Built for Ark City and Winfield to share it is really big and nice. Not as expensive as the Wichita Warrens (also not as big as those). Yummy popcorn and Icee's.

They need to empty trash cans between shows. They were over flowing when went in and still over flowing when we came out. And popcorn all over the floors every where. I have never seen it that bad.

It be better if they catered to the hearing apaired people better. Hearing headsets lack a good connection to the sound lots of static in headsets tried more than 3 headsets and all have the same problem. Take away from actually watching the movie since you can't hear it.

Went and seen Hotel Transylvania 3. Would have been nice to have an usher at the top of the ramp to help direct us to the right movie as we were told theatre 3 at the top of the ramp but when we got in there and waited, and waited, found out we were in the wrong spot and had to switch and get the worst seats. Other than that, good movie.

Normally I’ve had good experiences here but I took my daughter to watch the new Maze Runner movie last night and both employees, and what I’m assuming is the manager, were all rude. First of all, the movie starts at 4:20 and I didn’t know the doors opened at 4. When there’s only 1 guy behind the concession stand, they should at least give 30 minutes before the showtime to open up. I didn’t know the doors opened at 4 so I tugged the doors a little and stood outside confused, the manager came out to tell me they don’t open until 4 and he was hella rude about it. NO WHERE IS IT POSTED THAT THEY OPEN UP AT 4! I also wasn’t the only one who didn’t know this as an older couple went up to check the doors. Second, both male employees were so rude. Neither of them gave off good customer service. Neither of them had a smile on their faces. Both looked like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. When employees are upbeat and give off less attitude, it rubs off on people and makes the experience much more enjoyable. They need to work on this. Third, for some reason the volume of the movies seems low to me. I feel like I’m at home watching a movie and if anyone coughs/sneezes you’ll miss something important said in the movie. And I hate how they don’t completely turn all lights off when the movie starts.

Always cheap ticket prices. Concession prices are also a bit cheaper than other places. Some movies do not have previews or ads before them, which is great, but be aware you may be joining a movie in progress if you show up even a minute late!

Love the Rural vibe. Good film selection, a clean venue to watch a movie, and a fresh selection of snacks to keep you company. Take in a matinee this week to experience the peaceful ambiance of a nearly private viewing. Its great when I can whisper sweet nothings to my other half and not get yelled at by some little old lady who could be my grandmother.

Went and saw a GREAT movie and everything about the theater is really nice and amazing prices! But I couldn't fully enjoy the movie like I should have bc ignorant parents who literally stood my the stairs and allowed her child to run wild up and down the stairs and full tilt around the theater in a circle!!! Mind you this child was a toddler 3or4 at best! Shouldn't have been aloud to do so! A solution would be to have an employee check in on the movies playing every so often to make sure the customers are able to enjoy a good movie experience and want to come back! Bc after this experience I'm tempted to just drive the distance to another theater so I can be able to actually enjoy myself, and I feel like I should almost encourage other to do the same when a movie comes out they really want to see. Hope management can find a way to fix this situation whether it be my solution or another it just needs to be fixed.

Best movie theater between Ponca City, OK and Winfield, KS. Prices are super affordable too. We spend about $20 for 2 people. Just depends on what size popcorn we get. The theaters are always clean and staff is always friendly. This is our go to theater and it is so worth the drive. Definitely recommend!

What a treat this was! One of the best theater experiences I've had in a long time. I'm used to going to theaters that have all the bells and whistles. No this place doesn't have reclining chairs, but they are comfortable. I'm not a fan of popcorn, and they make delicious popcorn. The value of the kid's boxes are a steal! As is the admission of you go before 6pm. It's only $5!!! They don't have reserved seating, but that's okay. You just show up a bit early, and you're good to go. It is what a theater experience was 15+ years ago. Admission, and snacks for three (not sparing any expense) still kept me under $30!!!! We are big movie goers in my family, and I have to say that this is enough for me to want to move from Texas to Ark City just to be near a wonderful theater. It was that enjoyable!!! Please visit this gem. You'll definitely enjoy the movie experience here!

It's always nice and well maintained. I wish they would have given a epilepsy warning for the new incredibles movie. However it's otherwise always a good time. Decent prices on movies and food and drinks. Went and saw tag and it was a very clean theater.

As long as you avoid screen 1, this is a nice, well ran, theater. In the last few months I have noticed that on screen 1 there is a wall light on the left side of the screen that does not dim when the movie starts. I asked an employee to dim it, and she said it was broken, and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward a couple of months, and sure enough, the bright light is still shining on the screen. An easy fix would be to remove the light bulbs from the fixture. Also, screen 1 appears dim compared to other theaters, and flickers ever so slightly. Avoid screen 1 until they can make some much needed repairs.

Went on a Friday night. There was a long line of course but it moved very fast, I was impressed. We went to the 7:10 show and it was a good experience. Popcorn was good. The movie was great. I'm glad we didn't have to drive all the to Wichita to enjoy a good movie at a nice theater. I will be going back when I get a chance.

They try to serve you quickly. A bit hard to do when there is a line out the door for tickets at a matinee. They just need to turn down the volume. Sound tends to be a little overwhelming until you adjust or get involved in the show.

Full disclosure: I've actually never seen a movie here. I just stopped in here to get some information and try to find an individual that was there at the time. However, both people I talked to were extremely nice and helpful, offered to go out of their way to help and the place was clean (front of house and bathroom) and smelled like popcorn, just like a theater should. I might head down here to watch a movie just to see if it's always that good!

Small town theater that manages the big name releases well. Crowds move quick, the ticket lines aren't ever I've rather top awful, snacks are great prices compared to the Warren Theaters, and the showrooms are fairly clean. The sound isn't as booming or fully immersive as you would expect from a theater, but you'll notice it if you frequent other theaters

There needs to be a system put in place to know if someone is getting a refill or if they have already received it. Maybe some kind of check mark on the container, that way you ensure nobody is trying to pull a fast one.
