Last night was my first and LAST time going to this location. The service was absolutely horrible. I understand being under staff but then I waited by the bar for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. After being acknowledged, the bartender was nice and provided good service. I would suggest they get a barback to help the bartenders. Also when we got in the movie, my order was taken and I was very specific about what I did not want on my burger. I do believe she rang it up correctly but I notified the gentleman who brought my food that it was messed up and he took it back. Eventually the server came back and I told her it was wrong and that the guy said they would be remaking it. I waited a full hour for them to REMAKE my food and still did not receive it. I had to get up during the movie and walk out to the bar to tell her to cancel my order. There was also no manager present to apologize for the inconvenience and even offer an explanation as to why my food was never remade. The professionalism of the staff at this location sucks. We also could hear the server printing receipts during the movie which was also very annoying. All of these things COMPLETELY ruined my experience and I will NEVER return to this location again and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone unless you like POOR customer service.

The food is really good, but the fact that the waiters/waitresses walk back and forth throughout the entire movie ruins the experience. Also, the seats are like office chairs and they are mostly level from the front of the theater to the back so you're guaranteed to have the person's head in front of you blocking part of the screen.

I was initially dismayed at the seating arrangement, as you are in basically office chairs at a long table. But I will say, their food bowls were pretty tasty. My husband ordered the Asian steak and shrimp which had a delicious sauce and I ordered the bacon and chicken Mac and cheese which was so good! And the portions are well sized, I felt like I was never ending eating and never reached the bottom.

Ugh. Spent $50 on two bad drinks and 8 chicken wings. The chairs were.dirty and the table/menus were sticky. Parking deck says visitor parking was only for 2 hours or less but we were seeing 3 hour movie (theatre did validate parking but was still worrisome). So not worth going here. Should've waited for movie to be available on Netflix.

Omg!!! Worst experience ever, we will never go back. I thought being in Buckhead we would have a good experience, but it felt like I was in Bankhead. The waitress was terrible, she brought his food first and didn’t bring mines till 15 mins before the movie was over. She never came back to refill our drinks, food was cold

I've been to similar dine in movie theaters. You can choose your own seat in advance. I didn't like the seating. I was sat at a table with chairs that were office desk chairs. In similar theaters, there was seating that was much more comfortable. The menu was pretty good. A little expensive, but good.

Came here for a movie, didn't order any food (never do at theaters because of how overpriced it is!). The staff was friendly and courteous. Be wary of where you pick your seats because the theaters aren't on much of an incline. I'm sure it's because of the fact it's also a restaurant. With that said, it can be difficult to see the screen if the chairs in front of you are blocking the view.

The price for tickets are cheaper here than other location. The seats are dated and it is older but that makes up for the prices. If your not bothered but seating then I think it is totally worth coming to this location. You also pick your seats now when you buy your tickets. I always come here just wish they had the 4.99 refill popcorn buckets this year. If you have a bucket from 2019 you bought at another location you can still use it here I been told.

would not have even given 1 star. We arrived at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm movie. The first thing we noticed is that you have to sit the next 2-1/2 hours in a office chair with wheels.....RIDICULOUS IDEAL! ........we did not have a server come to us until 7:40pm ......we ordered a couple of alcoholic drinks and 2 entrees on the menu........the drinks did not come till 8:15pm, the meals not till 8:30. My real did not come, and i was told that they did not have all the ingredients to make my meal (it took them 50 minutes to realize that they could not make my meal)....i then ordered the chicken quesadilla ......that showed up at 9:00pm ( 1 hour and 20 minutes after i gave my initial order). There was literally no chicken in the quesadilla ......it was a wrap with a bunch of cheese. (worst meal ever)......if you are going to spend $100 on a movie and a meal....go to cinebistro in Brookhaven........comfortable seats, good food, and great service!!!

Good experience. Helpful staff, will bring you anything with the press of a button. Sound quality in the theatre could be better, but I'd suggest sitting somewhere in the middle for a better viewing experience. Seats are better in the AMC at Phipps plaza. Limited food menu, but Dec options. They also validate your parking, if you park in the lot above.

This is not a proper movie-going experience. The lighting is wrong, the audio is terrible, the seating is not conducive for watching a 2 hour movie. It's a novelty at best, it's a waste of $100 at its worst. The food is better than at a regular AMC but the setup is not good for enjoying the show. We saw it with 6 patrons, I can't imagine what it would be like to have a full house. Constant interruptions of ordering and delivering of items throughout the film. Just not for me.

