Tuesdays are the best day to go and watch a movie. Date night!! $10.00 movie, assigned seating, reclining seats. Just don't go to sleep. Theaters are clean. Nice time. Oh the escalators are not working. Lots of stairs and two elevators. Your choice. They even serve alcohol and some nice food as well. You can ear at any of the surrounding places to eat before you go and watch

The theaters themselves are pretty great. Clean every time we've been. We come multiple times most months. The food is theater food. Nothing special and overpriced. That is not why I'm giving this three stars. I'd give it five, but the staff is not the best. Everyone seems like they'd rather hang themselves in the back. We've had a few instances involving very rude staff. For that reason, we do not ever buy food or drinks here. Theaters make their money from concessions, not the tickets. We only buy tickets as this theater is within a short walk from us. Management could probably increase workplace morale since most of the staff seems to hate where they work and tends to take it out on customers. I have also witnessed them being rude to other customers that did not deserve it.

Screen was out of focus..i mentioned this before, during, and after movie... also I had to strain to hear some of the dialogue cause of low volunme... seats didnt even rumble during ng explosions it was so quiet....Paid $18 for 3d titan godzilla... had huge headache at the end... complained to guest services...didnt even get a sorry, just a head nod saying "we know of the issue and are working on it"... this was after the movie...seriously....

Got our tickets online early. Checking in to obtain the tickets for entry was simple and quick. The staff were all friendly and attentive. They even offered suggestions for our order at the concession stand. The ice machine I used was "slow" and there was a line for the self serve drinks. The seats were clean and comfortable. The theater room was warmer than the outside concession. The movie was great. The parking here is atrocious. We had to park at neighboring lots.

Quick service from office box to snack stand and theaters and restrooms are clean and seats are up kept. Popcorn is never stale and for is made after order which makes for a 5-10minute wait but worth it for hot, just made food.

Although I dislike reserved seating, preferring to find my own seat in the theater, the extremely comfortable recliners in the Ward Theaters won me over after sitting through the 3 hr Avengers Endgame. I never felt uncomfortable and was able to focus the terrific movie without worrying about my neighbors or my bad knees. Lots of room and well worth the couple of bucks extra.

I went to this theatre to see Spiderman Far From Home, which was a very good movie. This location offers alot of in building parking and even more across the street (paid). The theatres have upgraded, reclining leather seats that are very comfortable, don't come here to watch a movie if you are tired, the seats will put you to sleep. This theatre is surrounded by a game room and great restaurant's, it's a good location to bring the children or a date.

It was definitely nicer than other consolidated theaters I've been to here. Nice comfortable recliner seats. The only two complaints i have are that they didn't offer discounts when the ac was not working in that theater and their false advertisement regarding military discounts. On the signs it states the military discount is 12.50. When we asked to have that applied they said only after 4pm. It doesn't specify that anywhere where it has the prices (see picture i included). This is why i have it 3 stars instead of 5.

Comfortable seating, short lines to get in. The longest wait is obviously at the food counter. If you have a girlfriend or wife, just sneak stuff in her purse, and save some money.

First, I always buy my ticket online and this is the only place where the ticket taker cannot scan your digital QR code. Before you can enter you have to stand in a line for the kiosk to print your ticket. There is only ONE kiosk and it is used for online purchases as well as people making their purchase on site. Sometimes there is a person by the kiosk to scan online purchases, but that isn't manned all the time for some reason. Second, lines for concessions take FOREVER and if you order hot food or takes about 15-20 min to get it. Good side, the theater and bathrooms are always clean. But somehow the soda fountain and condiments areas are always crowded and filthy. If you live in kapolei, the theaters that side are much nicer and not as dirty and overrun with people.

Movie tickets are getting expensive $15 each since all seating are recliners now also food prices are like eating at a restaurant. If you go on Tuesday then its tickets are $10.

We(group of 5) went to buy tickets minutes before the show started so we had to sit in the very front, but that was our own fault. My sons chair wasn't working/didn't recline so he sat in the chair next to mine, theatre didnt complain. Everything else was as expected. Also, I believe tickets are $10 on Tuesdays, we'll go back soon...on a Tuesday

Could there have been any other way to watch avengers endgame other than in the Titan? Definitely not. I don't know what's going on with the parking situation it's just getting worse but this, in my opinion, is one of the best theaters to watch a movie in. even though the workers are dreadfully slow both in the concession stand and in the ticket booth, Ward is centrally located and is convenient for a weekday after work movie or for a weekend date night. There's Dave and Buster's and lots of restaurants nearby. I love reserved seating, reclining chairs, and of course green bean fries nom nom

This is one of my favorite theaters to come to. I really love the reclining chairs, I have back issues so I can't always sit up for long amounts of time without being in pain which is not an issue here. Also, the parking is great, especially with the new parking garage. Just like every theater things are going to cost money so don't be shocked about the prices.

