We bought our tickets and on the way out my handicapped friend tripped on the anti slip mat outside the door. After informing the staff of the issue, no one moved to fix it. The mat was stuck to the door and being the only entrance, it was a safety concern. Anyone coming or going with a walker wouldn't be able to pass. When we came back for our movie, the mat was still not flat. I complained again and by the time we finished the movie it was finally remedied. However, it shouldn't have been left as it to begin with. Very disappointed. The facilities were nice but after my experience, I would rather watch movies elsewhere.

Our son brought us there. On entering I noticed the seat rows were far apart. The seats were wide and made of soft leather had a table, reclineable and had push buttons on the side that brings an extention for your legs. OMG!!! It's so relaxing. All the seats are like these. Where's this theatre? Follow the rail til the last station in Ewa Beach - keep driving. It will be in the Mall on the right.

Their pies are warm and delicious little pies to share with a loved one. Fries are good and dipping sauces are good. Reclining seats are comfortable. Right at new mall with restaurants for all so good to go movies and eat after or vice versa. And or shop after or before.

Awesome theater. My husband and I went on a date here and the food was good, the theater was nice and clean and comfy! We are dying to try out the Titan Luxe Theater, but we'll save that for next time. The overall experience was excellent.

Giving 5 stars taking into consideration how comfortable seating is no matter which one you select. Theatre including restrooms were quite clean. Pricing for tickets though is considered "average" in this day in age, though for a family it could be quite costly. Refreshments-OMG $5 for ONE bottle of water.

The theatres here is great with great experience inside the theatre. Nice spacious chairs that are leather and recline, also a slide table. Just enough space for an average person, other theatres are packed like a United flight. In the lobby is a little hectic, only 2 or 3 cashiers and 3 kiosk. So it kind of gets stuffed when everyone comes in at the last minute for a showing. Food bar is very slow so plan extra time to wait in line for food. In conclusion, lobby is crowded during last minute show ups. Inside the theatre, great experience. Update: came for Annabelle tonight. Concession is still a little slow. The pager was fairly greasy, had to go wash my hands before going in. Always a good experience while watching.

This is by far, the most upscale movie theater in Hawaii. All of the seats are leather recliners and you can reserve them in advance. Good luck trying to get a seat on premier night of a blockbuster movie. They have a gourmet menu with burgers, chicken tenders and fries, to name a few. They also serve beer and wine by the glass, so there's no longer a reason to sneak in an "adult juice box".

The new recliners are comfortable chairs, but lacking built in heaters like other theaters I've been to. The tickets are also quite expensive, but fairly standard for Hawaii. Their concessions selection is pretty basic too. The building is nice and new at least.

Movie ticket prices are nuts, but matinee shows before 11 am are $9 so that's a plus! Also, being able to RSVP movie tickets ahead of time (as long showtimes show up online) helps. Ordered tickets for the new Avengers movie for this Sunday at 10 am!!!!

All wines are 13% alcohol, small pours for $10 but at least they now let us have alcohol allowed into "family" movies. The spritzer or prosecco type ones were 10 & 11%. There's a tip area to fill in on your credit card slips...uh... it's ALL self service and you're asking me to tip??? Fries are on the medium cut size, soda machines have gazillion different sodas, self serve icee machine, butter is self service, REAL straws!!!! Thank YOU!!! The one titan room is humongous! Be sure to get seats in the middle to enjoy the state of the art (for Hawaii) sound. Tons of space between the next row. Their large cups don't fit the cup holders snugly so be careful. Restrooms are beautiful. Hand towels AND air dryers...YES!!!

It's just not worth it! The lines at the concession stand are extremely long, and the people working the concession stand don't know how to get it done quickly. Give yourself 30 minutes to wait for a tub of popcorn and a cup to fill your own soda. I'd rather go to another movie location where they at least know how to get you popcorn and an empty cup in under 30 minutes. Yep, the theater is new and yep, the seats are nice but I wanted some snacks with my movie songs thought 30 minutes would be enough to get it done. Not going back.

