Movie and theater was great. They are terribly under staffed so be prepared to take 30 minutes to get your tickets and 30 more minutes to get your snacks. They also have an employee who walks around talking to himself about murdering people!

The theater was clean. They just need more employees staffed at the concession station. Of course the prices for the concessions are ridiculous. I haven't found a theater where they haven't been.

The Dream Loungers are very comfortable and make watching the movies so much better. We saw the Metallica S&M concert they streamed and I was a bit disappointed in the sound. It seemed like it was stereo left-right vs surround and it wasn't as loud as it was when we took the kids to see the Pokemon movie. Maybe that was an editorial from the management? Who's to say?

A lot of seats are torn up. Volume was so loud it hurts your ears. Worst part is some of the people that go there and act like animals. Time for a refresh on the interior.

It's a good theatre. It has a Military Appreciation Discount, but you can't actually use it, because of reserved seating you have to get your tiks online to get a seat. But, there is no way to get the discount that way, because they don't have TroopID or any similar app. So, they get to seem Military friendly, but they aren't truly. Sort of an indirect stolen valor kind of thing. It's pretty common in corporate America to exploit military families in this way. We still spend hundreds of dollars there every month, because we like movies and popcorn.
