Always a great place to go to see a movie. Stadium seating theater with modern technology and a modern aesthetic. Prices are reasonable, and there are plenty of screens to have ample showings of all the movies out at any given time. One of my favorite theaters.

My family and friends bought tickets to see Mary Poppins which was playing in theatre 5 according to our tickets. After the previews "The Mule" started playing which embarrassingly told our party of six that we were in the wrong theatre. We thought this was more humorous than anything even though half of the theatre was snickering at us. Our tickets, which we purchased online, said we were in the correct theatre and when we checked with the front desk they communicated that we were in the correct theatre as well even though The Mule was already playing. The cashier got their manager to figure out that they changed Mary Poppins to theatre 2, but forgot to update the change online. Our embarrassing situation probably could have been avoided if there was an employee there to check us in and tear our online tickets in half, but there wasn't anyone there, so we walked right in. Other than this I have only good things to say about my experience in this theatre and with the employees my party interacted with.

Wonderful movie theater. Local to those who live in Auburn and Waterloo. The theater is always clean and tidy and the employees are also very courteous. I'm not sure of the details, but I know they have a viewing of certain movies that are "sensory friendly" for autistic people. I really respect that about a business. :)

This is a great theatre for a small town. Some of the screens are small, but it is a clean facility. The employees are friendly and they have a nice rewards system. They have family friendly viewing and free showings some Friday and weekend mornings.

I love that they have coke freestyle machines so I can mix and match what I like to drink. This offers plenty of options for my entire family and is always enjoyable. Wish they had combo deals on drinks and popcorn as it can get expensive with a large family. Tickets are reasonable in comparison to other movie theaters and they have plenty of space that I have never been in an overcrowded theater. They do a good job of keeping their bathrooms clean and the staff has alwsys been attentive. Some theaters have better seating than others and offer more comfort while watching movies. They are just average at best. The parking lot can get very full and it can be hard to find a spot as well as the spots just seeming to be smaller. Overall I enjoy coming to this theater and this chain. I have been to other theaters of this brand and have always been pleased with the experience. It is a good option compared to driving all the way to a bigger city and being crowded in a theater. We have come during the Winter and Summer and they do a good job of managing the heating and cooling which is always important while you are enjoying a night out.

NCG is not a luxury theater. But what it is, is cheaper than all the other major theater chains, great for refills (they offer free refills on slushees, sodas, and popcorn of all sizes a piece!) and they are always very clean. Are the theaters the most comfortable? No. Are they decent sized? Yes. I go to NCG over any other theater chain in my area because they are honestly the best quality for the price AND offer the cheapest concessions. You will not be disappointed.

I went to see Shazam at the 9:40pm 3D performance its first night of release. Good movie, pretty good theatre, but then when it got to the 2nd of two post-credits scenes, they turned everything off. The scene was STILL playing, and as I stood there waiting for that sequence, the lights all turned off, then the sound shut off, and a few seconds later the projector. As much as tickets cost, they should wait until ALL the after credits scenes are finished before shutting the auditorium down.

Cheap movie tickets and reasonable enough popcorn and drink prices (for a movie theater). And they have those fancy drink machines with lots of possible combinations. Staff was friendly as well.

Just saw the movie 'PepperMint' today, 9/11/18, so the pictures below are current with their concession pricing. My rating is 3/5 because although ticket prices are reasonable, they have increased the cost of each concession item by quite a bit and removed the idea of combos. For example, before this recent change you could get a large popcorn and drink for around $6-7 as a combo. As of now, it's basically like combo pricing but without the combo itself. If you're someone who usually gets snacks, drinks, ect., you might want to reconsider if on a budget. Should NCG bring back combos again, I'll bump up my rating to a four and possibly a five.

Took my 65 year old mother in to watch the new Dark Pheonix, she's a Senior Citizen and still pay full price for everything. Wasn't even asked or offered discount for her. Sad truly Sad, won't be back will drive to Fort Wayne instead.

Occasionally I find an uncomfy seat .....been there regularly since they opened, can't think of anything else to complain about....concession prices are typical as anyplace else.....$5 Tix on Tuesday is great...cashiers are always courteous....restrooms well maintained....really appreciate late shows....
