Spacious seating with electro-recliner chairs. Great snack bar. Felt like the AC cut off about 20m before the end of the show though, so it was pretty uncomfortable in there during end credits. Otherwise, great.

The UA Galaxy 14 is a regular stop for us. Comfortable recline seating, good selection of concession choices, and quality audio visual setup make this a good option for first run features. This visit to see Daddy's Home 2 was no different. Bypassed the holiday line by using Atom to reserve seating and get digital tickets. I count this as a plus for this market. Scanned in our ticket from my phone and were well on the way to our show. The missing star was left in the restrooms as both were not up to par. Being winter and snow on the ground, I would understand a slightly messy floor. But weather has nothing to do with unkempt stalls and wash basins. Toilets should be a timed check for attendants to ensure a decent environment, especially with the heat pumping to counter the blizzard like temps outside. Alas this was not the case. The movie was fantastic and arguably the funniest movie I've seen all Year! HIGHLY recommended, Will Ferrell is at his comedic best! Happy New Year!

I do not go to the movies often unless it is something I really want to see. When I do I usually go to this theater. They have the awesome recliners. I will never pay to see a movie with the old style seating anymore. Usually not crowded unless its opening night or Friday, Saturday. Way too many ads and previews but that is everywhere. Minus one star for advertising itself before the movie. Come on, I already bought a ticket..

Saw The Grinch here, good movie, great popcorn, and fantastic seating. My only complaint is the video system and the hallways/lobby could use an overhaul. The video was not up to par with how the movie was produced, and the decor is pretty outdated, but all in all a great theater, reasonably priced, and with an excellent staff

A very pleasant, moviegoing atmosphere and clean environment. The staff were friendly, helpful & attentive to my needs. The "ding" is due to their outrageous prices on concessions (five bucks for a Monster energy drink??!!) and the high cost of theatre tickets. And yes I'm well aware of the economics of their situation, regardless they shouldn't hike snack/drink prices to make up for their falling revenue. Anyways I do appreciate the "art/vanguard" film offerings that they have been showing.

Good theater. Plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable reclining seats with plenty of space to stretch out. Food options are plentiful (and the concession attendants aren't stingy with the popcorn butter). I would definitely come back if I'm in the area for a movie.

Depending on when you are seeing a movie you might want to pre purchase tickets online. If you dont pre purchase tickets there can be seating issues. I used the regal app to buy my tickets.

Now these are the reclining chairs I've been looking for. I've been to other theaters with "reclining" chairs that really only bring up a foot rest and are not that comfy. This theater has the real deal seats. Video and audio were very good. Will definitely be returning.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was a thumbs up from me... Everything was clean. Nice and friendly atmosphere... No loud or excessive noise for a theater... Snacks, drinks and food were at typical prices for this type of setting. Two adults and one child totaled roughly $75... Be sure to eat before you come here lol...

Went here today to just have a nice family movie night and it totally got ruined by an employee!! Once we got in to the theater the employee that took our tickets she was friendly but one started yelling at her not sure why though. But the one at the popcorn section was very rude when he ask what drink what we like I ask for a Coca Cola and he started acting like he couldn’t hear me and then we was acting all rude and disrespectful! When we were about to go to the to our movie we saw some person and I asked if he was and said yes. He asked what was going on and I told him that a employee started screaming at my family and how we tried to tell that we were just having a great family movie night he did apologize and he said we had to talk to their company the employee that he sreamed at us should be fired for being disrespectful to us first and last time going here go to amc or Tibbs drive in they have better service

We saw Avengers on Sunday at the 11:30am showing. The sound was absolutely horrible! The biggest movie of the year - and we watched it without stereo sound. I thought we were sitting in a 1970s theater! I even let management know it wasnt working correctly but it did not improve. So disappointing - We will NOT be going to this theater again anytime soon. Oh, and by the way.....Im pretty sure the popcorn was leftover from the night before. It was stale. UGH

Am a movie fanatic, very nice place, clean very comfortable seats, I take my kids to the movie theater 2,3or even 4 times in a month, I usually go to the theaters in noblesville,. I thought about switching theater because I really like this place, until an old lady starts drinking hard liquor during the all movie, the smell so potent, my 8 year old daughter starts to feeling sick, and telling " Dad I want to throw up, smell really bad, " really!!! I didn't know you drinking on a movie theater, . So Disappointed!!! Am not going back to this place,.

