It's a great little theater with some good viewing options. They have 3D films and the D-Box seats that move and shake with the movie. There is great stadium seating. No need to worry about giant frizzy hair blocking your view.

This is always a great place to go watch a movie. The consessions are always served in a quality way. The popcorn is fresh. The seats are comfortable for me and I am a rather tall and large person. The pitch of the theater makes almost any seat a good place to watch the movie. The theater uses assigned seating. If there is one drawback to this place, it would be the price of the tickets and that tax is not included in the price, the way it is at most theaters.

This is always a great place to watch films. I would recommend getting a membership cards. Everytime I've gone there, I get something free just for being a member. My only problem is that they have very limited viewings and I wish they were open later. Still 5/5 for me.

Love the MoviePass with Megaplex! Well.. when yhe app works We love being able to go the movies whenever we can. It is a little annoying when we come out of a late movie and we can't refill our popcorn but staff is quick and prompt. Theaters are clean and neat. With a full theater, there's always a few seats mixed up which causes a little bit of a scene for opening nights. Someone to help audience members find seats would be a great choice for full shows.

The movie was great! But when multiple scenes of a female stripping in the preview kept going on for like FIVE MINUTES right in front of my 12 and 14 year old grandsons, IT WAS HORRIBLE! Huge screen. Couldn't get away from it. Ended up being the longest review of all of them. We were going to see an Avengers movie. We finally left our seats, hung out around the corner from the exit until it ended. EXTREMELY AKWARD.

I love coming here for a date with the hubby or for a fun family night. Not only do they have the latest movies, their popcorn is the best and their seating is comfortable. I love their rewards program, and I typically get a lot of stuff for free just from buying tickets to the movies! I also love that they have $5 Tuesdays.

The theaters are very open and large. The seats are wide and I do not feel squished (I am a skinny person though). For the most part the seats are in good condition. There was one in theater 14 that looked broken by how far it was leaning forward. I like how you can reserve seats before hand. I think that this was a good change made by Megaplex and Cinimark. It is so much nicer not to show up hours early just to make sure you get a good seat. Now I just have to plan ahead and I can get nice seats. There snacks are just as over priced as all the other theaters I have been to. They have a good selection though. If your getting a soft drink be ready to order Coke products. I do enjoy their popcorn, and if you get the largest size it comes with one free refill.

Comfy seating, no point showing up to movie on time as there are a good 20 mins of trailers/commercials before hand. I would also recommend bringing ear plugs for people with sensitive hearing as I have yet to visit a theater with a comfortable sound range.

In general, this place is great. However, I have noticed that big action movies seem to tax the video system. During intense scenes parts of the picture will blurr and become very distracting, almost nauseating. Once you notice you can't stop noticing it. This applies to 2d and 3d movies. I have not noticed this at other theaters outside this valley. Also, I recently saw a 3d movie that had some subtitles and the text was so distorted that you could not read them with or without your glasses on(I tried both). I expected better.

The only thing that could make this place better would be a few iMax screens. It's pretty well kept and they have a lot of showings. At times the place can be really packed, specifically their $5 Tuesdays and when whatever big release is out.

This was a better theater than expected, not that I expected anything bad, it just looked out of date. But everything on the inside is just as you would expect from a Megaplex. The only issue is that a few of their screens have holes in them. These holes shine bright blue and kind of train your eyes off of the movie that you are trying to enjoy. Still had a great experience, employees were nice, machines worked, and seats were clean!!

Edit: They offered us free movie passes in light of the blurry picture. Totally made up for it. Excellent customer service. To sum it all up, this was a poor experience. The theater itself is small and acceptably kept. My issue with this experience is that I watched the new comical Spider-Man in Auditorium 6, and the image was out of focus. It stayed that way throughout the movie, which I consider to be unacceptable. This is how it's looked throughout the movie, and text shouldn't be blurry like that. I'm very disappointed in this experience, and your mileage may vary here.

Good theater that gets the latest movies fairly quickly. Always showing the big hits as well as new arrivals. Can be crowded on certain days, Incredibles 2 being one of the most crowded days (and for a good reason). Great employees who make the process of getting tickets and concessions clear and fast.

Went and saw It Chapter 2 a couple weeks ago on a $5 Tuesday. The colors of the film being projected on screen were extremely faded: the projector clearly needed replacing. Watching It for 3 hrs gave me a headache.

Very small theater packed with people should have been in bigger theater. Movie was supposed to be a 5:00pm movie didn't start till 5:24pm. I was there early so I sat there for an hour before the movie started. Otherwise good sound and great digital video.

While the place is nice there were just a few things that took away from the overall experience. First was the chairs. They were squeaky every time you moved and a little uncomfortable. The other was the screen. Overall the screen was great but there was one Green Dot on the bottom right that was at times very distracting.

I dont like the fact that you buy your tickets at the counter. Just makes it longer to get your tickets. It was very confusing when you walk in as to where to buy tickets. Otherwise it's very clean, sound and picture was awesome. Seating is comfortable and it was very easy to find our seats. Staff is friendly and we will be coming back many more times. Sorry I meant to give this 4 stars not 3.

