This Theatre tends to show more films than the other theatres in Logan. Viewing experience overall was good. Nice sound quality in theatre and no screen issues. My only complaint would be that the seats are a little out dated.

A clean theater. You get movie choices with the multiplex. I only gave it three stars do to the price of concessions and at busy times, they many times fail to have sufficient cashiers and ticket sales operating. I wish they would correct that. We have been late to movies waiting over 10 minutes to just buy are admission tickets. I know the option is there to buy pre-sale but I don't want to pay the service charge, so if they would just open up additional cashiers they would get the full rating from me. I see more than 24 movies a year in a theater, so I might know what I'm talking about.

Usually the staff is nice. You do have the occasional staff employee who HAS to be there, & isn't especially happy, or care you're there- but usually it's a good crew. Prices are ridiculous. If I didn't think it was dishonest, I'd go across the road for treats at Maceys Food & Drug!

Seats uncomfortable for long periods of time. Also the seats are too close to each other kept hearing the guy next to me breathing into my ear. The a/c is a joke I kept sneezing because there was so much dust in the air.

Had a good time at the theater tonight. When we purchased our tickets earlier in the day they have us tickets for the wrong date. We realized it when we got to the theater and or seats were taken, the theater was very full and the only way we could sit together would be in the front. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they offered for us to see another show or a different showing off the same show. They also said we could get fresh refills on our refreshments. It was only an oversight, but they quickly made it right. Unfortunately many businesses don't try to make things right and when one does is it so nice. We'll be back!!

Only one kiosk to buy tickets from which is annoying with a line. Make sure to give yourself enough time to buy tickets so you don't miss the 20 mins of trailers before your movie.

Very clean theater and it was great that I was able to purchase tickets online the day before and reserved seats of our choice for the movie that was going to be sold out for certain the next day. That made it so we didn't have to go sit through 30 minutes of previews and commercials before the actual movie and instead came right before the movie and walked in right as it was beginning to our seats and enjoyed the show very much and was able to leave quickly at the end because of our prime seating as well. Nifty little deal to have knowledge of!

I live in Hyrum, so this is the closest theater to me. I love watching movies here. There isn't really a bad seat in the theater, except for maybe the very front row. The employees are nice and they do a good job keeping the place clean. Concessions are expensive, but that is normal for movie theaters, I suppose.

Most pleasant person was a yong woman by the name of Dayna who was providing tickets. Competent and professional. Made you want to come back; however concessions staff member who helped me was more wanting to get on to the next person than listen carefully. Snappy and demanding. Came with a disabled spouse. Accommodations selected were luxury chairs. Nice chairs but were greasy and needed to be wiped off. Manager took tickets. Thought he would offer more help but did not even seem to know the placement of the chairs when asked. Movie was good

The staff here are great. They're friendly and make sure you enjoy your stay as best they can. It's a smaller theater with the very comfortable luxury seats and plenty of space between rows to ensure the most comfortable experience. I love going here, it makes the movie going experience even more awesome.

I'm done going here. The staff is among the most unprofessional theater staff I have ever dealt with. They played the wrong movie, even after going and asking if they were playing the right movie, they said that it's just for the first 20 minutes. We continued to wait and then we asked them again if it was the right movie. They then realized that it was not the right movie and put on the correct one. They weren't even playing a movie that was currently in theaters. They were playing one from 1968! How hard is it to know what movies you're playing?! Let's not forget the time before that where there was a bunch of kids that would not stop talking, and loudly. There were several people who went to complain, so the usher came in for a brief moment, did nothing, and left. We eventually walked out, and we weren't even the first people to walk out because of it. This is a place of business. Professionalism and ability to run your business properly is something that is generally expected.

Went to a 3 hour movie that started at 9:30 pm and paid $20 for popcorn and drinks. When we went to refill our drinks and popcorn at 10:30 pm everything had been cleaned up and shutdown for the night. Why would you throw out leftover popcorn and shut off your soda machine 15 minutes after lasts movie starts? Especially when it is a 3 hour movie. At least tell people before they spend $20 on popcorn and soda. Won’t be back to this theatre.

We paid for luxury seating my recliner back was broken thr mens bathroom had. A lake in it there was some giant leak. When stated to the theater they said they new about it and were getting it fixed.... there's no getting it fixed it just needs fixed should have been repaired same day honestly.

We saw The Grinch last night in theater 6 and I was somewhat disappointed because the projector didn't appear to be focused properly and everything was just a little blurry. Generally Megaplex is really good and doesn't have these kinds of issues, still my favorite theater chain, but disappointing to have poor image quality.

We've been through this theater several times now, I don't know if it's just us but every time we go It never seems as busy. And trust me when you have kids that's not a bad thing. There's not much to say if you're being to one theater you been to all of them some have more popcorn on the floor than others but that all depends on staff. I'm happy to say at this theater it's pretty much okay when it comes to cleanliness. And I love the fact that if you get a large popcorn you're entitled to free refills at least one LOL

No talking, NO phone use, and no standing in front of each other except for the quick trip to our seat or out of our seat. We went on a Tuesday when the ticket prices are only $5. The theater was clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. We got a mini popcorn which tasted good but it was from the bottom so there was a lot of really small pieces. The sound in the theater is starting to show its age but still sounds good. Overall we have a good experience each time we visit.

Went to see Captain Marvel tonight! I've seen several movies here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The reason for the 4 stars is because they seem to change where you get your tickets, fairly often. That has made it confusing at times. But overall a great theater!

