The Theater is great. I’ve been many times. Tonight the snack area was understaffed and I didn’t end up getting anything because I’m not going to miss 30 minutes of the movie for a snack. As I was leaving I was harassed by the security of the parking garage and it was very unnerving. Especially since I was parked in the street and not on their property. He was just standing in the street watching me leave my parking spot so i asked him if he needed something but he just said, “I work here”. I asked him to move away from my car but he kept trying to get me to roll down my window and pointing to the flag on his shirt and saying he worked there. I’m not really sure what the problem was but since he had no authority on the street I didn’t stay around to find out.

Great seats and good value with the refills on pop and popcorn. Only comment is that at least three times I've been to this theater, we've had issues - i.e. Screen cutting out, projector breaking before the start, etc. Friendly staff though!

This is my preferred Regal in the city. All theaters have a comfy recline style seats. A parking garage is a must in this neighborhood and they validate the parking to 5 dollars. It does get cold so don't forget your jacket!

It's a nice theater, though maybe you have to pay for parking, but you can try hard and find some on the street. There are recliners in the theater with lots of space to stretch out and cup holders with little tables that swing in front of you. There might be booze as well.

It is an alright theater, it is close to home so being walkable is its best trait. Not stadium seating, basically an old style light sloping theater that took out the chairs and replaced them with big recliners. So there are fewer seats but in theory more comfortable. They do have a bar area so you can take drinks into the theater if that is your thing. Gets very busy at the times you'd expect - weekends, big releases, big kids movies. They validate parking but it is a separate lot from the Barnes and Noble so pay attention to that.

It's definitely a nice place. The seating is now reserved so you don't have to worry about getting good seats. You can also buy tickets in advance so you don't have to worry about getting tickets to any big movie premiers. The seats are spacious and recline and are very comfortable. There's enough room to eat and drink comfortably. It sometimes tend to be a bit too cold but overall a good place to watch movies

Really enjoyed with family and friends. I was there to watch Jurassic Park : Fallen Kingdom. Although the movie was not very good, hall sitting, sound system, hall size was too perfect. The recliner seats are so comfortable that my friend fell asleep during the movie. Lol.

Watched starwars rogue one and beauty and the beast. Them incline chairs put anyone to sleep. It was comfy and clean. I like that you can pick your seats when purchasing your tickets. What a time, to be alive!

I had huge expectations out of this place. It is simply too overpriced for the experience. The seats were ripped and not as comfy as other theaters with similar pricing. Additionally, in between the seats had a large stash of old buttery popcorn that was not cleaned along with some other snacks. And the worst part of all, when the movie had its quiet points, you can easily hear what was playing on the screen next door.

Nice theater, conveniently located, but ABSURD ticket prices for what it is, like many places in the city. They have no specials during slow times (like during the week day), which is stupid to me because they would make so much more money if they did, considering how many people would rather just wait to see movies now adays at home than pay like 40 dollars to see one at a theater.

I noticed the owner responds often to comments, so I wanted to give some feedback. This movie theatre is always so hot! Too hot to be comfortable in. I also don’t know how fixable this is, but it is expensive and the seats seem pretty worn. The popcorn is “eh” and always a couple inches shy of being filled to the top of the bucket.

This is my husband sand my favorite theater to go too. It's big, has some pretty decent food ( other than popcorn. And candy). Y8u can buy booze there as well. The bar is in the lobby. The seats in the theater all recline and are paired up, so you can lift the arm rest and have a little love seat going on for you and your date! Oh, and you can pick your seats I'd you order thru an app. Really the only theater we go to anymore. Check it out. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Overall nice but not amazing theater experience. Sound and screen quality were solid. Recliner seats were decent and reclined rather far, but weren't as comfortable as others I've sat in. There were tables attached to the chairs, which could be convenient for food but just proved a little distracting with reflected glare... And the distance between seats inhibited any chance of cuddling, so better for friends than couples. Parking validation ended up being only 2 dollars instead of 5.50 but that may vary with time of day.

I've been going here for a little over a year now and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with them. The staff is always nice and informative, the theaters are always clean, and service is quick. Also, recliners always work, the picture quality is good, and so is the sound quality.

A little dated but overall a good theater! They have reclining seats in all the rooms but they are the older style which is smaller and not stadium type. Be aware you will probably need to bring a hoodie or something cause they keep the AC running at the max.. my fiancé was freezing during the whole movie.

The process to reserve the great reclining seats is worth paying an extra few bucks. Parking is also available once u validate your pass for about $5.

The Manager of this establishment is completely off the hinges. I purchased tickets for my sister and her friends to watch a rated R film. I even called and spoke with the staff to make sure it was ok. They turned her away when she got there and they didn't offer a refund. John Wood, who manages this theater, has no clue how to run ANYTHING! Save your money and go to Century in Evanston!

