This Movie Theater belongs to the category of Movie theater.
This is our favorite movie theater now. It's a little pricey but you can order food so you can eat dinner with your movie in a comfy recliner. Make sure to buy your tickets in advance. The theaters are not huge but I kind of like the more personal touch.
Excellent accommodations and a wonderfully helpful staff. We saved a great deal on the purchase price for our tickets by signing up for the reward program too! If I'm ever in Chi-town again, I know where I'm heading to watch the next great film!
Enjoyed this theater. Service was great. Food is what it is. Same as any dine in movie theater
Love this place. Food and drinks priced about right. My only problem with this place is lights are not turned down during the movies. Lights do not have to be on that bright even if food and drinks are being served. The 2nd hour of most movies, nobody is ordering anything.
Used to be great but it's gotten increasingly dirty and badly managed, frequently no staff are around or available or are just too busy to help. Makes for a dissapointing and sad experience. Food has gotten almost inedible. Very sad.
The theater was beautiful, but unfortunately the experience was bad. Unfortunately this theater is not family friendly when it comes to families with children who have development disorders (autism). Needless to say, I left with my son, and although the staff tried their best to be friendly about it, it doesn't take away the embarrassment that was felt.
My Daughter and I visited on 11/2/2019 When we made our order I was asked to pay immediately. While the other patrons in our section got there checks at the end of the show. I felt that was because we are African American the other customers were white. Not cool
Great food and quality of theatre atmosphere
It's a great theater, but Block 37 seems to be dying off. There's something about the theater being on the 4th floor, which is pretty dead, that's a little bit unsettling. The staff was great, picture was great, Shazam was GREAT, etc. I'm not sure i would feel safe if I was a younger version of myself. Once inside the theater it's fine. It's just getting there.
The worst movie experience ever, ordered a drink lipstick all over the glass. Order Mac and cheese, served cold. Order a different item, wings they’re frozen inside. They try to charge me for both items. Have to leave the theatre to talk to the manager and miss the movie. The worst service and biggest joke I’ve ever experienced
The theatre has very comfortable seats, outstanding food and service! Expensive, but well worth the price!
Great reclining seats, food delivered to you. Retractable table. Beer also delivered to you during the show.
Nice place to watch movies with friends
Great food and drink and awesome seats!! But there are never enough servers to take orders and serve. When you pay $20/seat and food/beverages are really expensive, you should expect better service. We always arrive early but they only have 1 server so we wait 15+ min to get the order taken then another 10 to get served. They need to get it togther!
Awesome food and attention to detail.
We love going to the AMC Block 37. They have good food and friendly service. The seats are LaZBoys and for the most part have been clean. The screens are clear and the sound is also great quality. The only complaint that I have is the theaters get quite warm. I wish they would turn the A/C on higher because it is difficult to relax in a leather recliner when you feel hot and stuffy.
Block 37 is our go to Dine In Theater. We've gone to a couple of other dine-in theaters in the city, but they don't compare to block 37. They have more food options and the food is actually just better at this location. You pay a few more dollars but it is worth it in the end. The seats are plush, the food is great, the theaters aren't too large, allowing for a more intimate viewing experience, and you are right downtown. No complaints.
Yes, I remember this place; and I like it. Its my number two favorite movie theater, I like to hang out in. I like everything about it. Going again, soon.
This is my goto theater never puff the service itself. Everything is amazing but the service is the best
My second house. Should be great if they rotate the food menu everything 3 months
The theaters are very accessible. Dine-in is a super convenient option, but it is not necessary for your viewing. The people here are very nice.
Block 37 is an interesting mall. I love it! It has plenty of fun shops, restaurants and even a theatre.
If you want a posh seat side dining with a movie this is the place. The seats are super comfortable recline all the way. Can actually sit in the front and it's good.
i had a little bit of difficulty finding the amc theater at first, but with the help of a useful employee who worked at the disney store below the theater i was able to find it. i came to the theater to watch five feet apart and was very satisfied with the comfortable reclining seats and the employees that came around to see if people wanted food were polite as well. i’ll definitely come back to watch more movies here in the future!
