As of day the business receives a rating of 4.4 out of 5 and that score has been based on 3222 reviews.
As you can see the average of ratings is very good, and it's based on a large number of reviews, so we can say that the evaluation is very reliable. If people have bothered to evaluate when they are pleased, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Movie Theater belongs to the category of Movie theater.
dirty floors and staff was ok
Went to see Spider Man in the balcony. The menu is different now and matches the Warren 21 menu. So there is really no point in seeing a movie in the balcony. It's more expensive and the seats don't recline or heat. Food was good but miss the options the balcony menu used to have. Service was good. Probably need more staff. Theater wasn't full for the early showing.
Always a very enjoyable movie experience. I really like the 21 side which caters to the adults. Very clean and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
They have movies starting all the way until 10pm. As I know how it is as a server in a Restaurant, there is no exception for the fact that their kitchen closes at 10:30 and their last movie starts at 10pm. We have been in the warren the last few times for the late movie and gotten food and a simple tap beer. We requested limes. We were not informed that our beers from tap with extra limes would be a problem until we went to pick up the beers (after we paid). The manager said “we are out of limes” after I ask when she pushed the beers towards us. We said “None that you can cut?” Her response was “no.” Then I replied “Well it’s fine then we don’t want them without the limes” then she suddenly came back and found 9 full lime slices. Limes sliced up from the back and threw them in our beers with no explanation. Considering going to to AMC next time. NO more business at the warren. I hope you all find another manager to replace RUTH M. and a way to make this right.
Its awesome, only reason why I rate a 4 star is because it's really expensive tho. But the rest is rlly great, recommend 9/10 for sure
Great show
I think Mr. Warren was here long enough to make his fortune, then split town. A Hit-it-and-quit-it venture.
Warren 21 is awesome warming recliners and alcoholic drinks what's better than that?!
I have enjoyed this place since it was still the Warren! Prices are great, seats are comfortable!! Thanks
use to love going here. but why am I paying 16 bucks for 21 warren only to find out they gotten rid of the 32 oz drink and replaced it with a $12 drink I can get for a buck at apple b. and the drink was nothing but club soda with blue food coloring. it was awful. I loved going to old town warren on a wed night and getting cheese fries and the 32 oz alchohol drink with my buds or date night with my gf. well I'm not paying an arm and a leg for a horrible drink in a hot theater. the seats are heated so why make the theater feel like you're at the drive in?!?! worste date night ever.
Nice theater. My wife and I love the balcony seating that is offered and they have a nice selection of drinks and food. Good show quality and sound for the money.
Great location and great seating!! Visit at LEAST once every 2 weeks! We love our movies
My husband and I used to come here a lot and not only would we watch the movies but we also would have dinner and drinks every time as well. Since it has changed ownership and is no longer really the Warren everything has gone downhill very fast. Prices have jumped incredibly high, not only for food and drinks but ticket prices as well. It is ridiculous to think that you must have a $100 night for you and your spouse to go out and have a "cheap dinner" and watch a movie. Even the matinees are overpriced. And on top of all of that staff and customer service has dropped by a lot. The cleanliness of the theater is absolutely ridiculous. The last three times my husband and I have gone here since the new owners have taken control every single time the theater we walk into smells like urine. I do not know why and probably don't want to but that is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Especially when people are ordering dinner and are stuck in a room for a couple hours having to smell nothing but urine. The last time we could actually tell that staff had tried to cover up the smell with air freshener or something similar to no success. I don't know if the seats need cleaned or the floor or what but it is repulsive. The floors in the theaters as well as the hallways leading up to them are dirty. The bathrooms are dirty. And even the staff look unkept which is very different than how it used to be. The uniforms have changed, which I could understand with a different owner however they look very unkept and I feel as though it has made staff pay less attention to appearance in cleanliness. Which is not something anyone wants when touching their food and drinks. You can see it on the faces of the people that work there now that they are unhappy. We used to come in here to smiling faces and positive attitudes, everybody was in a good mood, now it's like everybody hates their job or is miserable being there. I don't understand what changed or why exactly but it has definitely had a negative impact on customers and all but lost our business. And that is disappointing considering we have been coming here for many many years.
Comfy seats. Good sound. Good picture. Cheap matinee prices.
