Popcorn is a rip-off. AMC deactivated my gift card because I had it too long. The sound was too loud. The resolution is not as good as streaming HD on my TV at home. The line for tickets super slow even with just a few on front of me.

The seats recline in the theater. You also select your seats when you buy tickets, so you don't have to worry about finding seats together. The armrest comes up between every other seat, making it more of a love seat.

Had seen the last showing of Annabelle at 11pm on a Friday night and got out around 1am. I was very sleepy and ended up forgetting my wallet so not even 10 min after we leave, we go back for my wallet. The security guard told me he couldnt do anything because it was after hours and that the night people do a pretty good job at putting things in lost and found. WRONG. the next morning around 2:55 I get a notification from my card that someone attempted to use it (i froze it as soon as i left but didn’t know how to prevent this on my bank card since it was so late) and my other card they were able to use. It couldn’t have been a movie goer since we sat on the far left and and everyone had left on the other side. Ive called several times to not get an answer but my friend called in my place due to this (she was received and i was not at all) and was told it may have been a guest. As i said, i believe it wasnt since we were in the last showing and the last to leave. I already think its a lost cause, but i want everyone to make sure they have everything when they leave! Theres a high chance you wont get it back.

We have the AMC A-list, so we are at the theater a lot...there has not been 1 time when the restrooms were clean and stocked. The motion detectors on the toilets don't work well. The trash cans outside each theater need to be changed more often..most of the time they are over flowing and spilling out onto the floor. The icee machine has gnats flying around it because it too is not clean. They stock pile popcorn in the bucket instead of serving fresh. I have to clean my seat and bring in my own food because of how nasty AMC facility is.

Nice, clean, large theater. Food is good, excellent sound quality, and seating is amazing. Plus I like the assigned seating. My only annoyance is staffing levels. Never seams to have enough staffing. Considering that many folks are premium stubs members, they should ensure enough staffing so that premium members don't have to wait in line. Otherwise what the purpose of paying for a membership if are not afforded the VIP treatment due to staffing levels.

Courteous staff and a clean theater. The seats were very comfy. Power recliners with large arm rests and drink holders. The sound was also high quality. They also have automated ticket machines in the entrance that reminded me of ATMs. Recommend.

If your company wishes to add perks for members maybe you have a special register just for them instead of making all of the non members wait. The overpriced popcorn bucket was not full and the candy area was missing obvious/popular items which the register kid had to the back to restock. And was then stopped by a manager to question what he was doing. His job sir, and maybe if you did yours things will flow smoother. I spent the rest of the time before my movie researching other theaters in this area to try next time.

This place is wonderful! It's comfortable, and relaxing. I'm one of those people who always find constructive criticism, so here goes! The food is SUPER PRICEY. On top of the expensive food, it's not that good. I got the pretzel bites with cheese and the bites were good, but the cup of cheese was disgusting! It was like a powdered mixture with added water. Imagine that taste, and that's exactly what it was. Popcorn was ok but cold like it's been sitting there all day. Those are my only complaints. I just feel like if you're going to pay $23 for popcorn, ONE drink, and pretzel bites; then it should be exquisite.

Unless you want IMAX 3D, you can get regular 3D at a much better theater go to United Artists Galaxy 14 I only go to AMC Castleton for the IMAX 3D. Here are some other "features" you will receive. Burnt popcorn Bad attitudes from employees Extremely hot temperatures in the theatre and worst of all when you miss part of the movie to ask them to turn on the AC they will ignore you. I won't be back, I recommend everyone avoids going here.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Great concession options with decent customer service. The option of theaters is impressive with an IMAX and a Dolby Cinema as well as normal screens and 3D screens. Plenty of different options at this location. Not the biggest IMax but quite impressive for being attached to a mall. No entrance from the mall directly into the movie theater but it is a short walk outside to get to the theater entrance. This place and the AMC Showplace 17 on the south side of Indy are the two best theaters around the Indianapolis area in my opinion.

This is literally the worst AMC in the Indianapolis area. The staff is either confused or doesn't care, the popcorn never seems to be hot not matter when you go, and the prices are much higher than that of other theaters (Regal downtown, Goodrich in Fishers). I'm an AMC Stubs member and have been consistently disappointed in the service a look of this theatre. Just today, I went to see the 4 pm showing over SpiderVerse and our seats were FILTHY! One, patrons should be respectful enough to help out the staff, but staff should also clean theaters before guests arrived.

Now THIS is how to see a movie! You get to pick your seats and then to find out you have your own personal RECLINER for the movie!?? WHAT!???! Refills on the sody pop too... You can get a cocktail if the mood strikes but it's gonna cost ya. Also, be prepared to wait on line for a bit, get sticker shock at the popcorn counter and ticket prices... But maybe that's just Indianapolis?? Enjoy! And remember to turn your phone off!

Big roomy screens. Wonderfully soft seating that you can adjust like a lounge chair. Love the balcony type arrangement of the seats. What I mean is that it's platform balcony like you're on a balcony on each level. Love that you can purchase adult beverages and food as well the normal traditional movie snacks.

Loved this movie theater on Tuesdays you can see a movie for $5 bucks but you have to be a AMC movie club member to sign up for it it's free & its worth it I also enjoyed the free refill on the drinks most theaters does not offer that.

