My wife and I love this place. It is, by far, the best way to see a movie in the theaters. The service is always great for us and the chairs are very comfortable. Only real downside is that it is rather pricey for the upgraded seats, as well as many of the cocktails. That being said, however, it is a great way to splurge on a date night movie.

We used to always come to iPic and never had a bad experience. We haven't come here in two years until today. We watched Shaft at 6:45pm in cinema #3 and our seats were f5 and f6. We came to celebrate Father's day and our 7 year anniversary so it's safe to say we were excited to come and dreaming about their food and service...and of course the movie. We walk in, used the bathrooms that were disgusting, which surprised me cuz they were always clean. We proceeded to get our tickets and got to our seats. They served us our popcorn and someone came and took our order. We asked for waters and they didn't give it to us until the food was out. We ordered buffalo spring rolls, chicken quesadillas, and a red velvet cake. The food was awful tasted like it was sitting in their fridge/freezer. The quesadillas was made so bad half didn't have chicken the other half was over stuffed with chicken and it wasn't good. Buffalo spring rolls just wasn't good. Red velvet was served in a hot plate that they just handed over to us without warning. I'm guessing it was microwaved? Took them awhile to come see if we needed anything.We complained they gave us money back for the quesadillas. I don't think we'll be back sadly. But on a side note the movie was good.

We had some reserved seats in the upper balcony. The chairs are really nice and it's nice that they give you a blanket because the theater is chilled! They do include a small bag of popcorn with the price. But the tickets at $22 are kind of outrageous. Our server kept interrupting US during the movie as well. I wish they would not do that. I'm trying to watch the movie!

It was a nice experience, however I was not comfortable in the chair. I believe they are designed for tall people & if you're shorter than 6' you won't like it either. Back is 2"-3" from support & the head is pushed uncomfortably forward. So all on all, I liked it but it won't become a regular place,if you go there bring a pillow to support your back..wish I had.

First time. Very nice and clean. The chairs were comfortable with 2 chairs set up for couples with a small table in front of us. Had a call button for the waiter quick to respond. We were offered a blanket and pillow refill on drinks and the food was good. A little expensive, but good. The movie was The Angel Has Fallin good show.❤❤

Very nice upscale theater from the newly upgraded Marcus theaters. They have a bar, pool tables & tv screens available for your viewing pleasure while waiting or hanging out. You can also order food & drinks from inside the seating area of the theater & food will be brought to you. I love this place!

This is the most honorable trustworthy and integrity business I have had the pleasure of patronizing. Yesterday they experienced some major technical difficulties with their movie screen. The manager Brittney gave me a courteous call 2 hours before my showing time that I reserved to inform me of what just happened and to give me options to either see the movie at 8:pm sharp with no commercials. Or get my full refund or see the movie and get a free appetizer on them. I opted to go because I really appreciated being treated with such professionalism and respect. But when we got to the movie theatre we ran into another technical issue with the lights they wouldn't turn off and a lot of customers including myself where asking about it. The manager Brittney and her very well trained staff took immediate action to inform everyone of the issue and gave all of us complimentary tickets to another free show. I will always go back and visit this awesome business.

Take your date there and impress her.. they have pool tables, bar, restaurant and plenty of lounging area to chit chat. Great place and many stores and entertainment in the surrounding area

If you would of asked me where to go to see a movie 3 years ago, this was the place. Ask me now... it is overrated, overpriced, and not worth it. Go to Hollywood Plams in Naperville to get better quality without having to pay an extreme amount of money. The bathrooms are gross (half of them were closed for some reason), and the seats are dirty. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is for the space between seats, additional popcorn in the premium seats and the staff. The 2 stars is generous. Won't be going back anymore.

I love this place so much. It is one of my favorites actually. I wish they had more menu options but other than that I have no complaints. I honestly did love this place when Michael Sullivan was the Manager it has gone down a little since then. He seemed to care about the customers more from what I can see. I wish he was still in charge. I really liked how nice he was he had the best customer service skills ever. I do not even know who the new manager is. He / She never introduces himself.

It's always friendly and clean. I've been twice and had great experiences both times. Their systems were capable of handling the onslaught of End Game ticket buyers when Regal and MAC couldn't. Because of that my son always wants to go there now. And the dine in theater food is good!!

