One star because I can't give less. This place seems designed to make you think its better than other theaters under this flagship but I can say this place is AWFUL compared to AMC Olathe as an example. The mere fact that you can't order at your seat in a dine in theater is very odd compared to other dine ins I've been in. Also don't bother coming if you are an A-list member it means nothing here. Good to know I'm paying a monthly fee to get ignored in my "priority line" five times.

I hate these theaters. Choose seats just to come in and find them already taken. I'm not fighting anyone over seats but what's the point if no body is seat checking? A list line takes forever here. Can't count how many minutes I've missed paying for this premium service just to be stuck in the so called express line.

It's a beautiful looking movie theater with nice leather reclining,seats, except for the wooden table trays that make it hard to get in and out of your seats. The food and drink are very pricey and the soda seems very watered down, probably to save money.

Lost one star bc two different times, I trusted that the food would be delivered seatside after ordering, and ended up going back out to get it during the movie.

Good place to watch a movie. I usually go on Tuesdays and it's never packed. Ordered food to be delivered in the theater. It's a bit pricey but the food is good quality.

Loved it! We didn't do a dine-in movie, just regular theater with recliners. Cup holder and little tray to hold our goodies. Theater is clean and comfortable.

I'm from out of town and wanted to watch a movie around 9pm. This was the closest one so I figured I would give it a try. I have always seen on the news about shootings in the neighborhood around here. I'm the kind of guy that doesn't get too nervous or uneasy around rough crowds. But the crowd here makes you feel uneasy. Which is weird because I've been to some really bad run down neighborhoods and never felt uneasy. This place gives you a false sense of security because the buildings and lighting looks like an upper class neighborhood. Upon entering the theater there were three cops sitting at the table and the ticket lady looked unthousiact and didn't want to be there. I preceded to order food and the lady said they would bring it to me. I asked if I needed the receipt and she laughed at me like I was stupid or something. I didn't know if I needed it or not this was the first time here and first ever dine in. Well the food came (nachos supreme) and looked really good, tasted even better. But the problem is they put some kind of wax paper on the bottom and it gets soft from soaking up the cheese. If you try to eat it with a fork you get paper with it. I ended up eating on chip at a time and wasting half of it. Because I couldn't finish it with the fork. Sucks because that was an 18 dollar dish. On the other hand the best thing was the reclining leather seats, really comfortable. When the movie was over about midnight I walked out and there was a cop still sitting there slouched and on his phone. All in all I don't think I'll be coming back here.

Definitely gone down hill since they changed to AMC and they don't live up to AMC standards either. Food quality is poor, people cooking the food have no concern about the quality, no one is monitoring food to be taken to people in their seats. After over 45min of issues they refunded our food completely and gave us double free passes to any AMC of any type which is only reason they are getting 2 stars and not 1.

This was our first experience with a movie theatre that is dine-in and it was great. We didn't have a meal, but we loved the comfort of those electric recliners and lots of leg room. As an AMC member, I could pick our seats and pay online (and the seats were great), so we skipped the box office line and went straight. Great way to see a movie.

All movies except IMAX are recliners and so comfortable. Leg room to use the restroom without making your nieghbor move. Environment is comfortable. You can order at concessions and have it delivered to your seat. Burgers, pizza aka flat bread, ultimate nachos, Buffalo wings and the list goes on.

Not your typical Movie experience seating is divine, I would almost say I could fall asleep while waiting for the movie the seats are so comfortable. The dine-in aspect you're going to pay quite a bit but the food is delicious. You can even have them bring you the food directly to your seat. By far one of my favorite theaters in Kansas City. Staffing very friendly and very accommodating.

This movie theater has 13 wide reclining seating movie screening rooms. There is one IMAX screened theater. The reclining seats offer a rotating tray to hold food and beverages as you enjoy your movie. Ordered food is brought to your seating location. There are an abundance of parking behind the theater to include a free covered garage, which are conveniently accessible after the movie through well positioned exits.

First time here and we purchased tickets online. When you arrive, there are no signs that say where to go for online tickets. We stood in line just to be told to go right to the ticket checker and she scanned our QR codes. I loved how small the theater is and the reclining seats are amazing. A major downfall is the waitstaff serving people food and walking up and down aisles finding people. They were obstructing the view way too frequently. It's definitely worth it for $5 Tuesdays though.