This place has office like seating with a screen and serves food. The audio is pathetic and so is the quality and size of the screen. You are better of watching a movie at your home given the option. It's a dissapointment!

Worst experience of my life! My boyfriend and I were treated horribly. Kicked out because he asked to speak with a manager about why our food never came. Then on top of that, the "security guard" put his hands on my bf, and called him the N word. Complained to corporate and still haven't heard anything back. Will NEVER patronize this place ever again!!

Horrible service and small screen. Ordered food and drinks around 20 minutes before the start of the movie. The drinks arrived after the movie started, and I didn't recieve my food until 90 minutes after placing my order. Had to leave the theater multiple times to inquire about my food as pressing the service button did nothing. At the end of the movie the check was wrong and the server brought the check too late and we had to wait after the movie was done to get the check back. And actually had to go to the bar to finally sign the check. The same thing happened to several people sitting in our row. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was actually pretty good once it finally came out. I do not write many reviews, but the experience at this theater (located in the heart of Buckhead) was awful and needs to change.

Best place in Atlanta to catch a movie and grab a delicious meal. The place is way more intimate than all of the other theaters in the city. The staff is polite and attentive. I love this place!

They are the worst. Then never get the food order right or drink order. I ordered and pizza and half of it was missing when I got it. This theaters service is a POS. I wish they got it together bc the location is good and the actual theater is great. The staff is ruining it. Not everyone but a lot of them. I won't be coming back here.

I had to order my child’s food multiple times and my child’s food was still not received. My child was Hungary through the whole movie and I asked multiple times for the food. I highly recommend not coming to the AMC dine in movie theater

Whenever you go to the movies, you are looking for some relaxing and fun time. The fun at this place Mmm it might not happen if you're uncomfortable and you will be uncomfortable at this place that for some odd reason decided to put office-like chairs. I met with my friends and my wife to have a good time with reserved seating and some good food but it all was overpowered by the actual chairs. I'm sorry AMC but you're usually ok in accommodations for your guests but this theater particularly is terrible for that. I spent 9hrs sitting on a chair exactly like that in my office, I hope you see my point and decide to change that, in the meantime, we will definitely not going to return to this place.

The idea is nice. I like the idea of dinner while you watch a film but its just not the same level of movie enjoyment. The seats are like office chairs and you sit erect the whole time. There were only a fee people in the theater so we froze half to death. The walls are thin and the movie in the adjacent theater blasted over ours. The lobby was bustling and we heard all the chatter. Otherwise nice. The food was okay. Not a bad price point.

Decent place to see a movie but service is super slow and their systems apparently suck.. We ordered a pitcher of beer and they were successively out of each brand we ordered, so it took us an hour into the movie to get a drink, on the 4th try ... Then they only brought 2 glasses and it required two more requests to get the 3rd glass. Food (shared appetizers) was delivered without silverware or small plates. By the time we got them we'd already finished. We've been here before with less issues so not sure if going down hill or one off bad night.

I bought tickets expecting it to be a nice theater considering the area it is in, boy was I wrong. We walked in and saw that you are sitting in office chairs at tables, and they were not comfortable. We decided to leave before the movie started because it was so uncomfortable. I do not recommend!

The absolute worst experience of a dinner and a movie date EVER! I wish I could give it NO STARS. They need to take notes from Cinebistro and have people pay upfront so that people (and the only Black people this particular night) wouldn't have to be told to not leave before paying the bill. Who says that? If people have been leaving before paying...they need to come up with a better system. Let's be real...if people are walking out on the check because they are paying cash and the staff waits until the end of the movie to collect the money...then, they need to come up with a better business model so that they don't lose money nor does the guests have to be humiliated by being asked not to leave before paying their bill. The simple solution is to have the patrons pay upfront for their meal orders and after a certain point if they want to order anything else...they have to order upfront, at the bar, but outside of the movie theater area...like Cinebistro. It is beyond humiliating because if you just so happen to be the one and only set of black patrons, who just so happened to be paying with cash, being asked not to leave before paying their bill (and I made sure to ask several others in the theater if they were asked) but nobody else was asked that question and the excuse is that the other people paid with a saved card...that will feel very racist (profiled as if we would leave without paying) and inappropriate. Plus, the service was way below the bar as we had to wait almost 40 minutes and asked 4 hosts to get extra butter and the food was barely warm which means it sat for awhile before they brought it. That makes sense because the loud group of people in front of us who came in 20 mins after we placed our order got their entrees at least 10-15 minutes before we did. Poor service and bad experience all the way around.

