Love the Cinemark online ticket purchase! I only had to show a QR code on my phone to a hand held scanner with the ticket taker in the hallway and he printed stubs to carry out of the theater as needed. No waiting in the ticket purchase line. No waiting at the ticket printing kiosk. Love it!

Absolutely what you would expect from a large popular movie theater. Over priced, usually busy, but very satisfying. Has all the newest movies. Comfortable assigned seating. Staff is always nice. If you want a real adventure based on the movie your seeing they have IMAX in 3d with 4d movie seats. The seats will move, shake, and vibrate with the movie. Really is something to try at least once.

1st time there the A/C went out, gave us passes (but we had to ask for them), cant say anything was comfortable. 2nd time, lines moved quick, seat were pretty comfortable, thought they’d recline further tho, popcorn was good (no butter), candy wasn’t stale, clean bathroom, security def makes themselves viewable.

I had a great time. I really like the luxury lounges they added to every theater. The lounges recline pretty far back to where you're almost laying down. The concessions now has coffee beverages as well as beer and wine

Clean theater with comfortable recliners that have attached movable tables. I like that we can purchase tickets online. Everyone is given a reserved seat number. I don't have to worry about getting there early to get a good seat. It will be there whenever I get there.

We went to see Avengers, End Game. Great movie. The reclining seats are great. The concessions gave a good variety of choices. Like all theaters the concession prices are way too high. But we buy stuff anyway. Always fun to go this theater. Plenty of parking, even at sold out shows .

Went to watch Aladdin and my Family was sweating to death. The entire theatre was uncomfortably hot and even my children were sweating as they were just sitting there. I have never been so uncomfortable watching a movie and would much rather wait and rent and watch in the comfort of my own home. Movie theatre are super expensive anyway, and then to go and sit while you are wiping sweat off your face and sticking to the chairs makes the experience not worth it. Everyone was complaining as the exited the movie. I wanted to tell the manager in case something was broken and he tried to tell me that they didn’t know they theatre would be so full so it’s hard to monitor the temperature (it was a brand new movie... you can’t tell me they didn’t expect a full theatre) and that they usually don’t know how hot it is unless people tell them. I wasn’t rude, but wanted them to know about it so it could be fixed; I then talked with another customer who said the same thing Happened to her last weekend in which she told them about the temperature being too hot the week prior as well—so they obviously . didn’t listen to her to fix the problem... movie was fine, but disappointed in the whole experience in sitting in a huge hot box all night... not sure if I’d spend that kind of money again if this is how they are going to continue on.

The movie was awesome but the place was really dirty. Still trash in our seats (which were D box seats, so extra money), the bathrooms and all hallways had over flowing trash cans. When I went to purchase popcorn and drinks, the kids behind the counter were laughing with each other while I was in the middle of telling the one my order. I get that these kids are young and maybe it's their first job, but they need to be coached on talking to customers and staying on task. Prob wouldnt have such dirty theatres if there was room in the trash cans. It used to be much better, seems to have gone downhill :-(

It's always nice and clean. The employees are friendly and the seats are awesome!! No one blocks your view, it's easy to get past people because there's so much walk room, and the swiveling trays make snacks and drinks easy to handle.

This review is based solely on service. I have been to this theater many times in the past 4 months. I have never once had a good experience with concessions. The lines are always long and hardly move. This afternoon, I waited 20 minutes and eventually had to get out of line because we were running risk of missing our movie. I shouldn’t have to get to the theater 30-40 minutes early to get popcorn. There are 6 lines open in concessions. And it’s always SO slow. I have never experienced anything like this at any other theater.

Lots of movies and screens kn which to watch them. The prices are okay, but much better on Tuesdays. They have a movie club as well which if you go often will save you money. They recently added a bar if you're into that. Nice reclining seats and you have to reserve the seats you sit in, so you know ahead of time how full the theater will be

Great theatre. Assigned seating so you won't be fighting for a seat. Comfy recliners. We tried out the "D-Box" seats and they were pretty cool. The seat tilts you forward, back, left, right, and shakes in conjunction with the movie. Great for action flix. Concession stand has all the regulars, plus beer and wine.

