I cant believe it cost almost 100.00 for a movie a bag of popcorn and a drink for 3 people. Why cant we just bring our own snacks and drinks. I think im just going to wait from now on and rent the movie for what i think is 5.95. I would save a hell of alot of money

Has all the latest theater technology. Amazing surround sound and video quality. Some of the auditoriums are huge. The recliners are very comfortable and you have plenty of space to yourself. Concessions are expensive but good. They have the latest fountain drink dispensers. The app is intuitive and has a friendly interface. Super convenient to use and very easy to just buy your tickets beforehand, get in the theater, and get to your reserved seat. Customer service is friendly and the AMC Stubs member rewards are great. All in all a fantastic experience. It's really brought the moviegoing experience back to life.

We had to sit right up at the front for the movie. Thank God, the seats recline back enough to comfortably see the movie. I've been in theaters where that's not the case when you have to sit right at the front. It was so uncomfortable we had to ask for a refund.

Very comfy always a good view. I go on Sunday mornings with my boyfriend and its turned into a thing now. It's quite fun. Go in all lazy and enjoy a movie. They let you bring a blanket.

I really enjoy this theater. It's clean and the staff is friendly. It's the closest theater to me anyway so that's a huge plus. Saturday morning, 9/21 my wife and I came to watch a matinee for IT Chapter 2. The temperature must have been 60 degrees or less. After 30 minutes I couldn't take it and went out to talk to the manager about turning the temperature up a little. It took about ten minutes for her to come out, and she said she would readjust the temperature. She explained that the amount of people in the room can affect the temperature and so on. I asked if she would compensate us for the movie, either by a refund or some other type of compensation. She said that if I planned on leaving, that she would refund me. We already had a babysitter for the day and that just was not an option for us. So I basically had to miss close to 15 minutes of the movie without any kind of courtesy popcorn or drink or anything that they could have offered. Perhaps I'm wrong to expect something for my inconvenience, but I paid for a movie and missed a decent portion of it. Luckily my wife filled me in. That is not good customer service in my eyes.

This theater is clean, staff is friendly. Reclining leather seats are a big plus. Bathrooms are new and clean. Movies have good sound and picture. I am an AMC Stubs member which gives me free popcorn and pop upgrades, and dollar credits after spending a certain amount. Popcorn is decent and pop purchases are the Coke machines with many flavor choices.

Great theatre, close to home. Some seats are starting to get old so maybe they will replace them within the next year or so. All staff are friendly so it is a nice place to go to. With being able to reserve seats on the phone this is a location we plan to visit quite a bit.

Worst experience I ever encountered at a movie theater. If you are going to have reserved seating you should then have personnel in the theater to ensure each patron only takes his or her reserved seat. I paid for three seats only to find them occupied upon arrival. So, rather than disrupt the entire theater my wife and I, as well as our daughter moved to the next available seats. Our fault I admit. Several minutes later the obvious happened. Other patrons claimed the seat I was sitting in. Again, not wanting to disrupt the other patrons, I surrendered the seat and left theater leaving my wife and daughter to watch the movie. Yes I could have claimed my legitimate seat, however the entire situation could have been avoided by employing an usher in the theater to direct patrons to the correct seats. I understand I should have contacted an employee upon discovery of the initial problem, but I did not want to be a disruption to anyone and everyone in the theater. I will not return to an AMC again.

Booked 20 seats in advance for school kids on 2/23 Saturday 4:15 pm show "How to train your dragon". Did not expect kids (ages 6-7) to be chatty during the show. I apologize for any disturbance/inconvenience caused to others. Management & staff were wonderful! Popcorn & Drinks were great!

Used to like this theater. Went to a show last night and we were the first in the theater and there were popcorn bags on the floor, all the cup holders were sticky and had liquid pooled in them, the seats were ripped and torn and had holes and armrests shifted to adjacent seats. Disgusting and even if other seats had been available most looked the same. When I talked with the manager next day he would “look into it”, no compensation offered. Going to Regal theater from now on.

If you want to watch a movie in comfy seats this is the place to go. The seats all recline and the employees are always top-notch. The only dig is related to cleanliness. More often than not you'll find popcorn between the seats. Not a fan of that, but other than that this is an amazing facility for movie watching.

This theater is always my number one choice for seeing movies! The staff is friendly, the food and drinks are great and the leather reclining seats are incredibly comfortable. Admittedly it can be a bit pricey but considering all the updates and upgrades they've done over the years it's well worth it.

They forgot the drink with our order, slight inconvenience when you're already in your seat and waiting for tugger movie to just start. Seats were so comfortable the gf fell asleep during a movie she's been waiting years to see. Clean image, last few theaters we've been to we've had to complain to get the screen focused. Nice having the option to drink during the movie.

Cheaper than Regal, better seats and better sound make this my theater of choice for new movies. The reclining chairs are a bit torn up but most of them are in good condition. Each theater seems to be the same size unlike Regal as well so you don't have to worry about your showing being in a tiny room with a glorified big big screen TV.

Awesome theater I think everyone's favorite part is the recliners. Very relaxing. Prices for concessions and tickets aren't so good, so try to save up money to visit here. I would recommend to come to the earliest movie showtime where the prices are cheapest because the ticket prices go up after that. But overall should not disappoint, have never had any problems with this place other than prices.

Clean. Great sound and picture quality. Reclining seats are so comfortable, they allow you to lie flat if you want. You can reserve your seat when you buy a ticket. Ticket prices are very reasonable! One star reduced because the credit card terminals at the self serve kiosks weren't working. There were no "out of order" signs.