The employees were great! I have a service dog and a couple of random movie goers were both quite rude! It was the first time I have ever had anyone say anything bad about or towards him in a theater and I am a regular. We frequent this theater, our hometown one, the one in both Hutchinson and Great Bend.
Clean and easy to figure out. The staff are all very young but also professional and courteous. Friendly place to watch a movie. The popcorn and soda are about average but still too expensive and the candy is rediculously expensive. Seats are comfortable, screens are large but the sound system could be better.
Coolest theater I have been to. Full bar and meals while you watch a movie.
Drove an hour to see a movie on Father’s Day. The website said the showtime and standard theater, but when we arrived it was in the 21 and over theater. We had an 18 year old with us, so couldn’t get in. All they had to say was “sorry.” We tried to call other theaters to check the movie was in a standard theater, but got no answer. Was a disappointing evening.
Watched a horror movie and the atmosphere was fantastic, from where I was sitting, the screen shone light on the emergency door and added to the creep factor
Very nice theater. Just like the West Side one. Prices are fair and concession quality is always excellent. New Regal change is continuing to grow on me. I really like the rewards part of it. Always a great experience going to the Warren.
I can't speak for the whole movie theatre but I have seen several movies in the warren 21. When it first opened there were not a lot of people going and the place was wonderfully quiet. Like most things though it gained popularity and people have mistreated the heated reclining seats, though I'm sure they have fixed them I have had one not recline and another with a very sticky armrest. The alcoholic drinks are rather expensive but their movie themed ones are pretty good.
I bought tickets online and i lost my wallet and they wouldn't let me in the movie without my ID. I am 35 years old. I have never had a more frustrating experience with a theatre. AMC doesn't treat me like this. Im never coming back here
I like the reclining seats in the 21+ theaters. For a couple bucks more you can chill out sit back and even have a beer, just like at home except a huge screen and surround sound to enjoy the show with. The regular stadium style cinema are comfortable to I just prefer the down home lazy feel of the other better. To catch that movie that you just have to see on the big screen its worth it.
Very nice theater, good customer service. Concessions are good. Also you can order burgers, fries, that kind of stuff and eat it during the movie. However you have to be 21+ in order to see show there, so you can't bring your kiddos. But they have digital sound and picture.
Theater was easy to find. Had good pre-movie entertainment. Would be nice if you didn't have to pay as much for a card to play games in the arcade, but for me that's a very small factor. Overall, good experience
Very disappointed that theRegal Warren has discontinued offering Diet Dr. Pepper. Since they serve Coke products there it would be easy to add it back into the offering of diet soda
The seating is fantastic. Very comfortable and enjoyable to hang out here and watch a movie.
This theater is huge. The 21+ auditorium was great.
Super fun and different. Great movie snacks as well!
Good theater, well maintained, but no srudent discount on the weekends.
I wish I could give this place no stars. I don't have a problem with change, but Regal continue to disappoint me. I use to love going to Warren 21 to relax and enjoy a nice meal. Now, Regal has changed the Warren menu completely and the food is disgusting. They even have the nerve to charge $1 for a slice a cheese. Really!! After you increased the price on everything. Oh wait, I forgot we have to pay for those new Regal food boxes & management probably justify this by offering free butter now.
Semi-Clean, spaciousness and has butt warmers. Remember it's a movie theater, so drinks aren't their specialty. It's definitely sperate from the rest of the theater, like vip access. Pretty neat.
I love how they have the theater set up now!! Especially in the adult theater, the seats are super comfy an I love how you have a desk in front of you to hold your food that you can order an eat while watching a movie, they should have always had it set up like this an hopefully one day they can have the rest of the theater set up the same as well! But I did give this a 3 out of 5 review only because the food from the food bar, gets worse everytime I return to the east theater. I sometimes get the nachos an they are always soggy cold an I feel like it was pretty much already made then left sitting around tell needed then thrown in the microwave for a couple seconds to make it look like the cheese could be melted! Fix this an clean the main area a bit more this would be a amazing theater!! I love the fact I can eat dinner an watch a movie at the same time, but how can I enjoy myself when the food is horrible
This place is just as good as when bill Warren owned it. Super clean, comfortable and very professional staff. Whoever's running this one needs to give some pointers to management at the west theater. Nuts running the nut house over there.
