This is a basic cinema with comfortable seats that we visit sometimes when visiting family in Idaho. This is nice to have in Burley where you can watch a first rate movie at a decent price

I always come to this theater, very clean, great concessions, and nice staff. Today 04/20 I was taken back a bit, there’s a girl that sells the tickets very nice and you could tell she knows what she’s doing. I go to concessions and I thought there was going to be the same energy from the ticket girl would be the same with the concession girls and it wasn’t, nothing terribly bad just not the friendliest, and not as “up beat” as the other gal. Just hope this girl gets acknowledged for her work that’s all! Overall great experience!! Btw Shazam is great!

My preferred place to see a movie. In town and a very friendly staff. Was in Twin Falls earlier and could have seen Captain Marvel on a bigger screen but would have paid more and not seen my friends. Tonight it was Billy and crew, always happy I opted for Century Cinema 5 in Burley!

A great place, good service, and expensive refills? They had a sign that said free refills for small drinks and popcorns. I wait in a long line and they say it will be $2 something. On the sign it said a refill for tubs would be two something not small - large bags of popcorn. A misleading sign. PLEASE fix so it isn't misleading.

A great place to watch a good movie. Their popcorn is very good with extra butter, Their combos are quite spendy. They just remodel the inside, they also have a VIP theater. (You have to check it out.) I fell asleep my first time in their VIP because they have comfortable seats.

Last night my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to go to the late show of Guardians of the Galaxy.. the show started at 9:45 and we ended up getting there around 10:00 We figured credits went for about 10 minutes so we'd only be about 5-10 minutes late... we went in and there were three works standing by the concession in a circle we went in and asked how late we were and the told us FORTY MINUTES.. which was a lie. In no way would they start the movie early??? They lied to us and wouldn't even sell us a ticket. Once we went to the car we saw the three workers leave.. so they didn't want to make another sell because they wanted to leave? RIDICULOUS.

Tried to take my wife and granddaughter to Jumanji, but it was nearly sold out and couldn't find 2 remaining seats next to each other. We started to leave and the manager said he happily would refund our money, but asked if we wanted to see another movie instead. I don't know if every theater is this accommodating, but we thought it was nice. The tickets are cheaper here than the other movie theaters in our area as well.

This place is not good. The owner is very rude. Just read the comments about him trying to kick out people with service animals too. Makes sense now. The theater is Way to Hot. It messy and sticky. The "VIP" rooms are the same as the 1990's sets. Watched a movie last week in another state, they had full lazy boy reclining sets with your own button to call on your personal waiter to take your order in thier full stocked kitchen and bar. Paid 22 dollars for tickets and 30 for a full course meal with drinks. This place is old and either needs to join the 21 century or close. If you read any comment on the owner begin rude, know its 100% true. It looks like it's been under construction for about 2 years with no real updates, just putting in a new door. If you are out of towners Do NOT spend your money here. The owner will try and run you off anyway with threats, promises to call the police and fines of $500 without even telling you his name. Would give no stars if I could.

I came in on November 22nd to purchase 4 gift certificates and when I approached the box office area the girl had a very rude additude, like I was waiting her time. She directed me to the concession area where I waited over 15 min to be helped by the same girl who was obviously very annoyed and fustrated. I was alittle confused about the price she quoted us because I thought she added on tax so I asked her and she proceeded to roll her eyes and explain to me basic math in a rude tone. I am not impressed or happy with my service at all. I understand they are busy, but that is no excuse to be rude to your customers. I also asked for her name and she refused to answer me. I will not be back to this theater, I will make the drive to twin where I know the employees are always willing to help me and are kind. If I could 0 stars I would.

