This Movie Theater corresponds to the category of Movie theater.
Good facility. Comfortable seats!
Facilities need some work
Good place to watch movies if u don't want to drive to Lawrence
I don't understand why people leave a Marvel movie before the lights come on. I am very grateful to the gentleman working the snack bar.
I really like this Theater , I wish they would bring back some old movies or late night movies such as concerts , or classic movies. Would be nice to see on bug screen. I think people would like that.
Love the new seats and reserved seating
I like going to see movies a lot but this theater in particular isn't my favorite. The seats are fairly comfortable but the ticket, drink and snack prices are over priced. The nachos in particular cost way to much for the quality given. I also had problems getting any help from management to help locate my missing phone. I remembered having it in the theater and dropping it under my seat and forgot to grab it before leaving the movie because it was a particularily emotional movie. I called and asked them if they had it turned in the next day, and felt like they were far less than interested in helping me find it when I tried to explain to them what it looked like and where it was located. I went to the theater the day after I called when the particular screen was vacant to ask if I could look for it and they told me that they would have found it if it was there and they wouldn't help me beyond that. Finally, I ended up buying a movie ticket for the movie that was playing in that theater and went up to where I was sitting and found it under the seat where I told them it would be multiple times. I feel extremely frustrated that to find my phone I had to again pay for a pricey ticket to a movie I had already seen just to find my phone. I guess thats how they get people to fork over their money. The only reason I give it two stars instead of one is because I've been a patron there since it opened. Mostly because it is in the most convienient location but I find myself more often traveling to lawrence or Kansas City to see movies in their theaters.
Took a group of teens to see it2. We had a blast! A bit expensive though.
Good, but a but under kept. 3.5 stars if I could.
This is a clean theater and the staff has always been very courteous.
The atmosphere is great and it's very clean
Seats are avg. Theater is a bit overpriced since there is no competition.
Can always find a great movie there and the staff is always very friendly!
Great place to go for family fun time
It is a movie theatre that is very much of a 1990's era. It needs more updating, although it is working on it. I get a little disappointed that some films just never seem to make it here but they will have three set up for one that is "popular" and less challenging for those who like only to be entertained.
Always a great experience at these theaters. Friendly staff along with over priced concession stand items. Can't ask for a better mixture.
Good size theater. Clean and friendly
It's pretty chill.
Went to see Zombieland Doubletap (which had only been in theaters 5 days) during a weekday early afternoon. It was easy to find parking and the ticket sales were quick.
The summer dollar movies are perfect
Theater very clean very nice movie prices good. Concession stand prices are out of this world
I personally like that you just buy a ticket and go in and sit where you want first come first serve. I'm not a fan of buying a ticket for a specific seat. There's lots of parking and the customer service has always been great in my experience.
Really nice facility, employees are friendly and helpful. Good selection of movies to watch and 3D is available. Four stars because concession prices are ridiculously high.
Great price if you can wait a little time to see a movie. Seating is as comfortable as the higher priced theatres.
For those who have trouble with glare, visiting in the morning puts it on the box office windows for me. Don't assume there's no one in the box office out in the lobby until you get where you can be sure you're seeing what's there. Other than my not seeing there was someone selling tickets there so having to circle back or from the concession stand inside, it was a great visit. Prices are a little higher than in used to back in Omaha, but lack of competition is likely the reason for that. Luckily, the service suffer, so it was still worth the price of admission for the early, matinee showing. Friendly staff, clean theater, comfortable seats are all bonuses here. Felt slightly bad making the employee wait until credits were finished to start cleaning, but I wasn't there only one, and it's always nice that they do wait until everyone has left rather than trying to get some of it before then.
Received expired offer for buy $50 gift cert get $10 concession free
They put us in the wrong theater. Ruined the ending..... :(
I don't like that you have to choose your seats because our party got split up, but, all and all cool
Seems to hit and miss but if you ask for the customer service number they try not to give you any information. I had to go to the theater separate times before getting the information I needed. Not sure if it's the box office or the ticket taker but 1 or the other is forgetting to give out special promotion codes or products. This theater crew will tell you the have the item and will give it to you once you buy the ticket to the movie but has been out of the special promotion the day before. If you just want a movie with comfortable seats then this is it but if you are into company of Regal and enjoy the bonus things they give customers then don't waste your time going or calling. I called because I had this issue more then once and only got a free popcorn and drink. Why not treat me to a movie after the disappointing experience I had? Really wish there was more theaters cause after this experience I rather just wait for the movies to go to Redbox. At least the hope for customers that enjoy souvenirs won't be crash by lack of caring employees.
Comfy seats, clean bathroom. My husband and I saw Hobbs and Shaw
Best to go early afternoon
Great experience. Good popcorn, soda and candy selections. Nice staff.
