. The movies are fine, theaters themselves are in good shape, hallways and bathrooms are clean. The parking lot is large and very busy with traffic plowing through. -beware when backing out! Access to bith Tlyer & 21st Street are easy to get to.

Just went and seen "It: Chapter 2" a little more than a week after theatre release and it cost $39 for 2 adults plus $6 for a large drink ( that wasn't even right but the movie already started) AND another $30 for a "special" it chapter 2 LG drink and a LG extremely stale popcorn. Which the LG popcorn and lg drink wouldn't even cost half that not to mention the staff were lifeless and acted like we were bothering them with our order, On the other had the movie was absolutely amazing and did nothing but do right by the original movies and or the book (besides completely blow the earlier movies out of the water).

The warren theatres are the best! I have been in theatres all over the U.S. This is not just a movie theatre the is a movie experience. I say experience because of the malt shop, the multiple popcorn stations, and a rising curtain. The staff is friendly and the place is outstandingly clean. Some where disappointed when Regal acquired the warren theaters but I think it was for the better. Regal is a great company and Great to work with. Plus the app is a huge plus.

They do assigned seating now and nobody sits in the right seats. When I bought tickets they didn't explain what they were asking to "pick a seat" fights broke out in the theater of where people are supposed to sit. A tiny bag of popcorn and small pop costs $25. I'm sad the Warren has not continued it's great theater experience. Regal is TERRIBLE and I won't be back.

Well it's good Theatre overall though i do have to say that i found out the hard way that their IMAX can be deceiving. Make sure you get the correct one if you want true IMAX... Went during the week day during matinee and i thought I was getting a matinee price for the real thing. I was wrong. Still enjoyed the movie and i was good that the seat rows could accommodate my walker. It would have been a no go if there wasn't enough space. Shattered my femur a few months ago and the space for the walker and my busted leg meant the world to me.

While the theater itself is perfectly serviceable, the lack of organization surrounding large events was a serious issue. On the release weekend of Avengers: Endgame, it was a complete mess, with lines that they were incredibly ill-prepared for and an overworked staff.

It was an awesome experience this was the first time in a long time that I've gone to see a 3D movie. I chosed The Lion King in 3D it was awesome. However my only complaint that I would share is that's negative would basically get a two star is that the chairs were so uncomfortable in it was slightly too warm in there for me temperature is somewhat a personal choice but to be able to be comfortable and seating for two hours they really need to do that better.

Loved this theater when it was still owned by Bill Warren. I always thought the tickets were a little pricey, but it was worth it for the quality. I don't feel that way now. Ticket prices aren't any cheaper, and instead of nice lighting and movie music before the show, we get to look at and listen to ads that are as loud as the movie. For $10 a ticket, I shouldn't have to sit through ads. I don't even watch commercials at home -- that's what DVR is for. Then we had to sit through 15 minutes of previews before the movie started. The quality is the movie and sound was fine, and the theater seemed clean -- no issues there. We didn't get concessions, but the bags of popcorn instead of tubs is aesthetically a downgrade from what it was before. Overall, I'm not sure the annoyances are worth the price, and I'll think real hard about what's necessary to see in theater versus waiting until it comes out on video, when it's cheaper and I don't have to sit through ads for 30 minutes.

It's lost a lot of it's flair since it was bought by Regal. The amenities are still mostly the same though it's supported by less staff and the place seems to be in a greater state of disrepair. There seems to be a light out in almost every theater I've been in, I've been in more broken seats in the last year than the entirety of the period that Warren owned the establishment.

I paid extra to watch the " X Screen " the left side of the movie was so out of focus a torrent rip would look better. WTF are you charging so much for? Tickets and food are a little expensive, but that's a given with all movie theatres. My real problem is with the ScreenX. ScreenX projects wide shots onto the walls to "immerse the viewer", but actually just stretches the picture to a resolution more akin to an early 2006 YouTube video, not a million dollar movie. Honestly just gave me a headache and ruined the movie experience.

WOW! I have lived in many cities and many states in my 57 years, but the Warren Theaters have been the best I have ever been in! Granted, I have not been in a Hollywood theater or New York, but many places claim awesome theater experiences that were a letdown after the Warren. I WILL say that these theaters have been sold to Regal Cinemas by Bill Warren! But Regal has made sure they stay the great places they have always been. I have heard a lot of great things about Regal. So I think we are in good shape. I was there for there opening of the first Balcony experience at the 13th Warren. I was there for the opening of the IMAX! THAT WAS INCREDIBLE! And so HUGE! It has nearly always been a great way to watch a movie and if it wasn't they were always quick to make up for it in some meaningful way. When friends or family come here to visit I make sure they get to see a movie here because it's a great experience. No one has come away disappointed.

I have been here a few times and I everytime I enjoyed my experience. But when I went tonight it was a different story. The people working at the concession stand were very rude. My girlfriend just wanted a large cup of water and we were still charged the same price as a soda which is $5.19. Im sorry but that's ridiculous for a cup of water.

This Theatre has always been great since I first started seeing movies there in 2001. Even now that they are owned by Regal, I have no complaints about the establishment itself. I will never understand theatre pricing, but that's a different story. IMAX is great and I like that there is reserved seating; hated having to save seats. Will always go back!

It was a fantastic place when Bill Warren actually owned it. But since Regal Cinemas has taken over things are changing and NOT for the better imo. They have stopped having 3D IMAX movies during the day, which was, the main reason I would drive 1 to1.5hrs just to go to the movies in Wichita. We use to go to the movies and make a day of it, going to movie after movie after movie, but the movie times have gotten later and with fewer sparse movie times that do not accommodate the daytime movie goers like Bill Warren did. I sleep in the evenings so I don't get to go to the evening movies hardly ever. I use to recommend the Warren theatres IMAX/3D to people all the time and tell them what a great place it was and how spectacular the IMAX and 3D were. I dont do that anymore. I would take friends and co-workers to the IMAX/ 3D just to share the experience. But now they don't have daytime IMAX in 3D. (Which I dont understand because 3D shows would sell out). So I don't do that anymore either. It is my opinion that the Warren West theatre has lost all of what made it so great imo. I wish Bill Warren still owned it. He knew how to accommodate movie goers. I will forever miss the the real Warren Theater. I will however say: I do like the app and the way Regal Cinemas award their patrons. I just wish that they would accommodate movies goers a little better.

Terrible experience compared to the east side. Slow service, burnt popcorn, and when we had a problem, Cody Mackey was a terrible manager and unable to handle complaints without laughing and being a smug little bastard. Also unwilling to accommodate or offer any compensation when they gave the people in front of us a refund and movie passes. Funny enough, Regal Cinemas customer service agreed that we should have been compensated with free passes. Definitely won't be coming back to this location, and can't wait to move out of Wichita again so I don't have to support this corrupt company anymore who just happens to own all the theaters in town.