The most relaxing chairs I've ever viewed a movie from. Theaters are nice and spacious with incredible sound and picture quality. You don't feel like you're being sandwiched in between other audience members. Would have given 5 stars but the people to my right were talking through the ENTIRE movie and not one attendant walked inside the theater to check on the audience throughout the movie.

I had a good experience, staff was cleaning theater right before we were let in and they did a good job. The theater was actually very clean and that makes a world of difference in the customer service experience. Amari at the ticketing booth gave me very good customer service, greeted me when I approached her booth and pleasantly wished me a good movie experience. They were two armed security guards that were definitely alert and walking the floor. I will most likely be back at this theater.

The AMC stubs a-list program is good. This theater has both an IMAX and Dolby Cinema theater. My personal preference is for the Dolby Cinema theater. They have a bar and Coca-Cola Freestyle machines.

I always enjoy time spent at AMC theaters, the one at Castleton Square is no exception. The one in Greenwood is the neighborhood go to, but since the one at Castleton Square is right next to On the Boarder, one of our new favorite Tex-Mex places, it was the logical choice. As was hoped, AMC at Castleton Square did not disappoint. Always clean, always professional, the stadium seating, the comfy reclining chairs. What else can I say!

This AMC needs to be a little louder or put speakers in the back of seats, every time I see a movie here someone talks through the whole thing. It'd be one thing if they were talking about the movie, but it's always about the mall. I don't know if the same person keeps sitting in front of me, but that's the only down side. I'd give it another star if I could remember anything they said in Avengers Endgame, but all I can remember is how some dude knocked a tray of panda express out of this lady's hands.

This is literally the worst AMC in the Indianapolis area. The staff is either confused or doesn't care, the popcorn never seems to be hot not matter when you go, and the prices are much higher than that of other theaters (Regal downtown, Goodrich in Fishers). I'm an AMC Stubs member and have been consistently disappointed in the service a look of this theatre. Just today, I went to see the 4 pm showing over SpiderVerse and our seats were FILTHY! One, patrons should be respectful enough to help out the staff, but staff should also clean theaters before guests arrived.

Nice movie theater! We went to see Captain Marvel which I really enjoyed. I got to watch it in comfort thanks to the spacious and reclining seating. Now THIS is how to see a movie! You get to pick your seats and then to find out you have your own personal RECLINER for the movie!?? WHAT!???! Refills on the sody pop too... You can get a cocktail if the mood strikes but it's gonna cost ya. Also, be prepared to wait on line for a bit, get sticker shock at the popcorn counter and ticket prices... But maybe that's just Indianapolis?? Enjoy! And remember to turn your phone off!

Big roomy screens. Wonderfully soft seating that you can adjust like a lounge chair. Love the balcony type arrangement of the seats. What I mean is that it's platform balcony like you're on a balcony on each level. Love that you can purchase adult beverages and food as well the normal traditional movie snacks.

The biggest problem with that is the cashier could have just said that bottled water is cheaper, and seen if she would have preferred that. Bad experience on Saturday June 29. Had tickets for 12:30pm showing of Toy Story 4. Arrive at theater and cannot find tickets on app. Go to manager (who was very nice) and he said they are having trouble with the Dolby Theater and the showing was cancelled. He asked if I had notice. I said “no the only notice I got was around 9am this morning when AMC said ‘get excited for Toy Story 4!.’ He apologized and tried to rebook us, but could not complete the transaction. So we did it on the app and got into the 1pm show. The theater was not clean, there were no napkins available at the snack stand. Popcorn buckets were 80% full at best. I am very concerned about this theater - poor service is fairly common there and now they are having issues with their marquee theater. They need to get it turned around.

I am extremely dismayed at my theater experience this evening. I purchased tickets online for the 10:10pm showing of Downton Abbey. I think $29 for two adult tickets to a movie is ludicrous, but I had a gift card. I paid the “convenience fee“ which I thought was silly. After I looked on your website and saw that if I had signed up for your rewards program it would’ve been waived, I was more irked. So I’m $29 in the hole, I go into your theater and I wait in line while three cashiers are standing at the refreshment counter. I’m waiting to buy my box of candy and a large drink to share with my date, and there is one guest in front of me who is checking out. Neither of the other two cashiers offer to help me and my date cash out. The guest in front of me is having a hard time, repeating himself and pointing to things because the cashier helping him (the one the two other cashiers were standing next to) was signing and motioning to the guest in front of us hinting that he was deaf. He would not speak. The guest in front of us continued pointing and did not speak for the remainder of the transaction. We now walk up to the counter, and all three of them are laughing. The cashier who hinted at being deaf was laughing and in our faces said, “man I was trying to keep that up as long as I could.” I was beyond words, and then he tells me a large soda and box of raisenets is $14. So I waited in line, because one of your fool employees thought it was funny to act deaf, and the other two just stood by and watched. Then they all had a good laugh. The other two cashiers started helping the guests that were now forming a line behind us. So we were ignored, and made to watch someone feign a disability and charged an arm and a leg for snacks. Needless to say, I won’t be back to another AMC theater. It was a waste of money, and more than that, a huge disrespect to a paying customer. Extremely dissatisfied. I would ask for a refund, but there’s no point in getting the gift card back, as I won’t be returning.