Great theater!!! Great food!!! Love the new 3D+ HFR!!!
Good place . The food is overprice but apart from that it's really good.
Very nice set up with having food brought to you. Chairs were completely comfortable and staff were friendly. Will go back.
It's a fine establishment and has great reclining chairs and service throughout the movie. My issue with the venue (and I think this is due to the in-movie service) is that the lights are much too bright and remove you a bit from the hot medium that is a movie theater. While I like the amenities, I ultimately go to a theater to feel more enveloped than I would idly watching a movie on my television at home. Also, there were available seats in the center left unlisted on the website.
Totally fine, I'm just not that into a place where people are ordering and serving food while in trying to watch a movie.
This is always my theater of choice, the staff is always very nice the food is very good. You can't beat the seats they have here, it's great watching a movie on a huge screen in a recliner. Always enjoy my time here and highly recommend it.
The theater was very clean and very well maintained. The waitstaff we had were all great as well. I used the button to get the attention of our waitress. She came right away. We did come during the afternoon, so it wasn't super busy. The seats were very comfortable and the tables were just the right size. I would come back here again. Note: we did not order any entrees, just popcorn and soda. So, I cannot review their food options. Although, the menu looked like they had a decent selection and the prices seems reasonable.
I love this theatre. It is very comfortable with the reclining seats and you will be served food right before the movie. The wait staff comes to you with a menu, service you and then take away your dish. You don't have to get up for anything except the bathroom.
I love coming here whenever I visit Chicago, which is a few times a year. The chairs are large, fully reclining, and comfortable. The staff is excellent, as is the service they provide. The food is really good, which many might find surprising coming from a movie theater. Tonight I had the fresh pretzel bites with two cheddar dips (forget the honey dijon), the bacon ranch burger (ranch and royal sauce on the side), and the brownie sundae. I'd recommend any movie going person check this place out if you've never been to one before. The theaters are very small. The one I was in only seats 25.
Very nice. Price on the upper side.but you do get what you pay for
Love the chairside service i always recommend and go out of they way to see movies at that location
It was nice and clean, but i paid $27 for food it was cold when i received my food and the lady didn't give me my change.
It was amaizing.
Love this place. Every time I come here it's always clean, the waitresses and waiters do their job well. Reclining seats, little table, menu right next to your seat your waitress takes your order before your movie starts. We come here all the time. Good food, good drinks, good service, and comfy.
A very comfortable, convenient experience. But pretty pricey. Could just be movies downtown, in general. A $19 movie and $44 for mac n cheese, loaded tots and a brownie Sundae (split between 2). All of which were tasty! Esp the sundae. Decent portions.
Do not go here if you want to get lost in a movie. Expect the constant distraction of hallway and exit sign lighting, wait staff walking buy, the smell of prepared food (like wings & pasta), and people constantly going to the bathroom. Not a traditional theater, its more like an extension of watching a movie in your living room. Might be for some, and good for casual movies, but definitely don't go here to see a movie you are excited about.
A little too fancy for me I guess. I was just looking to see the movie, not eat any food. One of the employees gave me back my phone which I forgot at my seat...really appreciated that!
If movie chow is your thing you will love this location. As a place to watch movies, I prefer the River East location!
Great movie theater, dinner is always good and the theaters are big enough to not be too loud. Tickets are quite pricey, but the reclining chairs and in theater service makes it not too bad. Now if they could have blankets or lower the ac a little, it would be amazing.
Always a good time, staff is wonderful and I am always using my points for free things.
On the plus side, there are very comfortable recliner seats and the staff was very helpful. It's very handy to public transportation - the red line train is literally in the building. It is a bit pricey, even for upscale movie theatres.
The food is pretty bad here. I've tried various menu items and they're all the bare minimum. The black bean burger is especially disgusting. It needs to be so much crispier. Also, a huge gripe: for the prices I'm paying, I expect refills when my cup is empty. I've pressed the service button and gotten no response sometimes.