Not nearly as nice nor is it big like most other AMC theaters. But better chance to not be so crowded either. Still don't see the point in having a full service bar in a movie theater. Who the hell wants to hang out there. Although I understand serving alcohol. Also if you are going to do all that. Then they need to step up their game (all AMC theaters,) when it comes to serving food items. For this area. I would rather go and see a movie at the Marcus theater in Elgin, over this place. Just based on menu items alone.

I love this theater, I always feel spoiled cause it is the only theater with the best reclining leather seats in my life, no other theater compares as far as comfort. This is especially great for people with back disabilities, it gives enough comfort for them to sit through the whole movie without pain. They are very accommodating to mishaps at the theater and great customer service.

With all of the changes they have made over the last few years this is a great place to go to the movies. The leather recliner chairs, the bar for beverages, reserved seating, etc. all make for a great experience. Yes the concessions are expensive, but that is how they stay in business. The AMC stubbs program helps with rewards, free upgrades, etc. and is well worth the annual fee if you go to movies often.

We are frequent movie goers to this theater and last night cleanliness was at an absolute low! Absolutely filthy ... time to hire more help. Also noticed 2 small boys waiting inline to go to Death Wish no adults were with them and I watched employees walk by them several times. I'm not sure what there attention was focused on ...it certainly was not the boys or cleaning the theaters.

I hate doing this but this one will get so much off my chest. Here goes how can you be in the movie theater biz and not have hotdogs on the roller. The guy said and yes that's u Joe, I just sold two and it takes a half hour to heat them. And the answer is check the movie times and put on dogs thirty min before that. They will hold for hours and u don't care anyway, so just keep the food going. Then they had no BBQ chicken pizza, they said we're out of pizza then some other kid tells me different, the girl working with man bun Joe just rolled her eyes. How can you ruin the last good American thing by screwing up at the food kiosk. PS I also noticed the broken dog buns u tried hiding. But what really ruined the night was there's gonna be a John wick 4 they just couldn't end a good thing. I love giving five stars and easily do so. But this felt good real good

This theater is really nice. It's generally clean and has the reclining seats which is really nice. But sometimes, there are little things like garbage in the cup holders or, like I experienced when seeing DP2, used tissues. It's disgusting when things like that happens. It just leaves me cringing the whole time I'm seeing a movie. Other than some cleanliness things like that, it's a good theater in a nice location.

Theater is great but they served the saltiest popcorn. It was sooooo salty, we couldn't eat it. We refilled and tried it three different times during the movie and all were too salty. I complained to the young man behind the counter, he shrugged and said "must be the seasoning we use". Waste of money. $16 for a combo of large popcorn and a drink.

Unfortunately, during our movie, we continued to hear another movie booming loudly from the theater next to us. The bathrooms were in desperate need of cleaning and a few stalls had no toilet paper stocked. No seat covers were available which would have been nice since the seats were not clean. The seats in the theater were comfortable and we enjoyed the movie we saw.

I’ve been going to this theatre my entire life - way back when it was a Kerasotes and I’ve never had a bad experience. The place is always clean and they keep the lobby and cinemas updated. Their cinemas have a stadium-type layout in the sense that there are steps to get to your seats as opposed to a slight incline. The steps are nice as it eliminates the risk of sitting behind someone tall obstructing your view.

This theater has the fancy recliner chairs and also online seat reservations so you know you have the seat you want before you pay. Also they have a bar. They are super hardcore about ids for liquor though. Like they won't let you get 2 drinks even 1 drink per Id.

I love this theater. The seats are super comfortable and you get to pick where you want to sit. Snacks Ok even though I prefer popcorn without salt and butter usually pick up a couple drinks from the fountain drink machine as well. Great place to watch a movie on a weekday when you want to break up the daily monotony.

I love the recliners. For me it is the best part of it all. It makes you feel like you re home except that you are in front of a gigantic screen. Very relaxing too. I like to sit all the way in the back and watch the movie from there. Prices for concessions are fine. I like going there on weekdays when the crowd is much less than they are on weekends.

This is or go to movie theater. Great assigned reclining seats, stadium so no heads in the way. Popcorn is usually fresh and hot, to it yourself with butter typing or not it's up to you. My mix Coke machines. Usually kept pretty clean.. Sometimes when super busy it can get a bit messy

I give four starts mostly because, unlike most theatres, they have a volume control and the previews were not blasting us out of our comfy seats. Our theatre smelled a bit, which is unfortunate. Prepaid tickets I have are impossible to use online and one needs to swap them for seats at the box office, but smaller theatres are sold out full way before movies so their answer was to arrive an hour earlier to use tickets I already have. :-(

They has provided me with seats that wete already taken / sold to someone else. No one at the bar and was advised a manager was coming 15 mins later still no one seems like the theater is ran by all teenagers for thier summer job...no phucks given

Comfy recliners and a tall blue moon. Other tap choices I recall are Sam Adams winter lager. IPA of some sort...I think brothers? Lite. And many bottle varieties. Hard alcohol too. Bring a blanket if you want.

This is our go to theater! The recliners are super comfy, the theaters and bathrooms are well maintained, they have yummy snacks (if you are willing to pay, as per any movie theater), and has a nice little arcade.

Place has comfy reclining seats though they do kinda squeak since they have leather covers. The staff is chill. You can get as many refills as you want for your popcorn and drinks. It's best to go watch the movies late at night since you basically have the theator room to yourself. Overall, it's not a bad place

Went to see movie. As usual, we book on line and flash a smartphone to the attendant. The reclining seats are very laid back. If you were forced to go to a movie you didn't particularly want to watch, you could go to sleep comfortably!
