It's got a small selection for movies showing but overall it's a decent theater. The rooms seem well cleaned, the stadium seating means there are good views for all, and it's not often crowded. I am happy with our local cinema

4.50$$$$$$ for a small bottle of water! That's insane! We felt so upset and taken advantage of! Yes when I go out to a movie I expect to pay 6 to 9$ for popcorn and 4$ for candy. It's a given. But over 4$ for a small generic bottle of water sold to me by a smug kid ... Not okay! I'm very disappointed...

The current manager, Amber, has done an amazing job turning this place around! Just a couple years ago it was a dump, with a careless staff, and a plethora of technical issues when trying to watch a Picture show. Now the staff is attentive and friendly and I haven’t had a bad viewing experience in a while!

I love our local theater. It's is always clean and well kept. The entrance showcases our local school kids artwork which is something I wouldn't otherwise get to see. The restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Kudos to the hard working cleaning crew. The staff is friendly even though it rotates often. Great movie selection always. Pretzels and nachos and chilled junior mints are always a favorite. If I could change one thing.... it would be to offer a late night movie showing maybe once a month. Many times we don't get to go because of the movie schedule. Plus a late night movie is lots of fun!

The movies look good and they come out on time. But the popcorn is $5:50 so make sure you bring enough. It is usually not crowded unless it's opening night and the seats are at such good angles the person could be wearing a top hat and you would not notice.

So I've lived here all my life pretty much and I always go to the Ketchum theater because they have very comfortable seats! I dislike that both theaters never had the good movies on!!!! it's so annoying having to wait and travel all the way to twin falls to watch the Ouija #2!!! The seats are not that comfortable , everything is so expensive!!! for my boyfriend ,my son and I its $35.00 ( my son is 2 ) !!! my parents came as well and paid $65!!!!! WTH! (brother sister dad and mom) the service is good but, there is always teenagers talking and its so annoying and frustrating when trying to watch a movie ! I COME TO WATCH A MOVIE NOT SIT THERE AND HERE PEOPLE CHIT CHAT! This happens every time I go and its annoying that's why I try to avoid the Hailey theater as much as I can. I go to Ketchum because its small comfortable and its not pricey like HAILEY! (which is weird considering its Ketchum) There isn't loud teens at all ! if you can wait till its on DVD or redbox please do so, because you end up wasting money to hear people talking for the entire movie!

Definitely do TRY, anyway, whenever I'm visiting Hailey (usually every other week) to see a movie at the Bigwood Cinemas---which feature A+++++ picture, seating and sound quality, and also similarly-stellar customer service as well. And I know for a fact that my longtime b/f, John, CONCURS WHOLEHEARTEDLY (since, even though he lives in Ketchum, he verrrry seldom ever goes to the movies THERE). --Joannie H. I'm not the type to go and complain publicly but I am currently sitting in the theater for IT. I am quite annoyed because this is a R movie and yet there are a bunch of teenagers without parents watching this movie. I went to go get a refill and simply asked one of the workers "I thought this movie was rated R and by law you had to have a parent purchase tickets or with you during this movie?" He claimed that if there wasn't a lot of nudity and violence in the movie they were allowed to sell tickets to under age with permission slips from the parents. At this time he was telling me this the female supervisor on staff simply just asked two more under aged kids if their parents were okay with it and they said yes. I am now sitting in a theater watching a movie I paid for with kids hopping seats, yelling at each other and just being plain rude. I find this odd they can just simply ask a child if their parents say they can watch it and allow no parental supervision. What child wouldn't say yes? I've always enjoyed coming here but this just changed my mind. I'd rather go somewhere the law is being applied like Twin and enjoy my movie then listen to children ruining it. I hope you guys change.

The theater is old, but the seats are still comfortable, the picture quality is always great, and the sound system is good. The staff is always friendly and the manager is pleasant and quick to solve ticket problems. The theater is always clean and the bathrooms are normally clean as well.