Best place to see movies in comfort
Great food, comfortable seating and quick servers.
They make the movie experience so fun and easy
Went to the movies to see a movie and eat lunch. I hot a hamburger and fries, and a chicken sandwich and fries. My hamburger was good, but the fry's were room temperature. That is Unexcusable, my wife's fries were cold also. FYI, while eating her chicken sandwich, she got a good size chicken bone in her mouth.
Wonderful. Great movie environment, along with good service and food. Looks very well kept.
I ordered 2 drinks, a soda, and an entree. I went to the bathroom when I was halfway through my entree. When I came back, they had cleared my place, so half of a sandwich and my untouched tots(which I paid extra for) were gone. The bill was in its place, and had a smiley face on it. Everything else was fine - just don't leave food unattended! It was a big bummer.
They treat you way better than other AMCs.
So much fun, a great experience! I recommend scheduling in advance to get a chance at the movies you want, due to limited seating availability. It was a great relaxing experience. We came out of a rainy day and just snuggled up in our hoodies, ordered a bunch of food and cocktails, and literally kicked back - properly reclined, feet up and all. It's not "cheap" so it might not be the place for folks on a tight budget. But I thought it was reasonable, and a great low energy date night experience especially when it's too cold to be out and about.
I liked it, you press a button by the chair and server come to take your order, you could even popcorn and a drink.
The most convenient movie/ dining/ entertainment facility reached by public transportation.
Exactly what you would hope for from a dine-in movie theater. Good vibe, comfy seats, good service and all the newest movies. Would recommend
Like to come here more often but don’t like the service and I hate how it seems they’re always running out of what’s on the menu!
Hands down my favorite theater in Chicago. I love the dine-in theater access. You won't have to leave your seat for a minute that way you won't miss any action. You can get here via the Blue line or Red line. I always recommend the elevator because it's a little faster. They also have a parking garage in the basement area.
It is inside of a mall. It is bigger than you think. They serve you food. Never even have to lift a finger. Expect when u are eating. Plus they have really good popcorn.
Great food for affordable process. Super comfy recliners. It was a little hard for to find the theater but well worth the search.
Who said the dine-in stopped in Bedrock? AMC Block 37 has recreated the imagery to perfection. There is a restaurant/bar perfect to meet your party in. The seats recline, which only adds to 3-D effects. In-between each set of seats are all the condiments you need, menus, and your call-service button. Slide out trays are attach to the arms of the chair so you don't have to worry about any spills. This is how you watch a movie in comfort.
Saw Halloween in October here and the overall experience was great so we came back last night. A complete 180 this time. Our burger came to us wrong. The 2nd time the burger was correct, but cold. The meat was completely overcooked and flavorless. We ordered well done fries and those were wrong both times. Got tired of the slow service so we powered through the overpriced $17 meal. Then we wanted refills on our waters and it took a visit from a manager and a waitress 30 minutes to bring us WATER! And we were right across from the kitchen! Needless to say, a utterly horrible experience this time around. Not sure we'll be back. Very disappointed
fun to come here movies are great
Good food and service good too. They do a good job of staying out of the way when bringing food. Didn't like eating finger foods in the dark. Trying to get hot peppers, cheese, meat, all in the same bed bite without seeing it, really sucked.
Good theatre in down town. Reclining seats and restaurant service. More expensive than the average theatre because of the service though.
Cool American movie theater. Place and fun
The theatres are small and the setting more intimate, but I really enjoy this setting more than the typical theatre. Viewing feels casual, and the food is above okay and delivered to you
Nicest / Cleanest Theater that we have ever been too. "Leather like" reclining chairs. There is ONLY chair service for food and drink. You have a call button on your seat. Very nice...
Movies? You get what you're looking for. Seats? Super comfy. Food? Terrible. The drinks taste like sugar. The food has no flavor except for that deep fried oil flavor, even if its not apparently a deep fried food. If that's what you're going for, fine, but for the cost I expected more.
