Amazing theater. Wonderful seating and great staff. Only complaint that I had was that there are no dividing walls between the men’s urinals in any of the men’s restrooms. Other than that it’s a great theater.

Nice theater. Good job for keeping it clean with all the trash people leave every where. Since this has a bar, you have to 21 or have an adult with you. This has only been a challenge for us once, & I didn't mind. I will support a business that closely adheres to the laws for the protection of all patrons. This is our #1 pick for movie going! Leather reclining seats. Order food online & they will bring it to you. First rate, mate!

Pros: A well maintained 24/7 grocery store; produce is so so, but meats are the best bargain around. Cons: Weird and/or drunk dudes seem to propagate the area post 11PM on weekends.

Pretty good place, but some of the theatres are starting to show their age with faded & worn stadium seats. There is also a lot if sound bleed-through between Dolby surround sound and non-surriund sound theatres. Food is WAAAAAY overpriced.

Clean, great interior feel, very easy to navigate and find the correct auditorium. Bathrooms are in several easy to find places from whichever auditorium you're currently seated inside. Saw a great movie! Had a wonderful experience with my friends and family!

I was charged $5+ for a SMALL water. When I told the girl that the sign said a small water was $4.29, with an attitude she said it depends on the size. I told her I got a small, and the sign only has two options for water- small and large. She then said it was because of the brand. A Dasani water allegedly cost $4.25, and a Smart Water the exact same size cost $4.99 (this was not listed anywhere), and a large cost $5+. That is either really bad marketing to rip people off, or these high schoolers need to be trained to read. This was around 7:40pm on August 2, 2019. There is no way a sign should say a small water is one price with no fine print to specify it's based on the brand. These reasons are why theaters can't stay afloat. It's nice that the aisle are spacious enough not to disturb people when walking by, and comfortable seating, but if I'm being swindled, I'd rather take the uncomfortable seats elsewhere.

Great theater, staff was pretty awesome. The only thing was at the end of the movie they started to flash the lights to try and kick us out, but it was before thebend credit scenes. I get it was a late movie but that felt rude. Overall though pretty great experience.

So much nicer since they upgraded their location. All seats are the reserved kind, with the leg controls to make it comfy. Much cleaner and well maintained than it was before. Now our favorite theater.

My husband and I love this theatre! It's not very often we actually go out to see a movie, but Ward Parkway AMC is our personal favorite. The staff have always been so helpful & the patrons are kind & polite.

I have been going to this theater since the 90's and it has changed a lot over the years. I even worked here from 97-00. This is my favorite theater i have been to not only for the amenities available, but the history as well (both personnel and for the theater). The "new" reclining seats mean there are less seats per theater and they cost more per ticket, but having assigned seating and being able to get super conformable makes loosing yourself in the show that much easier.

Restrooms could use some work-dirty, soap and sink not working properly, toilet flushes too hard and sprays the seat. No customer service skills in the employee who brought our food to us. Cool idea to have food brought to us when the movie starts (if they get the order right). I missed the opening scenes because they missed several things. However, movie quality was amazing. Detective Pikachu was amazing! Great location in the mall, too.

Loved it. We went to see The Grinch. Very kid friendly, as we had 11 children under the age of 10. The kids pack with popcorn, gummy bears, and a drink for $7 bucks was affordable. We'll definitely do this again.

A smaller theater in terms of space, this is a terrific older AMC theater with big recliner seats you can reserve ahead of time. This location doesn't have the same bells and whistles the bigger locations have but I enjoy going here often.

The bar is always closed now; they apparently cant afford a bar tender for their bar!! REMOVE THE BAR OR STAFF THE BAR!! Sucks to show up early to enjoy a drink before a show and never know if it will be staffed or not after 5pm, very irritating and not going back!

Seating was comfortable but it was a pain having drinks as a self service. Children getting their own icees and drinks while running around sugar high was a disaster. Don't have self service things at places that are full of children. So many lids lost to the floor that day.

Seating is great, nice atmosphere and snacks, theaters are very comfortable and spacious. Ward Parkway is a top tier movie theater. However, you have to be 18+ to purchase a ticket no matter what movie you’re going to see. So if you’re under 18, you’re out of luck. If it wasn’t for this I would rate the theater 5 stars easily, they deserve it.

If you're just wanting to catch a casual matinee or a weeknight movie, this theater is perfectly acceptable. If you're trying to catch a movie you're really excited to see, you're probably better off driving a littler further for a better viewing experience. Tucked into the mall, there's only so much they can do to upgrade the experience; don't expect stacked theater seating or the largest screens.

Not bad... the seats could use headrests for when they are leaned back, and the button is in an awkward place where it's easy to bump. They also looked a little dirty. The overall theater looked nice and the sound/projection were good.

The assigned seats are great and being an A List member is definitely worth it if you have a family and go at least 3 times a year. But there are times when the movie next to you is louder, and it can be concerning as you think the walls between the theaters will collapse. But overall, a good experience.

This theater was amazing! They had reclining seats, a full bar, a slushee machine & a pretty extensive food menu. In our city there are 2 major theaters and they don't offer any of those things. They're pretty run of the mill. My friend & I were so impressed we were taking pictures. It was a great experience & I would love to go back if I'm ever in the area. Luckily our tickets were purchased for us, so I'm not sure what all these amenities cost but I certainly enjoyed myself in the "fancy" theater.