The people are nice and friendly. Love the reclining seats and choice of food available. Yes they could of designed it a little better. For instance there is only one set bathrooms but its not centralized and easy to get to. They have a handicap stall for people like me who have walkers or for wheelchairs. The problem is that how many times I've had to wait for that stall and then the person comes out has no mobility device, no little baby, and not huge. So why couldn't they use one of the many other stall instead of that one handicap stall. There is also the issue of no seats inside for handicap people to wait. At least they have the outside area. Despite all that I still love this place.

The place has easy access, options to buy tickets at kiosk or counter. The place also has a large menu for food, drink way beyond the traditional theater fare. This also includes a small bar area. The theater also has reserved seating and the chairs are all lush recliners with push button recline and forward buttons as well as swing trays for your food and drink. The place is also hyper clean, and cool. Truly a 21st century theater.

Its pretty clean the workers are friendly and the screens are huge. Seats in front of the aisle are still okay, close but still not too bad. The seats themselves are comfortable and feel pretty clean. There is always popcorn on the floor somewhere but someone attends to it almost immediately. The employees behind concessions aren't always paying attention but are friendly and helpful.

I don't tend to go to movie theaters, but when I do it's only at Olino! The theater itself is well maintained and the layout is simple so it's impossible to get confused or lost. The staff is friendly and if there's an issue with tickets they tend to resolve them quickly and with a smile. The food is good but as it's a theater, it's a bit pricey - but that's to be expected... they also serve alcohol! Best theater in Kapolei, can't speak for anywhere else but Olino is alright!

The theater is nice, you get to pick your seats at all the movies, and the seats are reclining with food trays. They also have an expanded menu if you are willing to pay movie prices to eat it, but the staff seemed to not want to be there, several of them. It's a brand new theater. For the staff to all be like that already... consolidated, you REALLY need to look into your management staff here, before you're very expensive brand new theater gets a poor reputation for service. Please I like you guys please don't let it happen.

One of the best movie-going experiences on Oahu. Large, selection of snacks- meals, even. Nice sized screens even for standard projections. Good sound that doesn't bleed through from other theaters (nothing worse than hearing Star Wars when you're watching Kramer vs Kramer). Ticket prices are well below East Coast standards for the same amenities.

Love the recliners. What surprised me was the Food, it's good and it wasn't crazy expensive. I mean ok, the drinks are where they make their money. I can pay less for a case of water at Costco than what they charge for a bottle but other than that it's great. A women waiting on her food mentioned they have great coffee and that people not there to watch a movie come and get coffee.

Olino theaters was one of the first theaters I visited that had those awesome reclining seats. Talk about comfort I felt like I was watching a movie in my own living room but with a much better sound system and screen. With that said if you're one to doze off during a movie you may want to find a theater with less comfort. I found watching a movie with those large reclining seats handy when taking my four-year-old daughter. The large seat allowed her to sit with me in one seat which made it easier to control her during the movie. The prices for concessions were pretty astronomical, I think we paid upwards to $20 for the popcorn and a drink whereas the hot food was probably just a little bit more than that. I'll probably order a larger meal the next time I try going to one of these theaters. Hopefully the food is good. overall it was a quite pricey but good experience. It's a premium theater so expect to pay premium prices.

Love Olino! Lots of parking in the Ka Makana Alii parking lot, maybe not so much during the Christmas holiday season. The food here is great and have awesome choices! The burgers are ono and I absolutely love the fried green beans! The seats recline and are super comfortable, just wish the would go back just a little but more!

Since Kapolei Commons Regal theaters opened first, we kind of have been going to that theater since we are more comfortable with it. But we decided to check them out since we were going to be in the area. We watched “The Last Jedi” there one Friday afternoon. We used one of those third party apps to purchase our tickets and pick out seats. The snacks and drinks were about the same price as Regal… ridiculous. They offered hot food items in addition to the popcorn and drinks but we didn’t get any. The seats were nice and big and comfy and they reclined with the little movable tray. In comparison, this theater is just the same as the other recliner seating theaters. Same comfort and amenities. The sound system (not including the Titan Luxe or ATMOS) and layout inside the theater was similar. So I guess what it all boils down to is convenience and preference. I like Regal because I am more familiar with their rewards program so we’ll continue to go there even though it is much farther for us.