I've always liked Megaplex especially University 6. It's one of the best places to go on a hot afternoon and sit in the air-conditioned Auditorium and watch your favorite movie. The concessions are awesome best popcorn in town and ice cold drinks. You can also get a hot dog, or nachos as well as the usual candy bars and and a pickle and a few other things. The service at the Megaplex is well above average it seems like they're all smiling and they enjoy the work or at least they enjoy the customers. So on those hot afternoons when it's too hot to work outside go to the Megaplex and take in a movie.

The theater was well staffed with clean, helpful, well groomed staff. The seats were comfortable, I love assigned seating because I need the handicapped seats. The popcorn was fresh. The sound in our theater (#4) was excellent and crystal clear. The screen had no holes and the film was focused and bright.

Had a great time with my family. I like that they have split the theaters up so they are not trying to cram everyone down one hall. The staff was friendly and the seats are comfortable. All in all this is a great theater experience.

I used to like this theater but tonight we went to see "The Last Jedi" and the screen was so dark that we couldn't see most of the details of the movie. I'd seen it in another theater already (the one in Providence, it was great) so I knew what it was supposed to look like. What's the point of paying over $25 for the movie when we can't see it the way it was meant to be seen? I asked the employees kindly if they could make the screen brighter -- they said they would, but never did. It was painful to watch the movie; I'll never again pay money to watch a film here.

Best theater in the valley! The seats are nice, the arm rests are pull down. It's a great theater overall. I usually end up in theater 4, which has a very large, curved screen. They have 3d options available and the best selection of new movies. The most recent movie I saw was Captain Marvel.

Good. Chrystal is a great manager. Very customer friendly. They work hard to remember you. Had issues in the past with teenagers and the uninitiated talking and letting children run about, however, they seem to have corrected the problem. If they know you, they aren't as militant about bringing in your own drinks. Clean, great sound, employees are friendly and courteous.

It looks really nice from the outside, the lobby itself though is a flustercluck of stanchions. I couldn't tell where I was supposed to enter the line, or leave the line, and ended up cutting the people waiting.by accident. Also. I purchased my tickets online and then they couldn't scan the mobile barcode because my screen was cracked; first place I've ever experienced this problem. Couldn't give my purchase in my card, but they let us in since they saw it was verified. Also, got into the theater only to realize it was in 3D and they didn't tell us, or give us glasses, and when I went back to ask they told me they were "over on that counter in a bin" like I was supposed to know that. Managed to get glasses before the film started, and that's about the best it got...aside from the movie. Saw Captain Marvel, which was awesome, and made it through to the mid-credits scene which played just the right amount of endgame, and was patiently waiting for the post-credit scene when the fire alarm went off starting to evacuate site to a fire in the building. Everyone calmly left and walked out and that's when someone from the theater staff came outside after everyone saying "it's just our cotton candy machine, you can go back in." Which in itself is good news, but if you're calmly saying it's just your cotton candy machine like it happens all the time you should probably get that taken care of to avoid these issues in the future. It completely negates the experience and detracts from the 'suspension of disbelief'... Which, I can't imagine how annoying that is for other movie goers in the middle of a different film... 4-stars. Would have been 3, but I got to finish my movie and there wasn't really a fire.

Go often. Cleaner than most theaters. Though where they shine is their customer service. I had an episode with my IBS last year that made me spend the last 30 minutes of Infinity War sobbing in the bathroom. They let me come back to a later showing for free that night: waiting for me at the locked door and letting me in to see the end of the film. That act of kindness will always stick with me

Went and saw Aquaman Christmas night. The movie was great but the theater has no power over that. I don’t need to walk in anywhere and hear teenagers talking about what celebrities they’d sleep with. I don’t need to hear the guys talking to patrons about how he doesn’t think it’s a problem if he doesn’t wash his hands after using the bathroom at work. I don’t need to be told I’m “Totally f*ckable” by employees. I’m there to watch a movie. By the way, why does the screen have 3 blue dots when the screen goes dark? Seriously distracting.

For $10 a ticket you would think they could turn the AC on. No one wants to watch a movie in an 80 degree theater. Also, when the heat is necessary, perhaps greater than 60 degrees would be more comfortable for moviegoers.

The past three years I have come to this theater as it sounds and looks better than the other theaters in town. However, this may stop after my experience tonight. First, it is ridiculous that I have to sit through ads after paying $10. It is even more awful that the lights dim and I see more ads than I do trailers (not kidding - close to twice the number of 'local' ads than movie trailers). Secondly, the right speaker channel was dead. I left the movie I paid $10 to see to inform the manager of the issue. I was assured they would look into it and the problem would be corrected. However, the entire movie was spent missing most of what happened on the right side of the screen. The kicker? The theater lobby was abandoned with the lights off after the movie ended. I love movies but cannot justify $10 for an experience like tonight.

A great theater and by far the best choice in the valley. Comfortable seating and (relatively) inexpensive snacks and tickets provide the first step in your experience here. With indoor, outdoor and online ticket kiosks with constantly updated seating you can be sure to grab the spot(s) you desire. Rewards programs are available for the wide range of Megaplex theaters too! By far my current favorite experience.

The biggest flaw with this theatre is that the seats are uncomfortable and made of leather. So when it gets even a little hot in the theatre you stick to the seats.
