I love taking the kids here!! We have an annual membership so we enjoy Science City, movies and Planetarium often! My only complaint is the website and phone access!! Never can find out what movie is playing or get hold of anyone at Union Station to ask questions. Very frustrating continually. But we love Union Station!

Great theatre! They have awesome special showings sometimes... some movies can be low-volume (could be due to the showing of older films). Concessions and ticket folks have been supremely fantastic!! Kind, generous, flexible, helpful...and more!

This place is bias against those that ride buses even if they shop at the KC Country Club Plaza. There was a sign saying no bags bigger than 16x16x12. None of my bags were but after buying a ticket for Melissa and one for myself an indignant bleached blonde female manager refused us entry. The I was told I would have to wait in a long line of 13 individuals to get my refund but the U.S. government tax and state tax was not returned. I sent an email to the company no reply so at each opportunity I'll anecdotal retell my story online in social media and here on Google. DON'T USE THIS CINEMA -- BOYCOTT IT!

Theatre was nice but the seats weren't comfortable compared to the updated seating in other theater locations. It also was not the easiest place to locate. A few people were confused on where to find it.

Only downside is the movie infinity war did not cover the whole screen. Like 1/3 of the screen was a black block and I had to awkwardly look up. Recommendation for optimal seating would have been nice

I love taking the kids here. It is never crowded, the screen is huge, and the prices are great! It has an old school feel to the seats, so if you're looking for updated seats and fancy upgrades this isn't the place to go. But for affordable tickets and snacks and no large crowds to push through with the kids, this is a great option.

Star Wars, The Force Awakens in 3D was a nice experience. Audio was not over the top loud and 3D did not become uncomfortable. $10 even (No Taxes) night or day showing seemed very reasonable.

Nice theater with a big screen and comfortable seats. Tickets, popcorn, and large drink were $5 each (with free refills on the popcorn and drink). They'll also validate parking for up to three hours. Good family destination at Union Station.

It's the best theater I've ever been in. Huge screen, tons of seating. Prices are amazing. They admittedly do not have movie selection of multiplexes, but you cannot be disappointed by the movies they do have. Cannot say enough positive stuff about it.