The staff is great here, and I would recommend this venue if you plan on purchasing your tickets on-site almost purely for that reason alone. The multiple people I interacted with all seemed very happy and were both friendly and efficient. My dad and I saw a movie in seats H8 and H9 in auditorium 2. The screen was smaller and not as high of quality as other Megaplexes or theaters I usually go to, but it was only a slight distraction. The seating arrangement is a bit flatter than what I’m used to, so prime rows if you’re looking to not tilt your neck much would be a couple rows behind where we were at, like rows I-K. Row H did have the rail in front, though. It served as a nice foot rest. The seats tilt back a bit and are good enough for a 2 1/2 hour movie, though big people might feel they’re a bit narrow. The arm rests do fold up and down. Keep up the great attitude if you work here - I think the employee who helped us most is named Jessica. The Megaplex should recognize this outstanding staff if they don’t already and utilize them to the benefit of their whole chain. Enjoy the movie!

A nice place for a date. Everything is consistently clean and service is fast and friendly. Concessions are ridiculously overpriced, but that's to be expected at most any theater anymore. Same goes for ticket prices, but we often get around this with matinee Mondays and $5 Tuesdays.

I think they should expedite the way they sell tickets. Standing in a line for a long time is not a great way to keep customers. There is only one self ticketing area. It would work great if there were 4 or 5 more. Unless you've been there before there is no signage visible to see where to buy tickets. Having access to both sides of seating would be helpful.

Love their luxury seats. This is a good theater. It isn't as big as say Jordan's Commons but they have great popcorn and drinks and they are clean. And, if you go and they are available, pay the extra for the luxury seats, you won't regret it.

A great place to go to a matinee in the middle of the week!!! The movie tickets are very affordable, although popcorn, drinks & treats are very expensive (that is to be expected). The theater is not busy that time of day so you can spread out and enjoy the movie. Employees are friendly and helpful. And the theater is clean. A big THANKS for matinees on week days!

MAN SLIPPED WET FLOOR 5 MINUTES AGO. I WENT TOLD TWO HIGH MANAGERS NOTIFIED BY ME. THEY IGNORED ME I TOLD THEM 3 TIMES. THE GUY IN A TIE SAID "SO" . I was ignored until the man came out behind me he has a bump on wrist and a bleeding cut inside wrist. He said to both of them why isn't there a sign up. There was not one then he put one up. Gave the old man a free movie pass for his trouble said good night and left him. I gave him my number because I saw and slid my self. But, caught myself. I told man it was up to him what he wanted to do. He said I think I will be ok. I said ok have good night.

If you buy your tickets online, be prepared to stand in line again at the theater to get them printed because there is only one kiosk. The seats were comfortable and overall the place was clean. We did have troubles with the audio in the beginning of the movie we went to see.

We all love movie theaters. I enjoy going to the movies a lot. But the movie theaters in Logan, Utah are not that great. The chairs are super packed together. I always have someone either kicking my chair at this theater, or other people leaning back and putting their feet up on the chairs in front of me. The popcorn smells good, but the prices and lines are super long. If they could improve the seating, and improve the wait time, it would be better, or lower the price to 5.00 everyday and at everytime. The theaters are always super cold, be sure to bring a blanket because you will be shivering in summer or winter. The screens picture quality are pretty good, and since the switch to digital it is getting better. The commercials they play are always too loud and annoying. For the length of time of advertisements we have to sit through, you would think that the movie would be free. If I sat through 10 minutes of advertisements on the Internet, the movie is always free. The workers are always new, and the rotation is high. The audio is usually good, but some of the speakers are blown out. Lighting is too dark and exit times are too long once a movie is out. Lack of turning the lights on after a movie is always slow. Better stay in your seats because the track lighting on the ground is not good. The overall design of the theaters is not that good, very utilitarian nothing special or fancy about the place. Parking is often overcrowded, and car break-in for petty theft is a problem. At the current rate of theaters not improving or having anything new to offer for example, great seating or concession food, I can see why the general public are turning to Netflix and Chill movement. Company needs to work on improving seating, food, audio levels, and temperature to keep audiences coming back. For the price of a ticket and popcorn you could have 2 month subscription to Netflix or Amazon prime video. If the theaters were designed with a WOW factor they'd have more people coming. Prices could go lower for the audiences. Special offers or discount days would also bring in more people. Tuesday's for 5.00 bucks is tempting. But why not do more promotions or discounts? If the prices go down, it is likely more people will spend money on concession.

Ok...so whenever I go during "slow" times...the employees are also incredibly slow. Like REALLY slow!! I can stand behind one customer for like 10 minutes while one really slow person gets the person in front of me tickets and concessions. By the time they get to me I feel bad asking for popcorn because the people behind me will have to wait. With that being said I like this theater. It is comfortable and usually pretty clean. I like the stadium seating. It is fun to get the luxury chairs that recline too!

The lobby as well as inside the theatre room. Floors were covered in smashed up popcorn. The bathrooms were not clean either. The staff were very clueless appeared to not know anything that as going on. When asked a question they just give a blank stare and shrug their shoulders. This is one of my favorite places in Logan to go catch a movie! It's very close to home, generally well maintained, and I haven't really had a bad experience here (due to the facilities/staff at least). The concessions are pretty expensive which is pretty usual for movie theaters these days, but everyone is always friendly! Last night we had our movie theater switched because a projector broke, but to make up for this they gave us free movie tickets! That definitely went above and beyond in my book for a minor inconvenience on our part.

Saw solo. I don't go to movies too much because of the cost. But this theater wasn't bad. It was clean. No sticky floors. The tempture was just right for my wife and I. Normally she is cold or I am hot. The movie is also worth it.