So many of the sears here are broken. I don't get why they don't fix it. It's a good theater and I like coming here but the last 3 times I was there I had a seat that was either tilted to the side, didn't recline or torn up

An expensive but quality movie theater with reclining seats and all. Definitely not as many seats as you would imagine from years ago so it is recommended to buy your tickets ahead of time to ensure you have a seat and have seats together with a group of friends

Great comfortable reclining seats with cup holders. As an older guy, this sure beats the old-fashioned way to see a movie. Easy parking on the same floor as the box office too (3rd floor).

The cinematic experience is outstanding. I love coming here for matinees, and taking my daughter here during her school breaks. The concessions were rather pricey, but everyone know that is where theaters make their margins.

The place is nice but not very well run. It was difficult to find someone to help out with the parking validation. It was also not very clean. Popcorn everywhere we stepped. The restroom was a disaster!! Could not find anyone to speak to about it. Good thing the 3 of us enjoyed the movie!!

Love this movie theater and the Tuesday $7 movie deal is really hard to beat. The recliners are amazing and I suggest you get the app if you frequent often... points are a lifesaver on the concession prices. Womens bathroom is ehhhhh but honestly can't complain because the rest of the place is top notch

This is my favorite movie theater in Chicago. It's been recently renovated so the theaters are nice and have reclining seats. There's also a bar and restaurant in there so I've even gotten dinner there before which was surprisingly good. Drinks were reasonably priced as well. For all fight fans, I have seen multiple PPVs there too!

Definitely my preferred theater in the city by far. Having assigned seating is a godsend relative to other places close by, which can generally be pretty filthy and borderline nightmarish. It's more expensive than your standard stadium seating but it's worth it to me for the recliner seats and food trays on the sides of the arm-rests. My boyfriend is a tall dude (6'6") and even he could comfortably sit in the recliner seats without his feet hanging far off of them.

I love this movie theater. The parking is convenient and not that expensive, the seats are very comfortable, and it's not crowded during the day on weekdays. However, if they are going to start movies at 11, maybe they should open earlier than 11. I came around 10:45 and they were still setting up and no popcorn or anything was ready. The manager nicely let me buy a ticket, but he seemed confused as to how I got in.

This movie theater was quite big. You can reserve seats in advance. What's really cool is the seats. They recline back and armrest goes up, making cuddling so much easier and any movie that much more enjoyable. Didn't get anything from concession stand but everything looked clean. Bathrooms were also clean.

My sister and I treated my Mom for her 61st bday. We misplaced our parking ticket and was unable to validate the ticket. We did have our receipt for the admission of 3,which detailed the time of the movie we viewed. Upon pressing the help button at the exit gate we were told by customer service the fee would be 24.00 for a lost ticket. The theatre was not interested in our receipt revealing we'd actually attended the movie and was just released. We felt the 24.00 penalty was excessive and did not go the extra mile.

Solid movie theater-serves alcohol which is cool. All the theaters are converted to recliners so there’s not a ton of seating. I reserved my ticket on the atom app and getting in was very easy.

The theater is pretty good and the seats are comfortable but the tickets are over priced. The security is also annoying. They profiled my friend and submitted him to a pat down, he didn’t have anything on him. He’s on the spectrum and that wasn’t the best thing for him, wheel chair accessible but not a very safe place for people with disabilities.

We liked the armchair seating and the wide aisles. Had problems with the ticket kiosk. More troubling were the poorly maintained washrooms. Plus, even with validation, the parking is too expensive.

Went for my 2nd Fathom event. Both of them a Dr. Who screening. Both times, the audio for the "film" was muted at the beginning and someone had to ask staff to unmute it. Not a major issue, just wish someone had paid better attention.

9/10 times that we go to the movies we chose Regal Webster 11. The layout is very straight forward. Street parking available most nights if you don't want to pay for garage parking. Staff is friendly and usually get your order in fast. Theaters are clean and well maintained with plush reclinable leather seats. Booking available at box office or online with apps like fandango. Would recommend

Beware: after watching a movie at the Regal Cinemas, you will not be satisfied elsewhere. The seats are super comfy: they recline back and are pretty wide. The theater is large and usually has tons of movies playing. Also, you can reserve your seats in advance! So purchase your tickets with enough time to ensure that you get your preferred seats. Also, they have a point system, so make sure to download the app and register.

Went to see The EndGame and had nothing but issues. Movie went out, sat in theater went back and fourth for a while. Sat for 30min before the movie finally started. Had duct work making noise had to leave theater agin it was brought to mangers attention. He didn't seem to even care, the movie theater seem understaffed due to the uncleanness of not only the theater but restroom. I rather go to AMC and spend 1/2 the price.

were sold out and pretty dismissive about it. not a fan of theaters where you can't just impulsively show up for a movie very late into its run. The new era of assigned seating is very stressful. That's not a problem specific to this theater, but I will also say that the bathrooms are placed on opposite ends of the theater, making for an an annoying diversion depending on your movie location.

Counter Associates and cashier's were great! One of the associates offered to help bring our 3-medium sized Diet Cokes to our seats while we carried 3 popcorn sacks. Theatre was clean and the seats are amazing.