Went to see Avengers Endgame, asked if the screen was IMAX and was told yes. It was not even close. It was a standard small screen. The food was terrible and cost more than it actually worth. The idea of movie with a meal is good. However, the actual experience did not do justice to the hype of the flashy website and advertisements online. I was so disappointed with the meal. No flavor. The host in the theater was friendly and helpful. AMC, if you’re reading this; you have a really good idea. Put some work and effort into your menu, actually clean up the place, and hold your staff to good customer service. Maybe even upgrading your technology.

It's a little distracting from the movie to get a burger in the middle... the food was fine But I must say, if you have a date you don't really want to spend time with, this theater is great because you smash dinner and a movie into one. That goes from about a 5hr date to a 2 hr one, if you pick the right movie.

This USED TO be a great theater with delicious food. Now they've decreased the portion sizes of the meals but are charging the same high prices! Paying $18 and only receiving a kid's size meal is not my idea of a good dine in movie experience. This place is overpriced and overrated. Never again!

My boyfriend and I were very excited to see "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood" today. We purchased tickets for the 4:15pm showing at the AMC Dine-In Buckhead. We were greeted by a disgusting stench as soon as we entered, it smelled like a wet rag that has been forgotten for weeks, the whole entrance area looked very run-down and worn out. When we went into the theater, not only did the stench follow us in there, when I saw the the theater I thought I was in a bad movie. I've been to many AMC Dine-In theaters, and always had a great experience - large reclining seats, big theater, nice large screen, great movie streaming quality. Now this one, I couldn't believe my eyes, it looked like a cheap diner from the 1970ies. The "seats" were red, worn out, rolling office chairs I would find at my office desk - not something I want to sit in for 3 hours to enjoy a movie, the screen was ridiculously small, and the projection was grainy. We looked at the theater, looked at each other, and immediately turned around and left the premises. No way I could have stayed at this theater to watch a movie. I am shocked that this theater is in operation. I am appalled. This was the worst experience I had, I thought AMC stands for quality.

I enjoy coming here with family and friends to watch movies. The place has a semi upscale feel to it and children aren’t usually present. The prices are kinda steep considering you can go to other places and the bar area is pretty clean. However, there could be some updating!

I have for some reason never visited here. Now I am wondering why. Movie with food and drink service! We had an enjoyable evening. The food was good. Better than fast food but not quite big chain restaurant as Longhorn or the like. Facility was clean and taken care off. Employees are friendly and courteous. The only complaint I had was the HVAC systems ever present vibration/hum. Was in screen 5. The noise was a definant distraction. Will visit again.

Only giving a 3 star because I enjoyed the movie and drink. I will definitely stick to going to AMC 24. I was expecting reclining chairs, an a tray across my lap. After seeing the other reviews I will continue to eat before I come here. Drinks were awesome tho. Not a place to lay back and relax. My hubby picked the theater not me, wanted to try something new. He wasn’t happy at all. Service took about 10-15 of the light being on before we were helped.

Many of the reviews complained about service and food, but the food was actually really good and plentiful. I had the bbq mac & cheese bowl, and I'd get it again. Drinks come in a large cup, so use the bathroom beforehand (you should do that before every movie, though). To offset the price of food, you might want to go on a Tuesday evening like we did if you're an AMC Stubs member--it's $5/ticket! My biggest complaint would be legroom--or the lack thereof--if you sit at the long table, especially in the back. You'd have to scoot the chair back from the table to stretch your legs; and by doing so you block the waitress from attending other people on your row.

I’ve been to other dine-in movie theatres. This is NOT the one you want to visit. The issues are many, yet, the staff are all very friendly -staff is not an issue. However, seating is the first big issue. The chairs are rolling office chairs - not comfortable at all. There’s no recliners here, it’s like watching a movie at a small bar. The food is another issue - it came - not all at once - that’s a badly run kitchen. The popcorn was not warm. The butter was in small containers - also not warm. The burger was like any burger, the fries cold. The soda my companion had was watery. The milkshake was full of ice chunks(!). The staff or other patrons could ALL be heard outside and the next theatre over was VERY loud with the sound effects being heard in our theatre. So, noisy, uncomfortable and a very badly run kitchen - and remember this is supposed to be a “Dining Experience.” Skip it and go somewhere with comfier seats and get dinner somewhere with a better kitchen.