It is expensive but their food was good, the movie screens are awesome and we had a great time. The bathrooms are huge. The lines were not bad. I bought my tickets online and we just got out at code scanned at the desk when we got there. Easy peasy. Comfy adjustable seats. Movable table tops at each seat are convenient. Bring a jacket if you get cold, because it's always freezing in here. Park in the parking garage for the easiest access. Free parking.

Love the seating. They have recliners with lots of space , tables, and stadium height. Use the app to buy tickets and select seats in advance, then just walk into the theater, no hassle. This location, however, needs to get their food delivery to your seat working again. The food is good, and there's a bar. When it's all working, it's far and away the best cinema experience ever.

Nicely updated, comfortable theatre. Sound is good and very loud when theatre is not full. They offer in-theatre dining but I did not do that on this trip. Seats are large recliners with swivel food tables. Chairs are dangerously comfy and my hubby tends to fall asleep in them.

A very good experience! IMAX screen is enormous. The sound level was just right - immersive but not deafening or angina-inducing, which can be unusual. So many places think the sound experience of a film is all about maximum volume. - Concessions were good, staff were helpful, facility was clean. A nice place to spend an evening!

I love this theater! well, mostly. I really enjoy the spacious and comfortable seating and the super polite staff.... but, we tried the dine in part tonight and it faired poorly. Our food never arrived. I had to leave my movie in order to find the food, and I wasn't the only one. The staff, of course prepared my order again, but waiting for cost me 15-20 minutes of a great movie I had paid to see. Not sure what the disconnect was, but hopefully it'll get fixed soon! I'll still be back, sans the dining in.

This theater is consistently disappointing. They will routinely take regular customers over their Stubs Premiere customers first defeating the purpose of the entire program. Multiple times I have been there it takes an extra 15 or 20 minutes to get the movie started if it ever starts at all. Most of the employees seem confused about what their purpose is and the managers are even worse. I would recommend literally any other theater in town first.

I've always had a great experience at this theater, the people are friendly and work as quick as the little space they have will let them. I am an A-list member so I hear from a lot of people that its not fair our line gets helped before the other line with non members. If yall would pay the extra $20 a month like we do then you'll get the service we do, we pay extra for that kind of service so I can not believe how some of the customers treat the employees because if this. It's a shame, and someone needs to educate these people on that!

My husband picked the seats so I was too close to the screen. I will say I did enjoy the very roomy seats with swivel out table with cup holder. I am not sure if it just the movie I was watching but I would hear the sound systeam crackle every once in a while. I thought the food was over priced and just mediocre. Maybe it is just the nachos but I will eat next time before I go. I did not order any alcohol so I can not say anything about the bar service. Other then that it was just like going to any movie theater.

It's a nice theater I liked it when it was I think Phoenix theaters before. The big issue I have with it is that some of the seats don't recline. For example: I was in theater 13 and the seats didn't recline. Since they don't lean back or move at all without the electronics it's very uncomfortable.

Was uncomfortably hot in the theater and IMAX was a waste of money. The bigger screen was cool, but that was it. Seats had no recline or give and made you sit straight up. The consession lobby was disgusting.. couldnt even fill our outrageously priced sodas without getting our shoes stuck to the floor. Doubt our family would ever return. Understandable now why it was the only theater around with seats left for Avengers: End Game.

This place was great... A full bar,and food. Very clean. I want on a Thursday night at 745 and it was not crowded at all. The bathroom was spotless. The seats were very comfortable reclining with a small table and a cup holder in the table. The movie sounded good and no problem with the film. Its location was in a outside mall. The surrounding shops closed at 900, but it was nice to walk around after the movie.

Usually it is a good experience here. However the snack counter clerk over charged me and wouldnt give me a receipt. I was very excited to see the Lion King and a fussy infant baby was loud through most of it. The attendant should of asked her to step out. Everyone kept looking at her because she was ruining the movie. The ad played dont ruin the movie but she did.

AMC legends 14 is nice. Recently renovated and has new recliner seats in all theaters. The video and audio quality are good. The dine in tables are a little bit of an inconvenience. And during our last movie our seats wouldn't recline but we were able to move seats so it was only a minor problem.

Love this place! Great movie theater! The dine in experience is a little expensive. Food was really good though. The burgers are amazing! I would def order food here again if it wasn’t so expensive. The theater portion is fantastic. Great screen quality and the seats are super comfy! My only suggestion is to lower the price for food items or have certain days of the week where food price is reduced, this might being in more customer. Also, have a customer appreciation or date night event where once a month you offer 5 dollar tickets for any showing all day long to include evenings. Just my 2 cents..

