We went to see Maleficent at theater 3. The lighting of the movie was so low we could not distinguish what was on the screen. We complained to the staff and no one knew how to fix the problem. What a waste of money!

Wasnt a bad theater. The seats were comfortable, it wasnt very clean but it was a busy night. The theater we were in, #2, was extremely hot and felt like there was no air. The bathrooms couldve been cleaner. I've seen worse, so for a small town theater it was decent.

I think B&B did a good job buying out and refurbishing this theater. Initially they struggled with the staff, especially the managers, but overall it is a very convenient location to take the family to a movie.

My husband and I went to B &B for Valentine's Day and watched 'Happy Death Day 2U'. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. The chairs recline and go back, so you can watch movies in complete comfort. We totally loved it and we will be going back!

My fiance and I had our first experience at the new theater yesterday for a viewing of A Quiet Place and we couldn't have been more pleased. The ticket prices were more than reasonable, even more so when you join the loyalty program online (I believe you can register at the box office, too). After reserving some excellent seats we were treated to excellent service, comfortable seating (ample room for handicapped patrons as well), top quality sound and picture, and a great overall vibe. I feel privileged to have such a quality theater so close to home. Great job, B&B!

I've lived in Leavenworth, Ks for almost 2 yrs and had yet 2 visit B and B Theatres here n town. I went and saw IT: Chapter Two today and experienced the theater for the 1st time. It's an awesome place to visit. Great ticket prices, clean. Highly recommended.

Everything was great except when I needed to use the handicap restroom, waited 10 minutes for the occupant to vacate only to find it was the manager in there. They have only that one single handicap bathroom and the non-handicapped manager was in there for 10 minutes!

The movie was good, but they got expensive after that remodel, used to be able to go and get food for like 30 for 3 people just spent over 50 for 3. The chairs are nice and comfy though just not really worth the money.

Recently updated and vastly improved. Has "leather" recliners with a lot of space between rows. Food was fresh and reasonably priced. Only down side is a couple of the theaters are a bit warm.

I don't go to many theaters but this one is nice since they remodeled. They have the pour-your-own butter setup, which I believe is a requirement, but some theaters still lack. The recliner seats are cozy and there's tons of isle space. My only complaint is that it seems to be popular with kids that can't keep their mouth shut during a movie, but that's not the theater's fault. Just saying, expect annoying kids.

We bought 3 tickets online for Joker and couldn’t make the show because I was called into work. We didn’t want a refund because we’ve been waiting for this movie to be released. There wasn’t a way to change our tickets to another day online so we called the theater. The voicemail on the phone is automated and hangs up on the customer without the option to speak to a person. So, I guess my family didn’t see the movie, never got to speak with anyone, and lost $31.29. I think in a world that runs on technology, there should’ve been an easier solution to this problem. ☹️

I took my grandson to see Avengers for a school out treat. No one in the theater could hear the movie. Others besides us went out to complain and were told they were trying to fix it, which it never was. We were not offered another ticket, money back, nothing. My grandson was so disappointed. He has been so excited about seeing this movie. I would not recommend B & B to anyone.

We had been unable to go to the movies for years due to my wife's health issues. The seats were just too hard and uncomfortable for her to be able to enjoy the movie. Unless we put out the big bucks and go to one of those VIP theaters, we pretty much waiting until the films came out on disc. Enter B&B in Leavenworth. Every theater has comfortable recliners with plenty of aisle walking room, even in their fully reclined position. The cup holders are big enough to accommodate any size drink and the seats wide enough for you to comfortably set your popcorn next to you. The staff is friendly, the facility clean, and the snack selection very generous. I love being able to go online and not only order our tickets but to reserve our seats, as well

Great experience. Joseph the shift manager was top notch, and super professional both attitude and appearance. Beer prices were a little too high, even for a movie theater. The scrren size isnt huge, but the seating more than makes up for it.

I recently visited B&B Theatre in Leavenworth, KS. The movie and food were great, but I was appalled at the representation from the assistant manager. He said several cuss words to the staff (loudly) that my 10 year olds overheard. They asked me why he was so angry. The staff seemed compliant and were courteous, but the assistant manager, Jonathan, handled "business" horribly. The first thing we heard as we walked into the theatre was him fussing at the staff. I was mortified when my daughter asked me what the word "f***" meant as we exited the movie.

Since B&B bought this theater it is a vast improvement from its previous state. Since they have added reclining seats it is more industry standard and the facility is a lot cleaner than what it used to be. Prices increase is not as drastic as one might believe for a good movie experience. Would 1 Star for Staff 1 star for facility 2 stars for the atmosphere of B&B -1 star for location, it is a bit out of the way from the main drag and parking is limited.

Purchased 5 tickets online early to see detective Pikachu. Got to the theater and was told projector was down and we could see the movie an hour later. Our reserved seats however were already purchased. We agreed to sit behind our 3 kids so we could keep an eye on the kids. An hour later when we get to the theater we find that our seats that we reserved were taken. The staff blamed it on the system and said it double booked, our only option at this point was to sit in the handicap seats that we would have to move from if anyone was in need of them. Going to a movie shouldn't involve this many headaches....

My wife is working in St. Joe during the summer. When driving back-n-forth between KCI and St. Joe, I noticed a sign advertising Leavenworth. Shortly after, we visited and really fell in love with the quaint downtown area. During our second visit to Leavenworth, we watched the movie Tag at the new Landing 5 and really enjoyed the experience. So glad that the theater was refurbished. Definitely will return for another movie in the coming weeks.

The prices are only a dollar or two more than what it was before. The entire staff has been professional during the transition. The prices are still well below what they are in Kansas City. And when they reopen..the theater will be 100xs better than what it has been. Anxiously awaiting the reopening in March.