Now our go-to theater. Best seats, great food and drink. Good time out!
I absolutely love this theater. I prefer the smaller size with the concession delivery available to my seat. The only downside here is that the bartenders are not very knowledgeable with drinks. I ordered a Bloody Mary at my last visit and it was awful. The popcorn was not fresh and over salted so, there are definitely areas that could use improvements, especially when you're located in such a great location! The cons will not keep me away from this location but I would love for them to address these simple fixes to provide better quality to guests.
Poor floor layout means that servers walk in front of you and obstruct the screen when taking orders and bringing food/drinks. Aside from that though, it's great!
Exceeded expectations and the service was excellent.
If you like the convenience of a movie and a meal - this is probably for you. If you don't like mixed smells (pizza + fish, etc) and people walking in front of the screen during the showing, maybe skip it and find a non-dine-in spot.
Very expensive considering it’s not much better than other cinemas
Would of perfect if I was not Sweating Was Very Hot
Excellent dine-in theater, very clean and most comfortable seats of any theater located downtown Chicago!
I'm from Oakland, CA.... We've an AMC Theatre near by in neighboring Emeryville Ca with similar amenities HOWEVER there's no dine-in services with food you've ordered brought directly to your seat....Pretty awesome I'd say !
Good cinema. Screen is a bit smaller than usual theaters but the chairs are wonderful. Service is good, but food can be better. Didn't have any issues with noisy neighbors, in fact the sound system was so loud I barely heard my self thinking
Went to see Joker and the movie itself was good and the theater was clean. Staff seemed friendly although we didn't order. I'm giving a 4 star because after purchasing the tickets no one even scanned them or stopped us so we literally spend money that we didn't have to since no one was checking.
Good food comfortable seats. What more could you ask for
It's great but man after eating I knocked out
The theater is very clean but the girl at the guest service was very rude and no help.I was at the movies on 4-20 for 11:15a.m show. I had questions and ask for help and the guest service did not want help.
Who said the dine-in stopped in Bedrock? AMC Block 37 has recreated the imagery to perfection. There is a restaurant/bar perfect to meet your party in. Small screens ...my setup at home comes close (considering distance and field of view). The food is actually pretty good but *massively* overpriced. Drinks too. Seats seem made for people six feet tall and 300+ pounds. Kinda suck for people smaller than that.
Great theatre. Love the milkshakes
It was very nice and well kept. I love the fact that it's got its own floor of the mall. I would have expected the seats to be a little nicer, I think a little swing out plastic tray is low quality for a luxury dine in movie experience but it was good.
Very clean establishment! Great customer service and hospitality! Absolutely delicious food!
The theater has a nice ambience. It's not over crowded & the staff is awesome,
First time at AMC Dine-In Style. Was late 10 minutes for my 10:30 show. But they still let me in. Ended up being the only person with three staff members.
Eventhought it's Monday and not bussy at all service wasn't good they couldn't bring me my bucket of beer plus I gave the waiter $70 to pay off the order never got my change back I only got a beer an nachos and they still trying to charge me more when they only broufhtey nachos and one glass of beer and their all confuse if I didn't get my bucket but got only one beer their suppose to take away the stuff I didn't get and bring the rest of .my change Please give more responsible waiters or a nice cashier that comes for the payment that way they don't get overwhelmed and confused
Always good, large seats, good food, theaters aree small though and fill quick so get your tickets early.
Amazing food, especially vegetarian options. Seats are extremely comfortable.
EXCELLENT place to see a movie and dine in. Service is quick and variety of entrees to chose from.
Great way to watch a movie. Want to eat and watch the movie but don't have time for both? Now you do. Good is ok, drinks are better
It is nice for a change. The theater was small and kind of intimate. But the food was expensive (5.95 for a soft drink, 9.95 for a shake??). And the service was SLOW!!! VERY SLOW!!