This theater is much nicer than the alternative in the QC area. The chairs are comfy & you've got plenty of leg room for others to get by. And the staff I encountered are nice enough. The only thing I dislike is the convenience fee they sneak in there if you buy tickets online. And that's per ticket! That's shady! I get that credit card companies charge for using credit cards so flat fee of a few dollars should be sufficient enough. I was buying 8 tickets....

Hi: I’ve communicated with you guys a few times in the past. Though in the last two weeks I’ve seen 5 movies at the Rave Cinemark movie theater in Davenport. Out of those 5 visits one ticket was D-Box, and I also bought concessions while there. Yesterday I had a incredible experience. The young man (not sure his name) at the concession stand was very polite, listen to what I was wanting, and made sure I was taken. Normally I don’t get that experience from your location. It was a nice change yesterday. Today I also received really good service at the concession stand when I bout my drink and snack. Though getting my tickets were not a pleasant experience. The girl helping was very polite though she was jumping the gun really fast without listening to what I was wanting to do. I was buying two different tickets with different credit cards. At the kiosk I messed up and bought them for different times. As she was helping me a man kind of taller, wearing dress slacks, and a dressed shirt, and had a stomach that a little bit larger (I really wished he was wearing a name tag as I feel mean describing him like this). came up and he was not wearing a name tag. The girl that was attempting to assist me seemed to be nervous and distracted by him. In the process of her changing my ticket I saw that the time that I wanted had seats that were Available that didn’t require me to climb the stairs all the way to the back of the theater. So I asked if I could change my seats to the closer spot. The gentleman that was there next to her in a firm, direct, and semi rude way told me she already change my ticket. He didn’t seem to care that I’m disabled, and not very good with stairs. Plus I have severe asthma which also makes it hard for me. This man I’m guessing is some type of manager though he made me feel that my request for a little accommodation being a disabled person was too much of a problem for him and the team at you location. See, one of my favorite activities that brings me joy is coming to the movies and getting a drink, and normally some food and watching the movie. Due to my disability it really limits me to what I can do. Though recently there have been a good amount of problems with your team. Though today took cake being the man seemed to be a manager. I came in around 2pm today (April 19) and I’ve already have two tickets purchased for future showings though I’m not sure after that if I will want to come in again. (In the last two months combine I’ve spent over $600 at your theater.) The way het treated me today made me feel shame for being disabled, and that my request was a inconvenience to your theater. I’m going to look into starting to go to the moline theater as they have always worked hard to show they want to make their guest feel welcomed. I would recommend anyone that wants quality service to drive to moline IL as well their theater treats their guest better.

The movies are expensive but they really get you at the snack bar. I will admit the seats are wonderful though. The best part - watching a movie with my family. Grandchildren and daughters all enjoyed the time spent. Three stars fir the price. Five stars though for the family time.

Why do you select your seats before hand huh? No really? Like people couldn't just pick seats for themselves. Seriously try bringing a date here. You won't find spots unless you bought tickets a week early or your film is poorly attended. You can't hear the movie because there is people chewing popcorn over it and there's always whirring from the chairs. You know what's more mind boggling? So I got there with a date right? It was the next big Marvel movie I think it was Spiderman: Homecoming okay? So we can't get spots together but it's fine right? Who would actually listen and pnly go to their assogned seat enforcing corporate order with their own free will? Apparantley everybody. No really. We got there early when the theater was empty and sat down. It started filling up but one nobody bothered us but we did sind up in nosebleed seats at the top all the way to either the right or left. Then a guy shows up and is like "Uhh... well... uhh... that's my seat" to my girlfriend. We tried bartering my ticket that was in a better location, but then he got upset and said he was gonna tell and then we didn't wanna bother with it so we sat apart. Y'know it's like there should be a big exchange outside so people could order themselves... or y'know there could just not be assigned seats.

Absolutely excellent movie theater. I appreciate theaters with reserved seating, electric recliners, and spacious walkways. Their concessions are hit or miss late at night, but all theaters are, and they do make most of their non popcorn items fresh which is also nice. I drive an extra ten minutes to go here versus the theater much closer to my home.