Impressive place. Not impressed with the service. For such an innovative concept, dont overlook personnel needs. The servers taking orders were very indifferent. I let him know he put in the wrong seats. I even asked him if he got it fixed, he said yes. But when the food got there it went to the seats well across the theater. Have you ever tried to get someone's attention from across an IMax while the movie started? The food was not warm. Color me disappointed with my first dine in experience.

Reclining seats in almost all, if not all of the theaters. They bring your food to your seat in the dine-in theaters. Had the steak and shrimp bowl and can say it was worth the price. The food is exceptional for somewhere historically only known for popcorn and candy.

Great place to watch a movie, every seat is a recliner, and is first class. A little messy from previous movie goers last few times I was there, but tolerable. Typical high cost for food, but that's my complaint with most theaters. Screens are big, real big...great benefits in their rewards program so join before you go especially if you go a couple times a month and purchase tickets online.

Nice theater and it's AMC so there will be motorized recliners in the movie theater. You also can order your food at the concession stand and they will deliver it to your seat. If you have some time before a movie starts, this particular theater is in the center of an outlet shopping center. There are also many restaurants and hotels and a Nebraska Furniture in the area as well.

Concession is much too far from most of the screens, pop corn was out for first 30 minutes of screen time. Seating was amazing. Could use something for headrest, like an attached flip over head/neck rest. Maybe heated seats one day in the future. Otherwise expensive, unlimited refills make is wonderful, but once again.. Distance to refills..

Ever since AMC switched to the reserved seating model, I never seem to be able to get decent seats at a show time that works for me. It was a nice theater, but the fact that they have fewer seats means that if I make a decision to go see a movie on short notice, I frequently and stuck with seats either way down front or way off to the side. I really preferred the traditional movie theater model where I could just go in and pick my own seats when I got in there. I live so close to this theater that it seems like it should be convenient to just pop over and see a movie on short notice. Both times I've done that recently, the only two seats that were available were in the first two rows. I now just go elsewhere.

I'm sure it great if you pay a monthly membership to become a VIP. But I stood in concession line for 15 extra minutes. Everytime I was next another VIP member came up and was taken first. Then they had to decide what they wanted. All I was trying to get was a couple drinks. Then when we get in theater room there was some kind of greasy oily substance on one of our seats.

This was so much more than I was expecting it to be, the IMAX screen was HUGE, they had an amazing interior design with great food options AND they brought ordered food right to your seat. This is pretty much my go-to theater, because of location. It's been managed much better by AMC than under previous management. They have most modern AMC amenities (IMAX, recliners, etc). Staff is always nice. Place is always clean.

This theater doesn't seem to draw big crowds (which is a good thing!). There's usually one or two people working the ticket stand and the same for concessions. The theaters are a great smaller size with reclining comfortable chairs. The staff were very respectful and friendly. This is my favorite AMC near me and I plan to visit often.

It was horrible I my daughter to see Avengers Endgame for the first time. Unfortunately we couldn't sit next to each other no problem there just 2 seats between us. But the 2 people between talked through the whole movie. That kept giving away what was going on before it happened. Which ruined my experience and my daughter's. I will not come back to this theater ever again. If i had time i would have complained to management.

This theater is very clean and the staff is always pleasant. I typically buy my tickets online and am able to just go to the ticket taker without waiting in additional lines. I like the ability to pick my seat and even have food brought to my seat. I will continue to come to this location

AMC theaters are usually pretty nice theaters and this particular one is exactly that. A very well kept theater that manages to keep everything quick and orderly with the sheer volume of people that flock to this theater. Your nachos are always nice and hot. The actual movie rooms don't have popcorn littered everywhere.......John Wick 3 was great by the way. LOL

The manager was Amazing! I believe his name was Jason, however.. my husband, 2 sons and I went tonight to see Annabell comes home and there was 4 women sitting next to me that talked through half the movie very loud. My family and I got up to move away and so the women started talking louder and one decided to get on her phone and talk over the phone, my husband shushed them and I got up to tell someone because they at that time was ruining it for everyone in the room . The manager was polite, apologetic, went to handle the situation (however the girls left the seats) gave my family tickets for a different show and at the end of the movie he asked if we was able to finish the show.. I applaud his managing skills. I got home believing I maybe left my phone and he answered and looked for me.. point is he went above and beyond. made a experience that was becoming terrible... Alot more tolerable! We are very thankful customers

Reluctant to see Little but grankids pressed issue so I went..and really enjoyed the movie..and greatly impressed with the new look since my last visit to Legends..seating, delivery of order to you in theater. Good job.