Very clean theaters and smaller crowd for a better viewing experience. Reclining chairs with moveable food tray is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Depending on the time of day, service can be a little slow for concessions since it’s deliver-to-seat. Definitely once of the best amcs in the downtown area.
comfortable and very well located in down town
My favorite theater in the city. They always have all the showings I want to see. I enjoy the seats a lot, very spacious. This theater influenced me to get A-List membership, since the location is close to my job and convenient for me. Had to take away a star cus I’ve noticed the food go down in quality lately. Which was unfortunate. I also notice that when they get super busy, they’re too busy to stay attentive, so keep that in mind if you’re expecting good service on an opening night. You’re not gonna get it. But other than that it’s a nice place to catch a movie and some popcorn.
Not well suited to families with young children. The Block 37 AMC has 11 movie screens, but apparently only one restroom with a changing table. Even worse, it's in a family restroom in the bar/restaurant area, quite a distance from the movie theaters, and it is locked. The only way to use it is to get a key from a bartender, but there is no signage indicating that the family restroom is locked and/or that the key is at the bar. I missed at least 20 minutes of my movie trying to get access to the changing table at this location. Seems like very bad planning for a location that shows so many children's movies.
My go-to movie theater in Chicago. Awesome bowling alley with plush seats, amazing food and drinks! Along with a full arcade that get new games all the time! This theater is great to watch movies in or just hang out! They always have special movie screenings too!
Great image/picture quality, good sound, and comfortable seating. Food is ok but overpriced! It is a good spot if you are downtown Chicago. The red line is right underneath the building, well connected and you can have food and drinks at the same place. No need to get out to the cold winter.
The luxury!! Best place to watch movies
I love this show and I never like to go to the show it’s just not my thing but when I go here with my daughter I like it
OMG! Thank you to the person that realized that popcorn & candy do not make for great movie eats! My last trip here was to the bar before my movie & my bartender Christian/Han Solo
While the cinema is nice, I wouldn't recommend eating here. Both me and my partner got food poisoning. The bar is great, they have nice staff. Clean place. Be advised it is 18+ and they do not accept university ID. state only. Not a complaint but would have been useful to know ahead of time.
I love the ambiance and the seats are to die for. I didn't like the food considering the expense, but I don't particularly like fast food. Great place for date night.
Love it..will go again..like the at seat service
Movie theater is great and amazing quality. The recliners make a huge difference in experiencing a movie in comfortable seating. I can't really make any complaint about the movie theater at all. The food however, could use a bit of quality change specially for the price. So it I order a chicken tender for 17.99, I expect that to be very good. I can't justify the prices, just because they are feeding people inside a theatre, food should be more expensive. I bet if they had more reasonable prices, they would get more orders, it's just how economy works. I also am giving them 4.5 stars but I can't choose that.
This Amc was really nice and bathrooms were clean. We had a problem with the bartender, relayed our concerns to management and received free tickets to our next movie.
Is it possible to have an immersive cinematic experience and a flawless meal? Maybe I'm not the right audience for this concept, I just don't get it. At nearly $20 a ticket, seeing a movie here comes at a much higher premium than a traditional theater. While the seats are very comfortable and the screens and sound are high quality, it's hard to truly get lost in the movie because the theater never goes full dark and there's servers waking around throughout the movie, sometimes standing right in front of you to organize their orders... It's very distracting. I didn't have the food, except the some drinks and snacks (which the server didn't get quite right). The prices were what I expected of a theater. I don't think I could enjoy a full course meal and pay attention to a movie at the same time. Seriously, do you really want to eat sushi at a movie theater? To answer my original question, I don't think it's possible to do both really well, unless maybe you were in your own private screening room. Everyone was very nice and the facilities are new and shiny and it's super convenient being in block 37, right above the blue and red lines... I was really hoping to enjoy this more, but for 20 bucks I want to get lost in the movie. It's impossible to do that here. If you just want to drink and have fun, where the movie isn't the focus, I think there are other places for that.