Horrible movie theater. The lady was to lazy go validate our parking ticket and lied and said the garage was free on Sunday. The seats are office seats and it's not intimate at all. The service was also very lackadaisical. I’d rather eat first and watch at another theater. No need to waste your time.

Place was wonderful. First time going and it was worth every cent. Someone was sitting in our seats, had to ask them to move (prebought tickets), and when I asked wait staff could she clean table because someone else was just sitting there, she rolled her eyes, and picked up beer bottle, took our order and never came back to clean. We used napkins to clean up ourselves. For Shame..... Otherwise, it was good. Will go back again.

When I came to this place I watched Split. I was lucky to be the only one there. I ordered something from the menu and it was very tasty coming from a movie theater (not offense). Very nice and peculiar to eat while watching a movie on a big screen.

I give this place 4 stars because the seats are so uncomfortable, but the outside/inside scenery is so spectacular!!! Great for a romantic date, intimate. I say that only because before you arrive at the theater, you may think about purchasing/or leasing a beautiful place to reside, because of how it is nestled in the mist of such beautiful buildings.

The website advertises as though this is a theater with reclining seats and dining service. It is actually just rolling office chairs and bar seating essentially. It took forever to get service and the servers were constantly standing in front of us because they could not figure out which order went to what group. The staff was not very friendly either. Super disappointed.

Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE... filthy restrooms....dirty unoccupied tables inside of movies... food was cold...not to mention when advised they would bring fresh food out... staff never returned... Awful experience. Arrived early to enjoy some food and drinks before settling in for the movie. First warning, the front rows (all that was available) are office chairs on wheels.. Anyway, got to the seat, only 2 or 3 other couple in and pressed the service button. Nothing for 15 minutes, until I went to the back and pointed to the person back there that the 1 red light on the screen was our service call we'd been waiting on for 15 minutes.. Anyway eventually ordered our food and drinks. After waiting half an hour and the movie had started, was informed our order had been taken to another table but would be out in another 20 minutes or so... this was for french fries, quinoa and a bagel.. Over an hour after ordering food turns up and it was half portions at best at double pricing... Understand these places are pricier than normal, but service, quality, everything is lacking at this venue.. would rather wait a week to get seats somewhere else than try this place again!!

I did 2 stars just due to the discomfort watching the movie. The staff is cool. Regular. Not overly friendly or nothing. But, maybe it's just me being used to theaters with comfy seating. Nah. I think either way, I'd feel the same. Unless you're just hungry and want to eat, then it makes sense to be here. Otherwise, I want to lounge like I'm at home in my theater room!

Food and service was poor. Considering many people purchase advance tickets/seating, they should have a good idea ahead of time how busy they will be. Seems like they had plenty of staff, but food took almost an hour to come out and 1 of the 3 items ordered was terrible and had to be returned.

Thought this would be a nice treat for Mother's day but they screwed that up. They took our order and never brought us our food. At the end of the movie they said they forgot to tell us they ran out of the items we ordered. This happened to multiple people. Service also sucked because they were short handed.

Had to send the nachos back, were extremely cold. Who serves cold nachos? Could’ve gotten better and cheesier nachos from Taco Bell. Alcoholic beverages are overpriced, it definitely tasted like a regular juice drink. The seats were of the lowest quality. Not reclining at all. My friends were 45 min. Late to the movie, even though I had already purchased their tickets, and the staff would not let them in, even though the tickets had been purchased the day prior.

AWFUL!! I've NEVER left a review on anything before, and if I could give 0 stars I would. I went to see avengers here and had been looking forward to it for a while. The whole experience was RUINED and I left angry. First off, the workers were extremely loud in the hallway and disrupted the movie. Second, they made no effort to be out of the way or be quiet when they came to people at their seats (and they brought out all the bills during a pivotal end scene?? There's gotta be a better way to do this) Third, instead of the nice reclining seats that most dine in theaters have (or even just plain theater seats) they had uncomfortable ROLLING chairs that made my butt hurt after being there for 3 hours. And fourth, the theater was HOT. I said something to a worker after our whole row complained about it and he said he would do something, yet it remained warm to the point that I saw other people sweating. Really wish I never went and could re see the movie somewhere else. Or at least get my money back. I've already told people I know not to come here (and I just saw it today). I won't be coming back.