First: the theater itself was clean and well maintained. there were no issues with ticketing or customer service in general, the day we went there were no crowds and we enjoyed our show in a nearly empty theater The food was SUPER expensive ($7 for a bottle of domestic beer? (also dont let them lie to you their $10 drafts are also only 12oz pours not a pint)) and $5 for a regular bottle of water. Overall: Nice place, great seats, awesome sound from the atmos system, but over the top expensive and no table service gives this place a "meh" rating, I dunno if we'll be back

Titan Luxe wasn’t worth the money. It’s supposed to be a wider screen. I just saw Lion King and it wasn’t any wider than a normal movie. There were black bars on both sides of the screen like you see in wide TV screens when they show non-HD shows. Too big a theater for a normal sized movie.

Very nice theater. But the staff makes going to this theater not worth it. The soda options are great. They also serve alcohol. But judging by the type of crowd I've seen each time I've visited, that's probably not a good thing. Also, the sound quality is better at Regal Kapolei Commons.

Amazingly new technology. There are many choices of food and drinks. The hospitality is unengaging, but kind and warm. The movie theater has a wide variety of movies and events for movies that stopped premiering. And added comfort with the seats. Would improve on schedule, as several times, the lights would turn off cue or the movie is started at an earlier or later time. Otherwise, though, it had perservered on it's promise ever since it's opening day recently.

These are nice theaters, and of course since they are new so you don't have the grimy feel to it. A few things that are annoying tho. There are only one set of bathrooms, this means web a movie lets out there will be a line at the ladies restroom. Second, and this is funny, annoying and a head slapper, the drink cups don't fit in the drink holders at the seats, so you set them on the swivel tray hoping they don't get tipped. Otherwise I've no complaints. Staff are friendly, serve alcohol, decent snacks. Expensive but normal expensive for any theater. Can order hot foods as well.

This is the first movie theater I've been to with the recliner seating and I love it. It is much more comfortable and spacious feeling than regular movie theater seating. The overall theater is very nice and clean, including the bathrooms (which tend to be gross in theaters). I enjoy the larger variety of menu options, even with how pricey they are since I've grown to accept this with movie theaters. My husband and I tend to go to this theater whenever there is a new movie out that we really want to see, even though there are theaters much closer to where we live.

One of my 2 favorite places to see a movie with family. During busy times parking can be a bit difficult as you may have to park about a blocks distance away. Therefore the four stars. The food and drinks are good. Luxury seating and top sound and screens. It’s kept clean the restrooms lobby concessions and theatre. Always reserve your seats ahead of time to be sure you get what you want and our not stuck in the front 2 rows. Those are not worth the neck ache IMO.

Very nice place. It's brand new. I've been there four times now and I've noticed already they are having trouble cleaning up the theaters. No matter what people only care about themselves, so there is days old popcorn and trash in between and below the new recliner seats. Other than that, it's a very nice place.

Best theater on Oahu. Titan Luxxe screen best quality and 2nd best audio. Kapolei has better audio at the Commons but smaller theater. Good food here too, plus alcoholic drinks if you'd like. Walk around Ka Makana mall afterwards. Good family spot too, bring the kids.

This movie theater is beautiful! We live in Honolulu and always come over here for the movies because we just love everything about this theater. The food is reasonably priced for a movie theater! I have to say I love the box idea for your popcorn. It is WAY better than the bag and you can get butter on all of your popcorn instead of just the top! Easier to share, too!

this theater allows you to order tickets online and use ur phone or theres a kiosk that makes it quick and easy to get tickets and choose where you would like to be seatrd in the theater. the seats a recliners with a small lap table that makes it very cozy. you can get all the usual movie theater snacks but then theres to option to order other gourmet food items as well as alcoholic beverages and coffee options.

I love their seats, it's never too busy here and they have a good concession stand but like always prices are high at movie theaters for food and drink

Went to a 1045 show. Lights were left on until 1245. Finally got to enjoy the last 30 min. of the movie. Screen was way better with the lights off. Contacted mgmt. and they didn't care. Cup holder was nasty, too. White crusty stuff in both holders.

It’s a little more expensive then other theatres, and it’s a smaller theatre so it offers limited movies. Love the reserved reclining seats! Coffee, alcohol, tons of food choices always very clean, and staff is super helpful.