I've been to a lot of local theaters and the Ward Parkway AMC is by far the best in town. It's always clean and the leather recliners are very comfortable and have a lot of room. More so then any other theater theirs recline way back leaving you with a lot of room in front and behind and next to you. It also has a bar in the theater for the patrons that are over 21 years old. For my family this is the only theater we go to now.

If comfort is your thing, this is definitely the place to come and relax and watch a movie. The recliners here are so comfortable, it's like being at home but with a bigger screen and surround sound. I came here with my mother, even though she was in a wheelchair, there's some ramps and handicap spots that was helpful in this theater. The staff here are very friendly and informative too. I like how you can pick your own seats if you come early enough too.

It's your standard movie theater. Be prepared to walk if you are only coming to this location for a movie. AMC is tucked away in the middle of a mall. You'll have to deal with mall traffic etc. Seats were adequate. Sky high concessions,the average.

A lot of fun. The theatres have really good reclining seats that let you almost lay down fully and still be at a great angle for the screen. Four seats in a group allows you to sit with your group or kids and keep track of them easily and the seats work well if a kid wants to curl up with you. Join AMC stubs for possible discounts through the app and skip the line.

I am a huge fan of AMC theaters! I love the reclining seats and compared to other theaters in the area these are the most comfortable! The ability to book a specific seat ahead of time allows me to show up 5 minutes before a movie and not fight for a good seat is incredible!

I hope that the health department comes soon to clean up all the roaches and rats that this theater houses. The crew is the worst/laziest group of people I have ever came in contact with. I would recommend any other AMC if you truly want an Amazing experience. Management only gossips about each other in front of guests. The only thing fresh in this theatre is the popcorn and maybe the nachos because nobody has to prepare it. This place needs to be shut down, inspected, and re-staffed.

This is -a- fave movie theater on the planet due to their easy parking, amazing local beer selection, and proximity to Trader Joe’s/home goods/tjmaxx/target. You simply won’t be able to leave tho because the traffic on either side is abysmal. Make a day of it on say a Wednesday. Shop your non perishables, Go to an early Matinee and then Get groceries but LEAVE before school/university/after work traffic.

We do the AMC Stubs package so we can go two three movies per week for 20 a month. It is worth it. This theater is a lot like all the others. Clean with big comfy chairs that can recline. smaller theaters that aren't very busy usually. They do server alcohol.

Ward Parkway, is one of the oldest Remodels of AMC Theatres, but it has Great Customer Service, Great Cleanliness levels and VERY Friendly Employees throughout. We like talking to the employees because they give us reviews and good conversation. They have GREAT sense of Humor also and they show that they enjoy their work.

I did not like the customer service. I asked to watch the movie that start at 10:30. They gave me the one that start at 10. And when I came back to ask them fixed they gave me ard time. I wne at 10:40 asked to go in 10:30 who did she give me the ticket for the one that start at 10 I don't now. Bad

This is a pretty great theater. The reclining seats are great to have. Each theater that I've been in is relatively small which I find nice. The worst thing about this theater, but it would be any theater in general, are the snack prices. A large drink is like $6 and a large popcorn is like $9. That's just ridiculous. But overall, it's a good place to go see a movie.

Ward Parkway is a good theater. But as the 1st multi-screen theater, it definitely needs more love! The power reclining seats are comfortable & easy to operate. Each theater has LCD screens now to let you know what movie is playing or if the theater is currently being cleaned. This makes it easier to update movies now or broadcast info. There's a full bar. But would nice if it had a Dolby theater in it or something else to make it truly special. Please AMC this is your very 1st theater. Make sure everyone else knows it too.

This is my favorite local theater if I want to see a standard or 3D showing. Clean theaters and friendly staff. You can reserve your seats in advance to sit where you want. If you have time to kill, there is plenty of shops inside Ward Parkway to keep you occupied for a while.

First time I ever been to this theater is I had a pretty good experience. Someone had brought their baby into an rated R movie and started to get restless and cry. Staff came in and escorted them out of the theater.

Well I am definitely not a big movie person but that's only because I lack time. Loved the fact that I had a wide comfortable recliner seat to myself. The cup holder is wide enough for my drink. The fact that there were only a certain amount of chairs, which meant no over crowding! Laid back like I would be at home. The bar just made me so happy, it actually felt homey. I must say though the popcorn was to expensive nearly 10 bucks, but that was overlooked with me being so comfy n all. The location does in fact need a lot of help as far as parking, visually it definitely needs help. I have gone shopping there yet it has never caught my interest or desire to enter. Until my son's had taken me for a movie I really really wanted to see. Yes I will definitely go back!

I had used the Theater many times and it costs more that most in the area, but I was not looking for "low cost". I accidentally had forgotten my wallet after my brother invited me to watch a movie with him. He carries cash and was not prepared for the cost. I used the app on my phone and called my wife for a cc number to pay for our tickets. When we were going in I found I was thirsty and asked for a drink of water. They refused to provide any tap water. Someone in another line offered to pay for my water and gave him $5 and the person behind the counter said it was $6.50 not $5. I could not believe the ridiculous greed. After paying so much for a ticket, then watch them try to rip me off, and then scam another customer. I had never been there without a credit card. Glad I had lost mine to learn that pure greed drives their business, not caring about customers.

Still relatively good theater seats are excellent as their atypical full recliners.unfortunately snack bars located towards the front and if you're in a further theater it's a long way to go to get a refill on a Coke product. Parking is problematical for handicapped people which I am one, there's five spots right next to the theater five or six spots dispersed at the bottom entrance below the theater and a little bit further to get in but there is an elevator.