Reclining seats are the major attraction here. You can completely recline and enjoy the movie. Pre Assigned seat makes the experience even better. Screen size is not great,sound quality is decent not the best. Real 3D is engaging. There multiple screens so you will also find movie of your choice. It’s great or food, in addition to popcorn and soda, you can get sandwiches,pizza,burger,taco and lot more.

I enjoyed the reclining seats very much, but the young man at the ticket booth almost persuaded me to leave before purchasing a ticket with his complete lack of help. Seats have to be chosen in advance from a computer screen at this location (and center seating is limited, which is why I won't be returning to this location), which I had never encountered before, so I asked what the screen was that he pointed at. He never said a word...simply pointed and nodded in answer to my questions. Please teach staff to be pro-active, helpful, efficient, and above all, friendly.

We went to go see Endgame with my best friend who is blind. By law all theaters are required to have accessibility options including descriptive narration that allows my friend to come close to being able to recapture one of his favorite hobbies. However, I spent the first half hour of the movie trying to get the headset to work. Unfortunately Regal doesn't care enough to maintain the system that's installed so a few of the headsets batteries were dead and none of the headsets carried the narration. Without serious changes from the corporate perspective, I can assure you that we won't be stepping inside a Regal Cinema ever again. I gave two stars instead of one soley based on the fact that every employee I interacted with was phenomenal. Unfortunately this is another example of a corporation who refuses to do anything that doesn't maximize profit margins.

Avengers Endgame, one of the biggest releases of the year and it's showing on one of the smallest screens in the theater. The sound for some reason had too much treble so it was high-pitched a lot of the time. I did appreciate the ease of which I was able to pick my seat beforehand, send the barcode to my phone and have it scanned without waiting in line

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of our auditorium.(6) No one cleaned after the previous movie. There was popcorn, left over nachos, empty drinks and candy wrappers in majority of the seats. I did inform a employee of the leftover trash, she had someone sweep just some the popcorn in the entrance. To bad you're more concern with taking our money than making sure the overall entertainment experience is pleasant. I cleaned my own seat.

Movie experience is good and we will keep it at that. The one star is for the horrible food. We ordered the cheese flat bread and the korean tacos, had to throw them away after 1 bite. The food has a funky aftertaste that we couldn’t get past. Terrible!

Truthfully If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We went last night to see the Halloween showing. Our wait to get alcohol only was 15 minutes. Then the wait to get our popcorn and drinks were another 20 minutes. I’ve never waited so long to get popcorn. They said it was unlimited drinks and popcorn but our movie started at 10:20 and the stands closed at 10:40. When we finally got to our movie our seats we preordered online were taken by two people and we had to get them to get out of our seat. Once the movie started all was good besides the patrons being extremely loud for no reason. Our movie cut out halfway through and stopped playing as if there were a power outage yet it was only our movie that went out. Long story short we will never be attending this movie theater again.

Went to see John Wick 3 tonight. Stale or day old popcorn...purchased a pinio grigo wine $10.99 for a 3oz clear cup...not even a full cup this is so ridiculous...a frozen Jack & Coke $5.99 pint size cup...Come on now...steer clear of the alcohol & popcorn.. 6:20 show they should have been popping fresh corn but nope, no smell of popcorn at all...It's a rip!

Not a great experience at this theater. 1. The snack bar was easily a 20 minute wait for popcorn. They had only 2 lines opened and could have opened more but refused. 2. Regal Theater needs a face lift... lobby was dark and dirty. 3. Movie went out twice during the showing. One plus if this theater was the assigned seats vs first come first serve. Bought tickets ahead of time so we didn’t need to rush into theater to get a decent seat.

We went to see a special screening at this theater on Wednesday. The show was scheduled for 7pm. We arrived early and the theater was changed. I bought my tickets online over 24 hrs in advance and we were moved back a row into a broken seat. I was not told the movie would start an hour & have later. We tried to get another seat next to us due to one of our seats being broken. The manager & the ticket clerk were so unhelpful. The movie was overlapping the screen. When the movie ended they never turned on the lights!! We had to walk out by put phone flashlights! I frequent this theater but no more!! Horrible experience!