Always so much fun. Good food, great atmosphere, the movie quality is always spot on! Can't ever picture a better theater than this one.
I went with a friend to watch a movie. All of the staff were courteous. The ladies rest room was clean. There was a waiting area with a fireplace and several couches. A cozy place to wait while your friends are using the restroom. The stadium theater was very clean.
Beautiful decor, the 21 side is for adults, they serve adult beverages on that side. The diner serves great food and they have an arcade to keep the little ones, young and old, busy if you are waiting to see a show.
As others have said, after Regal bought it, the Warren has gone downhill. Prices went WAY up and the overall service and style went down. Only positive note I can give the ownership change is the closed captioning system is awesome. For someone with hearing loss, it helps, and is the only reason we still occasionally will go.
Bought bag skittles and candy all stuck together when went to replace all bags sticky on outside. Manager had me open a sticky bag, the candy in other bag seemed ok. She did not off to clean sticky bag. I had to ask for something to clean it. They gave me a DRY paper towel. Really! Ask for water on it and they put a tiny amount on it which would not wash it off. Ended up going to the bath room to wash bag. No sorry at all from the manager. Rude! Also $4.69 for a bottle of water. I can buy the entire case for less than that. Way too expensive and rude staff! Not sure I'll return to this theater again. Very disappointed in the customer service.
Since they sold it to Regal, the maintenance has gotten really bad, the food quality is worse, and the whole experience has really suffered. Seats are broken, stair trims coming loose, etc. and they've doubled the number of ads and junk before the movie. Please come back Bill Warren.
Spotless as usual. Prices are ok, at least you can add your own butter now.
Place is a shitshow, new management is terrible, decor is worn and prices have jumped since Regal Cinemas took over. Spend your money at AMC, the starlite drive in or in derby.
Still me favorite theater in Wichita. There are newer theaters but this one is beautiful. I hope they keep it maintained. My adult children think it's getting run down.
Our family loves East Warren! Especially Warren 21! Costs a little more than regular theater but the seats are way more comfortable, they recline and heat up, there are more food options, more space, and it's our main source of entertainment so we don't mind spending a little more for it! Plus if you sign up for the Regal app, and use your rewards card for every purchase, you earn points and can redeem them for free movie tickets, popcorn, soda, etc!
Movies were clean and comfortable.. clean bathrooms... but as you know the concession stand way to expensive
Love the place, the people and the food. Also having access to go to warren 21 is the best well worth the extra to pay to see a movie without kids ruining it.
Theater has gone down hill since Regal took over. Some concession servers are rude. The previous high quality of every aspect is gone.
Went to the warren 21 ordered a pirates of the carrabien drink one I have ordered many times but this time it was made way to strong almost eye watering. Tried to power through it but only was able to drink an 1/8 before I had to go back down and talk to the manager. She informed me she would take it back but I had to pay for a new one.
This place has gone downhill fast. We always loved the Warren. Went to see Avengers End Game; restrooms were a mess, staff wasn’t friendly, popcorn wasn’t good, ordered a hot dog and it was super spicy, fire alarm went off had to go outside for 30 minutes and there was no apology or offer of refund or future pass or anything. Not a positive experience.
This is THE place to see movies as far as I am concerned. I usually do not give 5 stars for places. The theaters and facilities are always clean and are top of the line. The giant Art Deco murals always make me smile.
I really enjoyed the Warren. I did like it better before they changed ownership. I’ve always been a big fan popcorn with lots of butter on it but the kid that made it made me realize that you can over butter it! But they do have lots of help which makes the lines go fast. I do wish they had more choices for later movies.
Warren 21 is excellent! Only down side is the guy taking tickets. But even his bad attitude didn't ruin the night.
Great place to watch a movie. 21 Warren is where it's at!
The Warren theaters have been designed with comfort in mind, they have roomy seats and room to walk in between.13th St even has an arcade, awesomeness!
I bought a large refill popcorn. The first batch was stale. When we left I refilled it. The lady was going to give me the old stuff again. I told her the first one was stale. I want the fresh popped corn.
Great place for 3D Pokemon movies LoL
I only went here because my brother but he said he liked it the workers were nice and the actual theater he went in was clean so yeah I recommend this place if you want a good movie experience.