Went to the new B&B in Leavenworth yesterday to watch Avengers Infinity War.. half way through the movie the projectors overheated and the movie was shut off.... they have new seats .. but the screen and sound is still the same old garbage So much for brand new. Slapping paint on an outhouse does not make it a mansion

Omg went to watch IT chapter 2. I hate scary movies but the family wanted to go. So easy to buy tickets online. Pick your seats. Which are reclining seats. Very comfortable. To my surprise they have a bar. Thank god cause I needed it. The bartenders pour was perfect. One of the employee's put on a yellow rain coat and carried red balloons!!!! What a great touch to scare me even more. Will definitely be going back. Thank you B&B Theater in Leavenworth, KS

3rd time seeing a movie here and will probably be my last. I was rudely talked to and treated by staff and management. We couldn't hear the movie at all and at one time the rumbling from the other room was so bad no one could hear. WE talked to staff and were told two different stories. One story was the walls weren't sound proof, they would turn up the volume for us to hear and turn down the other, the door were kept open until I shut them, and we could hear them talking in the booth. Watched a man flirting with some teen every time I needed something. Don't think we're going back after this.

This is a small theater which is its charm. I believe that there are 4 theatres. Good place to take children. They offer matinees which are cheaper. Very nice theatre.

Very good seating, picture, and sound quality. Snacks and food are above average and not horribly overpriced. A consistent issue is the bass from one screening being audible in another, which can be quite distracting if an action scene is happening during an emotional one next door. Well trained friendly staff, a good selection of films, and affordable pricing make Landing five a consistently positive experience.

Very clean theater. Very clean bathrooms. The staff was quick to clean up after the patrons. The seats are amazingly comfortable. I am a plus size girl and I had plenty of room to sit comftably in my chair. The chairs reclines and still left plenty of space for people to walk. I live 40 minutes away from this theater and would come back every time versus going to our local theater.

First visit to the newly renovated local theater. Had heard that the entire theater had undergone a remodel. It was a great surprise. The sound is excellent and it is so nice to have stadium seating. Staff is very friendly and welcomind. Looking forward to remaining local for the movie. Looking forward to seeing what movies will be offered. Took my brother to the theater and he is in a wheelchair and it was great to have the option for wheelchair seating within the row.

Maybe a little bit pricier than local people are used to but their attempt to compete with AMC is obvious and I think they're doing a good job at it. I tried a beer and didn't like it and the boss there let me exchange it for a mixed drink and the mixed drink was excellent. Very good service.

Movie was scheduled at 630 but at 625 tornado sirens went off and I had to return home to ensure my disabled wife and disabled son were safe. I went back to theatre at 10 b/c I thought they had a 1030 showing scheduled. They didnt but the manager put the movie on another screen for me to watch.

It's a small theatre so the screens aren't big but the sound is surprisingly good. The doors are prone to splashing light on the screen as kids run in and out. There are double doors, so adults give one set time to close to keep light out, but kids run too quick letting light in. Snacks are great and about the same price as most theaters, which is way too much. The best part though is that EVERY SIZE gets free refills! This is my kid theater. We go see a matinee so everyone is $5 and they can eat and drink as much as they want. Best deal around! Admittedly, if I want to watch a new action movie I head to the Legends for a bigger screen and less door based interruptions. But the Legends does cost quite a bit more and doesn't offer free refills. It's a great local theater that's family friendly!

Been coming to this theater the last 5 years. I'm happy B&B bought it and did great job with renovations including much more comfortable modern seating as well as better sound. I like being able to have a beer or two while watching too! And the staff has been perfect every time with the new ownership. Going again today with my 10yr old son to watch VENOM!

I love the comfortable seating. The only thing I didn't care for was I bought a whole row of seats and they would not accept checks. They only accept them if their registers are down. Well, if they can take a check when their system is down, why not all of the time? The staff was very pleasant about the whole thing and I didn't get upset, it just would have been easier for me to use a check. Still an awesome theater!

First visit after the renovation, and it was fantastic! Super comfortable seating, staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. The women's bathroom stalls were too small to bring my preschooler in with me without painful contortions, but they were very clean.

matinee's are a rip off. And the "food" choices are a joke. $12 for a personal bag of chips with a tiny dip cup of cheese.... It cost almost $100 to see a day movie on a Sunday. I'm not impressed, what happen to being able to afford to see a movie with your children? Also we where not even informed that we couldn't even sit as a family until after we purchased our tickets and bought "food". Yeah so a family outing turned into being separated. If we had been informed we would have gone to a different movie or a different day.

Great local theater. Really like the remodel. The new seats are really comfortable. It does take a while to get tickets so get there early. The bathroom is small. They serve Pepsi products. They also have a small bar area. The seats are reserved. The staff is courteous and friendly.

Theatre was very nice. Staff was unpleasant. Waited 20 minutes in line to purchase tickets & food. Took another 45 minutes to get a hot dog. Website posted a 1 pm start time but started at 140. CANNOT STAND MOVIE STARING LATER THAN PLANNED. Movies are always good, but have never waited so long to get through a line. Clearly need more staff for premiers of new movies. Heard other customers complaining about assigning seat issues (seats that don't exist, double seat assignments & so on). Rather attend legends from now on

I found God in this theater. The staff lived up to the name of B&B. The young girl who appeared to be the manager was so helpful in my exchange of tickets and walked me through the movie pass malfunction. I believe her name was Alex. Thank you B&B for saving my soul and truly helping in this dark dark time in my life. I don't think I would be here if it wasn't for B&B. Alex was the light at the end of my tunnel.

Went to see the meg it was a good movie and the theater was nice of course the prices were a bit much but you get what you get what you pay for. The place was very clean and all the staff were very nice. At the end of the night they give out the rest of the popcorn for free.
