Everything has been upgraded from the seats to the movie display. It is high class and the price is very reasonable. I love what they have to this theater. I have been going to this theater in Melrose Park for almost 20 years now. Loving it!!!

Very beautiful theater, very clean and well managed. The reclining heated/ cooled seats are unmatched by any other theater I've been too. It's very spacious and the screens are huge! The staff is very friendly and I like the location in general.

I’ve had no issues here ever, and the seats are really great. They have electric reclining, and optional heating for your lower back which feels nice. I usually go to Rosemont, but since I moved closer to here, Cinemark is becoming a solid choice.

I love how the prices for the movies are really great. It is not like other places where the tickets are really expensive. The food is pretty good but a bit pricy though. Overall I really think it's worth the money. If you join they're club for 8.99 a month you get two free tickets each month and like 30% off for the food. Not bad. I've never had a problem here for the wait to buy food or tickets.

This theater just got upgraded, new recliner seats puts them on top. The viewing and sound here is great. It has a vast variety of shows to choose from each month. If the line is long not a problem just order online and head straight in and get your seats.

OMG you have to go and see a movie, those chairs are great, it's like sitting on a recliner, plus for those of you who get cold or need warmth on your back, the seats have heaters. Oh and wait for it, wait, no one is behind you so no kids kicking your seat, all the aisles have a divider between you and the next aisle. Oh I'm definitely going back...yeah baby

The seats were so comfortable, I fell asleep during the movie, and my son kept on having to wake me up. You can retract your seat like a couch, and you can even make your back and bottom warm however you want! Normal, warm, and hot. The popcorn is good, and I have nothing to say negative abput this place.

I haven't seen a movie here since 2008, but I was pleasantly surprised by the new additions that have been made. The upgrades to this theater were something that I wasn't expecting. The layout of the location is totally different. The seats have been upgraded to leather recliner chairs. There is also added leg room because of the upgraded seats. The screens appear to be larger too. But that may be due to the fact that I haven't been there for over 10 years. There is also an area that looks like restaurant that is on the right side as you walk in to the lobby. I didn't get to try it this time, but I'm sure I'll try it next time.

Hello has anyone seen what they’ve done to one of my favorite theaters? They went in and upgraded the seating. You can now recline and wait for it, the seats have heating and cooling. Here’s the kicker, ticket pricing hasn’t increased at all. Ooh I almost forgot, you can also order your tickets online and select seating!! Awesome job to whoever thought it was time to reinvent this theater.

Cinemark Melrose Park is my favorite place to watch a movie especially now because of new plush seats which are worth extra cost. Only drawback for me is I spend a lot buying pop corn, drink etc. Avoid buying extras and movie is inexpensive. For me extras add to movie experience. I love movies and the place I go to watch them is Cinemark Melrose Park.

This movie theater is very ghetto. The seats are very slim and do not bend back. There is not a lot of room for you're feet either. The armrests are designed very poorly with each seat getting 0 1 or 2 armrests depending if you can get them before the person next you you does. The food is extremely overpriced and does not taste good. The overall atmosphere is very dangerous and not safe. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

This movie theater has awesome prices. Lower than all the other theaters in my opinion. They still have the "old chairs" but they are upgrading soon. This may affect the price but who knows. I will to an update once that happens, but if you are looking to watch new movies for great prices, come here.

Went on 4/30 to see Endgame at 10am. The customer service is poor. One young lady at the ticket counter seemed like she hated life. Then I spoke to the guy who checks the tickets. He ignored my greeting and just said, "Theater 1". Unhappy people!!

The tickets are cheap and you can tell. I ordered a hot tea at the little Starbucks area and the girl took 5 whole minutes to put a tea bag in a cup of hot water. Other than that, the cinema is fine.

My kids (13 year old son and 10 year old daughter) and I Love this place.. It's Always been clean with fresh, good food at the concessions.. and they show a Great selection of movies at Very Reasonable prices! (Often just $4 or $5 per person!). The seats are comfortable and well maintained, viewing is great, and sound quality in the theaters is excellent. Before or after the movie there is a nice arcade in the lobby where you can play air hockey or a good variety of new and older video games!

Cinemark is the place to go to the movies. The lounge chairs that can be heated, are fantastic and comfortable, the assigned seating is also wonderful and has its perks, plus ticket prices are insanely cheap. Other theatres like York and Addison and Lake have unlimited refills on popcorn and slushies though, and cheaper concession stands, which is one of downsides to Cinemark, but overall, Cinemark has improved drastically for the better

The ticket prices are cheap and the cleanliness of this theater is ok. The only thing I dislike is that recently they made this place for guests to reserve their seats. However other guests are not respecting this and are taking the reserved seats of others! It happened to my cousin and I. We paid for our tickets and chose our seats and a lady and her daughter took our seats. This is going to bring a lot of issues with patrons going forward. The employees need to be more attentive when it comes to the seating and make sure everything goes smoothly.

I love the recliners in the auditoriums. They have other food options such as burgers and chicken strips which are very good. The tickets are reasonably priced. There's is one unfortunate problem every time I've gone the bathrooms are not well kept mainly they smell horrible. I know many companies no longer use products with scents due to so many people having allergies. Over all great

Most amazing experience I have ever had at a movie the seats are leather, fu**ing leather. They recline with a button and are headed. That alone would have been great but the price, the price guys I paid 30 for the tickets (2) and a medium popcorn and a large drink. I paid 60 at Rosemont last week and the theaters are not up to par with this place 10/10 will be back very SOON. Plus the Aladdin movie was spectacular and made this birthday truly amazing.

Got a needle syringe embedded in the back of my thigh and all I get for it sorry we don't know if it's happened here... Corporate bull....!! What about what I went through for testing for HIV and Hep A, B or C then had to take meds so I didn't get sick... 1 in a million chance and I get the needle, but no I did not get anything health Wise. I still had to go through the whole process and a very scary process.

I will never go to this movie theater after what they did today one of the screens for the movie that I purchased tickets for was not working so the guy offered me tickets for a later time which I took then changed my mind and just wanted a refund I step into another line which the manager was at the window she tells me the screen just started back working and I can go to see the movie I went to sit in the same seats that I had purchased not knowing somebody else had the same seats so literally the movie was just getting started walks up to me and tell me and my kids we have to give these ppl our seats which I saw many other ppl arguing about the same issue so I got my refund and went to another movie theater I would never go there again or tell anyone else to go there.

Great prices on tickets and great screens. 2nd visit at this location. I like it but security who I thought was cool came into my theater climbed through half the rows to tell me if my 3 year old makes noise we may have to leave. I didn’t see the problem until I asked other parents did he follow them from the front to their seats Or even just tell them that he may ask them to leave and every parent said NO. He waited through previews and then left. ill find another place to go watch movies.

Holy cow, this place rocks. I've been to theaters all over the US including most of the ones in Vegas, and this place is by far the cheapest (I think I paid 7.50 per ticket?) And the seats, at least the ones in theater 10 are the nicest. Extremely comfortable reclining seats, and they're heated too, that's the first time I've seen that in a theater.

This was a good theater up dated the seats with recliners although theater is small now still good for up date not good today cause of the power outage and they should have did more than just give a free ticket to any show at any time please do better so next time this problem don't happen only reason I gave two stars today

I recommend that you see a great movie if you go to the cinema, there is a sign seating and very comfortable chairs that can be adjusted the fit your liking. The sound and picture quality was outstanding. Moviegoers were well-behaved and very much into watching the movie. This theater is conveniently located in Melrose Park right off of North avenue. Plenty of parking right outside the door of the theater. I recommend this as a venue to see a movie