Nice and clean. Most of the employees enjoyed their job. One, you could tell she was only there for paycheck. Didn't care if she was so slow you could have missed the first of your show. Just won't get in her line again.
Hollywood glamour in a theater. Pricey, though.
Big, lots of theaters. Big concession area great popcorn you put butter on yourself.
Good movies and comfy seats. The chicken strips are good too
East Warren is very nice! The staff was awesome and welcoming! Smiles on their faces made our experience great! Thank you!
Beautiful design inside and outside. Captioned glasses are provided. Pop cost ... yikes! $5.79 for 32 oz drink. Large popcorn.. very tasty, but at $8 something.
I love this theater. It's been my theater of choice since it opened. But... it may be time to start thinking about some new seating. My seat was slightly gimped up. All around good experience.
The movie, "Unplanned" was great. I think everyone should see this true story. The seats make my back hurt. They are leaning too far back. The facility is clean and pleasant.
Had take rating back from a 5 to a 3 as regal continues to remove things Mr Warren had to make the movie going experience great I love the Warren theater's and these things stop soon.
My husband and I were seated in the balcony and it was very comfortable. We also liked how they allowed people to order from their seats there. Lovely design and it's one of our top picks for going to the movies!
It’s so much more fun to see movies at this theater since they put the recliners in! Cocktails & food always makes a great date night! I still enjoy the balcony seating. It’s just too bad they usually play kids movies... As an adult I really see no reason to play PG movies in an area that serves dinner & alcohol.
So disappointed that the Warren food menu has been replaced with the Regal menu, which is only slightly better than frozen fast food. Arrived early to enjoy a malt and those delicious nachos (house made with real cheese) but ended up watching the movie hungry and then going somewhere else to eat. I guess the upside is that I will save money on all the food I used to buy there, alas.
Awesome place very comfortable food it's great had a fun time.
Always have such fun games to play when waiting for a movie to get started. Plus a nice little restaurant on the other side. Very easy to navigate around the area too.
Enjoyed a matinee with my grandsons and girlfriend. Not very busy due to the time I'm sure. Employees were courteous and helpful. Clean and relaxing environment. My favorite theater in town!
It's a movie theater. I have been in better and I have been in worse but it's okay
Simply grand. I should have taken pictures. It is what the movie-going experience should be like. It is a throwback to yesteryear. I wish I lived closer.
It has been a few months since I have been to the Warren so some friends and I went to a 3:00 show at the east location. My friend and i went up to the concession stand for a drink and popcorn. Nobody was there. We waited for close to 15 minutes then gave up and went without. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Regal buying this place has been awful. They are ruining a Wichita treasure as fast as possible. STALE, STALE popcorn. Pop in these GINORMOUS cups. No movie names outside the different theaters. Temp is really warm sometimes. Ridiculous car and soap commercials and previews that last 25 minutes. Very shortsighted way to increase profits.
Regal Balcony Experience a shadow of Warren Excellence Food quality horrible. Sent first selection back for being soggy (french fries) with dried out cheese on it. Second selection after manager notified was no better. Chicken rubbery and dry as the Sahara desert my friend had Egg Rolls, (smaller than they used to be) Sweet & Sour Sauce gluey and nearly frozen. Cheap industrial food. Regal has also made the decision to stop carrying local brewed beers. Way to alienate more of your customer base.
The Warren 21 is the best part of my weekend. We love it love it. The seats are so comfortable and heated. The atmosphere is wonderful. I could actually live there if they would let me. Also the ladies at the concession stand are very pleasant to talk to. They know exactly what we want and remember our specialtys. I would recommend this place to anyone who goes to the movies. For a little extra money you'll be hooked.
Fantastic theater. Check out the Warren 21. Great way to see movies without the kid interruptions.
I will never ever be back!!! The customer service in the entire place was TERRIBLE!! The manager that manages the bar was so unprofessional and was yelling at us from behind the bar! No one raised voices except her! They advertise their drinks all fancy and charge you like they are fancy but than tasted terrible and looked NOTHING like the picture!! She dumped the drink out after I took ONE sip bc I didn’t like it and made me buy ANOTHER drink! If you wanna charge an arm and a leg than make sure it’s up to par with what you advertise!! I paid over $20 for ONE drink! AMC all day!
21 & Over theater is very nice but you can't order food at your seat.