When we arrived we found out that they had a limited dining menu even though this is a dine in location. After ordering flatbread pizza and a soda the waitress comes back 30 minutes later telling us they ran out. She still hadnt brought the drink. So we ordered nachos instead. She brings the drink 20 minutes after that. 15 minutes after that I realized that something must be going on because everyone around us was getting their food but we still hadn't gotten our food. So I went to the service counter and asked if they were having a food shortage or something like that and then the lady went to the back to check and then came back and said they don't have nachos anymore they ran out a long time ago and that their kitchen was closed. After speaking to the manager he said that he has no idea why the waitress even took the order for the flatbread in the first place because he said that they didn't have any that night at all and then he said when he went in the kitchen there was nothing made but then when I went back to check on our area to see if they have brought nachos out I saw other people getting nachos right at that moment but he claimed that they didn't have any left. I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service, lack of honesty, and just basic decency. I will never return to this location and I suggest that no one else waste their money either.

This was the worst AMC, and movie theater in general, I have ever been to. It smelled like a wet dog right when I walked in. The theater itself was insanely small. The screen was blurry. The speakers were entirely too loud. The seats were DESK CHAIRS that were extremely uncomfortable. The employees allowed people to use flash photography throughout the movie. And the food was mediocre at best, especially for the price. I wouldn’t go to this theater again if someone paid me to.

I was so disappointed with this dine in! Imagine going to work and sitting in your desk chair watching a movie that you've been dying to see. The seats are HORRIBLE! It's literally an office chair, it rolls! Then if you're a person who hates those chairs that pushes back and makes you feel like you're gonna fall, then this is not the place for you! They also have one long table and squeezed about 10 of those rolling chairs in the aisle; needless to say, you'll be bumping elbows with the person next to you if the theater is really packed.

Guys the person taking care of the admissions was great but all the rest was horrible, I waited for over 30 minutes and our waiter never came to me, all people around me was served even food before i got the chance to receive my menu. I talked to 2, 3 of the staff members and nothing was done, i had no service I am wondering why, maybe because i am a foreigner or i was the only person they considered different in the room? prejudice? So i went over the staff and asked my refund and initially they did not want to give me the money back, so the manager was requested. He sent tickets to go to another movie theater but never came to talk to me or apologize Please never go to this amc, a shame for the brand Regards

Drinks was gross. Food was cold. My movie started at 10:30pm we ordered at 10:22 PM drinks came out around 11ish DRINKS TOOK 30 MINS. then they were nasty watered down. I got a replacement drink and it wasnt any better. NEXT burger and fries 11:20 it came out then it was COLD. brisket loaded fries was cold . We kept it bc once again we were seeing a movie and wanted to enjoy it. The staff in theater 1 intruders 10:30 PM was loud and disruptive while behind use in their prepare area. Needless to say I want return.

I expected it to be busy on a Valentine's evening but the place wasn't packed out yet the service was poor as if it was. I ordered a drink that never came even after she told me they didn't have Stoli. Their business processes need to catch up to their business idea. My wife and I went to watch Captain Marvel. We didn’t care how small the theater was; we just wanted to watch while having dinner. We first ordered drinks and popcorn. It took then a few extra minutes to bring some popcorn. We ordered food which came out surprisingly fast. Unfortunately, the food lacked major taste. The burger I ordered wasn’t tasty at all but I ate through it without bugging them too much. We then asked the servers for popcorn refill. They returned 15 minutes later with a “fresh” batch of popcorn. It wasn’t fresh and it was definitely cold. We called the servers again and again they brought us the same thing. All this time, while the movie was playing in the background, the sound was experiencing technical issues. Every few minutes the sound would go off specially in the key moments of the movie. After the movie we looked for the manager but couldn’t really find him/her. I’ll NEVER visit this location again. What a waste of $43!

Office chairs in a dinner theater setting. The whole movie I felt like I was in a lecture hall back in college. The seats are all rolling office chairs with high backs, that do not recline. The row seats are all lined up along one long bench top per row, except for the table seats. The screen was too small from row G, and you see the heads of the people in front of you while the movie is playing. Would not recommend this location at all until they at least renovate the theaters.