Pretty disappointed, ordered a bucket of bud lights and some milk duds. We were told after our waitress took our order to please bare with them as they were understaffed. We were very understanding and reasonable but it took us over 40 minutes to get our 5 beers which ended up being miller lights instead of the requested bud light. Which isn't the end of the world but they forgot the candy. Waited 10 more minutes told our waitress about the candy and was brought out chicken by another waitress told her we didnt order any chicken. Candy arrived 3/4 through the movie. You could tell the waitress was under the gun and overwhelmed. We felt terrible for her. Was brought my receipt and was charged for the chicken waitress brought back correct receipt after flagging her down. I dont blame the waitress or the staff for this mishap I blame the managers on all levels for 25 dollars per ticket and 25 dollars for 5 beers I expected better service. The waitress was extremely nice the whole time and I honestly feel bad that she has to work under such poor conditions. Will find it extremely difficult to come back to this theater after such a lopsided money for service exchange. My bill was almost 80 bucks my experience was definitely not worth that.

Fancy and pricey. You get service from a waiter if you're willing to pay extra for a VIP seat. If you get a regular seat, you can get the same good food and beer selection from the bar and bring it back to your seat yourself.

There were too many children running around and playing, so the ambiance was not what we expected for a night out without the kids. This is a great family outing, not so much for a date night. The drinks were tasty and customer service was average.

With movies getting ever more expensive to see in theaters, the iPic has really leaned in and is trying to give good value for the cost. If you've been to Hollywood Boulevard or Hollywood Palms, this is similar in the aspect of getting booze and food brought to you. However, the iPic theaters are smaller (fewer people in each viewing) and the chairs are bigger. The iPic definitely has a more luxury feel to it than its similar competitors. The prices are much higher, though, so I'm not sure I'd go here more than once in a few years span.

Nice and fancy theatre tickets are pricey though . Paid $16 for each premium adult ticket.. the recliner for premium seating doesn’t have the option for the the leg stand to go up , only the premium vip which are $22 a ticket a believe . Also the movie i paid for was a showing at 6:35 , they had me and my date sitting waiting a while passed 7 with nothing playing on the screen, maybe they did it because it was just us two In the room but I ended up going up to the front desk to get a refund for our tickets because we couldn’t stay until the two hours of the movie .. hence the fact they had us waiting more then 20 min with nothing on the screen . And I didn’t get my refund just tickets to go back later .

Update: I visited this theater last Saturday and everything was fine until I realized later this week I was not returned the right credit card! I called and was told that a report was going to be filed, but I would have to meet up with the other card holder if I wanted to get my card back! Although I did receive an apology, the staff were going to be notified, there was no offer to rectify the situation. Thank you Kathy but I don't feel like you respect or cared for my patronage so I'm not sure if I will be revisiting your establishment.

I’ve been a member at IPIC for 4 years and never have I had a bad experience until now! Everything was fine until I got a burnt pizza. I asked to have another one remade and the server gave me an attitude. I had also ordered fries and they didn’t get to me until an hour into the movie. Again, I had to ask 3 different servers if they would be coming out soon & they still took their time & ignored the fact that I had put in my order before the movie had even started. & what good is that blue button for if it’s going to take 30 minutes for my server to get to me. I’ve never been “that” customer who likes to complain but I’m highly disappointed with the service I got tonight.

Poorly managed- waited 20 min in line for concessions with only 2 people in front of me because they staffed their Friday night concession stand with 1 person only. Management walked by and offered no assistance. Ended up having to walk in 10 min late to the actual movie. The manager was nice enough to offer me tix to another movie since they were short staffed. Then afterwards the customer service team told me I needed to call corporate to resolve my concerns. I don’t care that much for a free movie and this wasn’t what I expected out of them - just sucks that this theater is the closest to me. It seems like the service there is ‘look I just work here’ type of vibe. Would rather drive further to have a better experience.

Dirty and awful service. We arrived a few minutes early to play some pool and grab some appetizers. We waited for the servers who were standing by the bar in a huddle chatting. No one came to our table, we had to ask the bartender for menus. Finally, a server came and took our order. The server did not refill our drinks, not even once. When our food arrived we had to ask the bartender for silverware and napkins. When we finally got to our seat to watch the movie, the seats were sticky. They had wrappers and food on them from the previous show. Bad experience overall.

I absolutely love this theater. It’s so exclusive to me. I remember when I signed up, and went for the first time. I even got a thank you card with a nice message welcoming me. The blanket, pillow, and gourmet popcorn are my favorite. I love that they have a full menu with food and drinks. It is pricey, but a great feature to have. I’m always excited to see movies here. I do wish that they had more showtimes. Compared to other theaters, they are limited on showtimes.

I wish parking was a little more convenient (parking only available on either side and is about a five minute walk) but if you plan ahead, it won't be a problem.