I love that they have reserved seating and that the seats are large reclining lounge chairs. Parking is never a problem and the staff is friendly. The sound quality if good. My complaint is that the physical layout of each theater room is relatively flat, so no stadium seating. This means that you have to look pretty high upwards, especially as you're closer to the front, which isn't ideal. The recliners make it bearable, but stadium seating would make it even better.

If it wasn't competing vs theaters that have a full dine-in, high end restaurant experience during the movie, it'd be 5 stars worthy... but with that niche of theater existing and being awesome, it's tough to justify a 5th star for standard popcorn & coke at the pickup counter.

I had the absolute worse experience at this theatre. First, the movie that I prepurchased tickets to see was delayed almost an hour and a half, which I was unaware of UNTIL I overheard someone else in the theatre mention it. Also, the theatre was switched out with another one, so people were asked to re-select their seats as they showed their tickets. No one asked me to choose a seat. I was unaware of the fact that they wanted us to choose another seat until I sat with the remainder of my party. By the time I went back to the front to request a seat, I chose the only seat next to my party. When I returned to the seat, I realized it was broken. I went back to the front to change my seat to the one on the other end of my party but I was told that seat was taken and that I could sit somewhere else (by myself) or the entire party could move to one of the two rows directly in front of the screen. After sitting in the theatre for almost an hour (still waiting on the movie to begin) I noticed that no one came to claim the seat (as people were asking for refunds left and right because they didn’t want to continue waiting for the movie to begin) so I took it upon myself to sit there with the intention of moving back to my broken seat if someone showed up to claim that seat. I had been sitting in that seat for about 10 minutes when the “manager” showed up and asked me to show my receipt and then asked me to move. Members of my party began to ask him questions about why I needed to move since there STILL was no one claiming the seat. The manager was very rude, but I moved, without argument and continued to wait for the movie to begin. By the way, no one ever showed up to claim that seat- or the one next to it. Staff continuously double booked people’s seats. The air conditioner was not on the entire 1.5 hours we waited for the movie to begin AND no one turned the lights on for the steps and the walkway area after the movie ended. We were all forced to used flashlights on our phones, just so we could see where we were walking, which is a huge hazard!! Worst experience ever!! Worst customer service ever!! If I could give this place a zero, I would.

Average bathroom cleanliness, average overall cleanliness, overpriced snacks (typical of most theaters), and sub-part popcorn in my opinion. They have lots of luxury experiences available in the theater I haven't tried - a bar with liquor drinks available, candy, games, etc. There is also a lounge area upstairs. I'm tempted to pay 3 stars, but the availability of these options (barely) bumped it up to 4.

This theater is getting run down it’s been there for a long time. Well, at least 20 years. I like the seats they are awesome but especially in the lobby you can tell things are getting old. They have several TVs that don’t even work. At least they were on when I was there and they looked like they were broken.I doubt they have the money to renovate. It’s a decent place to watch a movie.

This is my go-to theater... Love the leather reclining chairs and the place is typically pretty clean as well

This is a movie theater ! Not a weekend babysitting service. Came to watch a movie, not a XX rated show. Young teenagers in the theater, trying to have sex. Parents please keep your children supervised. Don't send them to the movies alone, where paying customers come to actually watch the movies.

Great theatre with really comfy chairs!!! Staff is super nice and helpful. Had an amazing time and have seen many movies here. Will come back whenever I’m in the mood for a great big comfy chair. Even brought a blanket to be even comfier! Enjoy good movies at good times in a good location here.

First theater I ever went to with the reclining seats. Unlike some other theaters, they maintain everything in very good condition and in working order. I went to a place like this on the East Coast recently, and the seats were worn out, and didn't work properly. That made me appreciate Galaxy 14 even more.

Went to the concession to purchase some drinks snakcs before the movie. When I was told my total I seemed a little higher than what it should have been. I asked for a receipt and had realized they had charged me $5 additionally for a “charity donation” without asking me and without my consent. I confronted the cashier about the charge and he started to stumble in his words and acted like it was a compute glitch. However, I have friends that work at different theatres and they have competitions to see who can get the most in charity donations so I knew he was scamming me. I told the kid I would have gladly donated if he had just asked and informed him how unethical what he had done was. Moral of the story is to make sure you are checking your total and your receipts so you are not getting scammed out of your money.