Terrible. I paid AMC prices to basically watch a bootleg movie because of the seating and very small screen (too small to showing lion king on the date it premiered). The screen was so small the people’s heads in front of us were blocking the screen. The food wasn’t too bad (fries were hard) and the seats were uncomfortable. Disappointed in my overall experience

A bit pricey, but decent food and comfortable seats. It's nice to have a table to sit at and eat during your movie. It's a little hard to find, you'll have to park in the garage for a few or park at the shipping center across the street and treat walking over. Unless you're feeling froggy, I'd use the crosswalks!

Seating is better at other locations, these were like office rolling chairs instead of the comfortable recliners they've got at a lot of locations, also wasn't impressed with the food menu, it's not vegetarian friendly. WILL NOT RETURN! Went for date night w/ hubby & had a very bad experience- told rep what seats we wanted- she repeated our selection & we confirmed. We went into theater & sat down in the seats we requested only to have another couple come in & say these were their seats. So the female of the couple goes to the counter to let them know & the rep comes back to ask to see our tickets- when we look they are not for the seats we requested- so we sit where the tix are. The saving grace was the movie was good(John Wick) and the food was tasty. Everything came at once- appetizer and entrees. You gotta eat it quick- cause eveything got cold quick. The flatbread & could've been cooked a little longer- to get crispy.Enjoyed the shrimp nachoes & tenders on the Big bite appetizer sampler. I asked our server for a box when she dropped the check. She picked up check-no box. Movie ends- still no box. I press button for service- no one comes. I take my plate w under cooked flatbread & walk out of theater & ask first server I see for a box. He says sure & goes into kitchen- never returns. Our original server comes past & says Im sorry- I'll get you a box- she goes into kitchen & doesn't return. A guy in a suit sees me standing near the bar w this plate of food & asks if I need a box- Yes, I do. He reaches over to a high shelf full of boxes & gives me one. This location was not on point in providing good service- I won't be spending my money there anymore.

This AMC is terrible! The chairs are literally OFFICE CHAIRS. Such as, rolling office chairs. In fact, it was worse than my office chair. It was not at all the kind of experience I would have expected at ANY AMC Theatre compared to the others, let alone the one in buckhead. Don't waste your money on this extremely uncomfortable experience. Dear AMC-- you have a GREAT location! PLEASE RENOVATE YOUR THEATRES! I would love to visit this location if you put in even regular chairs.

I don’t understand for the life of me why the cashier would think it would be ok to allow other customers to walk up ask a question and then provide them with service when it was quite clear their were others standing in line for quite sometime. Please let me make this clear she knew!!! Unacceptable....this is how you cause unnecessary strife and conflict. So let’s focus on the positive. My service at the bar was excellent. The awesome staff member who stepped in to address my concern of be skipped and addressing my request for why I was in the line in the first place; she gets her own star ⭐️ and the servers during the movie was great as well. Not a fan of the seats (seating) but not a bad place for a Sunday outing. Before I go, I encourage management to train their staff that it’s ok to ask others to wait while you service others that were waiting before them.

The service was tragic. We didn’t receive any food although we ordered during the previews and when the check came it had food on it as if we ate. We press the button on the table to check on our order three times during a two hour movie and they kept saying it was coming. After waiting about 15 to 20 minutes each time we pressed the button for service. The manager removed the food but still charged us for our drinks. The chairs are also quite uncomfortable so basically why go back.

No! No! No! I only went to this theatre because my friend wanted to see the new Hustlers movie. The food was TERRIBLE!! I ordered the chicken nachos and the chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it. I only ate the cheese and chips. My friend whom I treated to the shrimp nachos barely touched her food due to the same reason. After these two entrees and two glasses of wine my total bill was $62.00. A TOTAL waste of my hard earned money. The theatre smelled pungent. The service was subpar at best. I couldn’t eat terrible food and leave a tip and pay $15.00 to park. Total ripoff! This theatre needs a renovation from top to bottom. I hardly ever write a review but I couldn’t let this go unheard. Management, do better! I feel cheated! I even wrote on the receipt how terrible the food was! NEVER AGAIN! I wish I could leave zero stars.

The seating isn't comfortable at all it is literally rolling office chairs, the nachos were cold so I sent them back and they brought more which were cold also..had to stay after the show to make sure I wasn't charged for them after sending them back twice. The sound kept cutting off and on in the main parts, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that has more comfortable seating and better service.