It was very overpriced for what you get. It was an okay theater, better than it was before the remodel, but I still think Hutchinson's theater is MUCH MUCH better. The tickets are pricy, but all the treats and food and drinks are HORRIBLE!! it was over $85 for three of us!
Ever since Regal took over Warren the customer service has been going down hill. First they introduced popcorn sacks instead of round containers. The sacks can’t stand on their own and fall over and spill. Next they quit putting butter on the popcorn. I’m done with them. I’ll be looking for a new theater.
This is our favorite theater to go to. They were one of the first to offer alcohol at movies, which is always a plus to be able to order a beer before the show starts.
Love the Directors lounge! Perfect for those 21 & over couch potatoes. Can't beat the comfy leather reclining chairs.
We we're at the 21 and up theater. Great seats that recline and have cups holders and a snack tray. You can also purchase mixed drinks and beer for consumption in the theater. The sound system was very good. The screen afforded good view from all seats.
We sat in balcony and shared wings and pizza. A great father, daughter night.
Nice theatre, but can tell with the new owners it isn't taken care of like Bill Warren did.
Nice place. Perfect.
If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I went to the 21+ theater but accidentally forgot his ID. He is almost 30 years old by the way tall with a scruffy beard never gets carded even at bars. We asked for a manager to see if we could get in. As we were waiting, three other people went in and did not get their ID checked. A manager named Dakota walked by and with an attitude said we were not allowed in. He was not the manager that got called over, but one walking that way as it happened. The manager that was called over finally arrived and we told her the situation. She ALMOST said we could go in, but then quickly stopped and told Dakota “I’ll let you decide” and again he sharply said “I already told them no” with a smirk on his face. I don’t understand how 18 year olds are allowed in that theater accompanied by an adult. I had my ID so why couldn’t we get in that way? The attitude that was given by the employees made me sick. As someone who works in customer service, I would have handled the situation MUCH differently. My boyfriend and I have been unable to have a date night in 10 months and the one night we finally are able to, it is ruined by DAKOTA and Judy. The sad part is we weren’t even going to drink this evening, we could barely afford the ticket alone. so what’s the point of showing you how old we are. I will no longer be taking my business here. Regal has ruined Warren. And Dakota and Judy need an attitude check and need to be better trained on how to handle customers.
The movies are always great to go never fails for entertainment.
Great place, amazing stereo system, and good drinks
I've never been to the east Warren until tonight. My husband and I wanted to go downtown but, after trying to purchase tickets online for 20 minutes, we decided to call and the movie we wanted was sold out. We only had a sitter for a few hours so we wanted to eat dinner and have a few drinks. I tried calling to get info from east Warren but nobody would answer the phone (on a Saturday evening) Regals website is a joke and gives absolutely NO info on theaters, just movie times and aoparantly doesn't keep updated on if shows are sold out. Much to my dismay we couldn't get dinner food or adult beverages in the show we selected. I hadn't eaten all day so I just ate popcorn for dinner:( Wish the website would give a better description of what is offered in different theaters or that someone would answer the phone of someone might have questions. Other than that the place was clean and service was friendly
I like their 21 and older auditorium. Also the balcony makes for a fun date with the husband.
They changed the menu in the warren 21.. freaking gross “pizza” for $14 couldn’t eat one bite. They got rid of everything that was good! The 21 burger was replaced with a frozen patty.. no raviolis, no shrimp it’s all gone. Don’t come here for the food
I wish I could give half a star. On Saturday Oct 19 2019 we went to watch Addams Family and we ordered a sprite but gave us mineral water. So my brother and I went to the consessions and said if we could get a different drink we did. He thought we were gine but we heard him say "They bitterly just told me..." He stoped and tured around and say that we were still there
This is a fantastic Theater and by far one of my favorite movie theater chains. This is a Regal Cinema. They serve food and alcohol in the theater and there are even screens where you must be 21. One theater has a cry room and there is even a built-in restaurant. This is a must go for the Perfect movie going experience.
My 2nd favorite theater. The other being Warren in Broken Arrow. Great screens, sounds, and seats. The prices are worth it and they have their arcade to play in before the movie starts. Clean bathrooms located all over and there's more than enough space to not feel crowded.