This is a good place to go if you want to be super comfortable while watching a movie. The seats recline and I honestly love it. I love sitting at the very top row. It's the best spot to get. What I don't like is when other people's kids put their feet on my seat and nothing gets done about that. They weren't my kids and I had no say, so I was glad to move over a seat. Anywho, when I go with my boyfriend, I usually have a great experience when there's not kids around. It's usually clean and I can gladly enjoy some buttery popcorn while watching a movie I've been wanting to see for weeks. Honestly, I think the goal of this movie theater is to make you feel like you're at home. P.S. I've even seen people bring in their own blankets AND if you bring in your college I.D., they'll give you a discount!

The new remodel and luxury recliners make this an awesome place to see a movie. I haven’t been to movies in a while but I decided to try out the Cinemark app which allows discounted tickets and discounts at concessions. The discount it makes the Starbucks coffee prices the same as Starbucks stores, this will help draw me to many more movies this winter. We saw Bohemians Rhapsody in IMAX 2D, and amazing way to see it. In the future I think I will opt for regular format, as those screens have the luxury recliners for every seat. Wow. See you at the movies.

The staff ignored the customers for the most part. But the movie prices were not bad. I give this theater 2 snaps and a whip.

This is the only theater I go to for awesome movie experience but I feel like its lot based on crossing my fingers. I went to Spiderman far from home (I-Max)last Saturday. The movie screen was off first and I thought well they would start in few mins, 20 mins went by and were three minutes away from starting movie and screen was still not turned on. I had to personally go outside and talk to folks on the front desk to start the screen. Good thing did not missed any bits of movie. While the trailers were ongoing the theater lights were not turned off. Another guy had to go out and notify them to turn off the lights. Very disappointing! The movie was awesome. When you running such big multiplex this things matter.

not every cinema is perfect but you’ll be blown away by this cinemark. the staff in the concession stand are always polite, nice to talk to, and a lot of them even have a sense of humor. it’s refreshing seeing employees not all act the same. the screens are big, loud and the picture is fantastic. they upgraded all the theaters expect for IMAX with new, comfortable, AMAZING seats. the ushers do a good job cleaning the theaters (in my opinion) in the time that is given to them, and the staff is always willing to make your movie experience perfect each time you go. my grandma went to go see the opera and something went wrong with the screen, to apologize the staff gave her a coupon for one free movie and got the screen fixed so everyone watching the opera could finish it. if you’re looking for an amazing movie experience outside of your home, this is definitely a go-to place.

The movie detective pikachu was terrible but I still love this theater. If only they had the same seats as the movie theater where i live. Mostly the same but the armrest raises and you can cuddle with someone while watching the movie. Change the armrest and youve got 5 stars.

The Cinemark Movie Club has saved us a couple hundred dollars since starting, The discount on concessions is nice. Luxury recliners, and being able to reserve seats online with no fee has made going to the movies a pleasant experience once again. Now if Hollywood could work on better scripts it would be awesome.

I live in Clinton, but always head to the Quad Cities to see a movie. Guess I'm spoiled, but I love the amenities. I've ALWAYS thought that the theaters there were luxurious, but NOW, with the recliners and enhanced sound system, the movie-going experience is out of this world! Plus, they've "ramped up" the menu of munchies, and offer much more in the way of "main course" foods. An all-around great way to take in a show. I also believe that they've cracked down a lot more on cell phone use, as I've noticed that the problem has pretty much been eradicated. Kudos to theater management. Folks, PLEASE keep those phones OFF!! I give the Cinemark Theaters two enthusiastic thumbs UP!

Overall decent movie theater. Hate that they changed the system for picking up prepurchased tickets-- now I have to enter the whole confirmation code rather that just sliding my card... and if you lose the confirmation code you have to stand in line to pick up your tickets. Also, sometimes they give out cold popcorn. It's been sitting in a bag the heater but just not the same!

I went to see Dumbo and the theater was clean there was excellent service the popcorn was fresh and overall my experience was incredible. I would definitely recommend this theater to others.

One star simply because I tried calling to ask a simple question I’m not downloading no app to find out info somebody could tell me if they weren’t lazy enough to set up the call system so it doesn’t actually call the location the call system literally loops and repeats it self so it purposely doesn’t contact anybody if these ppl are that lazy and probably ghetto to avoid talking to customers I don’t expect nothing great from this place or the people that work there except for the movie to play how it should to further express how unsatisfied I am I will try contacting corporate to let them know how these people call system is.... completely ridiculous.