I really enjoyed myself here. The wait staff seemed to be a little confused but they eventually get it together. I'm not a big fan of seeing all of them congregate in the corner by theater 6- - they look like they're just hanging out and their conversation is not appropriate in front of customers. The food is really good. I would recommend the dry rub chipotle wings and the Brussel Sprouts....very good!!

The worse movie experience I have ever had, and let me tell you why. First, this place is marked as a luxurious theatre, followed by super overpriced prices to suit it. On top of that I am an A list member, where your suppose to get and be treated as the best of the best to. Our experience couldnt be further opposite of any of that. First we ordered a western burger, and there steak and shrimp bowl, 2 waters with lemon, and ranch on the side. Thats the complete order, put it in, minutes later the waiter came back and said they ran out of stir fried vegtables so couldnt do the bowl, this is fine, we understand, so we substitue that part with a cobb salad, no blue cheese, and dressing on side. Boom! Order in and successful. 10 minutes later or so the birger burger comes out by itself, no ranch like asked, no waters, no cobb salad, before i can ask where any of that is the waitress (different person) walks off. Press button for service again, 5 min later or so they come, we ask for the other stuff, they say its all on the way, i didnt even check my burger at this point because I wanted it with ranch, keep this in mind for later. Waiter comes back with waters (no lemon like asked) and the ranches. At this point I look at the burger and realize its made in correctly. Anyone whos had a western burger knows the most important part is the onion straws or onion rings (depends where you order which you get) this case was onion straws. This burger? No form of onion was on it, so i send it back. Get it back, and same issue, this time they threw like litterally no joke 1 or 2 small pieces of grilled onion on it, i mean not even enough onion for 1 bite of the burger, so i explain to waiter what onion straws are and why i need them, he understands and brings it back again (remember at this point we still have not received my girlfriends food yet either) My burger comes back out again, now cold, and cold fries, and with just more grilled onion thrown on it. So again, i send it back, but now this time say forget it, movie is already ruined and spent most my time talking to waiter instead of watching movie. Waiter sends it back and thats it, no solution or offer to me. Now my girlfriends food comes, incorrect to. Has blue cheese crumbles all over it, and comes with no dressing at all. So sent back! Again she receives it, this time correct, and eats it. 45 min into movie and missing half of it. We then get the bill, no discount, no care, seems like this type of service is common here, because others were complaining around us as well. We paid, and left a undeserved tip still. Im blown away you can send a burger back for the same issue so many times with same issue keep coming back, and the issue is for the price your paying. It should be what you ordered. I mean it should be what you ordered regardless, but to have that terrible of service and quality for the price was absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. We drove 30 min 1 way and 30 min back just to experience this for a date night and both hated every minute of it. There is absolutely zero chance we attend this amc again, or any dine in version again due to the first experience we had here. To pay twice as much for everything and have 10x worse service is unacceptable on every level

First time here and very disappointed. Not clear how the show is "sold out" but for the entire 3 hrs less than half the seats were occupied. The seats are the most uncomfortable in a movie theater ever. The food was cold and lack flavor. Had to request napkins and a fork 3 times before we got them. Expect to receive such items with the meal.

No Stars! I completely horrible experience EVER!!!! We tried it for a 3rd time because there were no available seats at Phipps and Parkway 15. Next time we will just wait. Poor service, horrible food and the staff is poorly trained. As an Organizational Psychologist and a filmmaker, I highly recommend that the AMC corporate office either train the management team in proper business practices or hire a new team altogether. A complete waste of our time and money. The only reason we ate the food is because we came directly from work. Please go elsewhere

Cool little spot. The bar served a good drink. The food wasn't the best at all for the price. However, it's a 3 in one stop. I would return and recommend you to go. I know for a party of two we both had 2 drinks, a plate of food, and a shared appetizer, spent $107 between the both of us.

My expectations are pretty low for a dine in movie. It is difficult to run a movie theater. Its even harder to run a restaurant and a movie theater together. My family went to see Lion King. The theater was full with kids. As everyone was coming in the movie theater was completely dark. This is not conducive when getting kids into this type of theater. I think it should have been a gradual reduction of the lights until the movie staryed. Our food came out quickly but my wife discovered the shrimp in her shrimp taco had not been cleaned and deveined. Then the bill. They tried to charge us for the tacos she didnt eat. The manager said when the plate came back half of the meal was gone. My wife didnt eat any of the tacos. Reluctantly the manager fixed it. Needless to say i only went so my son could experience fork and screen, but i dont need to go back anytime soon

First time going here and it was a great experience. The loved the fact that parking is validated and we purchased the tickets online which made it a smooth transaction. The seats a reclining ones and it made the experience a whole lot better.