Wow I wish we had one in Edmond Oklahoma. What a great setup. Over 21 section with full bar service and food options. Chairs are super comfortable and a very nice and clean theater. The sound system is great and what a nice place.
It was so nice operating under the name Regal. We went to see the animated Greench. It was very nice had a sitting area with a fire place to stay warm. The bathrooms were super clean and big so there was no waiting. This location has a game room and a diner. Enjoy a night on the town one stop shop.
I was looking forward to watching a movie and having popcorn...unfortunately they no longer have Diet Dr. Pepper so I will not be back. Arcade makes you get a card that immediately took $2 off the card on the first game that was only supposed to be $1. Neither one of those things is a big deal if I knew ahead of time.
Went to Warren 21. It was clean and I was satisfied with the service.
Came to see End Game. Carl at concessions is definitely not ment for customer service. Didn't speak one word..... The ticket taker sent use to the wrong theater. Not a good batting average tonight for the Regal.
Great place for families movies food place
I watched the Lion King last night at 6:15 PM with my family. The screen went blank and the movie started 20 minutes late. Then during a few scenes of the movie the film froze. You heard everyone in the theater complaining and it was ridiculous. No one even came in to warn us that there was technical difficulties or that it was being fixed. We also didn't get out money back. In top of that they got rid of the popcorn seasonings. I wish Bill would buy back his companies that Regal is running into the ground.
I gave two stars because I really can't get a cup of ice water unless I pay $5.15 for the medium?????? Like come on. This is ridiculous. Seats were okay. Nice venue though. They really have taken movie theater eats too the movie theater price extreme here. Overall...the movie played well and there was plenty of room. I see why some people sneak in food. Hmmmm
Managers have no sense of customer service at all. Dakota and Judy ruined my date night with my girlfriend. They let 3 young looking teens go in before us, without IDing them and then stopped me and Kelsey for IDs. I didnt bring mine because first of all, I dont even get id'd at the bar, and I wasnt planning on buying drinks anyway. Judy said it was Dakotas call, and he said no. I'm 28 years old and I have a full beard, theres not a single person in this planet that would peg me for under 18 so it's clear Dakota was having a bad day and decided he would ruin our day too. Dakota seemed to smirk when he told us we wouldnt be able to see our movie. What a snake. If this the type of customer service your management team gives, I will no longer be spending my money at your theater.
I love this theatre! All locations are great! Downtown Wichita location can be tricky for parking.
Didn’t like the line process for the 21 concessions. They had three different registers open and only one long line about to go out the back door, instead of having three different lines. Think the line process needs to be separated.
Quality place. The movie selection and presentation is always wonderful. Kind of an old classical feeling to it. The snacks are somewhat pricey and the Diner has a nice look, although I haven't eaten at the diner yet. Wonderful service, clean theatres, and good placement for entertainment nights, being next to the Alley. Good quality for a good price.
Fast concessions, friendly and quick staff.
Clean for the most part. The staff was pleasant. The prices are a bit high for tickets and awful high for food and drinks, and I'm sad that they no longer have mr. Pibb as a soda choice. The new system in the game room is a bit irritating for parents with many kids who just want to hand out quarters though.
Very nice place. No waiting lines either!
The Warren 21 is a really unique movie-going experience. Worth the higher price. After being around so long, the place could use a little polish in the lobby, etc.
I liked the Warren better before Regal took over. I like the points system, but I feel that Regal is tarnishing the name of the Warren Theater's.
Good atmosphere, fairly friendly staff, could be cleaner
I miss the old Warren. The one thing that didn't make me hate the Warren to Regal change was the diner food. Now everything is so much more expensive and low quality. Its sad that it has gotten so low.
The East Warren has always been a great place to go. I would highly recommend the 13th Avenue location over 21st Street for those over 21 years of age because of the Warren 21 option. The seating in each auditorium is so comfortable that you could fall asleep, the sound is top notch and the projected images are sharper than that of your home television. In Warren 21, you can order food and alcohol as opposed to the standard auditoriums. Each seat is a large reclining and heated seat, with massive arm rests. You will not be disappointed!
The staff is excellent.
Bought a ticket to go see it 2 with my dad. They didn’t even let me go see it. Also didn’t give me my money back.
Highly recommend the 21 and over theater. Great environment to watch a film in. No kids, no loud distractions. Easy to order online tickets. Best way to watch a movie!
