I go here to watch every movie ever. I'm not gonna lie it's one of the few places that makes Pocatello less of a drag. Very nice and helpful staff, great community. Highly recommend if you are in town and bored

Went to see Avengers on a Saturday. We were quickly helped by employees that sold tickets at the snack counter. Got into the theater and there was a funky smell. The seating is rather uncomfortable. Sat through Cinema commercials for around 20 minutes after start time. The video and audio quality were good, but unfortunately there are no ushers checking in throughout the movie. The entire show we had to listen to multiple infants crying and young children screaming, and the teenager in front of us was playing on his phone for most of the movie. We probably could have gone out and found someone, but we didn't want to miss the movie. I certainly will be avoiding this theater in the future.

A nice theater. The popcorn is unfortunately almost always made ahead of time and as a result is often cold. The 3D theater is awesome though. It has enhanced sounds and leather embroidered seats.

This theater is clean, and has kind staff. They offer snacks and drinks here. Sometimes you can buy your tickets at the snack booth, to get faster to your theater instead of waiting in line. They have normal theater seating here in comfortable chairs. The theater has a steep incline for seating, so everyone has the best view. They have an extra special theater option for some movies. It is called BigD. The part of the theater had its own section. It’s own bathrooms. The chairs reclined back. The screen in the theater was larger than the others, it had a really clear picture. The sound was amplified more than any other theater. Making it feel like you were in the action of the movie. Overall, great experience.

Pretty annoyed with this establishment. Paid good money to see Star Wars the last Jedi on opening night. They failed to properly adjust the projecting of the film to fit the screen. It wasn’t even close to centered with about 20 percent of the screen being black. Essentially a double wide letterbox in the bottom frame with no letterbox on the top. It was incredibly distracting especially on the scenes that were brighter. You’d have a massive black box cutting into the picture. While having a smaller overall picture which causes you to lose out on some of the detail. I’ve seen issues like this before but they are typically fixed quite quickly. Not this time, though. They left it all discombobulated through the entire film. Failing to have the projection properly formatted on a premier night is pretty inexcusable to me and makes for a disappointing movie experience.

Had fun! Went early to Avoid the line to get my ticket. I'm a stubs member and only go on Tuesday matinees because it's the best deal ($5ish and tax)... I also get popcorn and a drink with free refills because I'm a stubs member. I saw a report on dirty movie theaters and an glad that this amc has no carpet in the theaters and I can check the floors to see if there is bad stuff. Didn't see any. Also, the soda station and butter station was clean. There were plenty of people to get food from so I didn't wait long for my snacks. The bathroom had a faucet that was out and the trashes were full but the tp was stocked as well as the paper towels. But I mean, end game is running non-stop here. I had to use the restroom during the movie and it was super close to my theater so I didn't miss much. Would recommend for Tuesday matinees for sure.

The staff is nice, and the place is as clean as the average movie theater. They do tend to be a little cold inside, so I always bring a jacket or hoodie. Also, the "Big D" isn't really worth the price they charge. They do a great job of playing older movies (I went to the re-release of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" a couple weeks ago), and do make somewhat of an effort to get movies that aren't widely released.

This place has went down hill since AMC took over. They only have 2 soda machines and are trying to serve 80 people at a time. You spend 20 minutes waiting to fill your own cup after waiting 10 in line for tickets.

I love movies so this is the place e to go. No having to bend your neck to see over someone head with their great tiered seating. Afternoon shows at cheaper than night shows of course. And popcorn and a coke will set you back some bucks. If you go often get the refillable popcorn bucket --- well worth it. Still clean comfortable and worth the cost if you want to see a movie.

Filling your own drinks and putting your own butter on popcorn was probably one of the worst ideas AMC has had. It means you have to get to the theater 20 minutes before a movie just so you can immediately order Popcorn and a drink and standing in line for 15 minutes just to fill your own beverage.. They used to have six to eight stations open to provide that service and they still have that many cash registers open to take your money but now only two areas where you can provide your own service.

The place was filthy, the theater we sat in didn't look like it had been cleaned very well, there was still garbage, the floors were sticky from what looked like months of not being cleaned. I will never go here again. On a positive note the screen was fine and movie quality was good.

It's a very comfortable theater. Usually not to busy if you don't go on opening week. Relatively cheap compared to other theaters of similar size. However those are in other bigger cities.

For what it is is definitely overpriced. It's dirty, small, you can't reserve your seats, and as I said it's overpriced. $14 for an adult ticket is pretty ridiculous. Most theaters have a $5 Tuesday offer, but not this one. To get a discounted ticket of $7.50 you have to be a member of their Rewards Club. This definitely isn't a place I would recommend to a friend. Save your money go to a better theater.

