It's been years since I've been but remember it's a good environment. I'll be going tonight to see Aladdin , but in browsing other reviews I wanted to specifically point out how the owners respond to almost every review on Google. That deserves a 5 star review in and of itself. You never see that and it shows that they pay attention and listen to their patrons. Good on you, PMV. We need more establishments to follow that example.

It's a drive from Boise, but well worth it. Good snacks, good movies. Sometimes they have a kids movie first but you can just come later, often it will empty after the first movie. It's nice to have a drive in that is close enough that it's not an event to go to.

Bringing my family to Parma Motor Vu is my favorite summer activity! Bring blanket's, chairs, a snack for the kids or get snacks there. The staff is amazing, and it brings a wonderful feeling to snuggle up in the evening and take in the double feature!

I have been coming here since I was a child. There is a great feeling of nostalgia attached to drive-in theatres and Parma Motor-Vu is no exception. They have the best popcorn that is made in a machine from the 1950's. Recently they started showing movies that have just come out and it is a great place to go to see the new stuff. $8 for a double feature, if you can stay awake! Great deals, and great times at the Motor-Vu!

Always fresh pop corn! Unlike the movie theater days old pop corn where i live at now besides here is never out of toilet paper. Now here in ontario i always have to bring toylet paper! I learned the first time never trust ontario movie theater again! Or days old popcorn everyone elese seams not to notice and nasty butter to add to your pop corn! The only difference is unlimited refills on pop corn and drinks for $13 extra. All the nasty days old pop corn you cant eat at ontario movie theater horable not painted floors ,seats, cup holders, and an added bonus no toylet paper! This parma drive in is far the best movie theater Miles around! Keep up your good work!!!!!

A classic experience in a truely rural setting. It is located on the edge of the lovely town of Parma, Idaho but surrounded by fields and pastureland. There is a great view of the starlit sky to accompany the movie on the big screen. They are family friendly as the price of addmission is very affordable. It is a great way to share with the younger generation, something that so many of us older folks grew up with. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you have not done so yet.

We had a pleasant evening at the Motor-Vu drive in. Saw Incredibles II. The ticket box office ladies were pleasant, helpful, and downright delightful. The concessions stand employees were equally helpful and accommodating. We will visit again in the future.

The drive in was great. Very clean and the employees were nice. Only downside was the website showed that they were playing The Avengers but it turned out to be Isle of Dogs. So read the listing very carefully. Response to Owner: This review was made over a year ago. I have tried to block it out, because Isle of Dogs was such a bad movie, but you did play Isle of Dogs. I am just trying to let people know they need to read your website carefully.

I like it ... Its kinda late because is on summer is getting dark around 10pm to the time is over is around 1.30am or more .. But it's a nice place to relax yourself and take your family with you, they have a little shop stop you can buy popcorn, soda, snacks and theres bathrooms too . it's worthy for the price

There was a flood light on the house right next to the drive in that stayed on all night and there are not enough bathrooms for the amount of customers that show up. Almost always a line even during the movies. Movie quality and audio were good.

Always highly recommend people to go here and see a movie. Having a family of 5 it’s a more affordable option to going to the movies with kids. Being able to bring in our own snacks makes it really good as well. The prices for the snacks and the options they have are really good as well comparing to a normal movie theatre. As someone who has gone a lot I recommend bringing bug spray, a good radio, blankets, and good company. Hope you make t out to experience a fun and inexpensive night out with a date or family.

This is a fun place to visit during the summer. We recently watched the Lion King with our toddler. It was so much easier to let him roam around in our car than a traditional movie theater. This place has great staff that are so sweet. We really enjoyed our time here. They have bathrooms, a concession stand and lots of open space to park your car. I only wish they didn't allow dogs bc people don't stop them from barking during the movies.

What's not to love about drive- ins this one even has it's original corn popper from 1953..It's a bit off the beaten path but worth a visit. Make sure you have an FM radio as your speaker. Concession stand has frozen pizza,hamburger hot dogs,popcorn and of course candy.You can even sit in the mini theater to watch the movie,but why.

Fun, spacious with a throwback vibe. Very vintage but with a nice screen. It's a good drive from the larger, metropolitan areas but is really worth it. Saw a few movies here each year as part of the community and think... honestly that everyone should! Snack bar is old school but with modern treats. Will definitely be here when the new season starts.

Okay so Parma may be a little bit out there, but it's absolutely worth it. This Drive-In is a little bit smaller than the one in Caldwell but much nicer. The people are very friendly, and the extra Drive is a bonus. That way your kids can fall asleep on the ride back! Absolutely positively cannot recommend this place enough and the movies our first run. Every kid should go see the drive-in at least once every summer.

The theater and staff itself are good which is why I hate not being able to give 5 stars, but the rest our experience last night was miserable. People to the left of us brought their small dog that whined and whimpered LOUDLY throughout the entire film, they also lit up cigarettes regularly and the wind blew it in our faces. Then there was the huge truck in front of us with his lights ON shining in our faces for the first 45 minutes of the movie. Let's not forget the people to the right of us who's kids were playing/fighting loudly in the back seat (windows down) throughout the film and the "parents" didn't seem to care one bit. If my kids did that they would be disciplined and if they still didn't stop I would be so embarrassed I would leave and spare everyone else the rude distractions. The people we experienced were rude, selfish, and inconsiderate of others around them. It ruined the night for all four of us and we skipped Ant-Man after Incredibles 2 was over.

Great, well-maintained drive in. They keep up the parking area so you can always get a perfect view of the screen. The works working the concession are fast and friendly, and there's a cool inside seating area to watch movies from if someone gets cold. As a bonus, they show Boise State games in the early fall. Tailgating in Parma, who knew? My boy left a prized possession there, and the owner was so kind to find it and arrange for me to come get it...that kind of service will keep me coming back

I loved the experience of the drive-in theater. It's a really good deal to be able to watch two movies that are recently released for the price. The sound quality was superb through the car's stereo. The image quality was also fantastic despite the rain. I appreciated how clean the snack room and restroom floors were for the weather and gravel parking lot. I would have expected more mud, but the floor wasn't bad at all! The website advertises the movies in advance so you can get an idea of the summer line-up. The thing that had me most missing the indoor theater experience was ironically the fresh air. I'm really sensitive to smoke due to asthma and stomach conditions, and other theater goers smoked throughout the movie upwind from us. I wish there was a designated smoking area away from everyone else and such that the wind isn't going to blow it toward all of the theater goers that need or want to avoid secondhand smoke.

Really used to love going to the drive -in.. that's until everyone from Boise now goes there and over crowds it. Would help to have staff out there helping people park correctly so there's not a bunch of waisted space taken up by selfish people. I'm glad there getting business and open, but some of the fun and nestalgia are gone for me. The staff is always great though.