Prices could come down a bit, but otherwise great place.
I loved it very comfortable seats the concession stand was a little bit steep in money but overall very good
we are frequent customers here. We love seeing new movies. I just wish concession prices were more affordable. We love using the kiosk to pick up our tickets. its nice to be able to skip the lines
Well Regal has ruined the last Greatest thing we loved about the Wichita Warren Theater. The Diner! Its no longer the Warren Diner its Regal now and the food is the worst ever!! Regal is continually trying to cut cost and they did now with the diner and it shows in the food. the Warren was top notch an loved eating dinner there.. not anymore! so Disapointed! Guess this is what you get when you have a Foreign business running an American business disaster!
We had a disappointing visit at the downtown theater, and thought the east side would be better. It's not. At noon on a Saturday, there is no reason to have cold, stale popcorn.(I watched them grab a big plastic bag of pre-popped popcorn, and fill an empty hopper) and no reason to have filthy bathrooms. Until Regal raises their standards for their theaters, I won't be back.
The East Warren is a nice facility and the staff is always pleasant and helpful but I think, Northrock 14 is impacting its business. I'm old school and usually don't movie tickets online... I just wait until the movies initial rush of viewers has subsided (3 or 4 weeks after debut) then I just go, assuming I can buy tickets and see the show. Yesterday, I took my grandson and daughter to Northrock to see Endgame... guess what? No seats available. This kind of astounded me for a movie that came out a month ago or more. So, we loaded up to go to the Warren East and on the way I checked online to make sure I could get tickets. The first thing I noticed was the price. The Warren is more expensive. I wouldn't have have thought $1.00 would make much difference to a movie goer but I think it does... There were plenty of seats at the Warren. Maybe it was the later start time maybe not but the Warren movie cost is higher (than Northrock) across the board (adult, child, senior). Also, not sure what Northrock charges for a bottle of water but the Warren is $5.00. That's pretty outrageous!
They don't care about customers. They'll make rules so you won't get ur money back, or tell lies so they don't have to deal with you.
My wife and I have gradually become more and more disappointed, but this time we felt like we needed to share. After buying our tickets at the box office, we remembered to order a large popcorn in order to get a bucket instead of a leaky bag. At first we didn’t think there was any popcorn because the machine was empty and already cleaned out, but luckily they had some stored. We then went into our theatre, where unlike last time, they did have some media playing before the previews began. After taking a few bites of our stale popcorn we realized that instead of the theatres being comfortable and cool, they are now hot and hard to get comfortable in, which has been like that the last couple of visits. This time around the movie played great all the way up until the end credits. While we were viewing a couple of the credits the screen, sound, and lights were all turned off, so we had to exit in the dark along with a family with kids. This is a true sign to us that things are not going to get better. We felt as if we were kicked out and like those kids might get hurt leaving the theatre in the dark. The movie was great, but the experience was horrible!
Nice date night with the wife. We watched a movie in the Warren 21 where it cost a few dollars extra because all the seats recline. The only issue is they won't let you order alcohol beverage for two if that other person is not with you upon ordering. Otherwise we enjoyed movie an service. I would recommend
New online seat selection rocks.
Best theater Establishment in Wichita.
Very nice theatre. This place is complete with a bar and lounge, concession stands, arcade, and very large restrooms. There is a 21 and up section with headed and reclining seats. Overall a very nice place.
I am Kansas author Jae Byrd Wells and I approve of this theatre. Customers can float across beautiful carpet in an entertaining environment with it's festive decor. The friendly staff add to the experience. Delicious snacks can be acquired quickly. Most customers pick up after themselves, but the staff covers up for the rude ones giving you a safe environment. Family, couples, and teens love this hangout.
Nice theater, however the new owners Regal have upped all the prices on concessions, $5.95 for a small soda.
We saw a great show last night
Quality seems be going down. Popcorn was not fresh, no more flavored seasoning. I had to replace my drink cuz flavor I wanted ran out. Not the best experience. With AMC here now you would think it would be better or on point.
We go to the 21 here, love the comfy, roomy, reclining seats and drinking a beer while watching a movie.