Had to hunt to pay. So dark can't see bathroom signs, had to ask, then the walkway is soooo dark it's almost scary. Sat, ordered cocktail & popcorn, said we will both get popcorn. My wine came in a tiny rocks glass ( crazy small rocks glass)...FULL OF ICE¿! There were 6 people on a Friday night in the auditorium... We were 2 of them. End of movie guy drops check for my $11 micro rocks glass of WINE WITH ICE ( yes.. I am Disturbed by this... what gave it away lol ) so I ask server~ what happened to the popcorn, Get this...."well I'm not the pop corn runner and we were out anyways"..... I said them he should have came and told me. ...... He never came back for the bill. I had to go pay that, I complained... And got one popcorn for the 2 of us. Note: the other couple in the seats near us ordered 2 drinks, and fries and I think a sandwich. When we left, they left a full drink, half drink, all the fries.... Speaks volumes. Upon exit on a Friday the place was still empty. 3 people at the bar... 6 people leaving, we were 2 of them.

Let me just state I drove 1 1/2 hours to go up to this theater for the experience. I've never been to a full service theater prior. Very impressive when you walk in. They have a full bar, pool tables, many TVs, lounge chairs and a nice fireplace. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The chairs are huge with premium seating and I love there's blankets available. I get cold easily. The only downfall was it was way warmer in there than expected. Didn't need blanket at that point and my drink was getting warm quickly ( they are served in actual glass cups).The popcorn was also subpar for an establishment such as this. I get that it's free but that's part of the movie experience- the good popcorn. No option for butter or seasoning as in regular theatre unless you purchase their specialty popcorn. Otherwise I would totally return again.

Very nice theater! At first I thought the tickets were overpriced, but the ambience was relaxing and cozy. So it was well worth the price. Cocktails were delicious. Free popcorn. The recliner seats were very comfortable. The movie screen & surround sound was perfect! Restrooms were clean.

I still like it here but it has degraded over the years. There used to be classic movies constantly playing on TVs inside of the island table in the middle. The pool tables are now beat up and they have one triangle to share among the three tables. My last visit, I put in an order for food and thought it was taking longer than normal (at least a half hour and they were not busy at all). I checked with them and they forgot to put the order in and I barely received an apology. It still looks nice, modern, and fancy, but looking past that it's almost as if they don't care anymore. I don't believe the heavy price tag on all of it is comparable to what this place is offering at this moment. This post is meant to be more of a wake up call for iPic to start caring again because this is/was really one of my favorite places to bring someone on a date. This theater feels very modern, but concessions close early, and maintenance is subpar. We went to a less popular showing, fairly late, and there was nobody else in the theater. Would recommend, but just keep your expectations in check.

Not worth it for the price when there are similar theaters for so much cheaper. The prenium seats aren't anything special. Food and drink options are a short list with funky options that aren't even that good espically for the price. Hollywood palms in naperville is cheaper better food options and drink specials during the week. They also have comfy recliners chairs. Save some money and have a better experience going somewhere else.

I had a wonderful time seeing a movie and eating dinner here. Bonus for having a bar with free pool tables! The seats in the theater are beyond comfortable and have blankets and small pillows available to use. Most of the staff was friendly and attentive (one or two were definitely having an off night) and the place was pristinely clean compared to some other movie theaters. I was not, however, impressed by the food. It was overpriced and bland; the margherita pizza we ordered was a joke. Come for the great theater, bar, and free pool but eat elsewhere.

This is such a nice high end theater. I will warn that their front row seating is not like other high end places I've been to before. You're right up to the screen, unlike other places where there's more space between you and the screen in the front row. The staff in the bar area we're super nice. The cocktails we're great. And the chairs in the movie theater were so damn comfortable. Great experience overall.

Service was the issue here tonight. The server only showed his face twice. Once to take the order second to hand over the check. Food was ok I just cold seemed like it's been sitting. The steak was ice cold didn't complain cause I was hungry, the calamari was terrible soggy and cold, buttermilk chicken tenders was good but again cold, the only thing served warm was the pretzels which we ended up ordering 2. My wife had the Capri panini she wasn't to crazy about it. I remember coming here years ago and really enjoying the food that was the purpose of driving this far to enjoy. Marcus theaters 2 mins away from my home has the recliners and better food for much less. I paid $100 for 4 tickets $155 for the food and that didn't even include the tip. $300 know where near did I get my money's worth here tonight I feel like I got robbed to be honest. We even skipped desert sad to see this place go down hill

Always enjoy a good show at iPic. It’s not for last minute plans because good shows sell out very quickly and you really cannot watch from the front row (especially action movie). The staff always seems very accommodating. The menu is very limited but the quality of the food is very good. The drinks are well made and not skimpy but the drink prices are a bit steep. In fact, that is the one negative that I have to say a it iPic.