Better than no thing
Always a pleasure usually pretty clean sometimes they miss...a whole cup of popcorn but who cares
Good experience, overpriced but enjoyable. Screen x was a bust. It didn't play and we had to watch our movie in another theater. They did reimburse us for our troubles.
I think they staff the place with odd numbers of people. Most of the time those kids look like they just can't even. It's a movie theater. It's expensive. Spielberg wants us to cherish the experience for all time. Could make a person want to sneak in candy from Dollar General and their stock was just upgraded to "Buy". What's in your wallet?
Went yesterday after work and it was a Good experience. I enjoyed the atmosphere only reason I only gave 4 stars is do to concession pricing
What can I say, went to see a movie. The movie was excellent, the theater was comfortable and seemed fairly clean. Of course the food was overpriced, did not get any. I would recommend the theater if you like to go see movies, I generally don't wanted to see this one particular movie in a theater. I we'll go back to this theater if there's a movie I want to see.
I enjoyed the movie very much. Food and drink always great. Did not care for this new way of seating arrangements.
Awesome theater. Great help. Movies are getting a little pricy but they didn't do that
Great
Nice theater. High prices.
Good place to go see a movie all round love there sets
Movies were pricey but clean and great shows. No rips on the screens.
Introduction was extremely loud! 3 small sodas, 2 candies, $30. Unbelievable. Did like ordering tickets online.
Seemed nice. Stepping up to reclining seats would make it supreme!
Good. Got there early. Got good seats. Just wish it wasn't so expensive to take the Family to a movie!
I visited this theater but I refuse to see the movie The Joker I don't even want to know what it's about I just don't like what I've heard and I will not go see that movie
Love how clean it always is. Just waited for more than 15 mins for popcorn. Only had one register open
This is the place in town you go if you want to watch the latest movies. You'll end up paying a bit more, so if all you're looking to do is watch any old movie, you should go to the Westridge 8 theater.
The place had an old moldy smell to it. The staff were condescending. The food selection was definitely sub par and not at all what was advertised on the website. The chairs were highly uncomfortable and weren't the new leather style again advertised on the website. The only thing I can say is for Topeka it's ok. But if you transplant from somewhere else say Missouri, Colorado or any large town with a real theater lower your standards because the regal on 6th street is garbage even when comparing it to the cheap theater on wanamaker by the mall. If you want to go see a movie go to the cheap one when the movie goes there. The place on 6th is a waste of money. It isn't worth your time wait a couple months and go see what you want to see at the cheap theater right up the street.
Theater has very nice staff. Films are always on prompt scheduling. Always very clean. Food is very over priced, but maybe this will change in the future after another theater joins Topeka.
I love the movie theater my favorite place in the world
Nice selection of film and concessions
Like this cinema just wish movies weren't so expensive! I get tickets at my AAA and save a couple bucks on each movie- they also sell senior citizen ticket prices at the cinema itself
This is a good movie theater. It has huge viewing rooms for movies with stadium seats. Most of the time it's quite and a good place for young children during the summer days.
Badass place... sound... great... movie... great... beer... damn... what am I made of money... haha... all around good besides tha price of beer!
It is the best place to go there if it is not winter because the wind gets into the theater.
Screen x is like being in a box with surround and movie on all sides very immersive its great
It's a great place, but a little on the expensive side, but you don't have to buy the popcorn and candy or soda. Just buy a bottle of water. That's what we do sometimes. The seats are comfortable. The only real complaint I have is the volume on the movie previews is WAY TO LOUD. I wear hearing aids and I have to take them out and some times cover my ears (that's how loud the previews are), but the movie volume is fine
It was beautiful this evening. I also had a beautiful person to enjoy it with! #ADP #ALWAYSWINNING #UPSIDE
Just a standard theatre. Nothing exceptional, u less you consider the exceptionally long wait at the concessions.
Went to see
Haven't been in a while. The staff was just as friendly, professional, and courteous, as they always have been in the past. Always a pleasure going here. Of course we'll be back!
The show was very good at least 4.5 stars
It was nice but i wish they had recliners.
Average by today's standards. Lawrence regal is much nicer cleaner and updated.
Staff is all ways polight, I have a great experience.
Great staff and clean theater
Packed (we went to see end game) (the ads were playing when I took the pick)
Love the checkin process of buying tickets on Fandango and walking past the box office.
Nice and comfortable. Concessions are very expensive along with the ticket pricing. I don't go here but maybe once per year for those very reasons.
Nice movie theater... Wish it had IMAX. Seen joker, nice seats... That is all.
Went to go see zombie land 2,was a great movie and drink prices seem way more reasonable now.