Best movie theater. Everyone was really nice. Enjoyed the comfortable chairs
Really enjoy it. Good so iui and and projector. Very comfortable seats. The food service was good and the food was tasty. Overall a very good experience.
Service was first class! Food was hot and fresh, I actually was amazing how fast it came out. The employees were very attentive . Both my wife and I had the fish and chips. I want to say I had about 6 Cod filets an okay amount of fries 2 yummy biscuits and some red coleslaw that was....'okay' (yes, I ate it) but continuing on..... The chairs recline and do everything you would want them to so not much to say there. Bye for now folks.
Had a 9:45 show time...The AMC is on the 4th floor but the doors were locked to get into the building...Someone let us in. Escalators weren't on and it was just confusing to get to AMC once inside. I know it's a dine-in movie theater but I still like to have the option to get my own concessions if I choose but there's no way to do that. I won't be going back to this one.
Service and food was mediocre. They forgot to bring my wife her food. The drinks are overpriced for what you get.
Not exactly clear on where or how to use AMC Membership rewards. Had to go to the register instead of using the kiosk which would've been quicker. Theatre was kind of bright for it to be a theater
Nice quiet laidback dine in theater. Good place for date night. Very good service.
It is a good place to see movies and I 100% recommended this place
The shrimp and brussel sprouts was delicious
I took my husband here for one of many birthday gifts and it was amazing! The chairs were comfortable and the food was good! I would definitely go back and highly recommend.
It was a pleasant experience althoug it took over 15 min to order.
Decent theater but had a not so great experience with the food order. Ordered buffalo wings, got chicken tenders and absolutely no kind of sauce. Then we ask if these were buffalo wings, they said no, they were out of buffalo, and the. Also offered to bring us the sauces that should come with the standard order. We were super confused. They essentially told us take it or leave it. We got a refund but it could've been handled significantly better.
Service quality depends on the amount of food you order. Please come to this theatre only if you are hungry and ready to watch a movie. If not be ready for the weird behavior and look from the service. I did not feel comfortable being a A-List customer there as they asked for an Id proof but not for the other guy behind me. Was my favorite for the past 2 years but not anymore. Poor service overall with food and experience.
It was very comfortable pleasant the food was okay could have been a little better food wasn't hot enough for me all the drinks was okay is that I only got a shot but really I think I paid for more than just a shot that was kind of expensive the price for two people not including the ticket what is food with $74 what's $77 and the movie was fantasticI love River he's one of my favorite stars and the guy that plays in American gods he's another favorite star and the movie and Halle Berry she's another favorite star mine I had a great time at the theater it was my first time going to 1 and I would go again
Simple small town theater. No frills but relatively clean. I enjoyed my movie
Good food. Good drinks. And the recliners are everything. Good place to catch a flick even though the rest of the place is kinda dead.
Favorite theatre ever! The chairs are so comfortable and well spaced out. It feels like I am at home. This is the only theatre in the city that I visit
Food service is trash. First bowl of Asian steak and shrimp was high blood pressure in a bowl. I sent it back for brisket Mac and cheese and got a spoonful of brisket and a bunch of crispy onions. Management was kind enough to take it all off but this ish is too expensive yo not be top notch service
If they let the employees scan my awards number itd be perfect
Always nice to see a great movie, but when you have excellent food and well mixed drinks to go along with that, you are in for a complete night. One of my favorite spots to catch a flick by my self, or on date night with my favorite girl.
Surprisingly great food, comfortable seats, good bar and drinks.
I was not satisfied with the service. The movie was fine. I was an after thought to the server. He virtually skipped over me and then asked if I had been helped. I paid with cash and had to ask repeatedly about my change. I received it 3/4 into the movie.
The service here is mediocre. My recliner seat wasn't clean when I came in the theater and the food is expensive though you only receive small portions or ill-prepared meals. Overpriced for no reason. You can tell they are short staffed and the ones who work there don't want to be there. smh
Service good. Food for a theater was good, and not to expensive. Clean with very comfortable reclining chairs. Good experience.