I really like IPIC. It is definitely an experience. They have good drinks and even better food. It's a little pricey but I'd go again. The one in Texas seemed to be more adult oriented. The one in Bolingbrook had too many families, not that I'm against that, but my wife and I dropped our three kids at Grandma's only to be surrounded by kids at IPIC. Still enjoyed ourselves though.

The theater is really nice. Nice set up, but the inside of the theater sucked. I ordered tickets for the Avengers Endgame. Thinking the the seats I ordered were the recliner chairs, come to find out, they weren’t. It was too late to switch the tix because the recliner chairs were filled for that specific show time. So, my partner and I got stuck sitting in stiff back, non reclining, smelly seats. Yes, smelly!! Our seats smelled like vomit mixed with mop water. We had to sit through the entire 3 hour movie, uncomfortable and smelling a bad stench. So, whenever ordering tix, make sure you call and be sure your seats are the comfy chairs and check that they’re clean! And not to mention, we order 2 “Sidecar” cocktails. They charged an extra $3 on top of the $9.50, due to the “sidecar” name from what I was told by the bartender. I’m very disappointed in IPic.

Nice place. Get there early and play some pool or sit at the really nice bar. Watch a movie from a cushy recliner with a blanket on and waitstaff to keep your beer glass full. What's not to love??

Bar and theater areas were clean and friendly. Drinks made fresh. While in movie theater, service was attentive. Premium seats recline, with a button on table if you want service. Will definitely recommend for an upscale movie date.

They charged me for "premium seats" $20+ dollars a seat , we got in with great expectations just to be seated on very hard smelly sticky "leather" chairs with a dirty table, had to get up and exit the row for people to get in and out of their seats..never again.

I waited 10mins for a free refill on my $13 popcorn and drink. Nobody at the bar acknowledged me. I went back to the theater after waiting for service only to miss out on the last few minutes of the movie.

Not inexpensive but very nice, upscale movie theater with reserved dinner seats and personal waiter for VIP section. Service was a little lacking considering he only had 3 tables (6 people).

What a rip off! 70 dollars for quesadillas with no sides, Southwest egg rolls no sides a 6 dollar lemonade and two drinks. The food tasted below average!!! Next time I will stop at Chili’s eat there then come to the movies. Have a full meal with 30 dollars in change. The menu is way too expensive and there are no affordable options. The cookies are bland and need more sugar. The new Management is not good! This place is going down fast!

My friend and I showed up around 11:30pm for an 11:45pm showing of Avengers End Game. Little did we know that the doors would be locked, no staff in sight, and no one to answer 4 phone calls.. 3 for the front desk and 1 for the manager. Absolutely trash service and will never attempt to see a movie here for anything more than FREE again.

We used to love coming here for movies. Tonight we came to see Joker. As soon as we sat down at the bar, the bartender began complaining about his day. We paid the premium price for seats ($25/seat!!!) and had to wait 25 mins for our drinks to arrive after we ordered them. Our bag of skittles came an hour into the movie, even though we ordered them at the same time we ordered our beers. We gave them a card when we ordered to start a tab and didn't get our bill to complete our transaction until all the end movie credits were finished and the lights came back on! Service was awful tonight and we are highly doubting we will come back after spending that much money for such awful service.

Movies are great here but DO NOT EAT HERE. The food is not tasty and it is very expensive but mostly low quality. My Caesar salad was terrible. The chicken looked and tasted like can chicken no flavor at all and when I asked for salt and pepper they gave me three packets of to go pepper and a small sauce container with salt. I will never eat here again.

Here at the Ipic for New Years Eve with kids to watch Aquaman for the 10:15 pm show, very disappointed! Been a VIP member since Ipic opened and it has been going down hill. Down hill with music, service, quality and so much more. Asked for gift cards and now I wish I didn’t. Think it’s time to find another place and I say this a very sad heart!

I usually always enjoy the food and atmosphere. When you get a good waiter it is worth it, if there are difficulties getting refills and them answering the button because they are a little stretched it can get annoying. The food is a little pricey and I tend to get the meat skewers and asparagus with truffle fries but the meat skewers were a little salty last time so we went with the filet sliders, yummy, with sweet potato fries. A good place to bring a kid and make them feel special for the day. Some of the recliners are set back and have a more romantic feel so those are nice for date night.