This used to be one of my favorite places to see movies. Bill Warren always maintained the theater's well and the staff had the most impeccable customer service skills. Since Regal has taken over the theatres are often in a less than stellar condition, chairs are broken down and not repaired, drink holders are left dirty and sticky, trash may or may not be cleaned up. On my most recent visit we discovered the offerings at concession had been greatly pared back not only did they not have anything I wanted but they were out of literally all but 3 soad options meaning anyone that wanted anything more than rootbeer, Sprite, or Dr Pepper were out of luck. The staff was rude, short, and demonstrated no empathy for my frustration defining just about every experience I have had with a Regal trained staff member to date. They could barely be bothered to answer my questions about when these changes had taken place and what they actually offered now. I will be finding another place to see movies from now on. I wanted to like the change to Regal for the added rewards program and reserved seating options in some theaters but at every turn I'm just disgusted by every experience I have in a Regal theater.
We love all the Warren Theaters!! They are so comfortable and they offer a unique experience that you won't find every where.
I suffer from horrible panic attacks which has made going to see a movie difficult! But this theater was comfortable and awesome! I look forward to going again!
Nice theatre. Cocktails if you wish. Lots of movie options. Comfortable seating including heated seats. Matinee not overly crowded, if that's an issue.
a movie is legit 16 dollars a person here. go to amc northrock where the prices are somewhat normal as far as the tickets.
Always a good experience, not a bad value. The food and drinks are always a little pricey at theaters, I guess it's part of the experience. The place has been surprisingly well maintained and remains pretty clean. Hopefully it stays that way.
The Warren used to be the best and now it is awful! They changed the dining menu and the food was horrendous. The gouda mozzarella cheese bites were disgusting. They changed the salad dressings to bottled nasty ones. The salad had nothing on it. The food used to be so good and they ruined it! To pay 18.00 for the balcony just isn't worth it now! Fix it or I am out!
We were all 17 and had our ID’s and they didn’t let us in because one guy (the oldest guy in the group) lost his wallet and only had a picture of it. Then did not get decent help until customer service treated us like real people. Never come here, not treated like customers at all.
They need better enforcement of their handicapped spaces. It's bad enough on parking but when they don't have violators towed, it shows they don't care much about ADA compliance or actual handicapped access. This makes it harder than it should be to take my daughter to see a movie.
Great customer service. Superb value. Clean and comfortable. Parking is abundant.
I enjoyed this theater when it was owned by Warren. Now that it is owned by Regal the place has went down hill. The menu used to be great with plenty of options. Now the menu has completely changed with fewer options and higher prices . The quality of food is poor. The sound quality is not as crisp. I was very disappointed with my visit.
Great place to take your kids to the movies or if you want to just go on a date they have the warren 21. Definitely recomnd this one.
Honestly I love going to the movies and I use to love going here. Its normally very clean and good sound teams. With that said it smelled like pee. I even called them about it telling them I was sitting in Auditorium 18 and it smelled like urine. I went the week after into auditorium 1... Same smell. It makes me sad to know that the staff their cares that little.
It's a nice fancy theater with a dinner concessions and elaborate decor, very art deck style unfortunately the theater seats are uncomfortable for a long movie. (have a bad back)
Best theater in the city. Really great snackx.
You seen Captain Marvel and I had a really good time I recommend everybody go out and see it this weekend and the food was pretty good at the Warren FYI if you're wanting one of the Captain Marvel glasses they are out at this time they don't have them in that was kind of a disappointment but otherwise I had a really good time the food was good and experience was excellent I recommend everybody to get out this weekend and enjoy the movie
The “new and improved” menu is nothing to be desired. We loved to come here and eat while watching the movie. The pretzels are different and totally gross. No hummus. No quesadillas. I’m just so disappointed.
Movies, seating, etc. Are all pretty good. The problem is they show adds at the beginning of each movie! I mean seriously, there shouldn't be adds at a movie theater of all places. Movie theaters are great because they can give a much better experience then simply watching a movie at home. However, the adds here really take away from the experience. I don't have adds when I buy a movie for a few bucks to watch at home, but when I pay more to watch a movie one time at the theater and then have adds, it's rediculous. Am I the only one that has a problem with this?
Less clean with new owners. More expensive concessions.....not as good as before from original Warren owners who sold it to Regal...its disappointing.
New owner diminishes the legacy. AMC theatres are better.