Excellent theater with excellent staff. The only complaint is that the price you pay for this theater doesn't match what you really get. Theaters are cheaper in IF and far more luxurious with reclining seats. Almost every other theater I've been to has better accomodations than the Pine Ridge 11. Like I said, excellent place, but just behind the times.

We went to a 710 PM movie bought popcorn, got out of the movie went to get a refill of popcorn and no one was there and there was not any popcorn available this is the second time this has happened we will not be buying popcorn again as this is very frustrating the guy that sold us popcorn did not say anything about not being able to get refills I have tried to call the theater numerous times and no one answers the phone.

This theater is currently showing the movie show dogs. This movies contains scenes where it normalizes sexual abuse and how to simply go to a zen place while it happens. This is not a show that children should be watching and I am very disappointed in this theater for having a show that sends messages like that to children.

I'm really happy with the movie theater. As usual, the popcorn and snacks are way overpriced, but the movies themselves aren't too bad. If you can go to a show early in the day, it's very reasonable. The theater is clean and comfortable. There is a new screen in the back that displays as a extra large screen and other benefits. However, I don't think that one is worth the extra cost.

The theatre is slowly getting more and more run down. The Last couple of times I've gone there has been popcorn all over the floors making it feel dumpy. The projectors need servicing or they need better protectionist because the focus is often soft. The sound quality wich used to be excellent is now sub par. It quite often sounds like multiple speakers are off or barely working or not loud enough. They switched to self serve drinks which is great if you're there at a slow time but if you're there during a rush it can take five to ten minutes to get you drink because there are only two machines. Overall the only reason it's not the cheap theatre is because there are no other first run options in town. If a random traveling group of movie watchers are traveling through the area, drive the extra 45 minutes and go to Edwards theatre in Idaho falls.

This was my first time visiting this theater. The Theater has very nice high back reclining leather seats! The sound is VERY loud, which I loved! I'm used to Edward's in Idaho Falls where you can hear people like 10 rows aways from you eating their popcorn.... So the loudness was much appreciated! I may just have to come down here for future movies!!

I really love our theater here. We go every weekend and sometimes again with the kids. It's a really nice building and seating. I do have to be honest and say I haven't been as happy with the prices since AMC took over. It's a lot more expensive for things we used to love like carmel popcorn, and if it's a holiday they don't honor Tuesday cheap day.

AMC A-Lister is pretty good deal but the deal breaker is that most of the time it takes 15 min to get tickets and popcorn which is way too long. Also it takes 25 min of preview show before the movie starts which I believe they did on purpose because how long it takes to get food and tickets!

It was a great experience AFTER we finally got into out theater. We want to see pitch perfect 3 and it started at 9:15pm. They finally allowed us to go into the theater at 9:05pm. Most theaters will give you more time to get situated before the movie starts. Who the staff was extremely friendly but I did find that the facility was not extremely clean as I hoped. There was soda and popcorn spilled everywhere in the lobby. I do understand that customers can be messy, but it was kind of past the point of being just normal messy. And last and at leas, not that this the other specifically has anything to do with it but the pricing is outrageous. As much as I would love to go to the movies more frequently, it's a rare occasion because of the amount that it costs. I would go back, just rarely

First-time visit to AMC Theater in Pocatello. Went to the afternoon matinee so it wasn't crowded. It was already kind of dark when we got in there but it seemed clean and the floor was not sticky. Not really much of a movie theater kind of person but overall it was good, depending upon what's playing yes I would go back.

The movie was Mary Poppins returns. The theater was filthy inside, the seats were as close together as a Southwest airlines flight. they were at the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in at any movie theater, and that includes the cheap seats. Won't be back to this AMC. This is not AMC quality movie theater. Kid taking tickets did not ask if there were seniors, there were, yet the manager couldn't come over to give us the refund, he was busy. The kid did not ask us if we wanted to sign up for the AMC stub reward thing. Overall it was a miserable abysmal experience. And we won't be back.

It is a nice theater. We like the bucket of popcorn, and the ability to refill the whole year for like $5 after purchasing. However, we don't go to the movies very often so I wished they would have mentioned that the butter for the popcorn is now self serve rather than assuming we new. So the popcorn wasn't nearly as good since we didn't know this until we were leaving. But the movie was good.

Very pricey but do you expect better have at least $100 or more bc if you want a large combo and two tickets you're paying fifty bucks best option is to take your own snacks like the theatre candy from any dollar tree take a 20 oz soda and open slightly preferably in your car to let carbonation out a substitute for popcorn you can go with the pork cracklins or just bring a bag of your own popcorn snacks size and open in car now your only paying 25 for ticket exaggerated by five dollars but you get the point enjoy your movie!