The reclining chair is comfortable. You have a food server, you can order your food and it will be delivered on your seat. There are only few people inside because the capacity of the Cinema in less and so the eye level seats are also lesser. but I loved the experience.
The food is good but I think they need more choices for the popcorn box sizes overall most of them that take your order and bring your food arel friendly and patience. I had a bad experience with one of the server's before, she was super mean which caused me not to wanted buy anything and I patronize this AMC very often on Tuesday's.
Great place. It doesn’t have the biggest screen, and the food menu isn’t really big. But at least the tastes are consistently good. It’s not perfect, but I definitely give it a 5 star. Edited: now I find their seats are bigger than N 600 Michigan, and their service feels more premium.
I love this place! Especially during the daytime while most are at work. You can watch the show and eat at the same time. Restrooms are nice and clean. Ultra urban modern. Only drawback is the seating is hard on back and short people and handicap.
Food wasn't any better than some cheap fast food take out place. Over priced and poor quality.
Love it..food was great nd da seats are da best..surround sound on point..cant wait for lion king..coming here for sure
Great food and great happy service.
The movie facilities are good. The staff and service is terrible. Every movie experience stars negatively because of the staff terrible.
I dislike having to not only wait for a server to order popcorn, but also the expectation that I will tip on popcorn when it is already very expensive and frankly overpriced. Also, this theater does not do a good job of ensuring guests remain quiet. When I saw Shazam, someone blasted trap music on their phone for the entire third act, and no employees bothered to ask them to turn it off.
I enjoyed myself seeing the movie, however hopefully you get a server that actually attends to you. While I was there my call button was on to order food but no one came to serve me and my guest. Eventually another waitress who was handling another section came over to take our order. I appreciate the other waitress coming to take our order and stepping up and handling the service.
Nice place to shop and eat. I loved the theater because they come to your seat to take your food and drink orders. Food was very good.
My first time at a dine-in, and I found myself distracted by all the movement and lights that have to stay on during the movie.
Great place, good wait staff, decent food but some of the box people there provide horrible service! I went down there to prebook with coupons they do not accept online (another disservice) to a show and the gates were closed, staff roaming, but they tried to ignore the fact I was standing there asking for help. The 3rd person I coaxed into answering me was finally able to tell me they opened at 12 after he himself had to ask the manager. ( I was there at 10:05am as the website displayed 10am as the opening time...so I thought at first they were just running a little behind.) I explained I just needed to k ow what time to come back. I even called from the front and someone answered, but I could hear them sayin "just transfer it to security". I dont understand how no one but management knew what time they actually opened.....it would have taken someone maybe two minutes to come out and politely explain the website was incorrect, and they opened at 12.
I thought having someone bringing your food to you at your seat was cool but it got annoying after a while. I'll stick with Alamo Draft House.
Nice place, the food is very good. The seats are extremely comfortable and the theaters tend to be small. Food is a little expensive, and they leave the lights a little stronger than usual for a movie theater
It's really good the seat was super comfortable and the dishes are delicious
service is usually poor, only convenient since blue and red line stops are in the same building. it is super clean though
Nice place to make a quick stop to grab a coffee or something to eat or go shopping as well. a great place to watch a movie and much more. Not many homeless people have found this spot yet once they'll find it they'll will stink the place.
The bar/restaurant offers very good choices, with spacious seating and sports channels on the televisions. The theaters are roomy, and intimate. Quality presentation and professional, friendly staff. The best downtown movie theater for my money
This is the coolest movie theater I've ever been to! They have a menu, and the staff take your order from your seat and bring it to you. Expensive, and takes a long time for popcorn and drink refills to be brought to you, but cool experience nontheless.
Everyone around us who ordered after us had their food while we had to get up and inquire about our food. The food was ok but cool. The seats were clean and comfortable. They also mistakenly gave us the wrong credit card.