Great theater but very little parking. If you can’t find a spot on the first level you have to pay $7 to park valet on the second floor. For such a great theater you’d think they’d have more parking. Also most of the times I go their ticket kiosks don’t work. Other than that it’s great! They have recliner seats as well.

I love this theater! Me and my girlfriend would come and watch a movie once a week! I love the reclining chairs and the concession has a great menu! From loaded baked potato fries to your glass of Merlot! It's not cheap, but you pay for an experience! Only once have we had an issue with the customer service/concession where we never got our hotdog. But we've had so many good experiences there we let it slide. It's clean, the food is good, the theater looks and sounds amazing. That's all that matters when going to the movies!

The chairs recline and they have trays to put your stuff on. You can reserve tickets for this movie theater. Great food and drink selection. Plus they have alcohol. Great all around from my experience.

Probably one of my favorite movie theater on island. Not a complaint insight. They are in the process of revamping the entrance last couple of times I've been but it's not too much of a problem at all. The movie theater is right next to Dave and Buster's so sometimes there could be a slight crowd in between coming off the escalator and the line to purchase tickets.

Overrated. It seems that all the seats are full sized and "comfortable" (when they work- mine didn't). You get assigned seats but it appears that people just sit where they like and if you're a family, sometimes you have to get in people's faces to get them to vacate so you can sit together (as a family) which totally crushes you're ability to have a good time. This place is just about the money.

Decent place to watch a movie. On weekdays parking is pretty easy to find but on weekends or night time it's almost impossible. Movie theater is not very clean. Some of the seats are soiled but most don't notice it once the lights start dimming Floor is pretty sticky most times I have gone there. Cheap movie day is Tuesday with the reward card which is free.

The upgraded theaters have so much aisle room and the recliners are awesome! The facility gets an A+, however, the check-in process is slow going. Bought tickets online and had to wait in a long line to get the tickets printed. At every other movie theater the bar code is scanned by an attendant directly from the phone which seems more effective and doesn’t waste paper for a ticket that is digital.

Nice movie theater here in the heart of DT Honolulu, lots going on in the area to do before catching your movie and the selection of snacks/drinks they have in the theater are pretty solid all around. The upgraded seats/screens/sound systems make it a top of the line place to see a movie. If you buy tickets from the kiosk, inside the lobby, watch out. It shoots the tickets out literally, they will shoot out if you aren't ready for them haha.

Do yourself a favour and don't go the front seats (didn't have a choice unfortunately due to a last minute booking). An amazing theatre (and you got used to consistently turning your head left to right during the movie, but you really need to be at least three rows back to experience it at its best!

Great location in the heart of the ward complex. Friendly staff and clean theater with great picture quality and sound. I would recommend parking at the whole foods and walking to the theater. Parking is always free in that parking garage and they never run out of space. Feel free to buy your tickets online with Fandango or another online seller to expedite your trip. You can pickup your tickets inside at the automated teller.

I love the actual movie experience, but I was disappointed with the service. I went yesterday, and the food prep person prioritized her coworkers who literally told her what they wanted to her to make, while mine was left half unfinished on the counter until I finally said I was going to miss my movie. Thankfully I *just* made it but I imagine if I hadn't said something things would've been worse.

Saw Captain Marvel opening weekend. The movie lighting was so dark, like the lens wasn't open all the way. Missed a lot of detail because it just couldn't be seen. 3D glasses were scratched so quickly got a different pair, those were scratched too. Ordering a glass of wine gets you a shot size amount of wine for $9.

There is not much to say about this Theater. In my opinion its one of the best theaters on the island. they are always updating the theater to the newest seating and food choices. I have never had a issue with the staff, food, or cleanliness of the theater. my only gripe is that it can get really busy, but I cant fault them for being popular and they always seem to be staffed correctly. also due to them having a lot of theaters the selection of movies are always good. the best part is the location before and after the movie there is a lot of options for food and shopping.