Owner harrassed me in lobby. went to movies on Saturday night. I have physical disabilities that require a service animal. Bought tickets with a friend and went to stand in the popcorn line. The owner gets right in my face yelling at me that I cannot take my service dog into his theater. I explained my situation with my dog that I needed him to be able to walk. He just kept yelling at me over and over threatening to call the police; he also stated the federal law has changed and service dogs are not allowed on planes or in any kind of business any more. (I just flew on a plane the previous Sunday and Tuesday with my service dog) I finally got upset and stated I would not leave and instructed him to call 911 get the police there so he can be educated. By this time the entire lobby was staring, it was embarrassing and threatening and drew unnecessary attention to us. My friend and I were so upset that we did not enjoy the movie. I then made a formal complaint at the Burley Sheriff’s department against the owner as well as the theater for discrimination to persons with disabilities. Also I was advised to put in a formal complaint with Department of Justice to open an active case on harassment and refusal to accept persons with disabilities in a public place of business. The next step I was told to do was file a civil law suit for harassment. I will do this and go to court if the owner does this a second time. I have always brought my service dog with me into this theater with no issues. Trained service animals DO NOT pose a threat to anyone. THEY ARE TRAINED to help persons with physical and mental disabilities. This guy better get a clue and fast. He owns a business that serves the public. What he did is punishable by federal law with a fine into the thousands of dollars if the DOJ processes this incident to the fullest extent.

First time going here and it was fun! Went with a group adults as we were from out of town. Smaller theater but very family friendly. They offer a carmel corn popcorn option which is fabulous. Drinks are fresh and taate great! Very clean and comfy. The stsff is friendly. I would return again.

WOW!! The people in this town are incredible! I drive truck for a living and had some time before my next load. I decided to go see Deadpool 2. So I parked my truck at Loves and walked to the movie theater about 2.5 miles away. Watched and enjoyed the movie. I had planned to uber back as I don't like walking in the dark. But as I was waiting for the app to find me a driver an employee (it may have been the owner) of the theater came out to say there was no uber as this is a small town. And offered me a ride back to Loves. Thank you to the theater employee and the young man he had give me the ride. You helped remind me that there are still kind people in this world.

Maybe the best theater in Burley. Top 2 for sure. If go here for all my theater viewing needs. You wanna see a movie? They do that. You wanna eat popcorn? They do that. You want everything done by enthusiastic high schoolers...well, they are high schoolers. Enthusiasm might cost extra depending on what drama is happening being the counter.

We the get or large family together and get a babysitter for the baby , and head over just to find out your website was wrong. Now I have very mad kids and a mad wife. The tickets are relatively cheap, at least for the matinee. $5.75 each as of July 2017. They have booster chairs so the kids can sit on theatre seats and they're concessions are decent as well. There was caramel popcorn, although we didn't get any. We loved going there!

Small town Movie Theater feel. Tickets are cheaper than the bigger theaters in larger cities. Concessions are reasonable priced. Bought collector popcorn buckets that you can refill whenever you go to this Theater or the $2 theater in town for a little over $3. Currently remodeling and the theater we were in had new seats.

This is the nicest theater I’ve been in and it even has a theater full of reclining seats that is for 16 and up to keep it more quiet so you can focus on the movie you came to see. The service is amazing and the price isn’t bad. This theater is the best place to watch the newest movies that come out.

century Cinema 5 is easily the best movie theater in Burley. Because it's the only one really. There is a small one screen theater downtown, and that is only for $2. And it only plays movies that have already been out for a long time. But century Cinema 5 is great. Reasonable prices. All the amenities you can imagine at the concession stand. I highly recommend this as a date night.

Basic theaters. Long concession wait time. But what is the most frustrating is the fact that they don’t play any movies rated above PG13 more than a week and at odd times. But if a Disney movie comes out, it’ll be showed for over a month. Try doing family night. But don’t forget about your adult viewers in this area. At this point, I’ll just start waiting for the movies to come out on Redbox.

We are huge fans of century cinemas! We go to the theater at least once a month if not more for either date nights or family night. As a family of 5 I dont think they are unreasonably priced especially compared to other theaters. The staff is always smiling and cheerful we have never once had a problem with them.