I've seen so many movies here I have lost count. Each time the experience has been phenomenal and theaters have been clean.
I just don't like as much for the fact that seats have a number now, its annoying but still good movies, I would've gave it a 5 stars if it wasn't for the seats
Nice theater, staff at candy counter was very friedly
The movie Holmes and Watson was really funny. I love Rob Brydon & Steve Coogan (he did a cameo) in it.
It was ok. Service was good. The chairs were not luxury loungers ? -1 star for that. No actual kettle corn but a sprinkle on powder? Minus another star
Screen x is great! The "assigned" seating not so much....
Clean environment. Concession stand offers beverages and snacks for children and adults. Comfortable adult-size Theater seating.
The movies were great/ concession cost was ridiculous though.
Don't ever go on a premier week of you are expecting anything from the concessions. Out of popcorn and no-one working to make more. They had no organization and were running around like they didn't know what was going on. Management seemed to not have a plan to have just one person handle the constant making of popcorn and the replenishment of inventory during the busy time, which is almost constant on a premier week of a popular movie, since there are multiple screens showing the same movie at different times. As far as the rest of the experience, the restrooms were an eyesore needing to be cleaned and several seats in the screening we went were nasty and broken. At least the movie was good.
Ample parking, handicap accessable, clean, handicap accessable restrooms clean, clean building, a variety of movies at a variety of times, a wide variety of tasty foods, games for young and old while waiting, comfortable seats in the theaters, restaurants near by. Easily accessable. all and all a great place for young and old.
I've been to others with better sound. Not bad for a quick stop
Love the movies they show
Saw Jurassic Fallen World, A must Equalizer 2 for sure. Anyway was good to be able to get tickets online and print them off and not have to worry about standing in line. Just walk to the ticket chap that's it. Enjoy the show.
My boyfriend and I saw endgame here the weekend after it came out. The people in the aisle next to us kept asking us to scoot down a seat because they had an ungodly amount of people in a group to go see a movie. Anyway, that's not the theater's fault. It was a great movie and the seats were comfortable enough I didn't have a sore butt by the end of the 3 hour movie. I wish I could've put the butter on my popcorn while the tub was half full but otherwise it was great!
Clean friendly. Accessible to all.
It was good. Pop & corn. Was expensive. But good.
I come to this movie theater all the time and my experience is always good except today. I’m watching black panther in movie theater room 11. Room 11 is out dated, the seats are old and dirty, the room was not clean. The floors are sticky and food all over. It’s gross. The room also smells. I’ve never had a problem with any of the other rooms. The other rooms seem to have been remodeled except this one. My experience today has been bad. I’m giving them 4 stars because the other times have been great except today. I will be avoiding theater 11 from now on.
Typically movie theater other then the fact its rather dirty always. I think everytime I go there it smells like chewing tobacco and the seats are typically sticky. Its actually rather gross.
I come here once a week and I love all of the staff I have encountered here. Super kind and fun. Never had any issues.
Generally ok theater. The seats are narrow and not comfortable for me, so I try to avoid it. And I hate being packed in like a sardine, so I usually wait until the very last week that a show is there to see it, if at all possible.
It was good to get out and about and see a couple movies. We got there just before 1 on the 6th Street bus for How to train your dragon 3 and left after a 3p showing of Capt Marvel a little after 5p. Got home just after 6p.
Fave place to watch new movies, I always do the mobile tickets so no more waiting in line. Service is always great and the leather chairs are comfy.
The movie overcomer was a very inspirational movie i love it i would say go see it u would be change
I go here on a regular basis. The staff is great. The seats are comfortable, and the place is clean-ish (lol). I enjoy watching a movie at the theater, because I've always felt that they are more enjoyable with a crowd. You come out feeling like you experienced it together, and when it's something good, that shared experience, makes it great! Much better than just "watching" a movie. The best times in life, are spent in the company of other's and this is a great place to experience that.
Bathroom could use cleaning more other than that very happy
Great I had a nap.
I had such a great time eating popcorn and watch my movie here. The place was clean and the staff was professional.
Way too expensive for movie, popcorn and drinks. With 2 people movie was 18.00 and food 24.00 (small popcorn and drink each). Been to better theaters with recliners for a lot less. Won't be going there very often.
The food service line does not move very quickly no matter the time or day you visit. The floors are generally sticky and often i find that my seat is dirty or grimy. That being said, it is easily accessible from the highway with plenty of parking. The pricing for tickets are reasonable. It is one of the few things to do here in town and i am grateful that they are here.
They really need to focus on cleaning the place, better.
I always had a good experience here, especially on member days where you can get cheaper popcorn, cheaper tickets, and eventually build up enough points for free tix! In Phoenix and LA, Denver, and El Paso, Regal still has the best free membership!