I paid a four dollar convenience fee to get my tickets in advance so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. We showed up 10 minutes early and there was a long line to show our tickets. We finally got to the front and they said we had to go wait in a separate long line because they can’t scan the tickets at the entrance. Everybody in that line was upset about not being able to use electronic tickets. After waiting in the second line we had to get back in the original line. We missed the beginning of the movie. This is just poor management. Buy a scanner like every other theater in the US.

I love this place and always satisfied with their customer service but last night is a different story. I paid $33 for two specific seats, only to find out that there are peoping sitting on the reserved seats. The employees mixed it up I guess and put two persons in one same seat? I feel like it's a waste of money if you can't sit where you chose.

It was the best theater seating I've ever experienced. Seats were roomy and very comfortable. You don't have to worry about people seating in front of you because the incline is great enough that the people in the front won't obstruct your view. Each seat had a table with cup holder that swivels out of your way. Seats have electric reclining button that allows you to recline almost to laying down position. My only wish is that the seats have the option to raise the armrest to snuggle with your date. They sell beer and had impressive number of food choices. My only con is that they are expensive. $18 for adult. For that price, I wouldn't be able to go there very often. They are also doing constructions to expand the parking. Once they are complete, there will be plenty of parking but until they do, it'll take a while to park.

This theater is really nice! There are plenty of concession lines so you aren’t ever waiting too long. There are plenty of self serve soda fountains as well! The theaters them selves are in really nice condition too. They have lots of theaters with lots of show times options. I would definitely recommend this theater!

We all wanted to go to a movie in Honolulu, but your site does not allow us to order tickets Online, as it doesn't accept Canadian Postal Codes for credit cards ??? You company missed out on a 50 ticket sale. For us to book we would have to take transportation twice to the theater to purchase tickets. IT or web developer need to address this on your site. You are missing out on a huge Tourist market !!

I love this place! My friends and I go here to watch movies. A movie ticket is a bit expensive, in my opinion. But thank God I have movie pass, so I only have to pay $10 a month for unlimited movies. Their food prices are insane, and you can't even bring a water bottle inside, so I suggest eat before watching a movie or just eat somewhere else afterwards. But the staff here is in general very nice. I like this place and definitely recommend it if you wanna watch movies with family or friends.

Not sure if it was the time of day (matinee) or if this theater is starting to slack, but I need them to step it up. The food, usually amazing, was not well prepared. And didn't taste the same. We had chicken strips and fully loaded potato wedges. Worst part, and something I notice every time we visit, the drink machine area is filthy and a disaster. This particular day it wasn't even busy.

this is a wonderful theatres to go to they work really hard to make it nice with the sheer number of people that go through there.the girl that was taking tickets though might want to focus on her job instead of visiting with her friend who wasn't working I noticed several customers that had prepaid we're not getting adequate explanation about printing out their ticket sort of grunting and pointing at the glass wall not good customer service I'm sorry.

Went to watch Us the other night when the fire alarm activated. As we were evacuating the theater, the staff announced that they were uncertain of the cause for the activation. Instead of guiding moviegoers to exit the building, they encourage them to stay inside to wait for further instruction. This is not how a fire alarm activation should be handled. Despite not knowing what the cause for the emergency alarm, a business should never encourage guests to remain in the building until the alarm is officially cleared. Although nothing happened, the fact that they would put their guests at risk is unacceptable.

One of my personal favorite theaters on the island; the movies are always so much fun to watch, and the different ways to watch it are also nice, regardless of whether or not it is Tin Luxe. The seats are comfortable and large, and the food is also good, however some items are expensive.

Great theater with recliners. Paid extra for surround sound theater tickets, and was totally worth it! Food we bought was amazing as well! Great staff that was very helpful!

This place only lets you have two beers. And it’s a huge hassle to get any beer. Had to miss a good amount of the movie just to get another one. This would never happen in Texas.

Consolidated Theaters at Ward has stepped their game up above most all other local theaters. Luxury seating means leather reclining seats with small dedicated tables for each seat with enough elbow room and space in front to provide the room you’d expect for a movie experience. Assigned seating means you choose where you sit and the seat is waiting. This location has a great variety of eats and also serves wines and beers. Concession prices are extremely high, but this is typical.

All seats are reserved theater wide. All seats are able to recline. Self serve soda or Icee. Tuesdays are $10 movies except for restrictions from the movie studio.