The popcorn we waited over an hour for was stale 5. This is the first time I'm saying this in a review but the customer service was trash! 6. The Air conditioner isn't working. * I gave them two stars for the salad, however I won't be back. Buckhead AMC Dine-IN DO BETTER!!! * Hate giving bad reviews as it has the potential to affect people's livelihood, but hard earned money is hard to come by especially for bad service.

Ended up at this AMC to watch the new Tarantino film since the one at Phipps Plaza was packed. Never really been a fan of dine in theaters, and this one was no exception. The seating is by far the oddest I've ever seen. It's pretty much just red leather office chairs that aren't as comfortable as they should be. The biggest problem is that the theater doesnt slope down enough and you'll 100 percent have people's heads in your way. If you have no other options for a theater this one will suffice. 5 stars for "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood" though. Great movie

I got there 45 minutes before the movie started so I could order food and eat before the movie started and I didn’t get my food until after the movie had started and everyone else was getting their food. Then when I asked for a refill it took almost an hour and I even had to push my button to remind host about the refill. Food was good but the service will keep me from not going back to this one.

They should be shut down from how nasty this place was, the restrooms, kitchen, employees, and theater was disgusting! We asked for our table to wiped down multiple times and it never happened! I was worried about coming here given all of the poor reviews. I went to see Avenger’s Endgame and was concerned that it wouldn’t be a good experience. Overall it turned out to be fine. I thought the staff did their jobs well. My snacks were okay. I had popcorn and a soda. I thought the popcorn was a bit stale towards the middle and my sprite tasted like there were traces of another fruit beverage that got mixed in. They let us into the theatre at 8:00 sharp (they had it roped off so they could clean up from the previous crowd). I don’t think they did an amazing job cleaning up (the floor had popcorn and some trash still strewn about. But the tables were clear and I realize they maybe didn’t have that much time between showings. Thankfully the previews were long enough for them to take all of our orders. The staff was quiet and minimally disruptive when they were taking orders and delivering food. Some instances of them walking in front of the screen but I don’t think it really took away from the experience. I was able to see the whole screen (heads and chairs in front weren’t really in the way) and I thought the sound was loud enough to hear everything. I only gave it 4 stars because though it was fine for what it was, I thought it could have been cleaner.

The concept of dinner at the movie theater is nice but the execution is not the best here. The screen image is not the neat quality nor is the sound comparable to the latest and greatest systems. The climate in Theater 6 was too warm. And the seats are not very comfortable. The food was good; especially for a movie theater. But I wouldn't recommend for a movie for which you really want the best viewing experience.

I have been going to this movie theater for about 3 years and it used to be my favorite in all of Atlanta. However, the service has continuously gone down over the years. This last time was the final straw for me. I went to see a movie on 3/27 and ordered food. The waiter seemed like he didn't know where we sat and kept asking other people if our food was theirs. In addition, the food I ordered was horrible. I always get the ultimate nachos but they sent me the worst nachos. It looked like regular movie theater nachos with one spoonful of black beans and 5 jalapenos, which I ordered extra of, and splash of what looked liked taco sauce. I told them to send it back. I don't believe I am going back there anymore.

This fine in or Fork Spoon whatever is called, it is NOT a good representation of AMC's Dine In or Cinebistro. I do not recommend this at all.

Service was not what I expected AT ALL! My salad came half way through the movie with hardly any lettuce! The drink was not good! The light in the back was bright and annoying.. Now for the movie.. The Lion King was awesome but I wish I went to a better theater! The surround sound effect that you go to the movie for was almost not there! Yea I wont be back!

Horrible experience at this location. Order was taken promptly but food took halfway through movie to come out. Fish was not cooked all the way through. Drinks were never refilled and a server was not to be found once we got our food. Bill's were still not delivered by when the movie was over. Had to wait for someone to show up to give us a bill and then had to talk to the manager to get the fish dinner removed even though I had sent it back. The theater did not have surround sound so we could barely hear the movie as we were near the back. Our total, even after they took off the 1 dinner was almost $150 for 3 people. Save your money, only have them a 1 because I couldn't give them any lower.