They have 14 Screens. 10 of them shrink vertically when the movie starts. 1, 2, 13 & 14 expand Horizontally and are digitally projected. You want one of those if you have a choice.
Great place to see movies! Comfy seats!
First off the popcorn tasted old and the theather was super small... my husband and I were literally sitting on top of each other for like 12.50 a ticket..... it was the most expensive and ridiculously uncomfortable theather i have ever been in and will not return.
Good service, friendly staff, great sound quality
I didnt go in this time but hear big improvements are under way! Cant wait to see if they are the types that will keep me from having to drive to Lawrence.
Video games steal your money or don't work. Highschool kids behind the counter. Movies are good but customer service sucks!
Went to see The avengers the movie was great the seats very uncomfortable....
A great place for a movie.
This theater is decent. There are better ones in Kansas City, but for being in Topeka this one is convenient. Pricey drinks and snacks, but friendly and accommodating staff. The ticket taker guy on multiple occasions has given me a brief review of the movie I was seeing, and I particularly liked that.
Was really nice but the lines were long.
I love going to the movies when i go...they are affordable and they have a rewards program as well...they also serve beer for all you beer lovers...you would really enjoy and they have comfortable chairs as well to chill and watch your movie with a brew
Nice comfortable seating in all theaters. Not crazy about screenX
I watch Toy Story 4 it was fun
EXCELLENT WATCHING THE MOVIE DUMBO!!! RECOMMEND
Great theater! A little on the pricey side, other than that it was a great atmosphere and super fun for the kids. A small gameing area with a few arcade games. Also great refreshments and an unlimited popcorn refill deal!! Again kinda pricey but I guess that's the trade off for good quality.
Saw Alita and the staff was very pleasant, quick service and where we sat was very clran.
I could not believe tickets were $22 for an adult and $16 for a 6 year old.... The theater was clean but I just couldn't believe the cost to go. I guess I will just wait for new movies to come out on Redbox and watch them on there before deciding to purchase it.
This is basically the only theater in town for new releases. It's no longer new and shiny but I do like the stadium seating.
When you come out of the movie and go to the wrong car because there are two just like yours!!!
I’ve always enjoyed this theater. Many good times. One slight problem: Box office is not 100% indoors, so it can get cold in the winter waiting in line for tickets. They do offer mobile ticketing now, so not an issue these days. Other than that—never a complaint from me in the last 15 years.
I always enjoy going to Regal friendly staff comfortable seats and great concessions.
The prices were high but the service, and kindness of the employees made it more than worth it.
They made us pick our seat when we bought our tickets but people were sitting in our seats so we were forced to go get new seats. The staff went and asked the people to move to their assigned seats but they didnt want to and they started yelling at us for getting them in trouble...it created an issue and destroyed our night so we got a refund and left.
Good screen quality and service.
A big town theater without the big town prices and a comfortable atmosphere. Great promotions
It show movies. Service is mediocre.
Always a great selection of new movies and popcorn is great too
Kind of pricey if you have snacks. Otherwise great.
Its definitely a movie theatre. First show of the day and the floors were filthy. Shoes were sucked off my feet. Everyone knows concessions are over priced, but the quality here is absolute trash. I got some nachos for $7.99 . Just a dollop of stadium cheese and a lil bag of Totino chips. That's expected. Sure. But $3.99 for standard size Welches fruit snacks is where I draw the line. This is why there is a underground railroad for snacks. Would have rated 1 but they do offer refills on drinks though. Just one refill but that's cool.
Good theater, just needs some upgrades now that other theaters are going to recliner seats and other amenities. We actually often drive to Lawrence's regal theater since it has reclining seats and from where I live it's a 12 minute drive to this theater and only a 20 minute drive to Lawrence's theater.
This place is so nice but their snacks are pretty expensive for the small boxes they come in. They always have a time for any movie they have and there is A LOT of seats.
I do not care for the assigned seating.
I love it and totally recommend if you're in town the experience is lovely. Just finished watching Aquaman and talk about surround sound
The theatres are very nice
Comfortable seats big screens good concessions (& they have beer and wine)
Bring a coat. It's always to cold for me. Aqua Man was the movie we watched. It was good.
Loved watching a movie with my son. He loved it and that was all that mattered.
I went to see the action pak movie. Not crowded got my refreshments...and sit down in a cool high back chairs...it was awesome..price was high...but it was good
I love how there is plenty room to sit & it was very clean
Since when has movies had assigned seating? Congratulations regal you've turned going to the movies into a nightmare. I give you my word I'll drive a 100 miles before I give you another cent!!
First time I ever been in there, the place needs to be a little more cleaner, good customer service
Really clean and nice theater
Awesome show and theater
